A/N: Hey guys! Here is the new part. As you can see, I slightly moved some Lums that had to be taken with an object you find halfway through the game, as I didn't want too much backtracking. Anyway, now that Rayman has saved Ly, he must save an old friend to find the first mask. Keep following me to stay updated on my stories.

Chapter 4: Bzzit in the Bayou

Rayman had now returned to the Stone Circle, where the Teensies were waiting for him.

''Welcome back, Rayman! Ly asked me to help you find the Four Masks!'' said the Grand Minimus.

"Do you know where the first mask is?" asked Rayman.

''Yes, the first mask, the Mask of Water, is located in the Sanctuary of Water and Ice, a temple on the Lost Island. However, you can't get there at the moment.'' explained the Grand Minimus.

''Why not?''

''Do you remember Bzzit?''

''Of course I remember him, he was one of my friends back from my first adventure. What happened to him?''

''Bzzit is the only one able to take you to the Lost Island, but the pirates, to hinder you, have captured him. They are looking for the masks too.'' said the Teensie.

''Where did they take him?'' asked Rayman.

''They imprisoned him in the Bayou, located in the Marsh Land at east.'' said the Teensie.

Rayman went to the swampy area, where he saw he swung with a purple Lum and found himself at a crossroads: on the right, there was the passage to the Marshes of Awakening, and on the left, there was the Bayou. Rayman took the three Lums near the passages and went to the Bayou.

Yellow Lums found: 23/30, total 105/1000

Saved Familiar spirits: 10/80

Meanwhile, at the Prison-Ship, the number of prisoners has increased from around 19,000 to 22,730. A Robot-pirate, Spyglass Pirate, was going to Razorbeard's personal cabin to leave him a message, but a red pirate to the right of the door tripped him.

''You'll pay for that, soldier!'' he scolded it, and as soon as he entered, he heard Admiral Razorbeard's rough voice.

''Who dares disturb me?!'' snarled the Admiral.

"Your Horribleness, he... he's made it to the swamp." said Spyglass, referring to Rayman.

Razorbeard turned, very angry. ''What?! You incompetent imbecile! Grrrrrrr! Send the Warship and destroy him! He mustn't get his grubby hands on the 4 masks!'' he yelled, before eating a Yellow Lum, which ends up in an unknown place.

At the same time, Rayman had reached the Bayou, finding himself in front of a Warship.

''At the Bayou, you have to find fifty Lums and save six Familiar spirits.'' said Murfy. ''Watch out for the Warship, I think that Razorbeard wants you dead.''

Via a floating platform, Rayman rescued the first Familiar spirit and found a Yellow Lum, then climbed a net and fired at a switch that dropped a wooden bridge, careful the Warship that was folloing him, finding eight additional Lums, then defeated a purple pirate and saved the second Familiar spirit, also making a Purple Lum come out. Then, he used it to get on a platform, being attacked by zombie chickens.

''Like with piranhas, zombie chickens have also spread out due to the destruction of the Heart of the World. Don't worry though, if you hit them, you'll take them out immediately.'' Murfy explained.

Rayman then found seventeen more Yellow Lums and saved three more Familiar spirits by exploring the swamp and using a few Purple Lums, then jumped into a passage.

Yellow Lums found: 25/50, total 130/1000

Saved Familiar spirits: 5/6, total 15/80

Entering the depths of the swamp, Rayman found five Yellow Lums and saw a purple and yellow mosquito trapped in a force field. ''Bzzit! It's me, Rayman! I'm here to save you!'' he shouted.

''Rayman, watch out! The pirates are coming!'' warned Bzzit.

He was right: three green pirates parachuted in front of him and shot him, and after being defeated, they were replaced by three purple pirates. What particularly grabbed the limbless hero's attention was a yellow pirate, the strongest so far: it was equipped with a flamethrower and could launch fiery bombs. Rayman hit him with three punches, each one stronger than the previous one, but the Robo-pirate hit him with the flamethrower and hit him on the nose with its hook, but the hero recovered and hit him with a headbutt, followed by an energy ball with the Magic Fist, defeating him and freeing Bzzit.

''Yeah! Free, at last! Thank you, Rayman!'' said Bzzit, happy to be free.

''You're welcome, Bzzit. We are friends. The Teensies told me you know the way to the first mask, right?'' asked Rayman.

''Yes, we will need a boat. Meet me on the pier next to the Minisaurus Plain and I will take you to the Lost Island.'' replied the mosquito.

''The pier in the Minisaurus Plain? OK, see you later!''

Rayman faced some barrels that fell and rolled, taking ten Yellow Lums, then swung with a Purple Lum and took another yellow one, before running into a strange metallic hybrid between a pirate and a monkey. ''What is that thing?'' he asked.

''This is a Gorilla Pirate. You can't defeat him normally, and if it sees you, it will try to squash you. To take it out, try to lure it to a ravine.'' said Murfy. ''By the way, are you okay? You have a cut on your nose.''

''A pirate hit me with its hook, but it's just a scratch, I'll be fine.''

After pressing a button that disabled a laser, Rayman ran down a long corridor, where he found five Yellow Lums and a red one, which healed him, then glided with the helicopter to take a Yellow Lum and save the sixth Familiar spirit. Finally, he saved a Teensie and they bounced on trampolines, taking the last three Yellow Lums before leaving.

Yellow Lums collected: 50/50, total 155/1000

Saved Familiar spirits: 6/6, total 16/80

It was night when Rayman and Teensie returned to the Stone Circle.

''Well done, Rayman. Now that Bzzit is free, he can take you to the first mask.'' said the Grand Minimus.

''Yeah. But it's better for me to rest right now, it's late and I'm tired.'' replied Rayman.

''All right. We'll leave you alone to not to disturb you. Goodnight.'' said a Teensie.

Rayman climbed a tree and yawned, then fell asleep.
