Naruto was still, his breathing labored, when the group arrived. Sasuke was there, hands over his dangling eye to protect it she waited. There was a soft lullaby leaving her lips as she had soothed him enough to get him to calm down. Naruto in particular didn't like that he had to remain still but he had been given some strong pain meds by Sasuke to help with the hanging eye and broken nose. Sasuke's hands were covered in blood, as were Naruto's hands and face. Tsunade had to hold back her retching upon seeing the damage. He was lucky enough to be conscious. Upon seeing the busty hokage and the entourage of others who had joined her; those being Sakura Haruno, Tsunade the Fifth Hokage , Jiraiya the Toad Sannin, Kakashi Hatake the Copycat Ninja and Koyuki Kazahana the Daimyo of the Land of Spring. Each had similar looks on their faces, albeit Sakura's seemed one more of guilt above all else. It was not exactly in the realm of wishing to be forgiven or regret for her actions. Though that could entirely be the fact the pissed off look Sasuke was shooting her way as well as the gleaming eyes of both Tsunade and Koyuki drilling their ways in the back of her pink haired head as they arrived. Tsunade crouched first to Sasuke's left while her face softened at the closer look to Naruto's injuries. It was a lot more severe than she initially thought. Even by the glances she had, she had figured saving the eye was not going to be easy on the boy. Of course Naruto could see this out of his one good eye, though it was squinted in pain still as the meds were beginning to wear off. His hand came to touch hers as they rested in her lap. It was enough to shake her from the stupor she was in.

"Baa-chan, just tell me I'm gonna lose my eye. It isn't like it is doing much just hanging here now."

Her heart did break a little at how mature he was being about this, Naruto really did surprise her a lot when it came down to it. Swallowing hard she nodded and her hands glowed green with her chakra as she pressed it to his nose and eye, hovering just a few inches away.

"Gaki, you're gonna have some scarring from the nose being broken, and you're right...your eye is not savable. It would be too much for you since your nose is also broken. There is the unsettling news that...it has damaged some tissue around it. It shouldn't keep you down too long."

Kakashi would frown under his mask before turning to give Sakura a look. She felt it sure enough because she was turning to look at him with some guilt on her face now. The pink haired kunoichi couldn't even muster the words to speak before he would slap her hard. The man didn't care how it made him look. Her hands were clung to her cheek as it was already reddening from the hit. Tears were pooling at the edges of her eyes as she choked on a sob. Jiraiya made sure to step in between them as he didn't care for Kakashi's sudden actions.

"That wasn't right Hatake. Student or not, she is still a girl you just hit."

Kakashi was quick to retort with anger in his tone. He was pissed.

"And she just hit her teammate hard enough that his eye is worthless. On his birthday no less."

Tsunade snarled back at the two bickering men, shutting their argument down fast.

"Shut the hell up and come here. Naruto needs to be carried to the hospital so he can be taken care of. You two bickering is not helping. Jiraiya, Kakashi was in his right to hit her. She turned on a teammate with her anger and jeopardized his vision as well as possible complications if Sasuke hadn't been here or as quick to administer first aid.

Lady Kazahana, I do apologize for you having shown up only for this to happen. This is not something I condone in the slightest, even if Ms. Haruno learned to harness her strength from myself. I take responsibility."

Koyuki's face was stern, clearly she was in business mode now.

" That is just fine because I am enacting a long right as a Daimyo to take Naruto Uzumaki under protection of the Land of Spring. Once he is in stable condition, he will be coming to stay in my castle until the Daimyo of the Land of Fire can properly dictate further actions."

Everyone but Naruto had looks of shock on their face as he had passed out by now from the returning pain. Sasuke was quick to object, or attempt to until Koyuki raised her hand to silence her. She wasn't finished speaking.

"I am well aware of the relationship you two have. Given my debt that I owe Naruto, he will be the one to decide if he truly wishes to go. However he has the option to bring you along as I owe you as well. Hatake-san, I owe you as well however as his teacher I expected to see more cooperation out of your students, especially one who is brash enough to lash out as such unto her comrades. That is highly unacceptable. Haruno...you will not be permitted to visit the Land of Spring outside of missions, and then you must be accompanied by others. This will be filed as a doctrine to my land that will only be able to be overturned by a ruling of the next Daimyo after me. The debt I owed to you in your help will not be paid as you have shown you are not worth owing a debt to."

Sasuke was less angry now, not even at Koyuki but at Sakura. This was a political mess. Even Sasuke knew that. If word got out to others that Naruto had helped, well it could be a political massacre rivaling that of the fight to replace the Third Hokage following his death. However she knew that regardless what Naruto chose, she would accompany him to be by his side.

Tsunade's eyes were wider than saucers at just what Koyuki was saying; she was well within her rights to do as a Daimyo who was allied to the village. There was also the fact that Daimyo Kazahana was meant to be the runaway land should something happen and Naruto needed a place to run. This was something put in place exactly for such things but she didn't think it would actually be needed as such. This was troublesome as one chunin would put it.

"I didn't think it would be necessary Lady Kazahana but I will respect your decision as well as endorse it as I do believe it would be the best course of action."

These words surprised everyone except Koyuki who was standing firm despite her softer features; being a princess and an actress respectively allowed her to portray it as such. She came to kneel by the unconscious Naruto, sighing deeply as she saw it. It was going to scar, she knew that but she just hated it had to happen at this time of all times.

"I'm sorry Naruto Uzumaki. You don't deserve this, on your birthday no less. Rest, and we will talk when you are better."

Standing up, her firm face was back and she talked sternly once more. There was a royal arrogance to it but expectantly so.

"I wish to know once he is stable and is conscious, post haste. Ja'ne."

Sasuke watched as she left, noting that she was just as beautiful as ever and not to mention it reminded her of the kiss she gave Naruto. Plus the photo commemorating it, which was odd that she was reminded of at this moment of all time. Maybe it was the stress of the day? Regardless, they needed to get Naruto to the hospital and healed. This whole thing took too long.

"Okay, can we please get my dobe some help?!"

Tsunade and the others were broken from the shock they had from the exchange between Tsunade and Koyuki. No one expected it. Jiraiya was left out of it as while he was the boy's godfather, he didn't have a role in the current mess. He was just present. Kakashi respected the woman's decision though the words did sting as he was partial to blame for the team dynamic or lack thereof. This was no different than what had happened during the chunin exams. He needed to overlook how he handled things from now on. Sakura was honestly the most shocked and hurt, for good reason. Right now she was the cause of a major political battle now; hoping nothing came of it outside what was already happening, she kept her head down. This didn't last long as Tsunade was quick to deliver a punishment.

"Sakura Haruno, your ninja status is revoked until further notice. You will not be able to train in anything, regardless of it being genjutsu, medical ninjutsu, or kenjutsu. The list continues. You will also be held on house arrest until I deem what will happen further."

There was the big shocking news for the pink haired teenager, that was the worst happening of all she had deemed today.

Naruto was lifted up by the two males on a makeshift stretcher while Tsunade noticed the bandages under the sleeves of Naruto's long sleeve shift had worn with the baggy pants. That was concerning. Tsunade pulled Sasuke aside while Naruto was taken away.

"Sasuke...Is Naruto harming himself?"
