A/N: Hey, guys! Welcome to the new chapter! In the previous chapter, Rayman managed to find the fourth mask and thus awakened Polokus. Now he has to go rescue everyone who is trapped in the Buccaneer. Let's begin!

Chapter 18: The Prison-Ship

In the Buccaneer, Razorbeard received a visit from a mysterious purple guy who sold him a large yellow robot, with articulated limbs, a cannon on its right hand and a hook on the left one. The vendor told him that it would be the key weapon to defeat Rayman. Razorbeard, imagined the robot Rayman crushing to death.

''With this I could destroy Rayman, crush him, smash him... I'll take it!'' he exclaimed, accepting the offer and buying the Grolgoth.

At the same time, Rayman was inside the Prison-Ship.

''This is it, Rayman. We have to free all the prisoners. There are still ninety Yellow Lums and a Familiar spirit missing, and they're all located here.'' said Murfy.

The limbless hero started to slide on the ship's floor, and he faced many obstacles, such as rotating blades, lava pools and precipices, and at some point, he also had to shoot at switches and slow down so as not to leave Yellow Lums behind. After taking fifty-eight Lums, he found a hole leading into the ship and fell.

Yellow Lums found: 58/90, total 968/1000

Saved Familiar spirits: 0/1, total 79/80

Rayman found himself inside a control room. There, he found three Yellow Lums and saved the eightieth and final spirit, which called all its fellows and passed on their energies. ''I feel stronger than ever.'' he said.

''This is the last Familiar spirit to save. Let's take them to Ly. If we can find the last twenty-nine Yellow Lums, we can restore the Heart of the World.'' said Murfy.

The hero was then attacked by two red pirates and a Ninja Henchman, who gave him difficulty, being hit three times and losing the energy of the Power Shot, but defeated them and fired at a switch, which activated a missile similar to those that Rayman he had already ridden, except that it was gray instead of yellow, and was able to fly.

After taking nine Yellow Lums in the room, Rayman used the missile to press a switch and entered a door.

Saved Familiar spirits: 1/1, total 80/80

Rayman flew inside the ship with the missile. Being able to maneuver it and continue was very difficult, since the spaces were tight, and if it hit something, the missile could explode. At one point, he entered a room with a turret firing red lasers capable of unbalancing the missile, but he passed it and found nineteen Lums, and saw a small light from afar.

''Rayman, look! The thousandth Yellow Lum! Take it and we can restore the Heart of the World!'' shouted Murfy.

The limbless hero began to chase the winged sphere until he finally managed to catch it. ''YESSS!'' he shouted in joy. The last Yellow Lum was his!

''The prisons are ahead, we are almost there!'' said Murfy.

Shortly thereafter, Rayman reached the room. ''Help! Rayman!'' shouted the prisoners.

''Get back, everyone!'' ordered the hero, who began to fire his Magic Fist repeatedly, saving three hundred and twenty baby Globoxes and all the other enslaved inhabitants, including minisaurus, fairies and Teensies.

''LONG LIVE RAYMAN!'' they all screamed.

''All right, guys. Now that you're all safe, let's go home.'' said Rayman.

A Teensie immediately created a magic door to allow everyone to go home, but since there were so many people, they couldn't all return at once, and the limbless hero allowed everyone to enter before him.

''You did it! Now let's go to restore the Heart of the World! I suggest you go to Ly and bring the Familiar spirits you saved to her.(1)'' said Murfy, when everyone returned to the Rainbow Creek.

''You're right. Besides, I still have to find Globox and defeat Razorbeard.'' said Rayman, who went to the cave to talk to Ly.

A/N: Having all the one-thousand Yellow Lums, Rayman can now restore the Heart of the World in the next chapter! The final battle will be very soon, so don't worry. This chapter is a bit short, but the design for the sections means that not much can be described. I hope you enjoyed the chapter and see you to the next one!
