"It's not too late, Luke," Misty explains, "We don't have to fight just yet."
"Seems like we kinda do."
"Can we cut the tough guy bullshit?," Jessica asks, "Luke, out of everyone here, I've known you the longest. You know I don't want to see anything happen to you. It's why I'm here. Just come with us so we can end this."
"Sorry, Jess. I'm getting pretty sick and tired of people coming here to make threats. It's time I send a message."
"If you join us, we can send a message together," Daredevil tells him, "One everyone will hear."
"I'm about to."
"Y'know if Danny were here to see you like this, he'd be heartbroken," Colleen tells him.
"Danny's not here though, is he?"
"Who cares about them, Luke," Jessica tells him, "Listen to me! I'm asking you to stand down. I'm begging you to stand down. The fact that we're here proves we give a shit. Remember what you said to me?"
"I'm through talking."
"Dammit, Luke," Jessica mutters.
Luke steps forward and the group slowly circles him until they surround him completely. Daredevil slowly removes his baton from his holster. Colleen grips the hilt of her sword. Misty clenches a metal fist. There's a pause as they all size each other up and then, they explode into action. Luke raises an arm to deflect Daredevil's baton, then pivots, deflecting a sword strike. He ducks under Misty's punch and he spins around to block Jessica's punch. He holds on to her arm and pulls her in, shoving her into Misty. Colleen slashes upward, ripping the front of his shirt but doing no harm to him. Daredevil strikes him across the back of his head, but he barely moves. Instead, he throws an elbow behind him, striking Daredevil in his cowl and knocking him to the floor.
He approaches Colleen but Misty leaps off a table and comes in with a Superman-punch across his face which spins him around, setting him up for Jessica to kick him in the chest. Luke falls to the ground and rolls back into a crouching position. Jessica comes at him and says, "I'm really sorry." Luke nods, "So am I," grabs a table, and flips it up at Jessica. It shatters on her, forcing her to stumble back. Misty comes in for another punch, but Luke catches her fist. As Jessica comes at him again from the side, Luke pushes Misty forward, forcing her to punch Jessica. A baton bounces off his forehead and Daredevil catches it as he runs forward with a drop kick to his chest. The attack pushes Luke into a booth but he quickly races forward with a shoulder thrust that sends Daredevil into a wall. Colleen slaps the blades across Luke's head and he spins around with a backhand which she ducks under. He grabs her by the hoodie and quickly yanks her back where she lands against Misty and they both hit the floor.
Jessica comes in, hitting Luke with several punches, which drives him back. She seems to be on her way to victory until he catches her arm and throws her through the air. She hits the bar, shattering several bottles. Daredevil comes in with a baton strike to the back of his knee as he slides across the floor. Luke drops to one knee and Misty an elbow drop to the back of his head, which forces him to the ground. Luke grabs her ankle and stands up, throwing her across a table. He turns and throws a punch at Daredevil, who bobs and weaves away from the punches. Jessica comes back with a bottle of liquor and smashes it on his head. Daredevil brings the baton across Luke's face twice in rapid succession. Luke angrily throws a punch, but Daredevil ducks around and comes up behind him, placing the baton across his throat as he tries to block off oxygen. Luke grits his teeth and spins around, throwing him into Jessica.
Meanwhile, Jessica ignites her hand as she holds the sword and both begin to glow with silver energy. "Get back!," she shouts and both Jessica and Daredevil throw themselves out the way as she runs up to Luke and stabs the sword into the ground. The shockwave hits Luke and sends him through the air where he lands on the stage, destroying a drum kit in the process. The four heroes slowly approach the stage as Luke gets up.
"I guess Danny really did leave you with the Fist," he tells Colleen.
"He taught me everything he knows."
She ignites her fist again and pulls back for a punch. Luke braces himself and opens his palm with one hand firmly around his wrist. Colleen's fist hits his open hand, sending out a shockwave that throws Misty, Daredevil, and Jessica into the air as well as knocks over several tables and chairs. With her teammates down, Colleen looks at them with a confused expression. "I guess he didn't teach you that one," Luke tells her and then turns her wrist, flipping her onto the ground and knocking the wind out of her.
Luke walks across the dance floor, taking note of Daredevil and Misty lying unconscious. As he gets to the door, he notices Jessica is stunned and on the ground, but still awake enough to watch him leave. "I didn't want this," he tells her solemnly. Behind him, the door opens and Frank Castle walks in, shotgun in hand. "Luke, behind you!," Jessica warns. When Luke turns around, the barrel of the gun is placed under his jaw and it goes off. Luke falls motionless.
Jessica screams in rage and flies across the room to Frank's location. He holds the rifle horizontally to defend, but she grabs it with both hands and twists it hard enough to not only relieve him of his weapon but also flip him onto the floor. He begins to get up but Jessica brings her fist down, rendering him unconscious. Now the last person standing, Jessica rushes to Luke's side to make sure he's all right.
