Sugar and Luke's former men stand inside Mother's Touch, a holistic medicine shop in Harlem. "You were right to come to me," a female voice tells them, "For the longest time, I tried to keep my heritage a secret. By the time I ... by the time my mother died, I was ready to accept my fate. I was ready to take Harlem's Paradise. I guess it was my mother's final joke: leaving it to Luke Cage." Tilda Johnson paces in front of the group, "But I knew all I needed to do was bide my time. As strong as he is, Luke Cage would shatter eventually and I would be there to pick up the pieces. It's time to collect. Where is Cage right now?"

Cage and Jessica walk down the streets of Harlem.

"So what's the plan here?," Jessica asks, "We just waltz into Rosalie Carbone's townhouse?"

"More or less," Cage answers, "The way this neighborhood talks, everyone knows I got picked up by the cops. They just don't know I'm out yet. She won't be expecting me to come through her front door," he waits a bit before continuing, "Y'know, this is nice."

"What is?"

"Us working together again."

"Whatever. At least we're not fighting ninjas."

He chuckles, "Yeah. Mobsters, I can handle."

"But... I agree. It is nice working together again."

"I hope I didn't hurt you. Back there at the Paradise."

"I've taken worse. Don't worry about it."

"I got carried away. Not just in the fight but in general. I just started mending fences with my father again, only to let him down. It was one time too many. He's not talking to me anymore. The friends I had back at Pop's Barbershop don't even want me around, either. It was good that I had you still believing in me."

"Not giving up on people is one of my character flaws."

"It's one of your best traits."

"It didn't help Trish, considering she's locked up in The Raft."

"I'm sure you did all you could. You can't help but to be a hero."

"You know how I feel about that word."

"It's true. You can't help yourself."

"You know I'm not even a PI anymore?"

"No?"

"I'm an investigative reporter for the New York Bulletin."

"So you're doing some good, just in a different way. You're still a hero, Jess. Face facts."

"Really? I'm supposed to be doing an expose' on The Punisher right now. I should be at home, writing an article. Instead, I'm off to beat up mobsters with you."

"Like I said, you can't help yourself."

"God, you're irritating."

Frank sits in the back of his van near a dock while Daredevil focuses into the distance.

"You see anything, Red?," Frank asks.

"I don't... I don't see that far."

"Oh yeah. It's your hearing, right? So we got company or not?"

"Nothing yet."

"So what's the story these days? I heard you were killed a while back. Lay'n low?"

"Not quite. People thought I was dead. I didn't have a reason to show them otherwise. You know how that goes."

Frank chuckles a bit, "Yeah, I guess I do."

"You've been busy the last time we met. I honestly thought once you avenged your family you'd be done with all this."

"I thought so too. I came to realize this... This is what I am. You know how that goes."

"In a way but -"

"But what?"

"Taking lives. There are other ways to do this."

"Don't do that, Red. Don't do that. You know what this is just as much as I do. You can't -"

"Wait... They're coming."

"How many?"

"Two cars. Seven... No, eight men."

"Let's move in," Frank closes the back of the van and they head toward the dock.

Misty and Colleen drive through the streets toward their destination. Misty drives as Colleen sits in the passenger seat and looks out the window sullenly.

"When we find Sherry Yang, I'll follow your lead," Colleen tells her.

"Follow my lead? I thought this was your plan."

"I know I looked confident and everything back there, but it was honestly just for show. I'm not sure I'm the best person to be coming up with plans."

"Why's that?"

"Danny gave me this power, right? And it seems all my plans are falling through. The mob war is heating up and it seems I keeping ending up over my head. This mob war keeps getting more and more complicated and I feel like I should have had this covered since I see the Triads on an almost daily basis. Hell, even tonight, I wasn't able to stop Luke Cage and you specifically brought me on to the team to do just that."

"Losing a fight to Luke Cage isn't exactly embarrassing."

"Tell that to Frank Castle. He pretty much did our job for us."

"Don't worry about it. We all make mistakes. It happens."

"I'm the Iron Fist now. I just expected it to mean something."

Rosalie Carbone sips wine while listening to classical music in her study. Tony stands at attention at the window. Suddenly, behind the door, the sounds of a muffled struggle can be heard, drawing their attention. A moment later, two men are thrown through the doors, followed by Luke Cage and Jessica Jones. Tony draws his gun and aims it at Cage.

"Yeah, shooting him always works," Jessica scoffs.

Carbone signals for Tony to put his gun away and rises to her feet, "You people know how to knock, don't you?"

"I like a dramatic entrance," Cage tells her.

"Say what you gotta say, Cage. I'm busy."

"The war's heating up. We thought you might be planning something, but it seems a little quiet around here... so I know for a fact you're planning something. For instance, you put a hit out on Frank Castle. We wanna know what else you've been doing."

"A hit on Frank Castle? I don't know what the hell you're talking about."

"Thought you might say that," Jessica explains, "You have a price on Frank Castle's head. Luke is the next thorn in your side but you haven't decided to go after him just yet. That means you're targeting Sherry Yang right now."

"Listen, sweetheart. You don't come into my house and -"

Jessica snatches her by the throat, prompting Tony to draw his gun once more. Jessica ignores him as she gets in close, "I really don't like being called sweetheart."

"Tell us the truth and she'll let you go," Luke says, "You sent a couple of goons after the Triads, didn't you?"

"I don't have any men going after the Triads," Rosealie gasps, "I swear."

Jessica drops her to the floor and turns to the door, "We've heard enough."

Luke and Jessica leave the house and stop once they get to the sidewalk, "This is bad," Jessica tells Luke.

"She doesn't have any of her men going after the Triads... which means she hired someone to do the job for her," Luke continues.

"Colleen and Misty are going to talk to Sherry Yang right now. If there's an assassin out there, they need to know about it."

Luke takes out his phone, "Hopefully, they can get to her in time."
