When she arrives back at the hospital from her lunch break, she sees Adison and Arizona waiting for her looking worried. They ask her what happened. Diana says, "I'm pregnant!". Arizona Adison are both happy for her and they say congratulations! Diana then goes on to ask questions about a delivery plan other questions about pregnancy.
