But truth be told she knew she couldn't pursue her, why was it so wrong to date a woman anyway?, why only men were allowed to have all women for themselves? why she couldn't date a woman and serve that God at the same time anyway? what was so wrong to be with a woman? she was so confused, she thought she didn't belong anywhere.

"So instead she decided to date Larry( whom she rejected in her first year) on the first semester of her 2nd year at smith.

'Ever since she'd only been with Larry, she was on her final year on the first semester, when her father suddenly died,

"And the same very day on her father's burial ceremony her mum died from a heart attack, she was so broken and lost to say the least,

She struggled to finish her college study, she'd to stay sane for Carl, She ate, work and breaths for her bother, she knew she'd to do all of that for Carl's sake,

So she kept her shit together for Carl's sake, and now the very same Carl was laying in the hospital bed wrapped in wires and drips all over his body waiting for a bone marrow transplant procedure, this is after he was diagnosed with stage four Leukemia Cancer, few months ago,

God what a cruel Universe?., it has only been fours year since their parent passed away, and now her one and only brother, was fighting for his life!

She really needed the money to save his brother's life, she was determined to even sold her own soul if its possible to save Carl's Life.

3 weeks ago,

Opening the door and letting Piper in, Hey Pipes, Hi Polly, Piper flops on Polly's sofa, Polly takes a seat beside her, Piper is now trembling,

"Pipes jeez are you okay? you are shaking? OMG is he...? Is Carl dead? Polly inquired pulling Piper into a hug,

"Jeez, Polly, what the fuck? why would you ask me that? Piper said shoving Polly away from her,

"You are freaking me out Piper then what is it? why the hell are you shaking like that?" Polly questioned looking Piper in the eyes,

Instead of answering piper reach into her pocket, draw her phone and slide it to Polly, Polly's taking the phone, giving Piper a weird look, reading email, she gasped and rolled her eyes in disbelief from what she's reading you aren't considering doing it are you?

"I don't know what to do Polly! I mean this is crazy, am i crazy? please tell me am a crazy Person Polly" Piper said panicking,

"Polly nods her head slowly, and then she says "Piper this is insane! plus you have never had a baby before how the hell even are you gonna do that?"

Hearing Polly's statement, Piper stood up pacing towards the refrigerator opened it and took out a bottle of wine and a glass, she sat back, poured wine into a glass, and took a big gulp, before she continued.

"I wasn't planning becoming one, I mean started applying after I heard this conversation between,

These two women I was serving at Red's restaurant, I was vulnerable that day, so I started applying anything, any job that I could think of" she finishes raking her hands on her hair, I needed the money for Carl's treatment Polly? Polly place her hands-on top of Piper's hands, and then she says

"I know Pipes, but this! this is crazy Piper please don't tell me you're considering doing it?"

"Piper nods her head, I mean Polly, it's the second year now since our graduation, I haven't gotten any serious paying job, I have been applying for anything that is called job am tired working as a waitress, Polly, why did I even waste my time going to college?

"Pipes it's hard getting a serious paying job but becoming a surrogate?, she pauses, looking Piper in the eyes, I mean you are going to be pregnant? do you know how hard that is going to be?

"Not as hard as losing Carl, Polly, I will never forgive myself if anything happened, besides the baby won't be mine, it's just nine months and I'm done right?

Polly don't say a word other than her worried look,

"Look Polly I know it's crazy, but I have to do this, it's just nine months of carrying a baby that am going to give away in the end.

"Pipes Nine months is a lot of time, it's almost a year, are you sure you wanna do this? , I mean this is a lifetime decision you have to be super sure, and be prepared mentally and physically"

"I don't know okay?" she says in a frustrated voice, raking hands on her hair"

Polly reach out to Piper and rub the back of her hands softly

"Look Pipes, you don't have to do this, I get it, I know how bad you want to save Carl's life, but this!, she pauses, this might cost your future"

"I know" She said before starting ,sobbing, Polly pulls piper into a hug, rubbing her back in a soothing manner. "Its okay, you gonna get through this"

"So how are you gonna tell Larry?" Polly questioned her, Piper is taken aback by Polly's question

"What? I mean is not like am cheating on him or something right? i. um. i mean am not gonna have sex with one of the couple or something it's just insemination of their sperm, right?"

"Piper having a stranger's sperms into your uterus is like? I don't know, Polly rolls her eyes before she continued, having sex without physical contact or something?"

That's so ridiculous Polly, Piper says, and then they both laughs at Polly's statement'

"Do you know at least the couple you are carrying for?

"Nop!"

"I wanna see them, I wanna see, whether if, they're cute enough for you to carry their baby"

"So, do I" Piper said leaning back on Polly's sofa excitedly

"Just don't fall in love with the husband in case he is cuter than Larry! "

"What? Why? , will never do that to him Jeez Polly?" Polly just shrugged her shoulders to this.

"When are you going for medical screening?

"Friday"
