The Punisher peers through the scope and spies every window in Carbone's house in search of Typhoid. He spots several of Carbone's men who aren't yet aware their boss is dead but sees no sign of his second target. A second later, a grappling line wraps around his ankle. "Shit," he exclaims just as the line pulls him down to the roof. Daredevil retrieves the line as it snaps back into his club, the rest of the team standing ready behind him. Frank raises the sniper rifle but Daredevil throws his club against the ledge, allowing it to bounce off and remove the gun from his hands. He scrambles to his feet, but Cage catches him and with one arm, flips him overhead and back onto the roof. Punisher coughs up some blood and lays stunned. "Now we're even," Cage tells him.

"You're late," Frank is groggy but manages to sit up a bit, "Rosalie Carbone's dead. I put a bullet right between her eyes, but I missed Walker. She's still inside and so is Carbone's crew. Right now, they're probably in there gearing up."

"He's telling the truth," Daredevil explains.

"Shit!," Colleen exclaims.

"I did you people a favor. What were ya gonna do, huh? Send her to jail? Her asshole lawyer would get her off and you know it. And what about Mary Walker? Were you planning on sending her to The Raft so she'd come out as Frankenstein's monster? When are you gonna learn my way works?"

"Luke, you mind hitting him again?," Jessica asks.

"Come on, it's not like you haven't killed one of these bastards yourself. I think his name was Killgrave?"

Jessica starts toward him, but Luke stops her.

"I wouldn't be surprised if you all took someone out at some point or at least considered it. But I get it, you don't wanna go down that path. Well, I do. That's why you need guys like me to put a permanent end to this shit."

"Sherry Yang and Rosalie Carbone are both dead, it's true," Misty explains, "And we all know there's gonna be someone else much worse waiting around the corner for us to deal with. And after them, it's gonna be someone even worse. It doesn't matter how we take them out, whether we use the system or we just put a bullet through their head. so cut the tough guy shit, Castle. Your way isn't anymore permanent than ours. Now, you mentioned time is of the essence. Carbone's people are getting ready for the final battle. As of right now, we're all on the same side, so why don't we go down there and kick some ass. We can settle our differences after."

"Now you're making sense."

The team crosses the street to Rosalie's house. Inside, a group of mobsters sit behind the front security desk and line the steps leading up to the second floor. They all have automatic rifles aimed at the front door, which soon opens and Cage strolls through. They unload and the bullets bounce off Cage, the rounds dropping to the ground harmlessly. They continue to fire and one-by-one, they run out of ammo. Once that happens, Daredevil and Jessica rush in behind him. Jessica launches herself up to the top of the stairs and throws one of the men down the steps which trips up everyone below. One of the men manages to put a clip in his pistol and raise it but Daredevil throws his baton, which bounces off his forehead and falls back in his grasp. Cage, meanwhile, grabs the man behind the security desk and hurls him over it and onto the floor. The men at the bottom of the steps begin to pick themselves up, but Cage turns and grabs one of their rifles before backing him into unconsciousness. He then snaps the rifle in two. Jessica leaps over the railing and lands on the floor where she punches one hard enough to slam him into the man behind him, knocking them both out.

Punisher, Misty, and Colleen come through the door next and make their way up the stairs. They come through the door into a small hallway with a large window overlooking a private pool. A gunman raises a pistol and Misty places her cybernetic hand over the barrel and tanks the bullet in her palm. Then she begins punching the man in the face furiously. Colleen turns into a library where two more men are waiting: both with collapsible nightsticks. Colleen kicks the first one in the stomach to push him away, then she ignites the Iron Fist. She uses it to swat the nightstick away, then gives him a light thump in the chest which still throws the man into the bookshelf behind him, busting it into splinters. The first man tries to retaliate, but Colleen swings her sheathed sword across his face, rendering him unconscious. Punisher makes his way to the kitchen area where a man comes at him with a switchblade. He dips away from one slice, then catches the man's wrist before forcing him to stab himself in the chest, then he grabs the back of the man's head and slams him face-first into the kitchen table.

Cage and Daredevil enter the living room area. One man comes at Cage with a baseball bat and breaks it over his forearm as he blocks. Then Cage grabs the man and throws him into the ceiling above. The other mobster tries to fire his gun, but Daredevil knocks the gun away with his club, then spins into a roundhouse kick to his chest, which rolls him over a chair. As the man climbs to his feet, Daredevil spin kicks over the chair and knocks him out.

In the study area, a man slips a pair of brass knuckles over his fist and attacks Misty who counters it by punching the knuckles with her cybernetic hand. It shatters his hand and he bends over in pain, which allows Misty the opportunity to knee him in the face. In the hall, Jessica grabs a man's gun and pushes it down, forcing him to fire into the floor, then she shoves him in the chest hard enough to throw him through a door into the bedroom. In the hallway, Frank squares off with the final mobster who throws a punch. Frank blocks it, hits him several times in the ribs, then grabs his head and smashes it into the drywall.

The team regroups in the living room area. "I think that's the last of `em," Frank tells them.

"But where's Mary Walker?," Colleen asks as she rubs her forehead.

Daredevil tilts his head up, "She's in the pool area."

At the private pool, Typhoid stands at the far end, wearing a gas mask. The pool is empty and the team slowly enters with three approaching on either side of the pool.

"You don't typically send underlings to fight for you," Misty begins, "A little nervous?"

"I need to buy some time for the gas to take affect."

"Gas?," Colleen rubs her forehead again.

"What's wrong, Ms Wing? A little headache? It's common. You will feel it and you'll probably get dizzy. Nausea is a side effect as well."

Cage turns to Daredevil, "You smell anything?".

"If there's something in the air, it's odorless," he grunts a bit as he clutches his head.

Jessica leans against a wall, "There's definitely something in the air."

The team all begin to clutch their heads or lean against the wall. Misty drops to her knees and vomits. "There's the nausea," Typhoid explains. Cage rubs his forehead and storms forward, clutching Typhoid by the throat before pinning her to the wall.

"Shut it off," he commands.

"Can't do that. The gas might leave if you open a window or two."

"What if I pull that mask off? You'll be in the boat we are."

"Sounds like a challenge but I'm not ready to go just yet."

She pulls out a can of mace and sprays it in Cage's eyes. He lets her go and rubs his face. The rest of the team begin collapsing along the pool. Cage falls to his knees in pain. "Nighty-night," Typhoid gives a condescending wave just before Cage passes out.
