Personal Assessment: This guy is an interesting case. He is a classical down on his luck villain that joined the villain work because of circumstances. He gained his abilities because of an incompetent electrician, he gets a henpecking wife that emotionally abuses him for not being as successful a villain to bring in cash, and villains treat him like an idiot. Eventually, I could guess that even his knowledge and experience as an electrician got put behind his inferiority complex.
I kinda feel sorry for this guy. He can possibly be as powerful as Magneto, but people have been beating down on him since the get go, all because he wanted danger pay.
Still, he is a career criminal. A criminal that hasn't committed a crime in ages but approaching him with care is necessary.
After Speaking with Sandman recently, the reformed hero reassured me that he's going to be getting Dillon cleaned up. I do hope that there's some good going Max Dillon's way. The guy has had a lot of abuse heaped upon him, and Flint's a good guy who doesn't bluff about this stuff.
Although Sandman said there are confidential reasons he can't speak no more, he wanted it to be on the record that Electro was going to be working on becoming a hero. I do hope Sandman's right about this, cause if there's someone other than Spider-Man that can accomplish this, it's Sandman!
