Personal Assessment: This guy gives hope for a lot of villains who may have turned to supervillainy due to events outside their control, or for reasons of desperation. He became a bank robber to try to pay for his daughter's cancer treatments and hospital beds. It's a sad and horrid situation, but luckily, she won against cancer, which coincided with his wanting to clean up.

It's also a relief that he knows several people who can be helped, due to his falling off the tracks. His recent work to get Max Dillon cleaned up reminds me a lot of Luke Cage. Both being on the wrong side of the law, and working hard not only to clean up themselves, but to clean up the streets and other people in their lives. Now that's a real hero.

Flint tries to mentor many young, inexperienced or lost heroes, with a zeal for life and goodness. It's hard not to like him, and he knows how the legal system works, and keeps a cool head at all times.

He even personally thanked me and took me out to coffee after the entire Electro event (File VEO-015) to give me a bit of a thank you for helping clear his friend Max Dillon in the entire crime. (Although he insisted that he brings me to have a beer at a local dance club. That's awfully nice, but I don't have a date to bring though! I wonder where he intends to bring me.)
