Personal Assessment: Macendale is a merc through and through, and has been caught in various terrorist groups, most notably anti-American terrorist groups. Hard to believe he was a genius pilot and fighter in the army.

Jack O'Lantern and the rest of the goblin cast are very dangerous and lethal. They make Michael Bay jealous with all the explosions, and it gets dicey. You always know a goblin is in town by the number of hospital wards, or bodies in the morgue.

The more irritating part is that he was one of the many Hobgoblins that flew around in one of the many Hobgoblin wars. This has been a special project of mine to try and shut down all of the goblin villains and figure out where they get their weapons. I'm pretty sure if we were to take down those behind this tech, we would be crippling the supervillain community.

On another note, I thought Macendale was killed in his cell by a mysterious assailant over in Great Neck Penitentiary. (VJL-009) I'll make a note to go check out the evidence in that cold case later. This isn't the first villain to make a reappearance. Not to mention he has sold his soul to demonic entities, according to various sources.
