Izuki is in her first years of being a hero, she's not the number one hero yet, (if you remember correctly from the first chapter, she is once she turns 21). I'm not sure how no one knew All Might's real name/ real appearance, seems a little unrealistic to me that no one knew him from before his 'mighty' appearance. Correct me if I'm wrong but, he studied in U.A., he participated in the Sports Festival 3 times; how come no one makes the connection quirk-person? Anyways, just like in All Might's case, everyone is stupid enough and they don't realize Izuki is Deku; this means that whenever she's in her 'normal' attire, no one recognizes her as Deku.

Anyways, rant over, it's a little short but I hope you enjoy :D

(Izuki at age 19)

These were the kind of situations that I didn't want to end up in ever since I became a full-time mother to Eri. I had a bank full of hostages and a couple of villains trying to intimidate us. The worst part? I was in my civilian persona trying to pay my credit card, domestic enough, huh? Even worse? They don't know I'm Deku, and I could not afford them knowing my civilian persona. Why, you ask? Well, Eri would be at risk if they were to follow me during one of my outings. I could very well change into my costume, but I would have to leave in order to do that and I couldn't let anything happen to my fellow hostages.

"Listen well, I don't want any of you moving" the apparent leader spoke "If I see any movement, well, one of you will die, not necessarily the one moving"

Those were the worst kind of villains, the ones that took pleasure in taking lives away. I pressed my teeth together in annoyance, if only I could leave for a short period of time to change. Everyone trembled in fear. I had notified my agency thanks to a device designed by Mei; and I had no doubt they would be sending reinforcements, but I didn't know when they would arrive.

"You" another of the villains spoke to one of the cashiers "get up and open the vault"

One of his companions grabbed the cashier and pushed him towards the vault. I almost stood up but one of my fellow clients grabbed me by my arm and made me stay in place. The cashier opened the vault and he started loading cash into bags. The villains selected another cashier to help fill the bags.

I saw someone moving out of the corner of my eye and I wasn't fast enough to react towards it. A pregnant woman was running for it, I was about to run and shield her from her impending doom but someone beat me to it. A blinding light shined and the attackers where now without their weapons; the one that was about to shoot at the pregnant woman was unconscious. I couldn't see any apparent hero on the scene and I was about to take care of the other villains but they were being taken care of by Sero-kun.

The police didn't take too long to enter the bank and arrest the villains. The media were already on the scene and they were talking to my friends. The other hostages were being looked at by the ambulance and the pregnant woman was taken to the hospital just to make sure she was okay. I waited for my friends' interview to be over before going to meet them.

"Invisible Girl, Cellophane" I called them "I'm so glad you came"

"Yeah, we heard the alarm and the agency sent us" Sero-kun replied "You weren't in the ideal position huh?" he mocked me "I understand your need to protect Eri-chan but the day will come when you'll have to rethink your priorities"

I wasn't really in the mood to explain myself; not the whole class knew the other reason I had to maintain my civilian persona a secret. I did not agree with All Might at first when he demanded it, but after speaking with him and knowing his reasons, I complied. If I were to become the number one hero, I would have to keep my family a secret, I would be in constant stress due to them being potentially harmed by my enemies. Sure, All Might being married to my mother had already made her a potential target for retribution; but she would be in even more danger once I become the symbol of peace.

Though I wasn't the current symbol of peace, I was in the top three; it would only be a matter of time before I had to carry the torch. I was nervous but I knew I had to be the one to do it. I could hold OFA at 100% for almost thirty minutes, and I still needed practice to keep it functioning for a larger period of time; but the League of Villains were keeping quiet for the moment and I had to take advantage and train until I got a better hang of it. There are some other quirks that had yet to make an appearance, after obtaining control over Nana's quirk, no other quirk had decided to come up.

"I know that Cellophane" I sighed "but since that day hasn't come yet, I'm enjoying my liberties"

"Zu-chan, I hope I didn't blind you when I made my move" Toru apologized trying to change topics.

"What are you talking about?" I reassured her "I helped you create that move, I'm so proud you mastered it" Ever since our second year we had become closer friends and I finally had the chance to help improve her control over light, I was really proud she could control the intensity and direction the light reflected on her. "Thank you both, you were my heros"
