Personal Assessment: I may be a superhero nut, but I don't like kids doing superheroics. Power Pack may have been doing some work for the past five years, but I'm glad that they are finally putting on masks. Before no one would give a second look to a bunch of kids, never mind mutant children, but as they grow older, more people will be likely to recognize them.
A super-powered kindergartener. This is a bit of a nightmare scenario, and it's a wonder her teammates kept her under wraps from a lot of officials, over the past 5 years. I've heard a few witnesses to her tantrums, and when she's charged up can release balls of energy all around her. But I assume she's mostly grown out of this phase.
I don't know if they are mutants, but many wouldn't differentiate these kids from typical mutants, because they wouldn't care to look at the differences. There have been mutants that have manifested as young as early childhood. I can imagine that the older teammates heard and saw quite a few debates about mutant-related law and even as young as 8, they would know that mutant hunters would treat them the same way.
This little girl may be sweet as sugar, but she does have a stubborn streak. She is very trusting, as well as rambunctious. I don't foresee her to be as much trouble, as she's generally a very friendly kid.
