Abilities: Expert Marksman and Sniper, Advanced Martial arts and Swordsman training, Expert in demolitions, and has a large array of trick arrows. Known to have used Pym Particles at times to grow into Goliath.

Weaknesses: Cocky mouth and attitude, has a temper that can throw him off a little when he's angered. He's also a normal human that engages in advanced physical training.

Personal Assessment: Hawkeye's an obnoxious jerk, but he seems to have his heart in the right place. He tends to run his mouth, which sometimes gets him in trouble, but could also keep his allies on the right track.

After looking into his past, I'm actually surprised he's stayed honest for so long. After a murder attempt by not just his biological father, but presumably also a foster father. (See file HHK-001) Barton has had a hard time, and I wouldn't have put it past him to turn full villain. But he didn't. Sure, there's the time that he sided with the Black Widow to fight Iron Man, but that was more a misunderstanding both on him and Iron Man's part. (See file HHK-002)

Unfortunately, the appeal of luxuries of the Avengers tend to catch his eye. He does tend to look up to both Iron Man and Captain America as surrogate father figures, but then that's to be expected. Young men which had bad father figures do tend to seek out father figures, and wish to please them. Barton tends to defend them to the hilt and will run his mouth off over the slightest insult to himself, or these two avengers. His mouth has also been the source of contention between him and multiple avengers.

It was probably one of the reasons his wife, the Avenger Mockingbird loved him. It's too bad that Hawkeye had to be widowed so young. He may be argumentative, but it's probably a part of his armour that was developed due to his harsh life.

If it comes to it, that he is getting argumentative and overly aggressive, talking him down, and maybe letting him speak his mind to calm him down is probably one of the better options.
