Tristan Stacy's files

Identity: Grim Reaper

File code: VGR

Alignment: Supervillain

Affiliation: Hydra (Primarily), the Maggia, Lethal Legion, Sinister Six

Private Identity: Eric Williams

Age: 30s

Hair color: Brown

Eye color: Blue

Ethnic Background: Caucasian

Base of Operations: Manhattan, various bases across the world

People of interest: Simon Williams (Wonder Man), Helmut Zemo (Baron Zemo the 13th), Vision, Presumably AIM

Usual Enemies: Simon Williams (Wonder Man), Iron Man, Spider-Man, The Avengers

Abilities: Has a Cybernetic Hand in the shape of a scythe. The Scythe can rotate and spin at high speeds to create a variety of effects (Helicopter, Shield, etc.), it can also fire energy blasts, gas pellets and electric shocks. Also heard that he may have had dealings with supernatural beings.

Weaknesses: not very powerful, and easily tempted. Bringing in Wonder Man and Vision to talk him down could get him to hesitate. His own mental state is his worst enemy. (See file VGR-004)

Personal Assessment: I will admit, there was a time I thought we could probably reform him, but over time, I realized that it's probably a lost cause. The thing that keeps him there is the same thing that causes Wonder Man to end up as an unreliable hero: Mental illness. (See file HWM-010) Both brothers have problems with depression and I may suspect Simon Williams may have a bipolar disorder that the Avengers try to help him out with. (It was surreal hearing about how the Avengers worked on that. Their track record with mental illness isn't exactly stable; See files HCA-030, HIM-045, VHU-005 through 032 for some examples)

At the end of the day, Grim Reaper is to be approached as a villain and a terrorist. He's aligned himself with such people, and he needs to pay for those crimes. A combination of child neglect from his childhood (See file VGR-002) to unstable mental illness (See file VGR-012 for list of mental disorders) is what led Eric Williams down this path. That is sad.

On another note, what the hell is going on with him? He keeps dying and coming back, like the afterlife is a trip to the grocery store. Maybe we should consider someone like Dr Strange be involved in cases with him. It's hard to figure out if I should put him in the dead villains category, or the living villains category! That's a lot of moving around files and work!

Screw it. I'm putting him in the living category. I don't care what anyone says. He'll just come back a few days later anyways.

I meant that figuratively anyways. Nothing religious about that.

Which reminds me, the Renaissance Fair is coming up. I need to prepare my costume for it. I've been looking forward to it since last year!
