Abilities: Has four cybernetic metal arms that she controls at will. They have the ability to carry tons, have a psi strength that can shatter large buildings, and are known to be far more powerful than the previous Dr Octopus' arms (See file VDO-007) Also, the arms have been noted to transform into weapons. Also, Dr Trainer is also a noted scientist and a brilliant genius with an IQ to match the super geniuses of both the heroes and the villain communities.
Weaknesses: Other than her insanity, Unknown.
Personal Assessment: I haven't dealt with her personally, but from what I've heard of her, she's bad business. From what I've analyzed, she's on the top ten baddies list, and she is dangerous. I don't think the police force would be able to capture her on our own. I've read her papers, and she is certainly brilliant, but there was a part of it that I found a little unhinged.
Superheroes that deal with her don't like to fight against her; she's a learning enemy. The same move won't work on her twice.
It seems that she wants to leave her mark on science, from what I've heard. There's not much of her that is present in the official records. She is a mystery, and has never truly been captured; therefore, there's no reports to go on. Her recent attempt to take the Recombinator was one of her most public plots. (See file VDO II-005)
