Hair color: none

Eye color: Brown

Ethnic Background: Caucasian

Base of Operations: Various

People of interest: Spider-Man, Kraven the Hunter (and all affiliated people), HYDRA

Usual Enemies: Spider-Man

Abilities: took a special surgical serum to be able to be able to take on the appearance of anyone. His outfit has a memory material that enables him to alter his clothing with him. He is a master of disguise, and an excellent method actor.

Weaknesses: Normal human strength. If found out, he isn't able to fight a huge number of law enforcement or superheroes. His Modus Operandi also forces him to study his target, so unusual quirks within a disguise could show a rushed job.

Personal Assessment: This guy's a dirty spy. I don't like him. But he is actually a low-level supervillain for a few reasons. First off, he's a spy. That's his entire game. He is very mercenary, and is known for his grudges.

This is his primary weakness. He imagines himself a mastermind, when he is just a bit player, and would work better as a spy in an organization, rather than trying to take vengeance on Spider-Man, just over his ego, and over Kraven the Hunter.

Sounds like a soap opera, but there's nothing of importance in there.

We've really got to have a proper protocol when it comes to shapeshifters. They are tricky fellows, and often, if they are villains, it can mean more than just a robbed bank. These guys can really cause some chaos on a federal level.

Good thing Chameleon has neither the brains, nor the discipline to do so.
