Ethnic Background: Caucasian

Base of Operations: Castle Zemo, Formerly Thunderbolts clubhouse (North Pole)

People of interest: Captain America, Baron Zemo the XII, Madame Hydra, Baroness Zemo

Usual Enemies: Captain America

Abilities: Slowed Aging. Genius level intellect, (Strategy, tactics and philosophy) Master Combatant, Expert swordsman, able to put him against superhumans, Expert Marksman

Weaknesses: Despite his skill, he is still just a human, so he has limits

Personal Assessment: I don't like any of these HYDRA villains. They are an offshoot of the traditional NAZI party from WW2, and that doesn't paint these guys in a good light. Helmut's father may have been the card-carrying member, but he kidnapped Helmut when he was a boy, and brainwashed him. Some would sympathize, but I don't.

HYDRA may have changed in ideals, but overall, it doesn't matter who's in charge. Viper, Zemo, or even Red Skull. They all deserve to be treated like the world terrorists they are.
