Alex approached the door of the hut. For a few moments he listened to the mixed sounds. The Wolf and Eagle talked about the new agent, and the Snake snored loudly. Then he heard a tired sigh and a soft thump on the bed. It must be the fourth member of the unit, Lynx. He was probably just listening to the conversation between Wolf and Eagle. Alex didn't want to eavesdrop, but it's never good to enter the room blindly. Always know the number and position of the enemy. He straightened up, fixed his already perfect expressionless mask, and knocked. All voices fell silent, and then there was a loud bang and swearing with a Scottish accent. Alex assumed the Eagle had gently awakened the Snake. The loud creaking of the bed indicated that several members were getting out of bed at the same time. Alex didn't expect anyone to open up to him. The procedure was that when someone came, especially if he was polite enough to knock, everyone present got up and waited for the visitor to show up. This was the reason why some units developed a way of knocking to recognize themselves and not to get up if there was no need. Alex knew about that way of knocking and had used it a few times before himself, but where would the fun be in that now?

When he was sure that all eyes would be on him as he entered and that he would be able to guide every single bewildered face, he grabbed the doorknob and creaked open the he stepped into the hut he immediately turned to close the door so that the members of the unit could see only the nape of his neck. To give a good first impression, the Wolf stopped at its full height (which wasn't much and Alex was almost as tall), the Snake rubbed his head imperceptibly which still hurt from the gentle awakening, the Eagle looked as if it had eaten too much candy so it was now shaking like a bottle of champagne before it exploded, and Lynx was looking at her with anticipation and curiosity. Alex wanted to laugh imagining their reaction when he turned around, but the thought held him back that if he stayed serious long enough, he would see their real reactions.

The moment of truth has come. He turned from the lock towards them as comfortably as if he had solved the task on the board and went back to his place in the classroom. His gaze flew over the hut several times. The Wolf went to say something until he saw Alex's face. He stopped in half a gesture which made him look like someone took a photo of him in the middle of a yawn. The Snake narrowed its eyes (like a real snake) trying to figure out if it was hallucinating from the blow. And the Eagle, Eagel who climbed and landed on its toes the whole time, got stuck in half the movement. At the moment he looked like he was trying to see through the Lynx who was the line in front of him. Lynx, who apparently managed to process the fact that a boy was standing where the best MI6 agent should stand, was the first to speak.

"Sorry kid, are you lost?" He asked with his tenderness in his voice. Alex adjusted his shoulder bag better and responded with equal tenderness

"No, this is K-Unit's hut," he said, pointing to the paralyzed, known members, still not taking his eyes off Lynx. "You're a sure new member, Lynx." He just nodded. "I'm Cub. It's a pleasure to meet you," he held out his hand. Lynx shook hands unconsciously. Before Alex went to his bed in the corner of the room he informed them. "Ben says 'Hi.'"

Alex tossed the bags on his bed, then tucked a few things from one of them into a small cupboard by the bed.

All heads turned vaguely toward him.

"Cub ...?" Snake asked.

"Snake" said Alex as if they were introducing themself.

"Is that really you?" Eagle asked

"You're the second to ask me that since I came," he said, "yes it's me, 'bloody schoolboy'."

And then Wolf snapped "What the hell do you think you're doing here double-o-nothing?"

"Additional training and aptitude test, accelerated level, you are all really poorly informed here."

"We'll see who is poorly-informed when I-" Wolf ran toward Alex, reaching for his stomach in an attempt to take his breath out of his lungs. Alex shifted to the left, grabbing the Wolf's outstretched arm and bending it behind his back. He leaned his face against the wall, still squeezing his hand. But Wolf, though aware of the fact that the little rich man could break his arm, remained stubborn.

He approached his neck and whispered, "When you do Wolf what? Get beaten up by a schoolboy? Now I'm going to let you go and I advise you to walk away and not do something like this again."

No waiting for an affirmative answer Alex left him, aware of the possibility of an impending attack. Wolf turned with unexpected speed, but Alex was faster. Wolf waved his hand at Alex's head. Alex bent down and shifted his support to his left leg. He swung his right leg and hit the Wolf's legs and knocked him to the floor. Lying on the floor, Wolf huddled and turned to his left side. Alex took the opportunity for a little revenge. He struck Wolf in the right shoulder in a group of nerves. Wolf felt a blow to the shoulder and went to grab the injured spot, but only then did he realize. Alex paralyzed him. Enjoying the look on Wolf's face, Alex got up from a squat in which he managed to paralyze the soldier's sas. Lucky is state when these are her best soldiers.

When he turned, he saw the other members of the unit staring at him. He could feel their gaze on his back. Snake, the unit's doctor, approached and knelt beside Wolf.

"Are you OK?" Snake aked for the first time not knowing what to do with the patient.

"I can't move anything out of my neck because of this bloody schoolboy."

"I advise you to be more polite to a person who can paralyze and of-paralyze you. Otherwise, I think you'll miss breakfast."

"Cub how did you do it?" Eagle asked breathlessly.

"I learned somewhere," Alex said in a cold voice.

"And where?" asked Snake

"Everywhere a little" Alex laughed with a mysterious smile.

"Are you going to off-paralyze him?' Lynx asked was always afraid to confront Wolf, and this kid knocked him down in less than 3 minutes.

"Of course, he just need to ask," Alex replied smugly.

"You think I'm going to beg you. I'll pass. Snake, you're a doctor, fix me," Wolf said, trying to sound dangerous even though he was paralyzed. He failed.

"Sorry buddy, but I don't have that much experience. It's almost impossible to hit a certain nerve, and Cub did it from the first" Snake said, showing toward Alex.

The situation was ridiculous. The leader of the unit on the floor, paralysis, the doctor tries to help and the Eagle

irritatingly stabbed in his arm. Wolf looked like he wanted to kill someone. Lynx looked across the group at the other end of the room, then toward the new member of the unit. He spoke.

"Hey, Cub, right?" Alex just nodded "how do you know Ben?"

"Ben says that this word annoys you terribly but unfortunately, classified."

"Okay, so do you know each other beforehand, you and the K unit?"

"A few years ago I was here in training for two weeks and that's when I met the K unit. Fox was the fourth member then."

"Yeah, and how old are you, sience when you've been here before.""I believe it's deleted from my file." Lynx nodded in amazement at the boy's calm. "That's better. I advise you not to stick your nose where it doesn't belong, curiosity can be very dangerous." He said in a voice so cold that he Lynx felt a tingling sensation in his spine.

"Well, breakfast starts in a few minutes, doesn't it, and I'm starving, so Wolf, if you want my help, you don't have much time to ask." He said tapping his foot on the floor to seemingly speed up the weather.

"I'll be fine. Thanks." He said viciously.

"Okay, your choice. Anyone else go for breakfast or ...?"

"Wait for me. I'm starving." Cried Eagle.

Wolf unable to stop him yelled "Eagle, you and Snake will stay here and fix what this rich troublemaker did!"

Eagle turned obediently.

"It would be easier just to ask politely, but whatever you want," Alex said, pretending to be innocent, "You, Lynx? I can tell you about the good old days with the K unit, and tell you something about your brother. " Lynx shivered under the deadly gaze of Wolf, but again this kid was a phenomenon. He wanted to know more about him and Ben.

"Sure."

"Excellent"

Lynx came out of the hut first, and Alex theatrically waved to the other members of the K unit. Well, maybe he made an ally.

15 minutes later Alex and Lynx returned to the hut. Alex told him all about how K unit treated him for the first time and that he would take revenge on them this time. He also told him that Ben had threatened him if he hurts his little brother. They both laughed at that.

In the hut was still the same situation with the patient, only he was getting angrier and angrier by the second. Alex lay down on his bed watching the show take place right on the floor next to him.

Alex leaned over the edge of his bed and offered Snake, still sitting on the floor,a cup of coffee.

"How's the patient?" Alex asked mockingly

"Well, he's-Wait, where you found the coffee" Snake asked shocked. "We get that disgusting porridge"

"We'd be surprised how much this kid is a manipulator. Be a little polite to the cooks, a little compliment and whooola," he pointed to his hand, "he got me a coffee, too."

"You little one" laughed Snake leaning against the frame of his bed, opposite Alex still sitting on the floor, "Is that how you got those matches when you were last time here?"

"No, I stole them from the sergeant." He said sipping his coffee.

"You stole from a sergeant," shouted Eagle in astonishment.

"Mhh. So, Wolf" turned to him "did you remember the magic word or will we wait for the sergeant. So you can explain explain to him that you are late for training because the teenager paralyzed you."

"Wolf, you're going to get the whole unit in trouble," Snake said

"I will not suffer for you," said Eagle.

"OKAY!" said Wolf angrily. "Cub ..." he continued in a more tired voice. "Can you paralyze me?" Alex raised his eyebrows "please."

"I do not know how"

"What!?" Wolf growled, raising his head as high as he could, "what do you mean, you little one-"

"I'm kidding. I'm kidding. You should have seen your face. Hilarious." Alex couldn't hide his smile. Eagle and Snake moved away, and Alex crouched beside Wolf. He put his hand behind his neck and pressed a dot on it.

Wolf's scream broke through the air. He lay on the floor for a few more moments, then stood up.

"Wow. You are lower than what I remember." Wolf looked furious, but restrained himself because he knew Alex could knock him down in less than a minute. "By the way," Alex continued, looking at the watch on your arm, "breakfast ends in 5 minutes. Eagle, I heard I'm not giving you sugar and caffeine, so here's an apple." He tossed him an apple he had left on the nightstand when he returned from breakfast. "There are no gifts for you Wolf, so I advise you to hurry up if you don't want to spend the day on an empty stomach."

The moment the thought came to his mind, he began sprinting to the mess hall.

This is going to be a good three weeks.
