A few days after receiving the news of the new ruin, Touya and company had made it to the capital of the Regulus Empire, Gallaria.
"I can't believe no one in our group has been here before," said Touya as everyone left a carriage.
"I know, especially since our home country neighbors it," said Elze.
"You all must be the adventures King Regulus sent for," said a female soldier as she greeted them at the main gate to the castle.
"We are," said Touya as he showed her the letter sent to help them get into the country.
"Please follow me, his highness wished to meet you as soon as you arrived," said the soldier. A few minutes later, they had arrived at the castle.
"I heard that you were all on your way," said Sushie who was waiting on them with her father and King Regulus.
"What brings you two here, uncle?" asked Yumina.
"King Regulus and I are old friends, we were here visiting yesterday when we heard you were on your way," said Duke Ortlinde.
"The third princess of Regulus, Lucia Rea Regulus is waiting at the ruins for you along with some of the soldiers," said the female soldier.
"I went there with her yesterday, so I can lead the way," said Sushie.
"I have a quicker way," said Leen as she looked at Touya. Meanwhile, at the sight of the ruin.
"Help!" screamed a girl the same age as Yumina as she ran from some soldiers who had the kingdom's crest on their armors.
"You're dead brat!" said a man as he swung his sword. However, Touya had exited the Gate and stopped the man's sword with his own.
"General Bazoar, what is the meaning of this?" asked King Regulus as everyone else came out.
"He and the others are planning to overthrow you, I overheard them while they were in the ruins," said the girl.
"Argh!" said another soldier as he charged at the King.
"Slip!" said Touya, causing the man to fall.
"Elze, you mind taking care of these guys?" asked Touya without moving his sword an inch.
"Ha!" said Elze as she punched General Bazor in the stomach.
"There are still more soldiers out here and across the kingdom who could be a part of this," said King Regulus as the girls tied the few soldiers there were up.
"Already on it," said Touya who had searched for all the soldiers in the country that were on the enemy's side.
"Multiple, Paralyze," said Touya. The sound of crackingling then erupted all throughout the kingdom.
"Did he just use two Null Magic at the same time?" asked a surprised King Regulus.
"Young Touya is full of surprises," said Duke Ortlinde.
"I'd expect nothing more from my future husband," said Sushie with a smile.
"I suggest we deal with these traitors before the ruins," said Touya, trying to overlook the statement from Sushie.
"You're right," said King Regulus.
"You all take King Regulus back to the castle, I'll take Duke Ortlinde to Belfast and bring back some knights to help us, at the moment we can't trust any knights from this kingdom" said Touya.
"I agree with that plan," said Duke Ortlinde.
"So don't I, and I thank you all for your help," said King Regulus.
