These are a continuation of MisterDrBobs story, The New Regulars. I don't know why he stopped writing so I thought maybe I can finish for him and if he wants me to take it down I will.

Also I don't own the rights to any of these characters in the fanfiction.

Chapter 1: Family Bonding

Sojiro was pleased that Ann was feeling like her old self thanks to the princesses. It still sounds crazy to say, but unfortunately crazy was off the table with all these visitors coming in from whatever Ren's doing. I really wish I could crack one of these visitors but no avail so far.

Sojiro realized that it was a slow day today. Barely any customers at all except for the two elderly couple that come in daily. Other than that no customers at all.

"Okay this time I will close up early and spend time with Futaba" Sojiro thought "No distractions this time"

As Sojiro started cleaning he heard the bell or his door. He looked up to see Yusuke. The boy looked really tired and was about to pass out any minute.

"Hello….boss" Yusuke said emotionless as he sat down in one of the stools.

"Let me guess, stayed up late finishing a painting and barely got sleep and on top of that skipped breakfast?" Sojiro asked. Yusuke nodded.

Sojiro sighed "You know I get that you're serious about being a great artist but even famous artists take better care of their body."

"I know but if I'm going to be any good I have to stay focus. I'll work on my body when I find the perfect inspiration for my next piece I promise" Yusuke stated.

Sojiro grinned "Sure I'll see it when I believe and trust me I've seen it all." I hope Sohiro thought. He prepared coffee and Curry for Yusuke. As Yusuke started eating they both heard the bell again. The newcomers were human. Thank god Sojiro thought. They both had blue hair and wore the strangest clothing he had ever seen. What caught his attention the most was the swords they had at their side.

"Father you didn't have to come with me I know how to get here." Said the woman.

"I know but I thought this could be the perfect chance for some family bonding". Said the man.

Something about the man's voice seemed familiar but it didn't matter to Yusuke as he was still eating. "Welcome to Cafe Leblanc I'm assuming you're friends of Rens?" Sojiro asked the newcomers.

"Yes we are. My name is Chrom and this is my Daughter Lucina."

"Hello" Lucina shyly waved

"That voice sounds so familiar where have I heard it before?" Sojiro muttered to himself. "I also assume you're here for my coffee and/or curry?"

"Yes once we heard about the curry and coffee and how good it was we just had to try it out. It's also a good way to spend time with my daughter as well." Chrom smiled

"Yeah" Lucina replied less enthusiastically

"Well Grab a seat and I'll make you some." Sojiro stated as he started cooking and brewing. "Oh I almost forgot my name is Sojiro Sakura but everyone calls me boss. This boys name is Yusuke but as you can see he is currently devouring the curry as he keeps forgetting to eat." Sojiro hissed.

Yusuke looked up from his plate as he was done. "Thank you boss that was delicious as always." Yusuke praised but as he turned his head left he saw two new faces. "Oh Chrom and Lucina when did you two get here?" Of course he knows them Sojiro thought.

"A couple of minutes ago. You truly didn't notice us until now?" Chrom asked.

"I was so focused on the curry I didn't pay attention to my surroundings. My apologies let me introduce myself I'm-"

"Yusuke Kitagawa" Lucina interrupted "Boss told us and we already know who you are. Ren told us all about you as well."

"Really well that's great to hear." Yusuke smiled

"Here's your plate of curry and coffee for you both, enjoy." Sojiro said as he gave them the food. "So if you don't mind me asking? What are your guys stories? Because from where I standing your daughter looks to be about your age." Sojiro asked.

"Well our story is actually a bit out of this world." Chrom said

"Trust me I met a giant gorilla and a giant turtle who turned out to be a king. As well as a really fast blue talking hedgehog. I think I can handle it." Sojiro grinned

"Well like you said Lucina does look to be around my age. It's because she is." Chrom said

"But how?" Sojiro asked

"I too am curious about that. I only heard a few things about you both but not the full story. Maybe I can find inspiration from your story." Yusuke added.

"Well to start I'm from the future" Lucina started. Yusuke didn't seem fazed but Sojiro just had his mouth opened, shocked about what he just heard.

"T-t-the Future?" Sojiro managed to blurt out.

"Yes" Lucins replied. Chrom and Lucina then begin to describe their journey about defeating some dragon Named Grima. How Chroms best friend, Robin, was the only person who can stop the dragon from destroying the future, where Lucina comes from. From fighting the undead called risen to meeting their future children. It sounded like a fairytale to Sojiro but it still made him want to sit down.

"Wow. That's a lot to take in. I need a vacation." Muttered Sojiro.

"Intriguing" Yusuke said after a while. "I can already think of different ideas for my next painting. Thank you."

"No problem. By the way what does boss mean when he said you keeping forgot to eat?" Lucina said.

"Based on what Ren told us about you it seems like you focus on work rather than health." Chrom added

"Well as you know I am an artist and I tend to get very invested in my paintings. So it causes me to forget about eating or sleep." Yusuke said

"That seems really unhealthy shouldn't you find a way to do both so that way you don't jeopardize anything?" Chrom asked

"Yes I will eventually try to find the balance between remaining healthy and my paintings." Yusuke replied. "It's just been hard to find the perfect inspiration ever since the incident with Madarme."

That's a name Sojiro hasn't heard in a while. He couldn't believe that a famous artist would abuse and use his pupils like animals and treat them like they don't matter. I'm glad he's gone and Yusuke found friends like Ren to help him out.

"Yes I heard about Madarme. He was the painter who took care of you and raised you." Chrom said. "We also heard that he claimed your work as his own and even abused you"

"What an awful man" Lucina added

"Yes he was but he was the closest thing I had to a father and he gave me a home and took care of me." Yusuke recalled. "However it doesn't excuse what he did. He's the reason my mother is dead"

"Yes we also heard about that I cant imagine living with my parents. It's one of the reasons I went back in time. To save them." Said Lucina.

"Wow it's getting late we shouldn't take up more of your time boss." Said Chrom.

"No it's alright it's nice to have normal guests show up to my cafe." Said Sojiro. Although normal is a bit of a stretch he thought.

"It was nice to meet you Yusuke hope you can find your balance between health and art." Said Lucina.

"Thank you I will. It was nice to meet you both as well." Said Yusuke. "Thanks to meeting you guys I found my inspiration for my next painting."

"No problem" Said Chrom

"Aha now I know" Sojiro said out of nowhere. Yusuke, Chrom and Lucina all looked at him to find out what he means. "Hearing Chrom talk made me think of someone and now I know. You sound just like Yusuke."

Yusuke and Chrom looked at eachother. "I don't hear it." Said Yusuke

"Neither do I." Chrom added

"Seriously?" Sojiro sighed. "Of course you don't." Yusuke, Chrom and Lucina all left leaving Sojiro alone to his thoughts. "The way Chrom and Lucina talk to eachother and spend time. They have such a good father-daughter relationship maybe I could use some of his ways to get closer to Futaba." Sojiro thought. "Well let's hope the next visitor is as normal as Chrom and Lucina."
