y/n knew her boyfriend was stressed. She could tell Jin was working himself too hard. She could hear the exhaustion in his voice and see it in his eyes. He was a member of the infamous kpop group, BTS, and they were currently preparing for their comeback.

y/n had hardly seen Seokjin in the past month. He has almost constantly been at the studio practicing with the boys. By the time he would get home at night, either y/n would already be asleep, or he would be so exhausted and just flop into bed right away. They would talk on the phone during the day, and sometimes she would even bring lunch over to BigHit for the boys. But still, she missed him.

Friday 4:30 p.m.*

Since it was Friday, she knew the boys would be allowed to come home early and have the weekend off to rest. She wanted to make sure Jin had a relaxing evening. So, she decided to surprise him, and make him his favorite meal for dinner - Kimchi fried rice. She was admittedly not as good a cook as Seokjin was. She had only made this dish a couple of times in the past. When it was finished, she had to pat herself on the back - this was the best kimchi she had ever made!

She had also rented a couple of Jin's favorite movies for the 2 of them to watch after dinner - "Clueless," and "Miss Congeniality. " Jin would never say in front of the other guys, but the man loved his chick-flicks.

She laid out Jin's RJ pajamas (his favorite) on his bed, and put on her matching pair. Soon enough, she jumped up off the couch to the sound of keys in the door.

"Jagiya, I'm home." - Jin said.

"Jinnie! I missed you so much!" - y/n said, as she ran to him jumping into his arms.

"i missed you too, princess." - Jin said, hugging her back.

After a minute of being in each others embrace, they pulled apart, and Jin finally noticed the incredible smell coming from the kitchen.

sniff sniff* "Is that -"

"Kimchi fried rice aka your favorite? Yes it is!" - y/n answered for him. "I know how hard you've been working lately, so I wanted to make a nice, relaxing evening for you. You deserve it, babe."

Jin looked down at his girlfriend, nothing but love and appreciation in his big brown eyes for her. He will never understand how he got so lucky to be with such an incredible woman. Her eyes mirrored the same love he held for her.

After getting lost in each others eyes, y/n snapped out of her trancelike state saying, "we should probably eat before the food gets cold! But before we eat, I laid out your favorite jammies on your bed for you!" - she smiled up at him.

time skip*

Jin and y/n were now cuddled up on the sofa, watching the movie he picked out (of course it was "Clueless," you cant beat the classics!)

"Thank you so much for tonight, jagiya. You mean the world to me. I love you." - he said softly before pressing a light kiss to her forehead.

"I love you too, Jinnie." - she replied, snuggling into his chest even more.
