Katsuki Bakugou was about to marry a woman.
But, he was in love with a man.
That man was Izuku Midoriya, better known as Deku, the number one hero.
He surprised himself by seeing him in his dreams, but also when lately he was looking for him on television only to see him in action defeating villains, although Deku was known for being very reserved with his private life, often only appearing at the time of the fight it, to later give the report to the authorities and disappear. Words to say to the press, were separated from him.
Without anticipating it precisely, he almost passed out the day he returned to the agency, (after having recovered from the fight in which Deku saved him and carried him in his arms to be cured), because they told him that the hero Deku had left him a note with his cell number for him to contact, and he also left a message on the note that he wanted to contact him. He vowed for his life that his heart almost escaped from his chest.
Of course, he put his pride aside and contacted him, from whom, he happily answered the cell phone, they talked for a while, because Deku was jumping ceilings in the middle of the indicated area doing his usual patrol, but not before, invite him to go out.
From there, Katsuki began to see Deku in secret, unable to resist seeing him, knowing him, hearing his laughter, and above all, enrapturing his charming company. He did everything on impulse, because since he invited him out the first time, he accepted suddenly, without thinking twice, without hesitation for a second, without anything else, he longed to see him again, and apparently the desire was mutual.
Deku was so interested in him that he used to ask him many questions in order to get to know him better, no matter how much resistance Katsuki put up at first, he ended up giving in and gradually falling into the nets of his presence.
Katsuki saw him in secret, very aware that it was not right to do it, but between being with someone who did not make him happy, being with someone who truly made him feel human; He preferred a thousand times to be with the person who made him feel human, with the person who caused him a tumult of sensations that grew, becoming very strong feelings of being able to hide them on a large scale.
It was worth mentioning that in his encounters with Deku, he did not know anything about his commitment to Uraraka, since he took off his engagement ring before meeting, even Deku was forbidden to talk about his dates with people, except for his mother , who was the only person Deku lived with.
Deku, well Deku, was everything that Katsuki always wanted in one person, it was everything he was looking for in an individual and he found it, found it and didn't want to release it, because it was so valuable that his commitment could well go to hell. Honestly, Katsuki wasn't sure about getting married, because he wasn't in love with his fiancée, but with someone else, someone better.
He was in love with Deku.
And that wouldn't change his mind.
Somehow, he got Deku into his little game of pleasing himself, because he no longer liked to please others. He fooled Deku or Deku fooled him? No, Deku, wouldn't do that, he had pure intentions for him, but he knew perfectly well what he was doing and he couldn't find a way to stop everything, it was as if a great tsunami was forming in his life, but he didn't know when it would explode everything against him.
Katsuki was a damn liar and what? He removed the heavy burden of his remorse when he witnessed that beautiful smile, accompanied by a beautiful freckled face, waiting for him excited, trembling with emotion when he saw him coming to any of his outings. Katsuki loved those moments when Deku received him with great pleasure, he loved when he treated him like a gentleman, when he respected him and listened to him fascinated, when he asked him if they could see each other again, and he said "yes". The "yes" denoting that he agreed to continue seeing him, because that was what Katsuki wanted without measures.
However, sooner or later, Deku would be curious why Katsuki didn't give him the address of his house, if they had known each other for around six months, which Katsuki postponed his wedding for those six months, and Uraraka thought that it was a good option to postpone the wedding, because she had a lot of work and it was not enough to make the preparations for the celebration. Uraraka didn't know about his game either, so she trusted him by postponing the wedding.
Katsuki scolded Deku when he asked him the reason why he was not allowed to accompany him to his house, and he didn't ask for more, he wasn't a demanding person, but perseverant.
Although, those six months of meeting Deku were enough for his decision to be formed, charging a respective undeniable growth, wanting to prolong his encounters with the number one hero, wanting more, yearning for more of his attention, becoming more greedy in relation to everything around him.
He found out that Deku suffered from bullying throughout his childhood because he was born without a Quirk, but he explained that his Quirk appeared in adolescence and for that reason, he was able to enter Shiketsu. He commented that it took a lot of work to adapt to his individuality, since it was an extremely strong power and his bones broke every time he used it, but that over time he managed to adapt his Quirk to his body and vice versa. He learned that the number three hero was his best friend, named Shouto, with whom he was his classmate in Shiketsu. Likewise, Deku wasn't the one who had many friends, because he had a hard time trusting people, because he had been bullied a large part of his life, in some way, it was logical that a mark remained on his person. Those details made hero number one even more charming than he already was.
But, by prolonging his dates with Deku, his last meeting was a mistake, not because he hated or disliked anything about it, but because of what happened.
It happened when Deku accompanied him to the street of his house, while he walked with his legs weak, his hands vibrating inside his pockets.
"Kacchan, can I ask you something?" Deku spoke suddenly, slightly exalting Katsuki, who immediately recovered from the shock.
"What do you want?" He barked growling.
"Why can't I leave you at your house?"
Again that question, if only Deku knew what Katsuki was doing behind his back, he didn't conjure how things had turned out so well in six months.
"I don't want you to meet my parents" He said dryly.
That was one of the excuses he was giving him, being easy to say, because it was largely true. If Katsuki introduced him to his parents, they would be surprised to find out with whom he spent his afternoon outings with on his days off and arrived in a good mood. Something weird in Katsuki.
"It's just that it's not polite for me to leave you on the street, instead of leaving you at the door of your house" Deku replied, frowning a little. A gesture indicating that he was in conflict.
"I am not a lady to be left at the door of my house!" He spat defensively.
"I care that you get home safely" He confessed, looking at him intently.
Katsuki blushed.
"Don't treat me like a damsel in distress, Deku!" He pointed at him offended, restricting his feelings. "Don't you think that you're the best just because you're the number one, you're giving yourself the pleasure of making fun of me"
Deku looked at him in panic, denying him those references that he gave him.
"I would never do that" He clarified sincerely, making Katsuki's heart skip a beat, and his negative attitude left the drain. "I don't want to offend you, Kacchan"
"Don't underestimate me, Deku" He boasted, looking down at the floor and then at Deku. "I am not inferior to you, nor to any of those extras, who call themselves villains, they are fucking bastards; besides, what do you care about my safety? Take care of yourself, Deku"
Katsuki cut himself off, seeing Deku's face. It was a face that trembled, pursing his lips, a face that showed ambiguous intent, an unclear message, but expressed something. Deku closed his knuckles, taking a deep breath and releasing the air from his lungs.
"I care about your safety, because" He moistened his lips, closing and opening his eyes. "I like you, Kacchan." His cheekbones were stained in crimson red, his green eyes spoke honestly, his body trembling with fear, but on a par with unmistakable bravery.
Deku was scared, but he didn't shy away or fled when he confessed his feelings, no, he stayed there.
Katsuki fell apart, savoring those words enter his ears, settle in his mind, savoring every ounce of that feeling that housed Deku's voice with those three words so simple, but that carried a great feeling.
"What?" He said, longing for him to repeat those three words.
Deku didn't realize his intention, he settled between the balance of his weight and the firm posture of his feet, saying:
"I like you, Kacchan"
He used greater sincerity, greater forcefulness, greater weight of each word in that beautiful voice.
"Em, don't worry if you don't feel the same" Deku cheered himself in a tremulous voice. "I have really enjoyed the time that you have given me to get to know you, because for me it has been very special; And to be honest, I have never felt this way for anyone, so it's the first time I confess" He swallowed hard, nervously moving his torso along with his head. "Forgive me if it's not the right time or place or I am using the right words to confess, but the fact that I like you is true"
It was true that the confession that Katsuki received was anticlimactic, in the sense that it would have been more pleasant to confess in an elegant place, with a pleasant atmosphere, with background music, a bouquet of flowers, but it was not that way, when On the contrary, he was confessed in the middle of the empty street at night. Terrible time to do it, anyway, but it was Deku we were talking about.
Seeing him bowed his head forward, he knew where that confession was going and he liked every part of it.
"Please go out with me" He asked affably, causing electricity in every corner of his body, who appreciated being treated in a special way.
Katsuki smiled, aware of what his answer would be (well aware that that was wrong).
"Yes, damn it!"
Deku rose like a spring, wearing an expression of total amazement, which in seconds became one that radiated joy.
"Seriously, Kacchan?" He asked a little doubtfully. "Are you really okay with me?"
"Do you doubt me, nerd?" He scoffed defiantly, which, Deku's face lit up in beaming joy, a bright smile flashing on his lips. It really looked beautiful, like a sculpture in flesh and blood. Manly arms tightened around him, hugging him around the waist.
"I am so happy!" Deku exclaimed in gratitude.
"Don't be so over the top, idiot" He said grumpily.
His heart couldn't keep up with the pounding of the heart, but the endless bursts of joy that welled up in his body, emanating the same color as Deku's eyes. A green full of hope, emotions, joy, everything beautiful that covered the universe.
"I love you, Kacchan!" Deku's soft voice screamed in a burst of joy, tightening the grip on his embrace, causing more electric shocks.
"Let go of me, Deku, the whole neighborhood will hear us with your screams!" Katsuki scolded him, remembering that everyone in the neighborhood knew him and knew of his relationship with Uraraka. If anyone listened to them, his secret joy would go to hell. He shook himself free of Deku's embrace, going against what his mind and heart wanted to feel, in order to continue enjoying him in secret, where no one could see them.
"I'm sorry, Kacchan, I am so happy that I can't contain myself" He screeched happily, jumping up and down. That damn smile didn't fade from his face.
"Stupid, Deku" He muttered, placing one hand of his inside his curls, stroking the soft pillow that made up his green hair. Deku approached him, putting both hands around his waist, pressing his fingers to the texture over the clothing that covered him. It was such a subtle contact, or rather, sublime.
"I thought you wouldn't reciprocate me, Kacchan, but I see that I was wrong to think that" He confessed, looking at him tenderly, laying his forehead on his, exerting gentle pressure to the touch.
"You always think of everything" Katsuki said, highlighting one of the characteristics that made up the man in front of him, the man who held him with his hands on his waist, the man he fell in love with.
Deku giggled, bringing his warm breath closer to hid mouth, looking very serious, suddenly.
"Can I, Katsuki?"
At that moment, Katsuki could swear that his heart stopped. He had just told him by his first name, something he had never done before.
He simply nodded, closing his eyes. Deku's hands went up between his back, drawing his body to his, suddenly, capturing his mouth on his lips, giving him a gentle and soft kiss, appreciating every texture that made up his composition. Katsuki felt himself flying through the sky, touching the clouds, rising higher than unattainable.
Everything was new to Katsuki, all those sensations were new, they were unexplored territory, territory that was only worth it if he discovered it with Deku.
Katsuki Bakugou was about to marry a woman.
But, he was secretly dating a man.
He hated hiding his relationship with Deku. He hated not being able to love him at ease.
But most of all, he hated lying to him, because that was what he did: lying to him.
He hated knowing that he was doing it in secret was a mistake, a beautiful mistake.
Katsuki may have been wrong doing those things, but it was the first time that he did something for himself and he didn't intend to stop doing it, he didn't intend to stop his desire to see Deku and want to hold him as only he knew how to do it and treat him in that gentlemanly way that only he knew how to do it.
Damn, he was lying to the person who least deserved to have it done to him, including his fiancée, who was a good girl, and she didn't deserve what Katsuki was doing without shame, but fuck! He had fallen madly in love with Deku, to the point of making it impossible for him to hide it, despite the lifestyle he used to have, the life he didn't complain about being so condescending with him.
Without specifying it, he would marry in less than ten days and his relationship with Deku had just begun.
By doing so, Katsuki knew that he had to cancel his wedding instead of prolonging everything and that Deku and Uraraka found out about their game.
To make matters worse, Deku invited him to his house, to introduce him as his boyfriend to his mother, that is, himself. In short, Deku, like the gentleman he was, wanted to present him as his boyfriend to his mother. Katsuki, as the idiot that he was, accepted the invitation and how to say no to a man as unique as Deku was. He didn't muster up the courage to reject him, even while being engaged to Uraraka.
The day of going to Deku's house arrived, he was very nervous to meet his mother, the plump lady he saw the time everything changed.
Deku picked him up at the bus station, wearing very casual and baggy black shorts, a blue short-sleeved shirt, and a cap that covered him from the sun, because that day the sun was very intense, despite being October.
Deku greeted him with his characteristic dazzling smile and led him to his home; It was hilarious that the number one hero lived with his mother, but he also lived in his parents' house, so there was no reason to complain or make fun of him.
Once arriving at his house, he introduced him to his mother, although his house was very simple, compared to his, which was very large and spacious. Instead, the Midoriya's lived in a small apartment, but very warm and invaded by a familiar and homely atmosphere, which Katsuki liked; He didn't know if he liked it because of the attraction he felt towards Deku or because it was a warmth from home that he had seen for a long time. Whatever the reason, that was the least of it, what mattered to him was being in the house where the number one hero lived.
Deku's mom was just as she had imagined her: kind, smiling, caring, loving. All the qualities that Deku possessed.
It was noted that Deku adored his mother, because he helped her serve the snacks and spoke to her with much appreciation, as Katsuki looked at the furniture in the room, then shifted his gaze to the kitchen where the Midoriya's prepared the snacks and arranged them in the tray.
"Kacchan" Deku spoke to him from the kitchen. He nodded. "Is tea okay? Or do you want something else to drink?"
"Tea, it's fine" He replied grumpily.
Without extending the thing much, Deku showed him his room. A site full of figures and posters of All Might, the hero that Katsuki had adored since childhood, whom was his idol, and he swore many times that he would overpass him, but it was not he who overcame the ancient symbol of peace, but was Deku, who did it.
"A nerd's room" He scoffed haughtily, fascinated by every limited edition of All Might's posters, posters that at the time were hard to achieve. Deku, on the other hand, was nervous, fiddling with his hands, a small blush adorning his cheeks. "Did you grow up all your life here, Deku?"
Deku nodded, coloring more.
"Y-you can take a seat in my bed, there's no-no problem with that" He suggested stammering.
Was Deku nervous to show him his room?
Katsuki accepted the suggestion and sat on the bed, instructing him to sit next to him, which, with small steps, he obeyed.
"Don't be so nervous, this is your room, nerd" He said teasingly. That only made the blush on his face increase, and his green eyes sparkled.
"I-I'm sorry" He apologized, holding on to the hem of his shirt with both hands. "It's just, it's the first time I've brought my boyfriend home" He confessed with a hint of emotion in his voice. "You are my first boyfriend, Kacchan, and well, I wanted to show you the place where I grew up and that my mom got to know you"
"You think of everything, eh Deku?" He smirked, in a higher eagerness.
"She wanted to meet you, because I told her a lot about you." He laughed sweetly, moving closer to his side, still looking very nervous. "I-I love you very much, Kacchan, I hope that my way of being is not a nuisance to you, I will do whatever it takes to make you happy" He looked determined, although his lower lip trembled in eagerness.
Katsuki blushed, gasping.
He felt guilty for lying to him, since Deku opened the doors to his world, showing him the place where he grew up, his mother, his vast collection of All Might products, and he was not honest with what was happening in his life, but when he was with Deku he was himself, it was not the Katsuki that pleased everyone, but it was the Katsuki who loved Deku and was human.
Katsuki rested his head on Deku's shoulder, exalting him for a few seconds, but then he contented himself with his gesture and put his arm around his shoulder. Deku's warmth was just what he needed to heal his guilt.
"Deku"
"Yes?" The aforementioned settled his head on his blond hair.
"Your way of being is not a nuisance for me" He said with difficulty, since being honest with his feelings was not his thing. "So get that idea out of your mind"
Deku gasped, suddenly, hugging him from behind, settling him on his lap, as much as he was grumpy, throwing curses, he didn't refuse the affective gesture.
"I still can't believe that you agreed to be with me" He said with his chin tucked into his shoulder, hugging him from behind. "I love you so much, Kacchan"
"Me too, you idiot" He muttered, the blush crackling all over his face, raising his hands to the strong arms that surrounded him with much affection and care, caressing Deku's soft skin.
Moments like those were difficult to live, more when you please everyone, except yourself.
Katsuki Bakugou was about to marry a woman.
But, he was the secret boyfriend of the number one hero.
In a week he would marry Uraraka, and fear and anguish settled in his body, pressing on the pit of his stomach that twisted in fear.
To make matters worse, he was invited to go to the Hero Billboard Chart JP ceremony that happen every year in the fall and since he would be named again as the number two hero, he was required to attend, and to finish grinding, Uraraka would attend because she also entered it with the best ten, occupying the number nine position.
Katsuki didn't know what to do, other than let it all end, right?
No, he couldn't allow it, it would be the end of his person.
Unfortunately, it was an event that he couldn't missed, because it was so important for his reputation and to provide security to the citizens who supported the heroes; here is the dilemma Katsuki carried on his back.
He tried to cancel his wedding, but he didn't dare to break Uraraka's heart, who was the most excited for the celebration. She used to tell him almost every day when they went out on their dates, she would send messages to his cell phone during the day with photos that she would get inspiration for the decorations of the tables, or the desserts that she wanted to serve in the celebration, and Katsuki couldn't find the way to break with all that.
And to add more emotional charge, Deku called him the day before the Hero Billboard Chart JP ceremony, when he had just come out of the shower.
"Hello, Kacchan!" His laughing voice indicated that he was glad to speak to him. Katsuki tightened his grip on the cell phone, taking a deep breath.
"What do you want?"
"I called because I wanted to hear your voice" He mentioned cheerfully, giggling.
"You heard me, bye" He grumbled about to hang up, but:
"Kacchan, wait!" He said abruptly.
"What do you want, nerd? I want to sleep now" He pretended to be annoyed.
"I'm happy because I'll see you tomorrow" Deku said quickly. "It will be our first ceremony of the Hero Billboard Chart JP that we will spend together, my mom is going to come with me, but I wanted to ask if you like us to see each other before, we can pick you up, without problems, and so the three of us go together"
Fuck! What else would he want to go with him, but he couldn't.
"I'll go on my own" He replied reluctantly, clenching his teeth in the same frustration he felt.
"Oh, are you sure?" He asked to make sure, that was a typical Deku gesture. "We have no problem with you coming with us, Mom liked you, and well I-" He cut himself off for a few seconds, adding in a pleasant and soft tone: "I would love to spend more time with you on a day so important for us as heroes"
"It's a stupid ceremony, Deku" He scoffed at himself for not sounding so tense on the call.
"Do you think so, Kacchan?" He laughed a little incredulously. "It is important for each hero to attend the ceremony"
"Not for me" He gave the opposite. "To go to a place with pure extras? I prefer to stay at home"
"You are so direct with everything, Kacchan" Deku praised in admiration. "I love that about you"
His heart skipped a beat, Katsuki raised a hand to his chest, feeling the frantic beat of his heart as it pumped blood.
"And I'm also glad that my friend Todoroki was given number three rank for the second time!" Deku commented proudly. "And Red Riot will be ranked number six, he's your best friend, right? I hope I can meet your best friend, Kacchan, I will introduce you to mine, ah right!" He exclaimed suddenly, as if he remembered something. "I almost forgot to ask you, do you like flowers?"
"What? For what?" He claimed blushing.
"Well" He giggled nervously. "I-I'd like to give you a bouquet of flowers because you got the number two rank for the second time in a row, and as your boyfriend." He gave a wide, eager breath. "And as your boyfriend, I would be happy to give you something"
"I don't like flowers, stupid Deku" He reproached. "I'm not a woman for you to give me flowers!"
"Ah, sorry" He apologized gentlemanly.
"I don't need those things"
"I understand, Kacchan" He said in the same gentlemanly tone. "You are my first boyfriend, so I apologize if I'm clumsy, and I appreciate you being honest with me, Kacchan, I'll do my best to make you happy"
Katsuki opened his mouth stunned at Deku's sincerity, unlike his own which was null; He didn't find the courage to answer him in that sense.
"I love you, Katsuki"
Deku suddenly released those three words, making his skin stand on end.
"Stupid" He muttered, finally finding his voice among that deep sea that was inside him. "I love you too, Deku"
Deku giggled with joy.
"Well, see you tomorrow, Kacchan, no, Katsuki" He corrected with a laugh. "See you tomorrow, Katsuki, good night, I love you very much"
"Yes, of course, goodbye." He hung up the cell phone, indisposed to what the next day would have at the market.
Katsuki Bakugou was about to marry a woman.
But, he was the secret boyfriend of the number one hero.

P.S. Katsuki playing a dangerous game, playing between two people who don't deserve to be trampled with.
Poor Deku, when he finds out that Katsuki is playing with his feelings.
