Danny focused on the object as best he could then-

*Zoom.

"Ah! Danny!" Allyson shouted.

Danny laughed. "I almost have it." He said.

"You do. But you need to be more focused. Or you might just hit her again with something bigger and dangerous." Harry told him.

Harry Potter, he was 14 yet helping a younger magic student in America by request of Dumbledore.

Ron and Hermione were playing cards while he was doing this.

Allyson knew about magic being real and it was an issue. But she made a promise, swearing, she'd never tell a soul.

Danny believed her so Dumbledore trusted them.

He left Harry to help teach him more about his magic since his wasn't as strong or like the magic they learned.

It was more like trickster magic.

Which according to Hermione, is a magic used by those like Merlin, to be used for hiding and to protect. Some magic used by famous people, like Hoodini, used it as a way to make money off those who were amazed and think it's not real. But when younger ages see it, they believe it's real.

The possible reason more wizards and witches are born of magic like Hermione. None magical parents, yet they have magic of their own.

"Try again." Harry said.

"Alright." Danny said. He got himself ready and focused on another object.

"Don't worry. He'll get it." Ron said to Allyson.

"If you can get good at spells I'm sure Danny here can learn to bend his magic to him will." Hermione said. "And I win." She added with a smile.

"Man! Now I know how Harry feels when I win at Wizards chess." Ron groaned.

"Danny will get the hang of it. I know he will." Allyson said.

Danny smirked a little, losing his focus and sent the plastic cup flying in Allyson's direction.

"Ah! Danny!" She shouted again.

"Sorry! Again!" He said.

Harry sighed. "Let's take a break. Your obviously not focusing." He said.

"I can do this." Danny said.

"You can't. I get were the same age, but my gosh. Your magic is going out of control. Your not bending it to your will and your control is going where you DON'T want it to go." Harry said.

"But-"

"Look. Danny. If you can't do this, your putting Allyson in danger. And that means you can't hang out if you can't learn to be in control of your own power." Hermione said.

Allyson sighed. "I think I better go." She said.

"No. Allyson! Wait!" Danny shouted to her. But she kept on going.

Danny sighed and sat on the stairs.

"Danny. What is this really about? I mean I've made some BAD mistakes with spells, but this...this is a little off. What's going on?" Ron asks.

Danny sighs. "Ron, do you have someone you like?" He said.

Ron shook his head in surprise. "I'm...not sure. What is this about" Ron asked.

Danny told Ron the story of how he and Allyson first met and what they went through with Max.

Ron understood going through many troubles. He, Harry, and Hermione have done it all.

"So, after that happened, I went into hiding for a bit. But I always let her know where I was. Cause of all people, I trusted her. she was my friend. My best friend. But...since then, I've wondered why I felt so...connected to her." Danny said.

Then it made sense to Ron. "You...like her more then you realized." He said.

Danny was actually slowly falling in love with his best friend.

"I guess. If that's what's happening. I'm just so happy when she's proud of me. She says something I can't help but smile. It's like she makes..."

"She makes your feelings go crazy? Like you have no actual control of yourself. I get it." Ron said.

"You do?" Danny asked.

"Yup. I realized that myself this year. Your crushing on your best friend. Your slowly liking her more then your think your feeling for her. she's more then a friend to you." Ron said.

Danny nodded. "What do I do? If I can't focus I'll never be around her." He said.

Ron sighed. "I have no idea. All I can say is, don't think about it. Just think of her as being supportive. She's still your friend, she's still here for you. And when you feel like you know what you are truly feeling about her, then tell her, and be sure she understands that you will still be her friend of she doesn't feel the same way." Ron said.

From what his sister told him that's how you deal with a possible one side relationship.

"Okay. Thanks." Danny said.

"Okay. Are you ready to try-"

"Sure. But I need to go and get Allyson first." Danny said. He ran to her house to get her.

"Ron. What did you say to him?" Hermione asked.

Harry and Ron smiled. Harry knew what Ron possibly said. He nodded to him.

"Just about how he needs to remember why he's learning from Harry in the first place. To protect Allyson. His best friend." Ron said.

Hermione smiled. "Good job."

As she went to sit down, Harry pat Ron on the back. "Nice work man."

Danny came back with Allyson and they looked really happy.

"Alright Danny. Show me what you got." She said.

Danny focused on the biggest rock he could find and sent it floating up over their heads.

"WOW!" Allyson said.

"He did it." Hermione said.

"Good work Danny." Harry said.

Danny let the rock land back on the ground, he smiled at Harry and at Allyson.

She was smiling her usual smile which made him feel upside down. He still smiled. He was happy to have her with him. He was happy, she came to his house and took him onto the show.

"I think he is in love with her." Hermione said.

Ron and Harry snorted.

"What?!" Hermione raised her voice.

"Nothing." They said.
