"I know present the graduation class of 2039"

Everyone throws their hats up, and the graduation caps fall to the lawn of Central city college.

Nora Breakswirth runs to find her parents and hug them.

First her mother gives her kisses then her father gives her a hug.

"My baby girl is a CSI" Jane says the wrinkles on her face creasing when she smiles.

Nora can't stop smiling.

"I already have a intern ship at CCPD" Nora squeals.

"How amazing my love" Jane says with a huge smile.

"When do you start" Mark asks

"Tomorrow" Nora states happily, both her parents give her a crazed expression.

"Don't you want to take a little break before you get right back into studying, even if ''tis isn't school" Mark asks, Nora shakes her head and keeps on smiling.

"This is my dream job I want to start ASAP" Nora says

Her parents smile, Nora has always had a very strong work ethic.

"Allen you have a intern" Singh says rubbing a hand through his grey hair.

"Why wasn't notified of this?" Barry asks trying, organizing his paper at super speed, Singh learned he was the flash 15 years ago.

"That never works Allen" he says to the speedster. Papers blow everywhere and end up out the window resulting in him having to go get them.

"Will you ever learn that super speed and paper don't mix" Singh says.

Barry puts everything away just before the intern walks through the door.

"Hi!" She says with a wave.

Barry nods and watches Singh leave him with another kid who will quit on the first day because they can't take the blood and guts of messy Homicides.

"What's your name?" Barry asks blandly treating her just like the other interns who didn't make it.

"My name is Nora!" The brown haired girl quips happily her green eyes watching the Senior CSI do his work.

"Nora what... I've had 26 interns this past month that didn't make it"

"Nora Jane Breakswirth" she says

Barry lifts his eyes to look at the girl, he sees it now.

Her light brown hair, green eyes and olive skin, she looks just like him but she is as tall as Iris and has the same exact face shape as Iris.

"Are you adopted" he asks suddenly confusing the girl.

"Yes... how did you know that?"

"Your papers, they say that" he says attempting not to cry. Too late he's going to.

"I need to make a call" he says and half runs out the door, flashing to the men's bathroom and dialing his wife.

"I honey what's up" Iris asks over the phone.

"Nora... Nora... she's here" he says scared.

"What? Does she know your her father"

"No... she's my intern... I can't do this"

Barry is wiping tears away.

"Treat her like all the other CSI interns and see if she makes it" Iris says, Barry can tell that his wife is crying herself.

"Ya... ya... I will" Barry says and hangs up.

Barry slides down the wall and let's his tears run freely.

"What's wrong Allen?" Singh asks coming out of a bathroom stall.

"Nora... the intern... 21 years ago Iris had a baby and we... gave her away... Her name is Nora"

"Oh god... I'm sorry"

"No... it's fine"

"She will be a good CSI just like you"

Barry nods and then lifts himself up off the bathroom floor and nods to Capt. Singh

"Thanks Captain" he says and walks back to his lab where he finds Iris talking to Nora.

"Oh hey Barry, I was just coming to drop you off some lunch" Iris says brushing a hand through her greying hair.

"You already made me one this morning" He says confused.

Nora starts picking at her shoulder blade like she has a itch.

"Something wrong?" Iris asks.

"No Mrs. West-Allen I just always have a itch there... it's as if there's something stuck in my shoulder but at the same time there isn't... it's weird"

Barry looks at Iris with a knowing glint in her eye. Nora is itching the exact spot where the power dampening chip is.

"How about we get to work" Barry says with a smile pulling out a grand theft case file.

"I'll leave you two to work... I'll see you at home bear" Iris says before she walks out the door.

"Well it's best as if we do what she says, here's a case file... we will start with that" Barry says, he looks up at Nora who is looking at the door Iris just left through with a smile.

"Your wife is very nice, I feel like I've meet her somewhere before" Nora says. Barry smiles, Nora has she just doesn't remember it.

Nora sighs and turns to Barry to learn as much as she can today.

She knew every little detail she could take it would be good for her in the long run.
