Asami's arms trembled underneath the large stack of papers, fingers clenching and unclenching in attempts to adjust the weight. Her class president had asked her to deliver the completed club surveys to the teacher lounge. It was quite common for her to help the student counsel even though she wasn't a member herself. With an annoyed sigh she carried on.

"He did it again, didn't he Asami?" A voice prodded with a soft chuckle. A small stack of papers was lifted from her arms.

Asami groaned in relief, as a portion of her burden was lifted off her, shifting her shoulder in satisfaction.

"Thank you, Hina" Asami sincerely replied.

Her friend was slightly shorter than herself, with a slender frame. Her brown hair was cut into a bob held back by a soft pink headband. Hina quickly turned on her heels to continue walking down the hall, looking over her shoulder in question at Asami.

"Why does Mamaru-kun always ask you to bring these to the teacher? It's his job!" Her petite friend accused.

Smiling softly at her friend, Asami answered , "It's not a big deal."

The stack of papers began to sway questionably when Asami attempted to transfer them to one hand. Hina let out a loud laugh as Asami stumbled around attempting to regain balance of the remaining papers in her hands. After Asami settled, the pair made their way to the teachers' lounge, chattinging softly about classes, clubs, and other plans for the week.

"There's this new cake shop we should go to together; it just opened a week ago!" Hina chattered enthusiastically.

"Sure!" Asami answered, with another soft smile. Hina was always so enthusiastic. The teachers lounge shortly came into view.

"Are you going to the Host Club today?" Asami questioned, after they dropped off the papers.

"Yup!" Hina responded, giggling to herself while she fantasized about the world of the notorious Host Club.

Asami was soon lost in thought as well, recalling the stoic student from earlier that morning. A soft blushed covered her face at the memory. His gaze was so intense. Quickly regaining her composure, she cleared her throat. A bell sounded out, announcing the end of the school day.

"I need to start heading to the dojo or I'll be late." Asami calmly stated.

"No!" Her friend whined dejectedly. "Come join me!".

"Maybe next time." She chuckled. Waving goodbye to her friend. Asami walked towards her clubroom, glancing out the window on her way. Pausing for a moment she faced the window. The sun shone through the window warming her skin, the golden rays of the sun highlighted the purple hue's in her black hair. Stretching her arms above her head she sighed. It was a gorgeous day out; warm sun, and a soft breeze completed the perfect combination. Arms settling by her side, she let out a sound of soft surprise. A small white bird flew by the window. Flying high into the sky, its feathers gleaming in the rays of sunlight.

"How pretty," She mumbled to herself, watching the bird fly into the distance. Satisfied, she continued to the Kyudo club. After all, the president being late isn't very respectable.

Soon she arrived and was changed into her practice uniform. A small demonstration was done for the incoming first years. Excited chatter followed Asami's second bull's eye. After completing her sequence, she bowed to the new recruits.

"Welcome everyone to the Kyudo club, I hope you enjoy yourselves today." Asmai greeted the potential members with a soft smile. The students began to chatter again excitedly.

The club separated into a few groups to better explain the process of becoming a member. The seniors walked the prospective students through the art of kyudo. Frustrated groans were released after learning they would not be able to wear traditional attire until after three months. But overall, practice went smoothly before quickly coming to an end.

Most of the week continued on this way, an endless cycle of school and kyudo. But nothing brought Asami as much joy as kyudo did.

Something had been bothering Asami though, she had still not figured out who her very tall admirer was. Nor had she run into him again. Based on his attire he was definitely a student at Ouran. So why had they not run into each other? Was he interested in kyudo? He hadn't been at the orientation. Asami released a soft chuckle at the thought. Did they even make bows that big? Smiling, she returned to her morning practice.

That weekend, Hina had dragged Asami to Bon Bon Sweets, as promised earlier that week. As the pair walked down the street, Hina spoke animatedly.

"You wouldn't believe it Asami! He was just so handsome, and the Balinese flowers were gorgeous! You just have to come next time!"

"But I'm captain of the Kyudo club, I can't just ignore practice." Asami genuinely responded.

"I know." Hina drawed out dejectedly, clinging onto Asami's arm. The extra weight caused Asami to falter.

Chuckling she replied, "Maybe sometime. We'll figure something out." Asami smiled supportively.

"Ah! Here it is!" Hina exclaimed.

A small shop stood, with pink window frames and a matching door. Daisies grew in the outdoor planter baskets. How cute, Asami thought to herself. Hina quickened her steps, taking the lead.

"I hear they have great traditional desserts too!" Hina exclaimed smiling back at Asami. Smiling in return, the pair entered the small sweet shop.

Asami glanced around the shop, vases with daisies stood on each table resting on soft white tablecloths. The brightness of the tables complimented the dark wood chairs. Hina dragged Asami to the glass cases. Crouching over the dozens of sweets, their eyes lit up with delight.

"They look so yummy!" Asami cheered excitedly.

"They have matcha mochi too, Asami! Your favorite!" Hina responded with a smile. Asami glanced at Hina excitedly.

Everything seemed out of focus, as Asami's gaze landed over Hina's shoulder; smile quickly returning to a serious expression. Over Hina's shoulder stood the tall, dark haired Ouran student that had been watching her the morning of the opening ceremony. A small boy stood next to him, with a box stuffed to the brim with sweets.

"Oh it's you..." Asami murmured. Her chocolate eyes locked, with his hard grey.

His eyes are so intense Asami thought to herself.

"Mori-senpai! Honey-senpai!" Hina exclaimed after turning around. Asami whipped her head towards her friend, shock in her eyes.

Takashi Morinozuka? From the notorious host club! Then it finally dawned on her.

She had told Morinozuka-senpai it was rude to stare.

Face burning, she looked down. Before bowing deeply.

"I'm very sorry for the way I spoke, Morinozuka-senpai." Asami exclaimed urgently. Boy was she screwed.
