Lunch was uneventful, with Kristen and the kids wishing her a happy birthday. Then the dessert came, with a small blue velvet box on it.
"Dee, I know we've been dating for 2 1/2 years, and I love you so much. You make our live so much happier. Idina Kim Menzel, will you marry me?" Kristen asked.
Idina's hands flew to her mouth. Tears welled up in her eyes.
"YES!" she squealed and flung herself into Kristen. The blond smiled, while Walker, Lincoln and Delta cheered for their parents.
