So I just got some info from my sources about a new Cape burning some members of ABB who are attacking the Dockworker's Union. I don't know how much she burned them.
It was confirmed that this new Cape is a girl. Also, she was a pyrokinetic.
The PRT is still not announcing something so we don't know if she was a hero or a rogue.
What are your thoughts?

Lisa immediately stop her power from continuing on that thought. She knew that it was just another bad intel so she quickly stops in it.
Lisa Wilbourn is one of the members of the newbie villain group called Undersiders. What they do are just minor heists.
She have the ability to make leaps of logic on the info she have in her hands. Though she will have a wrong info if her line of thought was very different to the true answer.
It's like cold reading but on a superhuman level.
Currently, she was having sometime for herself and she decided to look for the new events about this city. PHO is one of her most visited sites because she can infer a lot of intel in this site.
Of course she knows what are the junk info and what are the useful info on the clutter of posts in it. All of it are still thanks to her powers.

Not just because they will have another one to share their earnings, she have a strong pack mentality and doesn't want strangers joining the "Pack" where she belongs to. If someone wanted to join, they should prove themselves to her first. Much to the chagrin of their leader.
So they are back to the drawing board. Lisa needs to find another potential members for them. They are sorely lacking enough firepower to fight the bigshots on this city.
She was also being called by the one sponsoring this team repeatedly to find another teammate because he was planning something big and he wanted the Undersiders to have a new member to pull that plan off.
Their sponsor was the one behind the scenes for this group and he is their employer so their sponsor can essentially be called as the true Boss of this group.
That Boss also called her awhile ago. Something about a mysterious healer who visited the hospital last night.
"Well...I was just done reading this forum. I should look for infos about that new healer"

So I just another info from my source awhile ago about a healer who visited the General Hospital and cured almost everyone in it.
It also happened while Panacea and some other staffs are inside the hospital.
No one saw who is the mysterious healer but as you can see on the forum boards, a lot of people are thanking the healer for healing them.
This mystery healer healed a lot of terminal cases patient and those who have brain diseases.
Yes, I repeat. The mystery healer can heal brain disease!
We got a new healer at the Bay!

I don't know what happened really. I just woke up feeling refreshed and then FREAKING PANACEA told me personally that I was healed by a new Cape.
They don't know who it is because before they even saw the new Cape, they are already gone. Only their shadows can be seen moving.
They are so cool... but now that I think about it, they are also pretty scary...

So talking about the new healer. It seems like this one have a serious Stranger rating. Or maybe he or she was a Mover. They manage to escape their notice before the staff manages to see their appearance.

The healer have the power to absolutely manipulate cells. The healer can control cells using touch. There is no limit to how much cells the healer can control]

Lisa was terrified at the conclusion that she got. She just learned that the mystery Cape was a manipulator of cells. A strong ability that with a single touch, can instantly kill a person if they wanted to.
Lisa tried to nudge her powers in another conclusion but the conclusion her powers ended up always comes with the healer being able to absolutely control cells.
"I need to tell this to my team immediately!" Lisa said with a panicked look.
She doesn't want anything to do with the new healer at all.
Without even knowing at all, the conclusion that she was so confident that she was right was absolutely wrong. It was one of Lisa's power's fault really.
"So there is a young girl flinging fires on the asian gang, and there is also a slick healer last night. Wow, is this the start of a new plot?"
"Dennis, be serious about this" Carlos said that with a sigh.
"What? There is a girl fighting the asian and then there is this mysterious guy who heals all the people while being all edgy. If they meet, it will be the start of a new romantic comedy story with superpowers involve! Would we become the side characters? I am fine being their sidekick!"
That was Dennis who said that with a loony grin on his face.

And then Missy bonk him in the head.

"As I was saying, the PRT gave them their names until we find them and learn what they are calling themselves. The Director gave us the clearance to meet up with the Fire Girl because she was the same age as us and it seems like she have heroic tendencies while we are all hands off to the healer one if we ever encounter him"
Carlos finishes while giving a glare to Dennis' way who kept interrupting his briefing.
Along with them are the other Ward members. These group of kids who are talking at each other are also heroes. The young counterpart of Protectorate, the Wards.
Currently, Carlos (also known as Aegis) was giving a briefing about the decision of their Director about their approach to the two new Capes that they learned about just this yesterday.
"Hey, they said that the pyromaniac doesn't have any mask. Do we know who she is in her civilian ID?" Sophia (Shadow Stalker in her Cape Persona) asked in a huff.
Carlos frowned at her words. They are very sensitive to Capes being unmasked in front of the gangs, mostly if those Capes are like them, a Parahuman teenager who wanted to be a hero. It would be dangerous if Fire Girl's family was targeted by the ABB.
"... We are not cleared to know about that. Director Piggot was the one who said that so if you want to complain then go to her" Carlos quickly diverted Sophia who was surely going to retort.
"... What the fuck is wrong with them!? A new young Parahuman was there already unmaskes by those asian motherfuckers and we are not cleared to learn about their identity? It would be too late before we encounter her!" Sophia grumbled loudly.
The others cringed at Sophia's words but they are alsp confused why the PRT are not telling them the identity of the new Cape even though she was already unmasked.
"I told you, just ask the Director. Even I don't know why" Carlos said with a sigh once again.
"... Well, I am sure they have a reason about it" Dean (Gallant in his Cape Persona).
"Well, I bet the Mystery Healer and the Pyro Girl knows each other!" Dennis (Clockblocker as a hero) said with a jolly look.
"... Ugh, your still not serious even with this?" Missy sighed exasperated.
"Well, I am sure the girl will be alright. Heck, the Mystery Healer might also save her before anything is too late!" Dennis said with a large smile on his face.
The others are curious why Dennis was all smiles today. It's like something good happened to him.
They didn't know that they thought right.
Along with the people healed by the mysterious healer, his father was also cured of his cancer. It makes him very happy because of that.
He knew that he can also just asks Panacea and let her cure his father early on but he always saw the healer looking so tired and he can't ask for her help when he sees that.
It was a constant burden in his mind. His father slowly dying because of his cancer. Now that he was cured, it was like anything weighing down on him was gone. Like he was free of all his restraints.
So he was very happy. His opinion on the mysterious healer was very high.
It wasn't said by the Wards but the PRT didn't cleared them on knowing about the new Cape's identity because even them doesn't know who she is. There is no identifying records for her, not even someone who just looks like her in the whole city's civilian files. Director Piggot was just requesting for the other city to find the identity of the red haired pyrokinetic to see if they will learn about her.
"Anyway guys, there is no class today so let's do some early patrols around the city" Carlos said now donning a smile.
"Cool, let's go with that" Dennis replied as he goes to their lockers for their costume.
As they look at Dennis who is happily going towards the locker, they just look at each other.
"Yeah... he is weird today" Chris (Kid Win in his costume) said while feeling somewhat weirded out by Dennis.

So I felt that this might be rushed... again...
Well, I don't know. But I don't want to rewrite everything in this chapter so I'll just need to be satisfied with it...
Though if this was really not that good, I'll think about rewriting this... I don't know...
Lisa's ability to cold read or her hyperintuition is not that impressive if she got the wrong conclusion. And well, she just got a horribly wrong conclusion when looking at Taylor (in Sizilien's form).
Nope, Lisa's ability is not omnipresent like how most fanfics portrays her. I tried doing that and I was heavily criticized about it along with citations for hard proof.
Now for the questions about Taylor's abilities... it have a major spoiler to what I am planning so I won't say it. Well, you will learn on next chapter some of the secrets to Taylor's ability, though I am sure you will immediately jump to the wrong conclusions when you read the next chapter.
That's the only hint I will be giving to all of you...
About the other ideas about the different series, I don't consider pure VRMMO as Isekai unless the player of that VR game got transported to another world. I put those VRMMO genre to Virtual Reality Game Genre (obviously).
I want to put F/GO and Digimon characters in this story but there is a major problem. I don't have any knowledge about both of the series. I still didn't play F/GO (because of internet issues) and Digimon was so wide that I was very overwhelmed by it to consider watching it all. There is also the games, manga, and even some odd light novels that most fans from both series recommended reading, watching, playing all of it to better understand Nasuverse and Digimon verse.
So yeah... I am sad to say but I can't include them without sufficient knowledge on both series.
