An: Hey everyone Rue here. Anyway I this fic just came into mind and I was planning to release it on Mother Day but got busy with own family celebration for Mother day. Anyway I hope that you like this story.
It was a nice evening in Beacon, Team (R)RWBY and (J)NP(R) can be seen hanging out in Team JNPR room. Rune, Jaune and Ren were out of the night and said they will out until later midnight. Team RWBY and NP decided that they should have a slumber party in Team RRWBY room.
Since it was 30 minutes past midnight, they decided to sleep. Just as Ruby was about to sleep, she noticed that there is a box that label 'Boys night' that lies underneath of Rune bed. Being the curious girl that she is, she decided to take it and show it to the others.
"What is that Ruby?" asked Yang
"I don't know. I found it under Rune bed." said Ruby
"Why would the dolt have that under his bed?" asked Weiss
"I don't know. But let's open it." said Ruby excitedly.
"I don't know about this guys especially it looks like from their Boys night." said Pyrrha frowning against the idea of opening Rune stop it didn't help that it label Boys Night on it made her think it was only boys stuff.
"Come on P-money, As Rune older sister. I have authority to open his things that I can use for blackmail." Yang said with grin on her face as she couldn't wait to use Rune stuff for blackmail.
"Let me open it! I'm gonna smash it!" screamed Nora. Nora tries to smash it her weapon but Yang stops her.
"Come on Pyrrha, help us open It." said Ruby excitedly.
After thinking it over, Pyrrha reluctantly opened the box with her semblance. When they open the box, they found a scroll. The scroll appears to be similar to the ones they use.
"It's a scroll." Weiss said.
"Let's connect it to the TV!" Ruby said with an excited tone. The girls connects and it was shown to the screen a list of videos that titles 'Boys night' day _'.
"It looks like recording of all the boys doing their stuff while we had our girls night." Blake comments as she was interested.
"I can't wait!. Let's pick the first one." Yang said as she chooses the video that said day 1
The video play and soon shown Rune, Jaune and Ren in team JNPR room who were completely bored.
"So, this is your idea of boys night our Jaune?" Rune asked with bored look on his face.
Jaune scoff and said. "What?! Of course not we can have games night. I have couple of games right here." Jaune shows a stack of board games besides him. Rune and Ren looks at him with deadpan look.
"No" Ren and Rune said in unison. Jaune just slumped his shoulders. Ren went back to reading his book while Rune had bored look on his face.
"Ouch" Yang said with a smirk on her face. She kinda feel bad for Jaune but she wants the juicy stuff.
"It's alright fearless leader. Maybe next time." Nora said with grin on her face. Pyrrha just shook her and feel a bit sorry for Jaune.
"I wonder what the girls are doing right now." Jaune asked.
"Maybe they are partying. They did say they are going to that night club." Ren said as he looks up from his book.
Soon Rune was scanning around the room and he spotted Jaune guitar. An idea came to him.
"Hey, Jaune let me borrow your guitar." Rune said. Jaune looks confused but gave him his guitar. Rune was tuning the guitar to make sure that sound was okay.
"You know how to play the guitar." Ren asked in interest as he close the book.
"Did you know Rune knows how to play the guitar? Yang." Ruby asked.
"Nope, this is the first time I'm hearing this." Yang said. Now everyone was interested.
"Yeah, I known how to play the guitar since I was a kid. Playing music is kinda help me overcome my problem over my mother death." Rune said as he continues to tune the guitar.
Jaune and Ren frowned in hearing this since they felt sorry about his mother but continue to ask. "Does Ruby and Yang know this?"
"Rune..." Ruby said with a sad tone. Soon she started to remember Summer death.
Yang was the same but also silently curse herself from being oblivious about her brother feelings since she thought that Rune recover fast from Summer death.
The girls were sadden in hearing this but decided to continue to watching.
Rune shook his head and said. "No, kinda kept it a secret to them since I really didn't want them to get worried about me. Yang and Ruby knew that was too sad about my mother death. Music kinda help me move on from my mother death. Anyway. Wanna hear a song I wrote a long time ago? it a song I wrote for mom." Rune asked as he was done turning his guitar.
"I wonder how good he is in singing?" Pyrrha asked as she was curious. The girls was curious as well especially Ruby and Yang. Weiss just mentally rolled her eyes. She believes that Rune might be average at best or could be worst like Jaune, when the blond serenade her that ended horribly for the blond.
Jaune and Ren nodded their head. Rune smiled and soon started to strum the guitar.

Weiss was shell shocked at this. She never knew that dolt could sing?!

Yang frown a bit since she couldn't exactly describe her biological mother, Raven a kind mother since Raven abandoned her. But she can definitely described Summer at this song.

The song ended and girls clapped in cheers at the beautiful song that Rune wrote. The girls pause the video.
"That was... beautiful." Ruby said as she wiped her tears away.
"Yeah" Yang said with a smile as she wipe her tears away. "Who knew that baby bro could sing."
"It was beautiful song for his mother. It was really sweet for him." Pyrrha said with a smile on her face.
"Yeah. I agree. That song was really sweet especially it was dedicated for his mother." Weiss said with a smile on her face. Weiss was still shock that Rune could sing and couldn't help but feel her heart beat at hearing him sing.
"Awwww. Rue-Rue was sweet!" Nora said Rune nickname with a smile on her face. "Let's continue the video."
Everyone agreed and played the video again.
"That was great Rune!" Jaune compliment him. Jaune and Ren were in awe on how good Rune sang.
Rune just scratch his cheek in embarrassment and let out a small nervous chuckle.
"Do you have any more song?" Ren asked. He was interested in hearing Rune sing again. Rune was surprised at Ren request but nodded his head.
"Yeah... it's a love song. You interested?" Rune said.
"Yeah. I'm more interested in listening you sing again." Ren admitted. Jaune nodded in agreement.
Rune sighs and soon started to play the guitar and started to sing.

"That was great song Rune." Ren compliments. Rune. Rune thank him.
"By the way who was song dedicated to? I'm sure that you like someone." Jaune said.
Rune raised a brow and was quiet for a few seconds before he respond and said. "Just promise me you won't tell anyone about this."
"Deal" Jaune and Ren said.
"Sweet! I'm gonna know who Little bro likes." Yang said with a grin on her face. The teasing she could do to Rune.
The girls were quiet were interested as they lean in.
"The girl that I dedicated this song to is-" Rune was cut off when the video ended.
"NO!" The girls screams as they saw the video ended like that.
"Aw come on! That was a major tease. Dammit!" Yang said as while crying in anime tears. She lost her teasing material.
"Now I'm curious, who is that girl." Ruby said. The others agreed as well while some of them hope it was them.
"Let's play the next video!" Nora suggest with an excited look on her face.
"What are waiting for?! Go play it." Yang said and Nora plays the next video.
What do you guys this. This was easier to write to tell you the truth. Any song request for each girl. Let in the comments and PM. By the way I won't be putting too much rock music in this story. It's not my taste. I like Green Day, Linkin Park and such but not huge on rock music
