Finn opened his eyes. It was morning. The sun was shining and birds were singing. He sat up and stared at Drew's back. Drew was sitting on the porch, eating some crackers and looking out at the field.

"Morning," Finn said.

Drew looked over his shoulder at Finn.

"Mind putting your dick away?" Drew asked.
"You couldn't have done it for me while I was sleeping?" Finn asked.
"There's a lot of things I'd do for you. Touching your dick isn't one," Drew said.

Finn chuckled as he stood up and fixed his pants. Either it had been one hell of a trip where he had opened his own pants and maybe even masturbated, or there really had been someone there with him. He grabbed a bottle of water and sat down next to Drew. They both looked at the field.

"Was she real?" Finn asked.
"If you're asking if I also had a threesome with you and some naked woman walking through that field, then yes, it happened," Drew said.

Finn took a sip of his water while trying to make sense of it.

"It makes no sense. It was supposed to be a trip," Finn said.
"And what a trip it was," Drew grinned. "I've never experienced anything like it. She might have looked like a woman but she sure didn't feel like one."
"No, you're right," Finn said. "Let's go back to Killian and ask him."
"No need. I'm here," Killian said.

They both turned their heads towards the voice. Killian came walking towards the cottage.

"Don't look at me like that. I just arrived. I wasn't here over night," Killian said.
"What the hell happened last night?" Drew asked.
"I wish I knew," Killian answered.

Killian looked out at the field, sighed, and looked at his two friends.

"I don't know who she is. All I know is that she comes when you eat the mushrooms," Killian said.
"That's insane," Finn said.
"Do you know what's even more insane?" Killian pointed. "Look. No more mushrooms."

Drew and Finn both looked at where they had picked mushrooms the night before.

"We only ate one each," Drew said.
"I know. It doesn't matter. You only get one go with her," Killian said.
"Wait, I took a picture," Drew said.

Drew found his phone and opened the pictures. He only had a few saved but there was no picture of the mushrooms.

"No, I swear I took a picture. I took a fucking picture!" Drew raised his voice.
"A lot of people tried that from what I was told," Killian said.
"Okay, you better start fucking talking!" Finn threatened.

Killian looked out at the field again. Long grass and nothing else.

"I was here 8 months ago. Pete Dunne told me about the mushrooms. He didn't fill me in on the rest until next day. Just like I'm doing now with you," Killian sighed. "8 months and not a day has gone by where I haven't thought about her. She's special. You already figured that out."

Drew and Finn nodded in unison.

"What is she?" Drew asked.
"I wish I knew," Killian answered. "I've heard several theories about her. A goddess, an alian, a demon, a witch, an angel or even a bloody mirage."
"No mirage fucks a man," Finn said dryly.
"I know," Killian laughed.

Killian pointed at the water. Drew grabbed a bottle and threw it to Killian. After emptying half the bottle, Killian was ready to continue.

"You gotta tell someone about this place so she can keep collecting men," Killian said.
"Why?" Drew asked.
"I don't know. Those are the rules," Killian answered.
"What happens if we don't?" Finn asked.
"I can't know for sure. I was told I would die if I hadn't told anyone within a year. I wasn't gonna test that theory but I had to pick the right one. You only get one shot. If the person you tell doesn't go here, it doesn't count. You're fucked," Killian said.

Drew scratched his beard while looking out at the field. He slowly moved his eyes back to Killian.

"But you told both of us," Drew said.
"I decided to test that rule. Since you were both there, which one of you would count as the one I was telling? Would she appear to both of you?" Killian asked.
"She did," Finn said.
"Does that mean we have to tell a person each, or can we find someone together and still make it count?" Drew said.
"I don't know. That's up to you. But if I was you, I would play it safe and find a person each," Killian said.

Finn drank a bit more of his water before standing up.

"This is bullshit!" Finn raged. "All of this is fucking bullshit!"

Finn threw the bottle out into the high grass. He waited a few seconds and then ran out in a straight line to find the bottle. As if it had been brought directly to him, it appeared on the ground. He reached through the long grass, grabbed the bottle and walked back to Drew and Killian.

"I don't wanna anger her," Finn said.
"Good call," Killian said.
"Can we go?" Finn asked.
"Yeah, let's go," Drew answered.

They gathered their things and walked back to the cars. Killian got into his own car while Drew and Finn got into Drew's car.

"Do you think we'll end up like Killian?" Finn asked.
"What do you mean?" Drew asked.
"He said not a day has gone by where he hasn't thought about her," Finn said. "Do you think that will be us too? That we will continue pining over her and longing for her."
"Yes, I do," Drew sighed. "And there's nothing we can do but accept it. I'm telling Sheamus, by the way. I know he won't pass on something like this. Better safe than sorry. I don't care if those rules are real or not. I'm telling him."
"I'm thinking about Jordan Devlin," Finn said. "He's always looked up to me. People call him twin Balor. He'll come here if I ask him to."
"Good, then that's settled," Drew said.

Drew started the engine and followed Killian's car out of there.

"This fucking sucks!" Finn grumbled.
"Tell me about it," Drew said. "She was a golden goddess, wasn't she?"
