Out in the country in Canary Mill, Kayla is in her house waiting to be picked up. Ethan, Fred, Joe, Joy, and Sam are driving there is a sign that says Canary Mill 6 miles which is pointing left and Boomfield 20 miles which is pointing right, the car turns left. The gang arrive at Kayla's House, she gets in the car, they go head back to Boomfield. Fred, Joe, Joy, Kayla, and Sam are at the food court in the mall, Joe has a video game system, he sees the book is acting strange, he tells Ethan, Fred, Joy, Kayla, and Sam about it, they wonder what could've happened to it, he tells them he has no idea. Joe orders burgers and fries for him and his friends, they thank him and dig in. Joy says the fries are amazing, Ethan says the burgers are good, Kayla agrees.
