"Ready?" asked Ami. Everyone nodded their heads. She pressed a button on her supercomputer and a hologram appeared of the Library Guardian. "You contacted the Library Guardian?" asked Usagi. "No, it's just a hologram I programed," replied Ami. "Why?" Ami shrugged and said "Flare."
"In the beginning, there were eleven royal houses of our solar system: Solar, Mercurius, Amor, Terran, Lunar, Ignis, Tonitrus, Mortem, Caelum, Oceanum, and Tempus. For a while, these houses were warring with each other. It was not until an enemy that has long been forgotten from outside our solar system came and attacked." began the hologram of the Library Guardian
The image of the Library Guardian shifted into a dark and shadowy figure with beady red eyes.
"At first each house tried to defeat the enemy on their own, but they all failed. When all hope seemed lost, the Royal Lunar House of the Moon Kingdom suggested an alliance between the eleven houses,"
The image changed from the shadowy figure to the crests of the eleven houses, strung together with silver chains.
"The royal houses agreed to the alliance and were able to defeat this enemy. To honor their new alliance and friendship that was created by the Royal Lunar House, eight of the royal houses offered their current and Sailor Soldiers would serve as loyal bodyguards to the Royal Lunar House's current and future heirs to the throne. The Royal Terran House and the Royal Solar House offered to create a grand army that would protect our Solar System for all of eternity. And in return, the Royal Lunar House offered to use their Silver Crystal to protect our Solar System. With this an age of peace and prosperity was born; this age was called the Silver Millennium. But peace never lasts forever,"
The image shifted of the crests strung together to a young man and woman. The man was tall and had well-built stature, golden blonde hair, warm brown eyes, tan skin, and the symbol of the sun in the center of his forehead; he was dressed in fine gold and white clothing. The woman was tall with a well-built stature, long fiery red hair, tan skin, bright blue eyes, and the symbol of the sun in the center of her forehead; she was dressed in a gown of gold and white.
"Who are they?" asked Usagi. "Whoever he is, I want to marry him," said Minako with dreamy eyes. Everyone's gaze shifted from the man to Minako. "What? I mean look at him?" stated Minako as she gestured towards the hologram. "She's got a point," muttered Rei and Makoto in unison.
"The young man was Prince Apollo. The young woman is his younger sister, Princess Aeliana. Apollo was destined for the throne, while Aeliana was set to become the Sailor Sun,"
"She is Sailor Sun?" whispered Usagi. "She doesn't look like an enemy," said Haruka. "I wonder what power could have corrupted her?" wondered Chibi-Usa
"Prince Apollo was raised to be the next Sun King; he was given the best scholars from Mercury as his tutors. His sister, however, was raised to not only be the next Sailor Sun but also to command the Grand Solar System-Army. So she was sent to Earth to train with Princess Chrysanthe of the Royal Terran House, the next Sailor Earth,"
Mamoru perked up at the sound of Sailor Earth. "Well, that answers your question Rei," whispered Setsuna "Chrysanthe was Sailor Earth's past life name,"
The image of Prince Apollo and Princess Aeliana shifted to a younger Prince Apollo sitting at a table with a book in front of him and a tutor leaning over him, and a younger Princess Aeliana training with Princess Chrysanthe.
"Life seemed perfect for everyone; the peace was all around and the heirs to each house were being prepared to lead our Solar System into another generation of prosperity. But tragedy struck. Prince Apollo was assassinated before his twenty-first birthday,"
Everyone in the room stilled.
The image of Prince Apollo and Princess Aeliana preparing for their destines shifted to a large marble statue of Prince Apollo surrounded by candles and flowers.
"Everyone in the Solar System was shocked by his death. For a thousand years, they had not any form of tragedy on this scale. No one knew who was the assassin, but the other royal houses were determined to find out. After a year of searching, they still could not find anything. They eventually gave up. This hurt the People of the Sun, for their pride and joy was murdered and still not avenged. Princess Aeliana was hurt the most, for not only had she lost her brother, but her parents had passed on only a few months after Prince Apollo,"
"As the new Sun Queen, Aeliana called for the other ten royal houses to meet with her and discuss how the safety of the Solar System. She said that to protect our Solar System must be united not under a simple alliance, but one government. At first, the other royal houses were open to the idea, but when Queen Aeliana proclaimed that she be the head of this united government, the other royal houses flew into a rage,"
The image of the statue shifted to show Queen Aeliana fighting with the other royal houses.
"Her reasons were since that she is the most powerful Sailor Soldier and ruled the most powerful kingdom, it was her right to rule our Solar System. Queen Serenity, Head of the Royal Lunar House and Princess Chrysanthe tried to reason with her,"
The image of Queen Aeliana fighting with the other houses changed to her screaming at Queen Serenity and Princess Chrysanthe.
"Queen Aeliana lashed back screaming it was the Royal Lunar House's fault that her family was gone for they failed at protecting them. She also demanded to know why Princess Chrysanthe was not siding with her. Princess Chrysanthe said that the idea was madness and that Queen Aeliana was too lost in her grief. Queen Aeliana said if they did not side with her, she would have no choice but to wage war upon them. When nobody sided with her, Queen Aeliana in a fit of rage, she transformed into Sailor Sun and destroyed the hall they had met, nearly killing everyone,"
The image of Queen Aeliana fighting with Queen Serenity and Princess Chrysanthe to her transformed as Sailor Sun destroying the hall.
"In a month, Queen Aeliana and the Sun People attacked the other planets,"
The image of Sailor Sun destroying the hall changed to the Solar System under attack by the Sun People.
"For six months, it was nothing but a blood bath. Queen Aeliana was close to winning; it wasn't until she made the error of thinking she could turn Princess Chrysanthe to her side. On the last night of her attacks to the other kingdoms, she entered the Royal Terran Palace and sought out Princess Chrysanthe. No one knows what was spoken, but a fight broke out. Luckily, Queen Serenity was also in the palace that day. With the combined powers of Queen Serenity and the Legendary Silver Crystal and Princess Chrysanthe, they were able to put Queen Aeliana and Sun People into a deep slumber,"
The image of the war shifted to Princess Chrysanthe as Sailor Earth and Queen Serenity defeating Queen Aeliana.
"But this deep slumber does not last forever, and one day Queen Aeliana and the Sun People will awaken to continue their quest to conquer our Solar System,"
Then the hologram shut off immediately. The group sat in silence, no one daring to speak a word. For they were all silently processing the information they had just learned
