I looked around the ground of Namimori Middle School before tentatively stepping past the gates. You can do this, I affirmed to myself. It's just school. I silently gave myself a pep talk, hyping myself up before walking past the unfamiliar grounds of the school. The school seemed normal enough. Kids walked past in uniform as they chatted with their friends about the latest games that came out and laughed with each other.

I walked towards the main office and slid the door open. There weren't many teachers inside but I made my way towards the closest one and waited for them to acknowledge me before asking for help. "Ah, hello. I'm new here and was wondering if i could get my room assignment," I asked politely. The teacher looked at me in recognition before looking back to the computer to check where I was supposed to be. The teacher nodded to himself before turning to me once again.

"You'll be in my class," he told me. "Good luck with your first day of classes and just keep in mind, follow the rules closely. Go ahead and follow me, and I will introduce you to the class." I noticed the extra emphasis he placed on following the rules.

I bowed to the teacher in respect, "Ah, thank you very much, sensei." I waited a few minutes on the side while the teacher finished up some things and then as he walked out, I followed behind. As we got closer to the door, my hands started to clam up and my breath quickened in anticipation. Well, who wouldn't be on the first day of school. Especially since in Japan you introduce yourself to the entire class on your first day. I hate icebreakers.

"Don't be nervous, it'll be a good first day for you," the teacher said. "Come into the class with me." The teacher opened the sliding door and walked inside, I followed suit. "Hello class, as you all have heard, we have a new student joining us today. Please make her feel welcome."

I looked up and smiled widely and met eyes with one person whose brown eyes, in turn, widened in shock. "Hello, my name is Sawada Tsunayuki. Please call me Yuki. I hope we all get along." I heard a few whispers start going around and some smiles that looked at me in sympathy. They were probably talking about my surname and the spiky-haired boy that shared the same one.

I heard one comment in particular stood out to me. One that made my eyes flash with anger, "Does that mean she's anything like Dame-Tsuna?"

I cut off the people who were talking, it didn't matter to me if it was in front of my teacher. No one talked about Tsuna like that, not in front of me. "I'd appreciate it if you didn't call my brother that." My eyes narrowed icily and the boy looked at me in shock at calling him out. "It's rude enough to call him that but to call him that in front of someone you just met that happens to be his twin? How disrespectful. But if you happen to feel sorry, maybe we could get along fine."

The teacher coughed behind me and pointed to a seat near the back of the classroom, "The seat there is open. Go ahead and take a seat so we can begin class." I nodded and said a quick "thank you" before walking to the seat, not forgetting to send a look to the boy who spoke. The teacher broke the tension in the air, beginning his lecture on algebra and that is when I looked out the window and tuned out his drone-like voice.

It was finally time for lunch and I shook out of my stupor and stretched before sensing that someone was walking towards me. I grinned, noticing Tsuna's impossible-to-miss spiky hair and jumped up to engulf him in a giant hug. "Ah! Yuki! I guess you being here means you're officially back from school!" Tsuna hugged me back equally as hard.

"Tsuna, I'm so happy that I get to stay this time," My smile never left my face. "I missed you and mom so much. It's so lonely just being around dad all the time." I saw his eyes bug out at the mention of our father.

"You were with dad?!" Tsuna gawked. I nodded. He sputtered, "What were you do-"

Tsuna got cut off by an arm that slung around his neck, "Yo, Tsuna, you didn't tell us you had a sister." The boy that had his arms around Tsuna was a tan-skinned guy with dark, black hair. His smile was contagious as he reached a hand out to me. "Hi, I'm Yamamoto Takeshi," I returned the smile before reaching my hand in return, shaking his.

"Hey! Stop bothering the Tenth and his sister!" A boy yelled at Yamamoto. His silver hair and green eyes screamed 'Bad Boy' as he used both of his hands to shake mine, "Hello Juudaime's sister, I'm Gokudera Hayato, your brother's right hand man. I plan to protect him for the rest of my life," His eyes sparkled at me.

Tsuna's eyes widened, "Gokudera!" His tone of voice was trying to tell Gokudera that he didn't need to say as much as he did.

I laughed at the two boys. I guess I didn't need to worry about Tsuna as much as I thought I did when it came to having friends. I turned to the two boys and bowed, "Hi, Gokudera-kun, Yamamoto-kun. It's nice to meet you and I'm happy that Tsuna seems to have made such good friends while I wasn't here."

Gokudera beamed up with the praise but then looked shocked, "No, no, you don't need to bow to me. You're the Tenth's sister!" He bowed back three times and looked like he was about to do more before Tsuna was able to stop him from getting a cramp from bowing too fast. I giggled along with Yamamoto, who was observing the two with me.

Once Gokudera calmed down, Tsuna asked me, "Yuki, you wanna eat lunch with us up on the roof?" I nodded eagerly and grabbed the food I bought on the way to school.

The four of us walked together towards the roof. Yamamoto spoke, "Yuki, are you really Tsuna's twin?"

Gokudera yelled at him, "Don't be stupid. They look almost exactly alike!" I pulled Tsuna closer to me so the two boys could look at us at once.

Yamamoto looked between the two of us intently then grinned and said, "You do look like the girl version of Tsuna! Your hair color is just different!" While Tsuna had gotten Mom's brown hair, I inherited our dad's blond hair. Other than that, our eyes were the same brown and our facial features matched.

"Of course she does," Gokudera's hot temper took over.

I teased, "I think it's more like Tsuna is more of the boy version of me."

Tsuna groaned, "I'm older. That makes you the girl version of me."

We had this argument everytime. "By five minutes!" I yelled back but I couldn't stay heated long enough to start laughing again. We settled down in a corner of the roof and took out our food.

"Yuki, how was school for you?" Tsuna asked me. Before coming back to Namimori, I was enrolled into the mafia school in Italy. But I didn't need to tell Tsuna that yet or, it was more like I didn't want to yet.

I shrugged, "School is school. To be honest, it was a lot harder than the classes here." I took a bite out of my onigiri.

"Why were you in a different school?" Gokudera asked me.

I easily said the cover story my dad told me to tell people when they asked, "I had really high marks in classes when I was younger and was smarter than most so my dad found a good school abroad and my parents agreed to let me go there as long as I came back for breaks." Gokudera nodded in understanding but then opened his mouth again to ask another question. I turned to my brother in case Gokudera asked the question I didn't want to answer, "How about you Tsuna, has anything new happened in peaceful Namimori?" I looked at him with expecting eyes.

I sort of wanted to see if he would mention anything about the Vongola or the Mafia but it was stupid that he would. Why would that be the first thing that comes to his head to actually tell me about? It's a weird subject just to be like "oh yeah, by the way, I'm apparently in the mafia". There was no way that would be a normal conversation. But all the same I wish he would say it. It would be easier for me to tell him why I came back.

"Nothing really," he responded and my shoulders dropped slightly at the lack of mention of the mafia. "Everything has been the same since you've been gone. I made some good friends. But you know, you and dad coming back makes so much sense why mom is cooking so much" he deadpanned at the last part. I laughed picturing Mom waving her kitchen knife around in happiness at the thought of dad coming back home and Tsuna laughed along with me, probably picturing the same thing.
