I don't want to hurt the UsuiXMisaki fans out there, but I want to try and see if Misaki Ayuzawa is capable to be a StarForce member, and have Tendou in Usui's place.
I don't own Megaman nor Maid-Sama except the transformation, new characters, and new Battle Cards.
Chapter 6: Ayuzawa School / Spark Mandrill
After school
At the nearby train station
Sonia and Tendou went out to buy some supplies for his first part-time job at Maid Latter due to the damage he had caused. The former singer had to help her son prepare for work beforehand.
"Kaa-san, I think this is quite enough for Maid Latte." he said, pushing the shopping cart.
Sonia double-checked everything they had in the cart. "Yep, it's good enough." she took the cart to the cashier and noticed the line was long.
"Oh great, this will take forever."
"Don't worry about that, Tendou. It's all about patience." Sonia replied.
Tendou caught a glimpse of a robbery outside the window. "Kaa-san, there's a crime outside. I'll be back soon."
"Okay, I'll message you when I'm up."
Tendou proceeded to the exit and hid in the alley. He took out his dark blue Hunter-VG and placed it on the center of his waist as it shot out metallic silver belt straps around his waist. "Henshin!" he called out as his body was consumed by a ball of light, transforming into his Megaman form.
His armors were dark blue. He had wings of Cygnus Noise form. His helmet had no spiky hair. His lens was red, and a silver mask below it. His streamlines were green.
The robber mounted on his motorcycle. "So long, suckers!" he started the engine and drove off at high speed, but his motorcycle hadn't moved an inch. "What the? What's going on! ?" he turned his back and saw a certain hero he did not expect to encounter.
It was Megaman who stopped his motorcycle by simply holding the back wheel.
"M-MEGAMAN! ?" the robber gaped with his eyes popped out.
"You criminals just don't know when to stop, do you?" Megaman (Tendou) ripped the back wheel off the motorcycle before beating him up.
The fight lasted too soon.
Megaman (Tendou) dusted his hands, leaving the injured robber tied up on the ground unconsciously.
"Here's your money." he returned the bag of stolen money to the owner of the clothing store.
"Thank you, Megaman! You're a lifesaver!"
"Just doing my job." he turned to the exit. Suddenly, he saw Misaki running as if she was being chased. "Huh? Misaki?"
Misaki ran with all she had and turned her head back.
"Shishou (Master)!" the five identical brothers chased her from behind.
"There's no way I can take them with me!" she faced forward and continued running.
A figure dashed towards her and wrapped his right arm around her, carrying her away at a speed of light.
"Whoa!"
At the corner, near the vending machines.
Panting in relief, Misaki wanted to thank the person who saved her.
"What's with the game of cat-and-mouse?" the figure asked, removing his arm from her.
The black-haired girl turned around and saw her savior was none other than Megaman.
"M-Megaman? Wh-Why are you here?" she asked in surprise.
"Shishou (Master)! Shishou (Master)?"
"She's nowhere to be found."
"Now that's our shishou (Master). She managed to lose us so easily!"
"She's such a fast runner!"
"As expected of our shishou (Master)!"
"Yes, indeed!"
"Thank you for saving me." Misaki sighed in relief.
"Why are you being chased by them?" Megaman (Tendou) asked.
"Well, they want to learn more about me. Just now, they wanted to know where I work." the black-haired girl answered.
"Isn't that a violation of privacy?" Megaman (Tendou) countered with his arms crossed. He had no idea why they were interested to see where she worked.
Misaki lowered her head slightly, then shot her head up in realization. "Wait a minute! Something doesn't add up! Why are you here of all places?" she questioned.
"There was a robbery, and I took care of him." the dark blue armored Megaman simply answered.
"Oh, that's great to hear. And thank you for saving me. Now, I can get to work."
"How about I'll take you there, instead of you going by foot?" her savior offered.
"Um, that doesn't sound so bad. I appreciated!" she happily accepted.
Before Megaman (Tendou) could take her to Maid Latte, his expression changed behind his red lens, "Hold it!" he made his fighting stance and looked around, staying alert.
"Megaman, w-what's wrong?" Misaki asked, nearly startled.
Her savior soon calmed down and faced her. "Never mind. False alarm." In a swift movement, he carried her in a bridal style.
"H-Hey, what are you doing! ? People will see us!" she pointed, protesting with a blush.
"Hold on tight." Without thinking, Misaki immediately had her arms around his neck. "Batoru Kaado (Battle Card)! Kurokku Appu (Clock Up)!" he called out.
"Kurokku Appu (Clock Up)!" his Hunter-VG alarmed.
The area began to slow down as he dashed his way to Maid Latte at a tremendous speed.
"Kurokku Oobaa (Clock Over)!" his Hunter-VG alarmed, returning the entire movement to normal.
"Huh?" Misaki blinked thrice in utter confusion. She couldn't believe her own eyes. Somehow, they were standing the back door of Maid Latte in a split second. "Huh... HUH! ? What the! ? How did you! ?"
Megaman (Tendou) set the confusing girl down. "Have a good night." he bid goodbye before leaping in the air.
Misaki stared at the flying Megaman with her jaw dropping to the ground. "What just happened?" was all she could say before entering Maid Latte.
Megaman (Tendou) hovered in the air and looked around. He remembered his red lens picked up something earlier before taking Misaki to Maid Latte.
"Was it an enemy?" he asked thoughtfully, then received a call from his mother.
"Tendou, hurry up. I'm almost at the cashier." she notified him.
"I'm on my way now." he descended his way at the alley and cancelled his transformation, returning back to help his mother.
Somewhere on the roof
A large mechanical mandrill sniffed the air thrice slowly. "A human... has Megaman's scent." he said, taking one last sniff.
The next day at Maid Latte
It was Twin Tail's Day!
"What challenge are we doing?" Misaki asked the manager.
"We're going to try a card game challenge of Duel Monsters to our customers! Those who have enough points will challenge us to a game, and if the customers win they can take one picture with the maid who lost! Also, the customers are allowed to have one retake if they're not okay with the picture. Duel Monsters is quite popular so I thought we can try it out!" Satsuki explained perkily with stars in her eyes.
(A/N: I have no idea how the card game of "Speed" is play, so I decided to go for Yu-Gi-Oh if that's okay - just for fun.)
Tendou, Draco, and the Maid Latte staffs finished reading the rulebooks and understood the game.
All except but one.
Misaki scanned the cards on the table, seeing all kinds of different monsters she had never seen. She had absolutely no idea how to use them.
"Monster cards... Spell cards... and Trap cards... " she placed the cards on the table and held her head with a sigh. It was giving her a headache.
"Tendou, how about giving her a test?" Satsuki asked politely.
"A test?" Tendou and Misaki questioned in unison.
"Please, Tendou. We want to see how to play the game!" Erika pleaded.
"Misaki, are you okay with this?" Tendou asked the black-haired girl.
"I-I guess. I've already read the rulebook."
The two of them sat across from each other with two decks of cards on the table.
"Okay, before we start, challengers switch decks and shuffle them." Subaru started.
Tendou and Misaki complied and shuffled.
"Next, you return them to your opponent." Erika followed.
The two complied.
"Then, you draw five cards." Honoka continued.
They complied again.
"And duel!" they announced.
TURN 1
Tendou: 4000
Misaki: 4000
"You go first." Tendou and Misaki spoke simultaneously and stopped. "No, really, you first."
"Misaki, please go first. Tendou's just being nice." Satsuki insisted.
"O-Okay. First, I draw." Misaki drew a card from her deck and looked at the cards in her hands. "I, uhh, I play Sorcerer of the Doomed in attack mode. Turn end."

"Ore wa turn. Doroo (Draw)." Tendou picked up a card, "I play a monster face-down in defense mode. Turn end."

"Watashi no turn. Doroo (Draw)." Misaki drew a card and picked her next monster, "I summon Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress #1 in attack mode and attack your card!"

"Sorry, my monster was Mystical Elf, and she has 2000 DEF." Tendou revealed his face-down.

"Huuuuhhh?" Tendou dropped his jaw in disbelief at her error.
"What's wrong with that?" Misaki asked in confusion.
"Misa-chan, that's not how it goes." Subaru spoke.
"Huh?" the black-haired turned to her co-workers.
"If you want to defeat your opponent's monster, your monster must have higher attack points." Honoka explained.
"Clearly, you just damage your own life points." Erika added.
Misaki: 3400-2850
Misaki's face dropped and couldn't believe what she just did. "T-Turn end." she said in disappointment.
TURN 4
Tendou: 4000
Misaki: 2850
"Ore wa turn. Doroo (Draw)." Tendou drew a card and smiled. "I activate a Spell Card, Tribute Doll."
"What does it do?" Misaki questioned.
"Tribute Doll is an interesting Spell Card. The owner of the card must Tribute 1 monster on their side and Special Summon a Level 7 star monster from your hand. However, the downside is that the Level 7 monster cannot attack when you summon it." Draco explained.
"I tribute Mystical Elf and summon Buster Blader in attack mode." Tendou took his field monster and sent it to the Cemetery, replacing it with a new one.
Buster Blader: LV7/Earth/Warrior/ATK 2600/DEF 2300
"Sorry, Tendou, you won't be able to damage my life point. Luckily for me, I'll switch my monsters to defense mode next turn." Misaki pointed with a smile.
"Ohhhh~ As expected of Misa-chan, she knows the rule!" Satsuki praised.
The staffs were amazed to hear that from her. Misaki gave them a peace sign with a bright smile.
"I'm afraid not." Tendou spoke, causing everyone to face him. "I play a Spell Card, Block Attack on your dragon."
Block Attack: Select 1 face-up Attack Position monster on your opponent's side of the field and change it to Defense Position.
Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress #1: ATK 1400 - DEF 1200
"Huh? Why did he do that?" Erika questioned in confusion.
"Next, I tribute Buster Blader and Special Summon Turret Warrior from my hand in attack mode."
Turret Warrior: LV5/Earth/Warrior/ATK 1200/DEF 2000
Misaki dropped her jaw in disbelief and confusion. "Tendou, why would you do that? You just summoned a powerful monster, and then switched it to a weaker one? That was a waste!" she couldn't believe his action.
"There is a reason why I did that. It's call strategy." Tendou explained. "When Turret Warrior is summoned by Tributing a Warrior monster, its attack power gains equal to the Tributed monster's original attack."
Turret Warrior: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by Tributing 1 Warrior-Type monster, and if you do, it gains ATK equal to the Tributed monster's original ATK.
"Ummm, that would be... " Honoka counted her fingers.
"3800 attack power for his new monster." Subaru finished.
Turret Warrior: ATK 1200-3800
"Next, I'll give my Turret Warrior a power boost with a Spell Card, Big Bang Shot." he placed a card below his monster. "With Big Bang Shot, my Turret Warrior gains 400 attack points."
Turret Warrior: ATK 3800-4200
"4-4200 Attack points?" Misaki stuttered.
"And I'll attack your dragon." Tendou said calmly.
The Maid Latte staffs were completely confused to hear his command.
"Wait a minute, Tendou, if you do that, you won't be able to damage Misaki." Subaru pointed.
"Yes, I can." Tendou corrected the green-haired woman.
"Huh?"
"Big Bang Shot is a useful Spell Card on your monster. Not only it can give your monster a power boost, it can inflict piercing Battle Damage to your opponent. When the attacking monster destroys a defending monster, the difference between the ATK and DEF will go straight to the opponent's Life Point." Draco explained.
Big Bang Shot: The equipped monster gains 400 ATK. If the equipped monster attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. When this card leaves the field, banish the equipped monster.
Turret Warrior: ATK 4200
Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress #1: DEF 1200
"Wait, that means... " Misaki spoke slowly.
"You lose." Tendou finished.
Misaki: 2850-0
Tendou: WON
"I can't believe it." Misaki slumped her head in defeat.
"It was your first try. You'll learn." Tendou stood up.
"All right, you two! Time for a picture!" Satsuki held a camera in her hands.
"Hang on! You said it was a test!" Tendou corrected the manager.
"It was a test for Misa-chan. I never said it was for you." the dark purple-haired corrected him back.
"Master Tendou, she's right." Draco nodded in approval.
"Please consider this you're her first challenger!" she added happily.
"Someone please save me... " Tendou pleaded sadly.
From the entrance, the Moron Trio was depressed at the sight.
"N-New kid is working... with Misa-chan... Unbelievable... "
Later
The Stelar family noticed Tendou eating his dinner slowly.
"Tendou, are you feeling okay?" Geo asked his son.
"I-I'm fine. Just a normal day at work." he replied.
"Tendou~ are you sure nothing happened at work?" Sonia asked sweetly.
"K-Kaa-san, nothing happened. Really." he replied, almost stuttered.
"I believe this is the answer." Draco showed the photo to the family.
"DRACO! !" Tendou shot his head at his partner in disbelief.
In Sonia's hands, the four adults widened their eyes in amazement at the photo.
Tendou and Misaki had small smiles on their faces, standing closely side-by-side.
"Oh, my!" Hope widened her eyes.
"Smooth~ " Kelvin exclaimed.
"Tendou, how did you manage to take a picture with her?" Geo asked.
Before Tendou could make an answer, Sonia noticed something in the photo.
"Wait a minute, Tendou... Are you two working at that café together?" she asked her son.
"Uh, yeah... we are. I met her on the first day of Seika High and found out she work at Maid Latte on the same day." he answered truthfully, looking away shyly.
"No way!" Sonia shot her eyes at her son in disbelief.
"It's true, Sonia. I was there, too." Draco answered with a nod.
The four adults deadpanned at Tendou in astonishment.
The next day
Tendou walked down the hallway and saw Misaki being chased by the same five identical brothers the other day - again.
"Shishou (Master)!"
"Please let us follow you to your work!"
The spiky brown-haired had no idea what was going on. He could tell the brothers sounded desperate, but right now he had to help Misaki. He took out his dark blue Hunter-VG and placed it on the center of his waist from underneath his shirt. It shot out metallic silver belt straps on both sides and wrapped around his waist.
"Batoru Kaado (Battle Card)! Supiido Buusuto (Speed Boost)!" he called out and dashed his way.
Misaki continued running, but couldn't lose them. Suddenly, she felt a pair of arms wrapped around her, then a strong wind flow on her at a quick speed. She recognized this feeling.
The figure swiftly entered an unused classroom and closed the door.
Misaki panted in relief. "Arigato (Thank you), Megaman... I don't know how-" she turned around to see her savior wasn't Megaman. "Huh? T-Tendou?" she gaped as Tendou removed his arms from her.
"You really thought I was Megaman?" he leaned against the wall.
"I don't know why but somehow your timing is almost the same as Megaman just like he did the other day!" she pointed her finger at him.
"Care to fill me in why the Quintuplet Brothers were chasing you?" he asked.
"Quintuplet Brothers?" Misaki was confused by the sudden nickname with question marks on her head, but shrugged it off. She began to explain. "Well, Tendou, it started a few days ago. The quintuplet brothers showed up out of nowhere in the Student Council Room and wanted me to be their Master. I don't know why, but they informed me they were impressed by my "style of living"."
"Style of living? What's that supposed to mean?" Tendou asked in confusion.
"Do you remember the preparation for the School Festival?" she asked as the latter responded with a nod. "They happened to be watching me around that time. They even saw me confronting some upperclassmen slacking off their cleaning duty. Even the sports and academics during gym class. They think I'm their role model of Seika High. And now, they've been following me and wanting to see where I work."
"Whoa, whoa, slow down, Misaki... that's privacy invasion! And more importantly, I work there, too, you know?" the spiky brown-haired countered.
"Yes, it'll be a problem if-" Misaki paused, didn't expect to hear something from him. Just like Megaman, Tendou reacted the same words when she explained it to him that day.
"Don't worry, Misaki, since we work at Maid Latte, I'll keep it a secret with you." Tendou smiled at her as his face turned serious. "In exchange... how about I'll take you where I work?" he asked, shoving both hands in his black jacket pockets.
Misaki was stunned to hear that from him. "Wait a minute? You had a job before?" she questioned back in surprise.
"I still work there... ever since I was young." he replied.
The black-haired girl eyed at him with a confused look on her face.
Later at Maid Latte
Misaki had some crazy thoughts about Tendou. She began to suspect him even more. First, the way he fights looked similar to Megaman's. Second, he had the same reaction as Megaman. And third, somehow he and Megaman had the same timing.
"Is Tendou... "
"Misa-chan." Satsuki called her, interrupting her train of thoughts.
"Y-Yes?" the black-haired maid turned to her manager.
"Some Masters would like to challenge you to a game for a picture with you." Satsuki informed happily. It was the Moron Trio with happy looks on their faces, who finally had enough points to challenge a maid for a picture. "They want to challenge you to a card game. What game will it be?" she asked.
"Duel Monsters, please." Shirokawa answered coolly.
"You're acting cool, Shiroyan." Ryuunosuke complimented, "But you don't look cool at all."
"A picture with Misa-chan!" Sarashina shook his body with a high pitch voice.
"Very well." Misaki took Shirokawa's deck and shuffled.
"Don't worry, we'll be fine." Ryuunosuke assured his friend.
"We've been practicing so much for this!" Sarashina followed.
"Don't worry! I'll definitely win!" Shirokawa took Misaki's deck and shuffled.
The two placed their respective deck on the table and picked up five cards in their hands.
"Duel!" they called out.
TURN 1
Misaki: 4000
Shirokawa: 4000
"Misa-chan, I'll let you go first." the light blonde-haired insisted politely.
"Fine by me. Doroo (Draw)." Misaki picked up her first card and examined her hands. "I play a monster face-down in defense mode and one card face-down. Turn end."
TURN 2
Misaki: 4000
Shirokawa: 4000
"Ore wa turn. Doroo (Draw)." Shirokawa looked at the card he drew and grew a big smile. "I can't believe it! I summon Gene-Warped Warwolf in attack mode with an attack power of 2000!"
Gene-Warped Warwolf: LV4/Earth/Beast-Warrior/ATK 2000/DEF 100
"I'll give him a power-up with a Spell Card, Invigoration." he placed a card below his monster. "It increases an Earth monster's ATK by 400, but lowers its DEF by 200." he explained.
Invigoration: An EARTH monster equipped with this card increases its ATK by 400 points and decreases its DEF by 200 points.
"Gene-Warped Warwolf is an Earth Attribute monster so that means... " Ryuunosauke pointed.
"His monster gets stronger!" Sarashina finished happily.
Gene-Warped Warwolf: ATK 2000-2400/DEF 100-0
"A monster with 2400 ATK on his first turn?" Misaki questioned thoughtfully in surprise.
The Maid Latte staffs gasped in amazement to see a powerful monster in one turn.
Misaki revealed her face-down monster known as Stone Statue of the Aztecs.

Gene-Warped Warwolf: ATK 2400

"Say goodbye to your monster, Misa-chan!"
"Not so fast. I activate my Trap Card, D2 Shield." she revealed her face-down card below her monster, "My defending monster's DEF is double."
D2 Shield: Select 1 face-up Defense Position monster you control. Its DEF becomes double its original DEF.
"Wait! Did you say double?" the light blonde-haired gaped.
"That means... " Ryuunosuke sweatdropped.
"Her monster has 4000 DEF!" Sarashina finished in terror.
Stone Statue of the Aztecs: DEF 2000-4000
"My rock monster has an effect. The Battle Damage you took from it is double." Misaki pointed.
Stone Statue of the Aztecs: Double any Battle Damage your opponent takes when they attack this monster.
"Let's see... the original damage between Goshujinsama (Master) and Misa-chan's monsters was... " Honoka counted her fingers.
"It was 1600." Subaru answered.
"If you double it, that'll be... " Satsuki continued.
"I took 3200 damage! ?" Shirokawa finished in disbelief.
Shirokawa: 4000-800
"Why... I lost that much Life Point so fast... " Shirokawa was in tears, then noticed a card in his hands. "Oh wait! I activate my next Spell Card, Fissure! It destroys your monster with the lowest ATK. Since your Stone Statue is the only monster you have, it's a goner!"
Misaki simply sent her card to the Cemetery.
"Don't worry, guys! It's only 800 Life Points! There's no way Misa-chan can beat my monster with 2400 ATK!" Shirokawa assured his friends. "Turn end!"
TURN 3
Misaki: 4000
Shirokawa: 800
"Watashi no turn. Doroo (Draw)." Misaki drew a card and smiled at it. "I summon Hitta the Fire Charmer in attack mode."
Hitta the Fire Charmer: LV3/Fire/Spellcaster/ATK 500/DEF 1500
"Misa-chan, you must be playing it wrong." Ryuunosuke pointed in confusion.
"You should've put it in defense mode." Sarashina added.
"I have a Spell Card that can turn the table. I play Shield & Sword." Misaki placed a card underneath her monster.
The Moron Trio widened their eyes in astonishment.
"WHAT! ? SHIELD & SWORD! ? TH-THAT MEANS... "
"Our monsters' ATK and DEF are switched." Misaki finished.
Gene-Warped Warwolf: ATK 2400/DEF 0-ATK 0/DEF 2400
Hitta the Fire Charmer: ATK 500/DEF 1500-ATK 1500/DEF 500
"Z-Zero ATK... ?" Shirokawa's face turned blue.
"My Hiita will attack your Warwolf! And guess what? You lose."
Hitta the Fire Charmer: ATK 1500
Gene-Warped Warwolf: ATK 0
Shirokawa: 800-0
Misaki: WON
"I-I lost... "
"That's our Misa-chan! She's merciless." Satsuki praised.
"She's a quick learner." Honoka agreed with a nod.
"I should really thank Tendou for tutoring me about combo and such." Misaki shuffled her deck with a proud smile.
"Damn, that new kid! We should've asked him for help!" Shirokawa cried. The Moron Trio was in tears.
Misaki stopped shuffling and narrowed her eyes, still thinking the conclusion about him. "That Tendou... There's no doubt about it... More importantly... " she remembered what he said to her.
"In exchange... how about I'll take you where I work?"
"Tendou has a job? Since when?" she questioned thoughtfully before looking at the crying Moron Trio.
"Our chance for a picture of Misa-chan!"
"If I remember right, these guys used to think of me as annoying, didn't they?" she asked inwardly. Before the School Festival, she remembered those three used to be rebellious like the rest of male students. And when Tendou entered Seika High, they somehow became friendlier to her. She deepened her narrowed eyes, trying to figure out her answer. "It can only mean one thing... Tendou is... "
That night
Misaki entered the locker room to look for Tendou, preparing to confirm it to him with a direct contact. Unfortunately, he was nowhere to be found.
"San-cho, where's Tendou?" she asked the manager.
"He left earlier. He was in a hurry."
With a disappointed look on her face, Misaki missed her chance. She was looking forward to it.
The next day
Elsewhere
A large mechanical mandrill sniffed the air twice, then grew an evil smile.
"That human is nearby... " he took another sniff, "Megaman's scent, too... "
At the roof of Seika High
"Master Tendou, you're not serious about bringing Misaki to WAZA HQ, are you?" Draco asked concernedly from inside the Hunter-VG.
"It was a suggestion, Draco. Besides, if it goes wrong, Ace will use a Memory Eraser on her." Tendou replied. "What I'm worried about the most is the Quintuplet Brothers. If they happened to see where Misaki work, including me, they might accidentally spill the beans to the upper-morons in this school. I have to respect her secret, or it will turn ugly." he stared at the sky and felt a strong cool air on him.
The door was heard open as Misaki entered the roof.
"Wow, the wind's pretty strong up here." she walked forward, blocking the wind from the side of her face with her left hand. Then, she noticed Tendou sitting on the floor. "Oh, Tendou? How long have you been up here?" she asked.
"The entire time. What happened to the Quintuplet Brothers? They're not chasing you today?" the spiky brown-haired asked as he stood up.
"No, they're not. I taught them a little bit of my aikido, so I came here to cool off a little." She stood next to him and placed her hands on the ledge. The two stayed quiet for a moment until Misaki broke the silence. "Tendou... I'm thinking of telling them about how I'm a maid."
Those words gave Tendou a shock with his widened eyes.
"Misaki, you can't be serious! Think about this, what if some upper-morons threatened them about your part-time job and blackmail you! ? Haven't you thought of that before! ?" Then, he realized what she meant as if a ton of bricks hit him. "Wait a minute... don't tell me... Is it for their sake... and not.. for yourself?" he asked hesitantly.
Misaki faced him with her eyes widened and turned away slightly, balling her hands into fists.
"Y-Yes... I-I'm afraid of myself... I'm afraid that they'll see me as a maid, have their image of me destroyed, and sneered at me. It really hurts to let people down who believe in you."
Tendou forcefully turned her body to face him and placed his hands on her shoulders. "Misaki, have you forgotten something! ? I work there, too! I'm not gonna let you get discouraged if you let them see your work as a maid!" he raised his voice, "I also... I also... had that feeling once... " his voice saddened and lowered his arms, remembering the painful memory seven years ago. "I let people down once, and it was... terrible."
Misaki didn't expect to hear his tone. He sounded sad? That's the first time she heard him sound like that.
"Tendou... "
"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH! ! !" a frightful scream was heard.
Tendou and Misaki shot their heads at the schoolyard and couldn't believe their eyes. The Quintuplets Brothers were attacked by a large mechanical mandrill.
"Megaman's nearby! I smell him!" the mechanical mandrill knocked down the trees in his path.
"W-What is that thing! ?"
"It's a giant gorilla!"
"No way! Another one of those robot monsters?" Misaki gasped at the size of it. She had to do something to help those brothers. "Tendou, we gotta-" she paused to see Tendou climbing on the ledge, "What are you doing! ? Are you out of your mind! ?" she shouted in disbelief, grabbing his right arm to pull him back.
"What does it look like! ? I'm gonna help them by jumping my way there!" Tendou retorted.
"That's suicide!"
"Trust me! I've been doing this for seven years!" he gasped, realizing his mistake. "Crap, I did it again!"
"This is no time for jokes! Now, come on!" she dragged him to the doorway.
Tendou sighed in relief. He was glad she didn't say anything about him jumping off the roof. He couldn't believe he had to take the long path with her. He had to come up with a way to protect her secret from the Quintuplet Brothers.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH! ! !"
"Where is Megaman! ?" the mechanical mandrill demanded loudly.
"P-Please Mr. Gorilla! Don't hurt us!"
"Mr. Gorilla, let us take you back to the zoo!"
"You'll be safe back there!"
The mechanical mandrill eyed at them with a growl. "I am not a gorilla! I am Spark Mandrill, a Repliforce!" he let out a loud roar, pounding his chest.

"Hey guys, let use our aikido on it!"
"Shishou (Master) did teach us that one!"
"Let's use it on that gorilla!"
The Quintuplet Brothers charged at Spark Mandrill's feet and tried to flip him over.
"Aaaaahh! What's going on! ?"
"This gorilla's too heavy!"
"Come on, let's put our muscle into it!"
Their faces turned red, unable to lift the mechanical mandrill. Spark Mandrill gave them a blank stare and simply smacked them away.
"No fair!"
"That gorilla's too tough!"
"We can't beat him!"
"We need Shishou (Master)!"
"Shishou (Master), where are you! ?"
"HEY, LEAVE THEM ALONE! !" a female voice shouted.
The Quintuplet Brothers turned to see Misaki running towards them.
"Shishou (Master), you're here to save us!"
Misaki stood in front of the five brothers and spread her arms out. "IF YOU WANNA HURT THEM, YOU'LL HAVE TO GO THROUGH ME! !" she laid her dagger eyes at the mechanical mandrill.
"Shishou (Master), we want you to fight that gorilla!"
"Use your aikido on that gorilla!"
"WHO ARE YOU CALLING A GORILLA! ? ARE YOU HUMANS THAT STUPID! ? I AM SPARK MANDRILL! ! A MANDRILL! !" Spark Mandrill barked at them in anger.
"You did pound your chest a moment ago."
"So you are a gorilla."
Spark Mandrill had had enough of their assumption. He pulled his large right fist back and launched it at them.
"RRAAAAAHHH! !"
Misaki and the Quintuplet Brothers faced away with a flinch, then heard a small boom. They didn't know what happened as they turned to see who stopped the monster. Misaki gasped at the unexpected sight.
It was Tendou, who stopped Spark Mandrill's punch with his own two hands.
"T-Tendou?"
"N-New kid! ?"
"Quick! Get out of here!" he pushed the enemy's fist a bit forward.
Spark Mandrill grabbed him with his left hand. "Get out of my sight!" he threw him in the air.
"AAAAAHHHH! !"
"Tendou! New kid!" Misaki and the Quintuplet Brothers cried.
In front of Seika High, Tendou managed to save himself by grabbing the ledge of the roof with his right hand.
"Whew, that was close." he said in relief before removing his hand. Dropping from four stories high, he safely landed on the ground with a thud and looked around to see if the coast is clear. Luckily, there was no one in sight. "Alright, here I go." he took out his dark blue Hunter-VG from his pocket and placed it on the center of his waist as it shot out metallic silver belt straps on both sides, wrapping around his waist. "Henshin!" he called out as his body was consumed by a ball of light, transforming into his Megaman form before leaping in the air.
His armors were dark blue. He had wings of Cygnus Noise form. His helmet had no spiky hair. His lens was red, and a silver mask below it. His streamlines were green.
Growling, Spark Mandrill grabbed Misaki with his left hand. "Little girl, you should've stayed out of-Huh?" he paused and smelled something on her. "Wait, can it be... ?" Making sure, he brought her close and sniffed her twice.
"Rude much!" Misaki smacked his nose in disgust. Instead of hurting him, she injured her hand. "Ow! I forgot. It's just like those four monsters when Megaman saved me... "
Spark Mandrill widened his eyes in surprise, "You! You have Megaman's scent! Where is Megaman! ?" he demanded.
"How should I know! ? AAAAAHHHH! !" Misaki screamed in pain from his large hand, squeezing her life out.
"Tell me where he is, or I'll squash you like a bug!"
"AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH! !" Misaki tried to break free, but the mechanical mandrill's grip was getting tighter and tighter every second.
"SHISHOU (MASTER)! !"
"Die then!" Spark Mandrill was about to give her one last squeeze, but a strong punch collided on the left side of his face. "GAAAHH! !" he fell to the ground and released the girl in the air.
The falling Misaki felt two arms on her and landed on the ground. Opening her eyes, she saw Megaman carrying her in a bridal style.
"Megaman?"
The Quintuplet Brothers had bright stars in their eyes to see him in person. They couldn't believe Megaman was here to rescue them.
"NO WAY! !"
"IT'S ACTUALLY MEGAMAN! !"
"HE'S NOT A LEGEND AFTER ALL! !"
The dark blue armored Megaman set her on the ground, "You guys better get out of here quick!" he ordered them.
A loud boom was heard as Spark Mandrill got back up on his feet with a loud roar. "So you finally showed up, Megaman! Hmm?" he inspected his appearance in confusion and scratched his temple. "That's funny... you look so different than last time."
Megaman (Tendou) formed his fighting stance and leaped in the air, mechanically transforming his right arm into Cannon. He aimed and fired several shots at his enemy, but the latter used his arms to block them.
Spark Mandrill felt the impact and they were stronger, completely different than the previous one. He jumped in the air and clasped his hands together. Megaman (Tendou) quickly defended himself by forming his arms into an X. The mechanical mandrill smacked him hard and sent him to the ground with a loud crash.
"Megaman!" Misaki cried.
The smoke cleared and revealed the dark blue armored Megaman laying on the ground, unscathed. He slowly stood back up and shook his head.
Spark Mandrill landed on the ground with a thud. "This Megaman is completely different." he thought. "Oh well, I'll just end this quick." he changed his right arm into a drill, spinning it rapidly.
Megaman (Tendou) cracked his neck, "How about a little change of speed?" he crossed his arms into an X as his armor glowed bright green.
Misaki and the Quintuplet Brothers blocked the light with their arms and felt a strong wind.
"Huh?" What's that light?" Spark Mandrill questioned, stopping his spinning drill.
Megaman (Tendou) was consumed by a ball of green light and transformed into his next form.
TORAIBU ON (TRIBE ON)!
SAIKURON NINJA (CYCLONE NINJA)!
The ball of green light vanished as Megaman (Tendou) lowered his arms, revealing his transformation that resembled a ninja. His armor was based on Wood Ninja - except with a darker color and the armored scarf was black, instead of red. The face of Omega-Xis' head was now an attachment shield on his left forearm.
Lowering her arms, Misaki was surprised to see Megaman in his ninja form. "Wow!"
The stars on the Quintuplet Brothers' eyes shined brighter in excitement.
"MEGAMAN IS A NINJA! !"
"NO WAY! !"
"A NINJA MEGAMAN! !"
"SO COOL! !"
"THIS IS AMAZING! !"
Spark Mandrill widened his eyes in disbelief at his transformation. "Impossible! You can't be the same Megaman! W-Who are you! ?" he demanded.
Cyclone Ninja Megaman (Tendou) ignored the enemy and dashed forward at a quick speed, passing through him by the side. Next, he dashed from the right, then the left, and then the front, and then the back, and then the right, and then the front, repeating himself over and over.
"Wh-What the! ?" Spark Mandrill looked around and couldn't keep up with his speed. He spun his drill and tried to hit him, but missed each and every one. "WHAT IS HE! ?"
Misaki stared at Megaman in amazement. She couldn't believe his ninja form was this fast.
Soon, Cyclone Ninja Megaman (Tendou) stopped dashing and appeared in the air, in front of his enemy.
Spark Mandrill was readied to retaliate. "Alright, enough running around! You're so-H-H-HUH! ?" his eyes widened in horror.
The mechanical mandrill was surrounded by multiple clones of Megaman in the air; all of their right arms were aiming at him.
RINKU FOOSU BIGGU BAN (LINK FORCE BIG BANG)!
SHURIKEN SUTOUMU (SHURIKEN STORM)!
The horde of Cyclone Ninja Megaman (Tendou) fired small shurikens from their right forearms at a rapid speed.
"AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHH! ! !" Spark Mandrill cried from numerous shurikens struck his body as they caused small explosions until the smoke clouded his body.
Cyclone Ninja Megaman (Tendou) and his clones stopped firing as they vanished, leaving the real one landed on the ground. He stood in front of Misaki and the five brothers.
"MEGAMAN IS AWESOME! !"
Misaki didn't have enough energy to form a word after seeing him cloning himself.
As the smoke vanished, Spark Mandrill's body had multiple slashes and some were pierced through.
"Wh-Wh-What kind... of a Megaman... are you! ?" he demanded, unable to keep himself still.
Cyclone Ninja Megaman (Tendou) wanted to finish this with a single blow, then a crimson red Noise appeared on his right hand. "This hand of mine is scorching red! It's raging roar tells me to grant victory!" he raised his right arm and opened his hand. He dashed towards the stumbling enemy and plunged his fingers through the mechanical mandrill's armored abdomen, then lifted him in the air.
"AAHHH-AAAAAAARRRRGGGGGGHHHH! ! !" Spark Mandrill cried in agony as electricity surged through his body.
Misaki noticed this and recognized that stance.
"MEGA FINGAA (MEGA FINGER)! !" Cyclone Ninja Megaman (Tendou) called out his signature attack as Spark Mandrill exploded in defeat.
*BOOM! !* *KA-BOOM! !*
"AWESOME! !" the Quintuplet Brothers exclaimed happily.
Misaki knew what that stance was. Tendou used the same grab on her when they sparred the other day.
"Is he... "
"Shishou (Master), did you see that! ?"
"Megaman is a hero!"
"Megaman saved us!"
Misaki turned her head to them. "Y-Yes, he did." she answered softly and looked at her savior, then back to them with a worried look on her face. "Y-You see, there's something I haven't told you guys." she began.
Cyclone Ninja Megaman (Tendou) heard her and turned his head slightly to the right.
Misaki turned to face the Quintuplet Brothers and took a deep breath.
"My part-time job is-"
"Here." Cyclone Ninja Megaman (Tendou) interrupted, standing in front of the siblings.
"Huh?"
"As promised, you boys deserved to have my autograph." Cyclone Ninja Megaman (Tendou) wrote his signature on the Quintuplet Brothers' respective left palms with a black marker.
"A-Autograph?" Misaki blinked in confusion.
"We've got an autograph from Megaman! ?"
"No way!"
"This has to be the best day of our lives!"
"Thank you so much, Megaman!"
"Hold on, Megaman, what do you mean by "promised"?" one of the brothers asked in realization.
"She didn't tell you?" Cyclone Ninja Megaman (Tendou) pointed at her with his right thumb, "Her part-time job is the President of the Megaman Fanclub. There's no way she would tell you boys about me, but now you know why." he explained.
"Shishou (Master)'s part-time job is the President of the Megaman Fanclub! ?" they gaped in astonishment.
"Will you boys keep it a secret? It's really important."
"AYE-AYE, MEGAMAN-SAMA! ! WE WON'T DISAPPOINT YOU! !" they happily agreed.
And so, the Quintuplet Brothers left their way home.
"You okay, Misaki?" Cyclone Ninja Megaman (Tendou) asked the black-haired girl.
"I'm fine, and thank you for saving me, and keeping my job a secret." Misaki bowed in a polite manner.
"No problem. After all, a small white lie doesn't hurt."
Misaki remembered something during the fight, "Megaman, about that monster... have you fought him before?" she asked.
Cyclone Ninja Megaman (Tendou) didn't want her to know about the history twenty-three years ago. "That's classified. It's best you don't want to know." he replied, "Have a good day." he hopped off and flew in the sky.
Misaki smiled at her savior, then realized something was missing. Something really important.
Then, it hit her.
"OH NO! ! TENDOU! !" she remembered he was thrown somewhere on the roof as she immediately bolted her way to check on him at a tremendous speed.
At the roof
Misaki opened the door and saw him unconsciously laying on the ground. She gasped and ran towards him, checking if he was still alive.
"Tendou, Tendou!" she shook him gently.
The spiky brown-haired opened his eyes and quickly sat up, startling the girl.
"Whoa! T-Tendou? Are you all right? You shouldn't get up so fast."
"I'm okay." he stood up and pretended his back was injured. "Ow. My back." he faked a tone.
"Take it easy, Tendou." Misaki helped him from falling. "Here, let me help."
"Misaki, I'm okay, really."
"Tendou, I will not ignore my title as a Kaichou, you understand me! ?" She gave him a death glare, making him scared stiff.
"Y-Yes, ma'am."
The two walked down the stairways and saw a few girls in the hallway. They had brooms in their hands and a trash bag on the floor.
"Girls, what's going on?" Misaki asked them.
"Misaki, it's terrible! There was an explosion earlier and it scared boys with their food all over the stairs, and they refused to clean it up!" one of them explained.
Misaki and Tendou saw food scattered on the stairs with blank looks on their faces. They found out who was responsible.
"That would be Megaman's fault."
"That's my fault."
"We'll take care of it." Misaki offered.
"Really?"
"Sure. You girls can go."
"Thank you, Misaki." the girls bowed down and left.
The two grabbed a broom and began to clean up the mess - if it wasn't a certain hero that caused a loud explosion with his finishing attack.
Tendou stopped sweeping the floor for a moment and smiled at the white lie. He had no clue how the Quintuplet Brothers actually fell for it so easily. He was glad Misaki's part-time job as a maid was safe and sound.
"Tendou." Misaki called him.
The young fighter turned around to witness a serious look on her face. "Misaki, are you alright?" he asked nervously.
"Tendou, I know who you are." she said.
"W-What do you mean by that?" he asked again, feeling more nervous.
Misaki placed the broom against the wall before deducing in a stern tone. "There are three things I find something suspicious about you." she put out three fingers from her right hand and started her list. "One, the way you fight is very similar Megaman. Two, you and Megaman somehow had the same timing. And three, you used Megaman's Mega Finger on me the other day. Tendou... you are... "
Tendou turned pale, trembling at her solemn words. He was screwed, totally screwed. He couldn't believe she actually found him out.
So much for low profile.
"Oh no, please no, please no! Crap, I'm so screwed! Tell me this isn't happening! Oh crap, my identity as Megaman is over!" he began to sweat heavily like a waterfall.
"You are... "
"Someone save me! Someone please save me! My life is SO OVER! !"
"You are... "
"It's all over for me!"
"-one of Megaman's fanboys, aren't you?" she finished.

"Huh?" he deadpanned in complete confusion with a blank face.
"Admit it! Megaman saved your life, and you really admired his bravery! Ever since the School Festival, you've been copying him and trying to be like him after searching him up on the website. Didn't you?" she stared deeply into his eyes with her hands on her hips.
"Uhh, y-yes. It's true. I owe Megaman for saving my life that time." Tendou lied blankly without hesitating.
"I thought so!" Misaki smiled brightly in approval, "That's good to hear! Besides, you're not the only one! I owe Megaman for saving my life, too!" she patted his left shoulder before grabbing the broom. "You can go sweep down the stairs."
"S-Sure." Tendou walked down the stairs until he was half-way, then let out a big sigh of relief, "Holy crap! I thought my Megaman identity would've been exposed!" he patted his chest, feeling his heart pounding fast. "I'm glad she assumed I was a fanboy."
"Tendou!" the teenager turned to see Misaki dragging a trash bag, "Help me take this outside." she took a step down. Without looking, her foot stepped on a banana peel and slipped, causing her to fall forward. "Aaahh!"
Tendou immediately tossed the broom to the side and climbed a few steps. He caught her as Misaki landed on him, causing him to lose balance and fall on the floor with a light thud.
The two felt something soft on their lips. They opened their eyes and widened them in complete astonishment.
They couldn't believe it.
Right before their very eyes.
It was a kiss!
