I don't want to hurt the UsuiXMisaki fans out there, but I want to try and see if Misaki Ayuzawa is capable to be a StarForce member, and have Tendou in Usui's place.
I don't own Megaman nor Maid-Sama except the transformation, new characters, and new Battle Cards.
Chapter 7: Enter Miyabigaoka / Under 1000 ATK?
Maid Latte
The kitchen was dead silence.
Tendou washed the dish at a slow pace, and Misaki swept the floor in a slow movement.
The staffs looked at the two teenagers with big question marks on their heads. They could sense a strange atmosphere between them.
Ever since they started their shifts, they hadn't spoken a single word.
"Did something happen between them?" Honoka asked Draco in a whisper.
"I have no idea. Master Tendou isn't himself lately. It's best not to interfere." Draco replied in a whisper, didn't want to lie.
Misaki continued to sweep slowly and accidentally bumped into Tendou, who was carrying a set of plate.
"W-Whoa!" the spiky-brown haired nearly stumbled and managed to save himself from falling and dropping the plates.
"S-Sorry, Tendou." Misaki apologized.
The two looked at each other in the eyes and remembered their accidental kiss. Red blushes appeared on their faces from yesterday's incident.
"M-Misaki, l-look... about-" Tendou stuttered and couldn't form a word as the latter turned away, heading to the hallway. He sadly lowered his head and didn't know what to do.
Misaki entered the locker room and sat on a chair, grasping her head. The memory of their accidental kiss continued to appear in her head. It was her first kiss. She knew the kiss was an accident. Sure, Tendou was handsome, but was there something more than that?
With a frown on his face, Tendou sighed deeply and placed the set of plates on the counter before taking off the kitchen gloves. "San-cho, I'm going home." he said and left the kitchen.
"Oh, okay. I hope you feel better." the dark purple-haired replied concernedly.
"Have a good night." Draco bowed down in a polite manner before following him.
The fighting duo exited the back door and noticed it was already night. He took out his dark blue Hunter-VG and placed it at the center of his waist as it shot out metallic silver belt straps on both sides, wrapping around his waist.
"Henshin." he called out as his body was consumed by a ball of light, transforming into his Megaman form.
His armors were dark blue. He had wings of Cygnus Noise form. His helmet had no spiky hair. His lens was red, and a silver mask below it. His streamlines were green.
"Going on patrol, Master Tendou?" Draco asked.
"Yeah... I think it might help me calm down."
"Understood." Draco nodded and turned himself into a ball of light before entering the latter's Hunter-VG.
Megaman (Tendou) leaped in the air and flew slowly, scanning the ground. Then, he saw a commotion where a large number of people standing in the street, and there was a fight in the middle. His red lens scanned the fighters and revealed five male students: two students from Seika and the other three he couldn't recognize.
They wore white high collar zip-up jackets and tailored pants with a purple outline.
"I should stop these morons before something bad happen." he quickly descended to the scene and end this farce.
The two male Seika students were blocked by two white uniform students. Behind them was their friend with a calm expression, who had a bruise on the left side of his face.
"HEY, BREAK IT UP! !"
The five students looked up at the sky and saw Megaman landing on the ground between them. The crowd gasped at the hero's arrival and didn't expect to see him at this night, keeping their distance from him. The bickering students immediately complied his command and backed away with angry scowls on their faces.
"M-Megaman! ?" the two Seika students gaped.
"Hey, is that Megaman?" one of the students in a white uniform asked.
"It is him. I thought he was a legend." the second one replied.
"What's going on here?" Megaman (Tendou) demanded.
Before the two Seika students could explain to their hero, a certain black-haired girl entered the scene and pointed her finger at her students.
"You guys! What kind of ruckus are you making in the middle of the street! ?" Misaki asked angrily, pointing at them.
The boys gaped at her sudden arrival.
"Why is Kaichou here?" the white-haired asked his friend.
"How should I know? What are the odds to see Megaman and Kaichou here at the same time?" the red-haired asked back.
"Hey, I'm talking to-Huh? Megaman? Why are you here?" Misaki realized, standing next to him.
"Crap! Misaki! ?" Megaman (Tendou) felt his heart beating fast and the accidental kiss scene appeared in his head again. Shrugging it off by shaking his head, he came back to his sense. "I saw a fight from the sky so I stopped them." he simply explained.
"And you are?" the one had a bruise on his face asked with his arms crossed.
"I'm the Student Council Kaichou of Seika High School, Ayuzawa Misaki. What did our students do you?" she asked back.
"It's obvious. One of your students punched me." he proved, showing the bruise on his face.
"Is that true! ?" Misaki shot her head at her male students.
"Hey, it's rude for asking her name, and not introducing yours." Megaman (Tendou) pointed out.
"Hehe. All right, then. The name's Hirofumi Koganei, and we are the students of Miyabigaoka High." Hirofumi replied. He had shoulder length light brown hair, blue eyes, and a pair of black glasses. "So this is the famous Megaman I've heard so much about. I've gotta say, you're even more dashing in person. Except the dark color doesn't suit you. It makes you more... what's the word... inferior." he stated with a small smile. "I was expecting your color should be more colorful, such as gold or silver."
A tick mark appeared on his head, "That little bastard! How dare he judge my color!" Megaman (Tendou) shouted inwardly, accusing it was an insult.
"What's wrong with Megaman's color! ?" the white-haired Seika student questioned, defending him.
"Yeah! Megaman looks cool in dark blue!" the red-haired was about to run at him, but Megaman (Tendou) stopped him by speading his right arm in front of him.
Hirofumi slightly turned his head with a small chuckle. "I had heard that Seika High School is a savage place, and it would seem that the rumor is true. I also heard Seika High was attacked by a monster, and you guys can't fight back." he said as Misaki shot her dagger eyes at him. "I need to think what sort of apology this will require." he added.
"Shut your trap!"
"Why should we apologize to you! ?"
The two male Seika students raised their voices at him.
Misaki gritted her teeth and balled her right hand into a fist. "You two... apologize!" she bashed their heads, giving them large bumps.
"OW!"
"What was that for?"
"I'm telling you to apologize for hitting him!" she shouted at them.
"Huh! ? I don't get it!"
"You're the one that punched us!"
"Shut up! Think of the trouble you're causing for everyone here! Only idiots hit other people out of anger! I'm glad Megaman stopped you guys just in time! Even he didn't pull a punch at him!" Misaki grabbed the white-haired's collar, wanting to give him a piece of her mind.
"Misaki, calm down! You're making the scene even worst!" Megaman (Tendou) tried to break them apart.
Hirofumi and his friends blankly stared at them, feeling awkward at their bickering.
"Looks like it's not worth talking to them right now." Hirofumi sighed, "We'll be waiting for you at Miyabigaoka anytime." Misaki, Megaman (Tendou), and the two males turned to them. "If you do not have any intention of apologizing, then I will bring this issue to the administration." he notified.
Misaki removed the white-haired student and faced them. The three Miyabigaoka students turned their backs.
"And Megaman, please do something about your color. It's an eyesore." Hirofumi finished before leaving.
Soon, the crowd began to leave the area.
"How dare you say that to Megaman!"
"Who does he think he is! ? Let's go." the red-haired and white-haired Seika students walked away with angry looks.
"Hey, wait!" Misaki couldn't stop them from leaving until she heard her friend's voice.
It was Sakura. She and Shizuko entered the scene to check on their friend.
"Misaki! What are you going to do if this case turns out to be a big problem?" she asked worriedly.
"And right when Seika's image is starting to get better, too... " Shizuko added, "Your hard work will go to waste."
Misaki had a worried look on her face, but forced a smile. "Don't worry. I'll figure it out."
Sakura and Shizuko sighed, then noticed their hero Megaman back at the School Festival.
"Shizuko, look, it's Megaman!" Sakura dragged her friend and stood in front of him. "Megaman, we've never got the chance to thank you for saving us from that bird monster."
After a few seconds, the girls had question marks on their heads and noticed their hero didn't make a response. He was just standing there.
"Megaman, are you okay?" Sakura asked the hero softly.
Misaki lowered her eyes and saw his hands with a gasp. They were clenched into fists, shaking in anger.
Megaman (Tendou) turned away from them. "Sorry... I'm not in a mood." his voice sounded dark as he quickly leaped in the air.
"Um... was it something I said?" Sakura asked.
"It's not you, Sakura. It's probably the Miyabigaoka." Shizuko answered her friend.
"Megaman... " Misaki softened her eyes and knew why he was angry.
Megaman (Tendou) spotted a group of GreatAx viruses as he charged at them. He decided to take out his anger at them. He extracted red blades on his forearms and slashed them one by one as they vanished into data. One swung its large axe at him, but the dark blue armored Megaman swiftly swung his right leg at the blade, smashing it into pieces.
"MY COLOR IS AN EYESORE! ? RAAAWWWHH! !" he thrust his red blade and pierced at the target's torso as it vanished in defeat. "HOW THE HELL IS IT AN EYESORE! ? I WORKED SO HARD ON THIS DESIGN! !" he questioned loudly and stabbed the last GreatAxe at its head.
The next day
In the Student Council Room
Misaki was having a hard time thinking of an apology for those two. The door was slid open as she turned to see Tendou standing in the doorway. The accidental kiss scene came back to her just by looking at him. She immediately faced away with a blush, then noticed something different about him. He had a scowl on his face. Looking at his angry face made her blush disappear, but right now she was concerned about him.
"I heard what happened last night. It's about that Mayabooger High." he said, entering the room.
"It's "Miyabigaoka"." Misaki corrected him, "Are you okay, Tendou?" she asked.
"I heard one of them disrespected Megaman! If you're going to their school today, then I'm going with you."
And so after school...
Tendou, Misaki, and the two male Seika students were on their way to Miyabigaoka High by taking the bus.
"Kaichou, why do we have to apologize to them?"
"Like I said, if you're so against apologizing, then tell me what caused the fight." she demanded.
The two boys slightly turned away and yielded.
"Fine."
"That night, we were-" the white-haired began.
*Flashback*
The two were amazed to see a new set of Duel Monsters cards on the window display.
The cards were Synchro Monsters.
(In the anime/manga it was chess, I'm not good at chess so I decided to go for Yu-Gi-Oh! if that's okay.)
"Wow! Synchro Monsters! How do you play them? Whoa, look at the price!" the white-haired gaped at the display.
"Geez, you couldn't perform Fusion Summon." his red-haired friend pointed.
"Well, this is rare. They're students from Seika." a voice spoke.
The two Seika students turned to the voice.
It was the three students in white uniforms, aka Hirofumi and his friends.
"That store belongs to my family. It's no place for filth like you." he heartlessly provoked them in a calm tone as the two boys were angry at him. "Buzz off, flies."
*Flashback end*
Misaki frowned in displease after hearing what happened last night. She couldn't believe it they accused her students of the fight. Tendou deepened his scowl and clenched his fists even more.
"He goes and says something like that." the white-haired finished.
"How can we apologize to him?" the red-haired added.

.
The four made it to Miyabigaoka High. The school was large as if it was a size of a castle.
"Anyways, you still want us to apologize to them, Kaichou?" the white-haired asked.
"So much for being honest." the red-haired commented.
All Misaki could do was frown at the school building in disgust. Tendou just scowled at it.
"Miyabigaoka's building is stuck-up no matter how many times I see it." she said.
"That's one thing we can agree on." Tendou replied.
Duel Monster Club
"So you're finally here, Seika High School." Hirofumi greeted after sipping his tea. "And what's this? A new face? Based on his outfits, I don't think he's one of your students." he pointed, seeing the spiky brown-haired teenager.
-Tendou's outfit: a blue T-shirt with a StarForce symbol, black pants, a black jacket with a metallic enforcement plate acting as a collar (that is similar to Ace's), and white sneakers.-
"I am one of the Seika students. I'm a transfer student." Tendou corrected him bitterly.
"Oh, pardon me. Though I don't remember inviting you." Hirofumi chuckled, "Now, you two. Your apology, please. I've been looking forward to how you'll show me your sincerity."
The two Seika students gave the light brown-haired their angry stares with a growl.
"What's the matter? Did you not come to apologize?" Hirofumi turned away with his eyes closed, "This is why I hate brainless poor people." he stood up from his chair, "Very well, then. We'll continue this in the Student Council Room." he walked towards them.
" "Brainless people", you said? I see how it is. So you called our students "flies" just like that." Misaki spoke sternly with dagger eyes as Hirofumi froze in his track with a small sweatdrop. "I'm fine with continuing this in the Student Council Room. I don't mind-"
"I want you maggots to apologize to us!" Tendou raised his voice, interrupting Misaki.
Everyone turned their eyes at the spiky brown-haired, who still had a scowl on his face.
"M-Maggots! ? Who gives you the right to-"
"I called you maggots because you insulted Megaman!" Tendou retorted.
Misaki and the two Seika students widened their eyes in surprise.
"Please~ what do you know about Megaman? He probably has poor taste in color." Hirofumi replied.
"I know Megaman more than anyone else! He was my hero!"
"He's hero?" Misaki questioned thoughtfully. She swore she heard that line somewhere before.
"Just because you maggots are rich and being all high and mighty, it doesn't mean you can call Megaman an eyesore, insult the Seika students "flies", or whatever the hell you say! We are human beings! It doesn't matter if we are rich or poor! We can always try our best!"
"Tendou... " Misaki was more surprised to see him like this.
The two Seika students were amazed to see him defending them.
The three of them were touched by his strong words.
"If you want a piece of me, then come at me!" Tendou pointed at him, "I don't care if it's two, three, or ten of you! I can take you all on!"
Hirofumi growled at him. He had no idea who was with him. "Don't be ridiculous. What's wrong with calling a fly a fly?" Then, an idea hit him. "How about this? Let's settle this in a game of Duel Monster. With a handicap." he grew a smirk at his last word.
"Handicap?" Tendou questioned.
"I'll be using a deck filled with strong monsters. And, you, as part of the handicap, you'll battle with monsters that have less than 1000 ATK!" Hirofumi declared.
"Now wait just a minute! What kind of-" Misaki couldn't finish her sentence, Tendou already made his answer.
"Deal!"
"Tendou/New kid, you baka!" the three shot their heads at him in disbelief.
"AHAHAHAHA! !" Hirofumi and his friends laughed in hysteric.
"This guy is a clown!"
"He just accepted it!"
"A fly will always be a fly! AHAHAHAHA!"
"Tendou, are you out of your mind! ? You can't win that way!" Misaki shouted.
"That was a terrible condition!"
"Yeah, new kid! Is your brain fried?"
"Trust me." Tendou assured them.
Hirofumi placed a large briefcase on the table. "Here is where you can make your deck. You have ten minutes to build one."
Tendou opened the briefcase and began to choose a card.
"Hold it, ten minutes won't be enough time!" Misaki pointed.
"Done." Tendou placed his deck on the table.
The room was dead silence.
"EEEEEEHHHH! ?" everyone gaped.
"New kid, tell us you did not just pick random cards from the briefcase in one go! ?" the red-haired asked.
"Nope."
"It's his funeral." Hirofumi sat on the chair and took out his deck. Then, another idea came to his mind. "How about we make a deal? Loser shouts their apology for the whole student in Miyabigaoka High to hear. If I win, I want you to apologize in their place and cry out "Seika High is nothing but poor and filthy flies, and Megaman has terrible taste in color"."
Hearing him insult his Megaman title really made his blood boil.
"How intriguing." Tendou faked a tone. "And if I win, I want you to apologize on your knees and shout "Seika High is awesome, and Megaman is more awesome. He is the best hero who fights for justice, and your Mayabooger High is nothing but filthy rich maggots." Does that sound good?"
"It's "Miyabigaoka"!" Hirofumi's two friends corrected him loudly.
"M-Megaman is more awesome?" Misaki questioned unpleasantly with a blank stare.
"You've got yourself a deal!"
The two shuffled each others' deck and returned them before picking up five cards in their hands.
"DUEL!" they called out.
TURN 1
Tendou: 4000
Hirofumi: 4000
"Since we are in my school, I'll go first." the light brown-haired drew his first card, "I summon Two-Headed King Rex in attack mode. Oh, and just to let you know, I placed fourth in this year's national tournament." he informed him with a smile.
Two-Headed King Rex: LV4/Earth/Dinosaur/ATK 1600/DEF 1200
"I don't care about that." Tendou replied nonchalantly.
"Why that!" Hirofumi let out a small growl, then calmed down with a small exhale. "Turn end."
TURN 2
Tendou: 4000
Hirofumi: 4000
"Ore wa turn. Doroo (Draw)." Tendou drew his card, "I activate a Spell Card, Moray of Greed. By adding two WATER monsters from my hands to my Deck, I draw 3 cards." he revealed Toon Alligator and Friller Rabca and added them to the Deck, shuffled then drew three cards. "Next, I set a monster face-down. Then, I play a Continuous Spell Card, Door of Darkness. As long this card is out, we can only attack with one monster. Turn end."
Moray of Greed: Shuffle 2 WATER monsters from your hand into the Deck, then draw 3 cards.
Door of Darkness: Only 1 monster can attack during each Battle Phase.
(A/N: "Door of Darkness" is the Japanese name for "The Dark Door".)
TURN 3
Tendou: 4000
Hirofumi: 4000
"Well played. Ore wa turn. Doroo (Draw)!" Hirofumi examined the card he drew and smiled, "I tribute my Two-Headed King Rex and summon Airknight Parshath in attack mode! Your defense is toast! And by "toast", I meant your Life Point because when Airknight Parshath attacks a monster in defense mode, it inflicts piercing damage!" he explained.
Airknight Parshath: LV5/Light/Fairy/ATK 1900/DEF 1400
Airknight Parshath: If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: Draw 1 card.
"Sorry, not happening." Tendou flipped his set card, "My Renge, Gatekeeper of Dark World has 2100 DEF."
Renge, Gatekeeper of Dark World: LV4/Dark/Fiend/ATK 100/DEF 2100
"A monster with 2100 DEF sounds nice, even if it has very low ATK." the red-haired Seika student praised.
Airknight Parshath: ATK 1900

"Oh well." Hirofumi shrugged, "I play a card face-down. Turn end."
TURN 4
Tendou: 4000
Hirofumi: 3800
"Ore wa turn. Doroo (Draw)." Tendou looked at the card, deciding to play it. "I activate a Spell Card, Magical Mallet. By sending the number of cards from my hand to my Deck, I shuffle and draw the same amount." he chose three cards from his hand and added them to his Deck. He shuffled and drew three cards. "I set a monster and a card face-down. Turn end."
Magical Mallet: Shuffle any number of cards from your hand into the Deck, then draw that same number of cards.
TURN 5
Tendou: 4000
Hirofumi: 3800
"Ore wa turn. Doroo (Draw)." Hirofumi smiled at Trap Hole he drew, "I play a card face-down. My Airknight Parshath will crush your face-down defense."
"Sorry." Tendou flipped his second defense card, "Snowman Eater has the same DEF as Airknight Parshath's ATK."
Snowman Eater: LV3/Water/Aqua/ATK 0/DEF 1900
Airknight Parshath: ATK 1900
Snowman Eater: DEF 1900
"Also, you triggered Snowman Eater's effect. When it's flipped face-up, I can destroy one monster on your side. Say goodbye to your Airknight Parshath." he explained.
Snowman Eater: When this card is flipped face-up: Target 1 face-up monster on the field; destroy that target.
Hirofumi grunted and sent his monster to the Cemetery. "Turn end." he finished bitterly.
TURN 6
Tendou: 4000
Hirofumi: 3800
"Ore wa turn. Doroo (Draw). I activated my Trap Card, Dark Spirit Art - Greed." Tendou turned his face-down card beneath his defending monster, "In order to draw 2 cards, I have to tribute my Renge, Gatekeeper of Dark World, and if want to negate its effect, you have to reveal a Spell Card in your hand."
Dark Spirit Art - Greed: Tribute 1 DARK monster. Draw 2 cards. Your opponent can negate this effect by revealing 1 Spell Card in their hand.
Hirofumi looked at his hands and grunted in disapproval. "I don't have any." he said.
Tendou smiled and sent his Renge, Gatekeeper of Dark World to the Cemetery, then drew two cards. "I activate a Spell Card, Shard of Greed. Then, I'll set a card face-down." he placed a card next to his Spell Card. "Turn end."
"What is new kid doing? All he's doing is playing defense and drawing cards!"
"It was a mistake to challenge him. Now Seika High will be a laughing stock."
Misaki eyed at them in disapproval, then back at Tendou. She had a feeling he might have a trick up his sleeves.
TURN 7
Tendou: 4000
Hirofumi: 3800
"Ore wa turn. Doroo (Draw)." Hirofumi drew a card.
"Trap Card activate, Jar of Greed. I draw a card." Tendou complied the effect.
Jar of Greed: Draw 1 card.
"Draw all you want! I summon Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke in attack mode! And he'll destroy your defense, and his effect activate! He can destroy your face-up defense without damage applying!"
Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke: LV4/Light/Warrior/ATK 1800/DEF 1000
Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke: At the start of the Damage Step, if this card attacks a face-up Defense Position monster: Destroy that monster.
Tendou sent his Snowman Eater to the Cemetery.
TURN 8
Tendou: 4000
Hirofumi: 3800
"Ore wa turn. Doroo (Draw). At this time, my Shard of Greed gains 1 Greed Counter." Tendou announced.
Shard of Greed: 1GC
"Next, I activate a Spell Card, Pot of Duality. I pick up 3 top cards from my Deck and add 1 of them in my hand." Tendou complied and examined the three cards. He chose the third card and placed the two cards in his Deck before shuffling. "The card I chose was Swords of Revealing Light, and I'll play it. Now you cannot attack for 3 turns."
Pot of Duality: Excavate the top 3 cards of your Deck, add 1 of them to your hand, also, after that, shuffle the rest back into your Deck. You can only activate 1 "Pot of Duality" per turn. You cannot Special Summon during the turn you activate this card.
Swords of Revealing Light: After this card's activation, it remains on the field, but destroy it during the End Phase of your opponent's 3rd turn. When this card is activated: If your opponent controls a face-down monster, flip all monsters they control face-up. While this card is face-up on the field, your opponent's monsters cannot declare an attack.
"Next, I play a card face-down. Turn end."

"Trying to stall time? That's what Seika flies are! Ore wa turn. Doroo (Draw)." Hirofumi smiled at the card, "I summon Goblin Attack Force in attack mode! Then, I'll set a card face-down. Turn end." he finished quickly.
Goblin Attack Force: LV4/Earth/Warrior/ATK 2300/DEF 0
TURN 10
Tendou: 4000
Hirofumi: 3800
"Ore wa turn. Doroo (Draw)." Tendou drew a card.
"Trap Card activate, Dust Tornado!" Hirofumi revealed his set card, "And I'll use it to destroy your Swords of Revealing Light!"
Dust Torndao: Target 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls; destroy that target, then you can Set 1 Spell/Trap Card from your hand.
Tendou calmly complied, sending his Swords of Revealing Light to the Cemetery.
"No! Without the Swords of Revealing Light card, new kid will lose next turn!"
Hirofumi's friends laughed.
"He's right. On the next turn, Hirofumi will summon a powerful monster and wipe out his Life Point."
"Even if he summons another defense, Hirofumi will still crush it."
Hirofumi smiled and looked at his hand. "Too bad for you. If you try to play another defense, I'll summon my Ancient Gear Golem and you'll take Battle Damage thanks to its piercing effect. That's not all, I'll use the Spell Card, Limited Removal to double its ATK that I just draw. With your Door of Darkness in play, I can only attack with one monster. Ancient Gear Golem will do. One turn victory!" he finished with a bigger smile.
"Tendou, please do something... " Misaki pleaded.
"Since I already draw, my Shard of Greed gains another Greed Counter." Tendou announced.
Shard of Greed: 2GC
"Oh please~ that doesn't scare me."
"Now, I activate its effect. When it has two or more Greed Counter, I can send it to the Cemetery and draw two cards." he complied and drew two extra cards from his Deck.
Shard of Greed: Each time you draw a card(s) for your normal draw in your Draw Phase, place 1 Greed Counter on this card. You can send this card with 2 or more Greed Counters to the Graveyard; draw 2 cards.
"Drawing cards, picking up cards, come on! You're not even worth dueling! All you've been doing is draw and stall time to put up defense! Besides, you're gonna lose next turn 'cause I'll be using my powerful monster next turn!" the light brown-haired shouted, "Face it! You Seika High are washed up!
"I still have one card left. Trap Card activate, Reckless Greed." Tendou ignored the latter and revealed his set card. "And I'm betting on these two cards."
Reckless Greed: Draw 2 cards and skip your next 2 Draw Phases.
"Betting on his two cards? What's new kid talking about?"
"Beats me. I don't know what was doing this whole time."
Misaki didn't do anything but watch.
Tendou picked up two cards from his deck. He turned the cards and looked at them, then a smile grew on his face.
"Tendou's smiling?" Misaki noticed. She hadn't seen him smile in a while.
"What do you know~ I've won." Tendou turned his eyes at the latter.
"W-What do you mean you've won? Quit joking around!"
The spike brown-haired picked out five cards from his hands and placed them on the field.
Hirofumi and his friends widened his eyes in horror and couldn't believe he was using such cards the entire time.
"I won by having all five pieces of Exodia in my hand." Tendou finished.
Tendou: WIN
Hirofumi: LOST
The two male Seika gasped in astonishment and couldn't believe their own eyes.
"NEW KID WON BY USING EXODIA THE FORBIDDEN ONE! ?"
Misaki had a confused look on her face with numerous question marks.
The light brown-haired stood up from his chair and slammed his hands on the table.
"IMPOSSIBLE! ! THERE'S NO WAY! ! YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO USE EXODIA! !"
"Have you forgotten about the handicap? You said I'm allowed to have monsters with less than 1000 ATK, and Exodia is also part of it." Tendou countered. "Or~ are you going back on your words?" he asked with a small grin.
Hirofumi grunted at the latter. He had no choice but to keep his words and the deal. "F-Fine. I'll... apologize." his body trembled and knelt on the floor, laying down. "S-Seika High is awesome, and Megaman-" he was interrupted by a foot on his head.
It was Tendou who planted his right foot on him with both hands in his pockets.
Hirofumi's friends had angry looks on their faces. They couldn't do anything but watch.
"Like you mean it. And louder! For the whole Mayabooger High to hear!" Tendou raised his voice, rubbing his foot on his head.
Hirofumi shook his fists to endure the shame. He shut his eyes and shouted at the top of his lung.
"SEIKA HIGH IS AWESOME! ! MEGAMAN IS MORE AWESOME AND HE IS THE BEST HERO WHO FIGHTS FOR JUSTICE! ! MIYABIGAOKA HIGH IS NOTHING BUT FILTHY RICH MAGGOTS! !"
On the bus
"That felt much better!" Tendou exclaimed happily, stretching his arms.
"Yeah, it was!"
"The most priceless moment of the day! He was so lame!"
The two male Seika students laughed and turned to Tendou. "New kid, Kaichou, thank you very much!" they bowed to them respectfully.
"You two shouldn't get too carried away! Have you forgotten whose fault it was? If something like that happens again-" Unable to finish her sentence, the two Seika students made their way to the back door of the bus.
"When it happens again-"
"We'll ask for your help, Kaichou."
They smiled at her and hopped off.
Misaki was surprised by the tone of their voices. They sounded nice to her.
"Geez, they're such a hassle."
"Hey, I helped too, you know! ? You should at least thank me for backing you guys!" Tendou retorted.
Misaki giggled and turned to him. "That's right. You won the duel fair and square. Tendou, thank you very much for coming with me. And I'm glad you're back to your usual self. The next time I see Megaman, I'll let him know what you did." she noted.
"I'm sure he already knows." Tendou smiled.
"I wonder if there are any rich guys that are kind and less trouble in Miyabigaoka High?" she asked thoughtfully.
"I'll say the chances are very low." he replied.
Back at Miyabigaoka High
"You imbecile! Why did you shout Miyabigaoka High is nothing but filthy rich maggots! ? And why did you let that guy play Exodia! ? Exodia shouldn't be in that briefcase!" an angry male voice punched Hirofumi's face to the ground.
"I-I'm terribly sorry! Y-You see, the briefcase didn't have Exodia! We double-checked, really!"
The angry student grabbed the latter's collar and lifted him in the air. "Then, you should've triple-checked the briefcase! Not only you let him use Exodia, you have ashamed the Miyabigaoka name!" he threw him to the ground with a loud thud. He panted for a moment and remembered something from him. "Koganei, you said the girl was a Kaichou at Seika High?" he asked.
"Y-Yes... that's right, Tora... She's the Kaichou in the midst of boys... is proof of a lack of motivation... ah! ...and atrophy of order... "
"Hmm... looks like she's gonna have some visitors." he smiled.
That night
The Stelar family was eating dinner and noticed a bright smile on Tendou's face. It was unlikely of him.
"Tendou, did something good happen in school?" Geo asked his son, just to be sure.
"Oh yeah, last night, some guys from a rich school picked a fight with Seika students and insulted my Megaman color. And today, we went to their school, and I beat them in a game of Duel Monster. He apologized like a sissy right in front of us." Tendou explained.
"What about Misaki? Was she there, too?" Sonia asked.
"Yeah, she was. She has her role as a Kaichou."
"Master Tendou, you know that briefcase was nothing but dummy cards, right?" Draco asked, placing a cup of tea on the table.
"Those guys weren't being fair from the beginning." Tendou narrowed his eyes in disgust, remembering the briefcase was nothing but weak monster cards. He was glad he used Clock Up to snatch better cards from another room. "They intended to make me lose and wanted us to apologize to them. People like that make me sick."
The next day
Tendou finished using the bathroom and saw many Seika students running in the hallway.
He managed to stop one of them. "Hey, what's going on?" he asked.
"It's the Miyabigaoka High! Their Kaichou is here! He's here for Kaichou!" he answered.
"Their Kaichou?" Tendou repeated in confusion.
The spiky brown-haired quickly made his way to the Student Council Room and pleaded it wasn't a fight. When he made it there, he saw five students in white uniforms standing in front of Misaki and several male students from the Student Council. He noticed one of them had yellowish hair and gold eyes with bangs hanging on the right side of his face. Not to mention he was the tallest among the group.
"I'm the Student Council Kaichou of Miyabigaoka, Igarashi Tora." he greeted politely.
"What brings Miyabigaoka's Student Council Kaichou here?" Misaki asked in a calm manner.
"I'm truly sorry for our students' insolent behavior." Tora answered apologetically.
Misaki, Tendou, and every Seika High student had confused looks on their faces.
"I have suggested to the Principal that he should be expelled from the school." he finished.
"E-Expelled? Isn't that too strict?" Misaki questioned thoughtfully with a small sweatdrop. "We do share part of the blame for actually punching him, too." she said.
"Then will you forgive him?" he asked, lifting his head up.
"Of course. It wasn't anything you had to come all the way here for, too." she replied.
"Then may I cancel his expulsion?" Tora requested.
"Please do."
As they continued talking, Tendou narrowed his eyes at Tora in suspicious. "These rich guys came all the way here just to apologize and inform Misaki that moron will be expelled? There's something about him that I don't like." he thought and heard loud footsteps coming from behind. He turned his back and saw two morons running in the hallway. "Seriously, are they-"
"STOP, YOU GUYS! !" Misaki used her left arm and knocked one of them down by clotheslining his neck.
Tendou and the five Miyabigaoka High students gaped at the sight.
"Misaki, you're screwed!" the spiky brown-haired shouted mentally.
"Don't I always tell you to use that extra energy for studying! ?" she paused at her sudden habit, sweating badly. "I totally forgot about Kaichou Igarashi."
"That was wonderful! Someone so strong and beautiful is truly a dependable person." Tora praised and approached her, "You see, I came here today with a request for you other than the apology. Ayuzawa Misaki, will you join us at Miyabigaoka's Student Council?"
The hallway was filled with silence. Everyone had a blank look on their faces in confusion and reacted with a "Huh".
"Join you! ? Are you out of your goddamn mind! ? Why would she join you! ?" Tendou shouted inwardly in anger.
Tora noticed a student with spiky brown hair who wasn't wearing a uniform and walked towards him. "And who might you be? I don't think you are one of Seika High students." he said.
"Tora, I believe he's the one who defeated Hirofumi." One of his group spoke with a smiling face and short black hair. "His description about him is the exact match. A blue shirt with a star. Black pants. A black jacket. And white sneakers."
"Really, Maki?" Tora turned his sight back to the spiky brown-haired, "I'm the Student Council Kaichou of Miyabigaoka, Igarashi Tora." the blonde greeted, reaching out his right hand for a handshake.
"Tendou Stelar. A transfer student." he greeted back bitterly, didn't want to shake hands.
Then, Tora and the rest accidentally spat and laughed.
"AHAHAHAHAHAH! !"
Tendou scowled at them for laughing at his name. Misaki and some Seika students had sympathy looks on their faces. They couldn't believe those Miyabigaoka students were laughing at him.
"My deepest apology!" Tora finally stopped laughing, "That name is very rare. You're the first person to have that name. I would like you to join our Miyabigaoka's Duel Monster Club." he offered.
"I decline." Tendou rejected him bitterly.
Everyone gasped at his refusal with that tone.
"That's okay. It's fine if you don't want to join." Tora turned to Misaki, "Please take your time to think about transferring. We will provide you with uniforms and more." he took her right hand, "I will guarantee everything." he planted a kiss on her hand.
Tendou deepened his scowl and felt a bit of hate just by looking at him kissing Misaki's hand.
"I'm serious, Ayuzawa Kaichou. We shall leave now. I'll look forward to hear your favorable reply."
"Kaichou Igarashi, I don't think I'll... " Misaki retrieved her hand from him.
"Ayuzawa Misaki. In the past, Seika High School was nothing but a problem. But now, the entire student council is working together to create a better school."
The group of male students smiled at his compliment.
"You've made a wonderful school." he finished as they left.
Inside the car
"Damn, it was hot inside!" Tora complained, removing his white high collar zip-up jackets. "No wonder it's a poor kids' school. They don't even have the air condition on. Still... what happened back there was hilarious! She clotheslined that guy and nailed him straight in the neck. I didn't expect that woman to be that interesting. Ayuzawa Misaki, you're something else." he took his glass of water in his hand, drinking with two girls sitting beside him in their seductive nightgowns. "Let's see what she does next. Maki." he called his friend.
"Yes."
"Keep your eyes on her."
"Understood. But what about that Tendou guy?" Maki asked.
Tora immediately turned his smile to an angry face. "Screw that guy! He has no right to reject my offer! Also, what kind of a name is Tendou! ? Seriously, his parents must have third-rated taste in names!" he took a sip of his drink before finishing. "The next time I see him, we will show him hell!"
Maid Latte
Locker Room
Tendou was already done for the day as he unbuttoned his white shirt.
"Master Tendou, you sensed something from that Tora guy?" Draco asked.
"Yeah, his eyes gave me bad vibes. The way he offered Misaki to join their school sounds very fishy. I don't trust that guy." he put on his blue shirt. "I sense a premonition." he added with a scowl, "Draco, I want you to keep on eye on Misaki tomorrow."
"Understood." Draco nodded, "By the way, Master Tendou, you seem very attached to Misaki recently. Are you fond of her?" he asked curiously.
Unexpectedly hearing his partner's question, Tendou's face turned beet red and shot his head at him.
"D-Draco, where did that come from! ?"
"I'm just asking."
"D-Don't be ridiculous! There's no way! I'll be right back!" Tendou headed to the bathroom.
Draco already figured out his answer with a sigh. "...Miss Tia was right all along."
Tendou splashed some cold water on his face. He stopped and thought about Draco's question.
The first time he met Misaki, he felt a very foreign feeling inside him that he couldn't describe.
He recently had been attached to her ever since he saved her that night from the four Noise Jammers.
And he remembered the kiss they accidentally "shared".
He hated to admit it, but somehow, the kiss felt... nice.
Thinking about it made him realize as he thought of one simple question.
"Am I really in love with her?"
That night
At Miyabigaoka High
Maki came into the dark room with a pile of papers in his hand. "Kaichou, here's the report on Misaki Ayuzawa." the short black-haired handed the papers to his friend.
Tora took the paper and widened his eyes at the report. He began to laugh. "You've got to be kidding. She really is the best woman!" he exclaimed happily, throwing papers in the air. He struck the photo of Misaki in a maid outfit at the wall with a dart and grew a devious smile. "I just came up with the best welcoming event for her."
