Chapter 2: Why don't you remember?

Hi Everyone! Thank you to everyone on who favourited, followed and commented. I would like to thank power214063 and heros bane for doing that first! Sorry that the first chapter was so short but it was just an opener. I will try and update every day in case you're wondering. Now to stop my rambling enjoy the story!

"Kara?! Kara?!" Kara panicked and saw Barry with blood dripping down his face and Kara froze. He was on the floor, obviously hurt. "Barry!" Kara screamed. A figure in black then picked him up and for some reason Kara couldn't move. It was like someone had stuck her feet to the ground. She could only watch as that black figure picked Barry up and stabbed him in the chest. "Barry!" Kara screamed again. It was only a second before the life died in Barry eyes and Kara teared up and her body filled with rage. The black figure then disappeared only leaving Kara to wail over Barry's body.

Breathe, Breathe, Breathe. Kara shot up, sweat dripping down her face and panicked. She looked around at super speed and let out a breath as she saw Barry lying beside her. Barry then opened one eye and shot up.

"Kara?! Where am I?, why … I've got so many questions right now" Barry said with a panicked look in his eye

"Barry calm down!" Kara seemingly yelled," you're at our house, you're very hurt and you need some rest!"

Barry calmed a bit but not before catching the words," our house?"

"Yes Barry, this is our house", Kara said," and I'm your wife and you have friends and family who care about you"

"My w… wife?" Barry said, "Kara this is crazy! We just went through crisis and now the world gives me this! What is happening?"

Barry shot out of bed and stormed out the room. Kara sighed. Barry was kind of right. Why did the world have to always put obstacles in their way?

"So your telling me that Barry went for a run yesterday and came back without his memories!" Alex said in disbelief," is it a meta?"

Kara had gone to tell Alex about her problem and all Alex could do was listen in disbelief accepting that her life would never be normal ever again. As Kara poured it all out, Alex couldn't help but not feel sorry for just Kara but also Barry.

" I don't think so he remembered other things just not that he and I were together" Kara exclaimed, "he even asked about Iris!"

"Kara this is crazy!" Alex exclaimed clearly exasperated

"That's exactly what Barry said!" Kara said

"But you have to imagine what Barry is going through! Losing your memories and finding out you have a wife in one day!" Alex explained," wait, have you told him about Kayla?"

Kara looked guilty. She hadn't even thought that Barry would forget Kayla.

"Errrrrrrrrr no?" Kara slowly answered.

Kara then felt a slight slap on her arm which was probably the hardest Alex could slap.

"Kara" Alex exasperated

But Kara was in deep thought. Her husband forgot her and she was tired. Alex was right. She could only imagine what Barry was going through right now.

Barry was running to S.T.A.R Labs, to find Caitlin and Cisco and maybe get a sense of what happened after the crisis. Kara was now his wife for crying out loud! Not that he didn't like that, he had developed a little crush for Kara but he never thought it would happen. And to learn that Iris had cheated on him and probably had done something to Kara the way that pain had flashed across her eyes when he asked what happened to her. Finally he got to S.T.A.R Labs and couldn't believe what he saw.

Dun! Dun! Dun! I know I've left you with two cliff hangers but the more the merrier right! In the next chapter you will find out what Barry sees but you want find out who Kayla is until maybe the next 5-7 chapters. Until then see you guys!
