"At last! I have it! Eternal life...and limitless power! At last, the power of nature is mine to control as I will!"
Alex laughed proudly , as he raised both of his arms up to the air.
"Rise, storms! Rise up and unleash your might upon Vale and the foothills of Mt. Aleph!"
"That's odd... I should have limitless power... So why can't I call up a simple storm? Wh-Who are you?"
"I am called the Wise One…"
The floating boulder with an eye on it floated in , staring at the Water Adept who had achieved true power and eternal life.
"The Wise One? Vale's protector?"
Alex questioned , as he lowered his arms down and turned into a cross.
"You wish to have limitless power?"
"Wish to? I just got it!"
Alex raised his voice.
"No. Your power is nearly limitless, but it has boundaries."
The Wise One told the truth.
"Nearly limitless? You speak in riddles. Can't you see? The power is mine!"
Alex , angered , furrows his eyebrows and grinned as he mentions the power is his.
"Yes. You also have a nearly limitless life. And your Psynergy is... somewhat stronger."
"If you are trying to anger me, have a little taste of exactly how much power I have attained!"
Alex laughed , before raising his dominant hand towards the Wise One. He then casted Telekinesis and proceeds to try to push Wise One away.
"Look at me! My body is brimming with power!"
Alex laughs , before getting cut off by the Wise One's magic. It telepathically retaliates , and proceeds to drive Alex down to the ground , immobilizing him.
"How!? What's going on? I should be all-powerful! How can you defeat me?!?"
Alex , in shock , shouted out and begged for the answer.
"You are not all-powerful, Alex. Your power has its limits, as does your life."
"That cannot be! Who is responsible for this treachery? Who has robbed me of my dream?"
"I, the Wise One, imbued the Mars Star with some of the power of the forming Golden Sun. It rests even now in the hands of young Isaac."
Alex blinked blankly for a few seconds.
"W-Why?!"
Suddenly , a powerful quake shook the entire earth.
"The heavens and earth are changing, Alex! You must flee now!"
"Wha-What!?"
"Mt. Aleph will soon be drawn into the heart of the earth! You must flee or join it forever!"
Alex grunted impatiently , as he tried to move his body , but there seems to be no positive result.
"Flee?! I can't flee! I can't even move!"
"Ah, yes. You now see the limits of your power. If you are swallowed by the earth, you may not survive. If you survive, perhaps we shall meet again someday…"
The Wise One teleported away , leaving the immortal , all powerful Alex on the top of the mountain. The mountain rumbles and shakes , slowly crippling down to dusts. The poor Adept watched the ground he lay on cracks , and felt his body falling down with debris and boulders hitting onto him.
"No … I don't wanna die …"
He whispered , as he felt the rough surfaces from the rocks pelt onto his body parts. The immobilized Adept continues on , until he suddenly feels as if he fell into water , slowly falling down to the core of earth , while his consciousness slowly fades away like oxygens floating away from his mouth...

"Oh… He is waking up."
An unknown male voice with a rough voice can be heard. Alex slowly opens up his blue eyes , only to discover he was laying on a stack of hays and his body covered with a white blanket. He slowly turned his eyes to his sides , only discovering a human- Wait no. A Dragon human… hold up , Is that… a Proxian?...
"Welcome to the world of living… Or I guess… Hell."
The Dragon humanoid giggles , as if he sounded like a villain ready to decapitate him or do something horrible. He has a long angular body , sharp horns on his head and has white hair over him. He has emerald green scales that are uncountable , and a pair of wise looking yellow eyes. He wears a brown cloak that reaches down to his sharp feet , and the sleeves were long and only his sharp talons were shown.
"My name is Arkan. The Paradian of Light."
"...P-Paradian?... Where am I? Prox? Am I still in Weyard?! Wh-"
"Shhh , young man , Alex. Calm down , or else the wounds on your body will open up again!"
"Wait , H-How do you know my na-"
"Shut."
The Paradian raised an eyebrow before picking up a pint with some weird looking liquid inside. He walked towards the confused Alex , and handed him the pint.
"...Wh-What?"
"Drink it. This is for your own good."
The Mercury Adept slowly sits up , positioning himself up and straight. He slowly lifts his right hand up , accepting the pint from the Paradian and simply swoops the liquid into his mouth without thinking about how it might taste like.
… Eugh. It's bitter.
"So you are Alex. A Mercury Adept who was born in Imil , and trained to become powerful Mercury Adepts with Mia the healer…"
The dragon man begins to speak after the Adept drank the liquid. Somehow , this guy seems to know his past. But… How? By Mind Reading?... Alex continues blinking blankly over how much does this dragon man named Arkan tell him about his own past like he had lost his memories or something.
"You have been planning to achieve the true power from the Golden Sun since the beginning when you learnt that the Elemental Lighthouses can form the Sun. You betrayed everyone , helped the heroes of Weyard and somehow you got some power by your own and still ended up sitting your ass down like a little pathetic fool. Man , your tales are crazy , yet somehow worked!"
Alex blinks blankly. Is that supposed to be a compliment? Or he is just mocking him? No , he could be the Wise One in disguise!
"Are you the Wise One? How did you know everything about me?!?"
"Me? The Wise One? How dare you speak so loud and high to I who was older than you thousands of years?! Bah!!"
The old dragon man sighed in disappointment , he gently rubbed his temples with his rough looking hands. Oh man , he did not expect that this adept is just power hungry. He expects something better , but this guy just fails him badly.
"Alright alright , 'scholar'. Now answer me. Where AM I?"
Arkan simply titled his pupils onto him , before sighing again and replied to his answers with his body facing him.
"The Underworld. The Hell of Weyard."
"The hell?... Wait , am I dead?!"
"...Well not really , actually. It appears that your Emergency Psynergy Protection has activated and tried to teleport you away. Maybe you landed hard on the gate and activated it. That's my hypothesis."
"So I've been transported into Hell?"
"I can not 100 percent say yes , but I think it is…"
"Huh…"
The Mercury Adept huffed , as before he moved his legs a little. No pain at all. Is he fully healed? If so , he better start moving then. There is no time , he wanted to find Isaac no matter at what costs!
"Alright then. Tell me , how can I get out of here?"
"Getting out of here? Oh man , let me tell y'all , it's impossible."
"Impossible? How is it impossible when I can simply teleport in here?!"
"Getting into the tiny hole to grab the cheese and getting out of the tiny hole with a stuffed body are two different stories……"
Alex blinks blankly , watching the old dragon as before he quickly got out of the stash of hay , standing up. He would not believe Arkan's words. They all sounded a bit plain which raised Alex's suspicion towards him. He looks like he was trustworthy , but looks won' be helping much in this trusting time.
Watching Alex standing up and walking towards the wooden door , Arkan immediately spoke up.
"Where are you going?"
Alex turns his head to him.
"To the surface. I don't want to idle here too much as I have goals to do."
"As I said , Alex. There is NO WAY you can leave this HELL without breaking the seal."
Then , Alex stopped walking. He slowly turned his body to Arkan.
"Seal? What seal?"
"The seal. We call it the Sun's Seal. It prevents any evil deities and souls that sinned in their lives. They may cause terrible chaos to the land of Weyard in order to get revenge!"
"Evil deities? Spirits?..."
Alex glares at the Paradian , before breaking out with laughter that he meant it.
"DO THEY THINK they can try and take over me?! Or do I look like I CARE? If I broke it , then I will give them a little sample of my unlimited power!"
Then , a loud angered growl came out from Arkan. His eyebrows furrowed , eyes glowed in boiling lava red , and streams were huffed out from his nostrils.
"Do not underestimate their power! They are the darkness that once gloom over Weyard thousand years ago! I do not want a selfish and rebellious person like you trying to reverse our time back to the Era of Calamity!"
The Mercury Adept huffed , glaring back to him with his blue luminous eyes , thirsting for revenge and more power. Alex can barely hold his anger up. Listening to this old Paradian blabbering nonsense , he would like to give him a sample of his power , so he can be satisfied and be quiet.
"I had enough with your arguments. You need to try out my power first before giving a complaint"
As he said , suddenly he raised both of his hands up to the air. The ground shook a little under Arkan. Then , a blast of geysers rose above the ground , blasting up the old Paradian away and down to the ground.
"Gahh!"
Grunted by the old Paradian in pain , as he fell onto the ground hard and forcefully. Coughs and wheezes came out from him. He then watches Alex grins , before he leaves like a swift wind.
"...What a nasty bastard… TUAPARANG! CAPTURE HIM!"
Out of nowhere , a younger looking Paradian who is a Dark Adept came out from the other alley. He is smaller , and shorter than Arkan. He wears the same cloak just like Arkan has. However , he holds a huge staff with a glowing yellow orb on top of it that towers over Arkan. Tuaparang hastily rushes to the room , only to discover his teacher on the ground , all injured. A gasp escaped out from him before turning his head towards where Alex went.
"Y-Yes , my teacher!"
Then , the younger Paradian swoops away , with his staff in front and tries his best to follow up the Mercury Adept. However , his cloaks aren't helping him here. They were too big and flappy. As the result , Tuaparang can only call out for help from other Paradians as he struggles to get to Alex.
Loud sounds of geysers splashing out and tremor shakes can be heard in front. Grunts and shouts of pain can be heard. Alex seems like he meant it.
He is a terrifying man , who will do anything that he desired.
"Get back here , outsider! Arkan says the truth and ignoring him is not an option!"
The loyal student , Tuaparang shouted as he cast a few balls of dark Psynergy towards Alex , mostly aiming at his legs. However , it just seems like he dodged them all…
"GET 'IM HERE!"
Out of nowhere , a Paradian shouted and a few other Paradians who were more armored and stronger than most of them. Alex pauses his running , and is immediately surrounded by a few of them.
"We will never let you go so easily , outsider. THIS IS FOR THE SAKE OF OUR WORLD!"
Shouted by the oldest. They all charged in and aimed their blades and talons towards Alex with no mercy left in their eyes.
"Heh. Pathetic little lizards. You all are here to ask for death , do you?"
After that , two bright orbs glow on Alex's hands , as he crosses them up and prepares to launch the power of Golden Sun , that sends every living around him out of his way. A bright flash appeared , sending the warriors away easily. Tuaparang immediately hid away , but left to peek to examine the power of the Golden Sun.
"GAHhh!! N-No , I must tell Queen Tiamat!!"
The Paradian who led the gang stood on his ground in terror. Legs were shaking and he was immobilized by the power from Alex.
"Hehehe. Is this the true power? It feels so good , that I am brimming with it. Too bad you all are just weak LIZARDS!"
Without a warning , Alex immediately casted Shine Plasma onto the poor Paradian. Roasting it down with his Jupiter powers he got from the light and watches it flee like a coward. Laughters from him were covered by the loud cracks and zaps. Tuaparang can barely continue watching him causing chaos.
After he finished dealing with the Paradian , he sprinted away like zephyrs in the air , towards the alley where it leads him to the outside of the Mansion. A commotion can be heard outside , and screams and shouts can be heard. Explosions too.
Tuaparang immediately goes out once the sounds of explosions and screams are lessened. Once he stepped out , the scene he saw with his eyes was dreadful. Hundreds of Paradians were wounded and some were killed. Most of the buildings were completely destroyed away and turned into dusts. This will probably take some time to restore them.
Oh dear. The power of the Golden Sun is indeed all powerful and unlimited. He might be unstoppable , and he might repeat the same history that Arkan went through! Tuaparang thought.
Suddenly , another quake appeared , it shook the ground with it's mighty force again. Then , Tuaparang could feel heat running through underneath him. It's the lava flowing , Alex might be controlling it. If he continues on , The Underworld will soon be destroyed… Oh no!
"Your majesty! T-The Outsider!..."
A fellow trembling Paradian arrived at the main lair , the lair where the portal to the outer world is. He immediately knelt down , looking up to the ceiling where the great mother of all dragons , Tiamat comes down as graceful as she goes. She flapped her gigantic purple wings to land on the ground , gently to not cause tremors. Her green sharp eyes stared down to the Paradian , growling loudly as she tilts her head up , looking at the entrance in front of her.
"THE OUTSIDER… ALEX. THE ONE WHO HAD OBTAINED THE GOLDEN SUN POWER…"
"B-but , your majesty…
"STAND BACK , HE IS COMING FORWARD… I SHALL PROTECT ALL LIVES , WEYARD , THE UNIVERSE."
"This man h- GYAAAHHHH!"
A mighty wave of power came from the entrance , eventually pushing away the fellow Paradian away and down to the corner , leaving it heavily injured with burns from Light Psynergy. It does not affect the great Tiamat , as she stood on the ground with her four legs on ground , maintaining her balance.
"Now , now… Walk out of my path or else you all will get sweeped away like dusts on my carpet."
The power hungry man laughed , as he walked through the mist he created while using explosive powers , hurling any Paradians in front of him and walking towards Tiamat menacingly.
"ALEX. YOU HAD DONE WELL TO ACHIEVE LIMITLESS POWER AND WALKING UP TO ME… BUT YOU HAD FAILED TO UNDERSTAND IT HAD BOUNDARIES AND CONSEQUENCES AS YOU USES IT DETRIMENTALLY…"
"Huh. Another fool speaking in riddles. Man , I am bored with you all. Just let me get out of here and let me find that blonde!"
"NEVER!"
The queen of dragons growled loudly to intimidate the man in front of her. Her wings expanded widely to the air , piping hot steams were coming out from her nostrils , sharp fangs were bared , and emerald green eyes were filled with pure rage. Tiamat will do anything to stop Alex from breaking the seal for his own good. Even if it means sacrifice , she is willing to just to defend the future.
After the terrifying growl , she leaped in and tried to crunch down Alex with flaming fire in her mouth , but Alex dodged away sideways with the elemental power of Jupiter. Though with many tries , Alex seems to only gain a few scratches or none at all. He occasionally shoots up a beam of Light Psynergy onto Tiamat's exposed spots , and most of his attacks take hits onto her.
"Can you try to go faster? You are a dragon."
Tiamat growled , before spreading out balls of blue fiery flames towards Alex with high speed and her surroundings. The Mercury Adept did not expect that , and ended up getting sizzled up by the flames and pushed away by the force from her blue flames.
Angered , the injured Mercury Adept stood back up and glared back at the Queen of Dragons.
"Interesting! This is the fun I needed!"
Alex laughed , before bringing his hands up to the air again and crossing them up. A ball of burning Light was formed on his hands. Tiamat noticed it , and immediately stood in a safe distance and prepared the Flamethrower in her mouth just in case he fired a beam of it towards her.
But no , her calculations were wrong.
Four arcana beams came out from the orb and immediately formed into four gigantic swords. Alex stood there , grinning menacingly as he watched the dragon staring at him with shock.
"...Swords of Judgement."
After his words , the swords immediately charged towards the dragon. Tiamat immediately held her wings up and lowered her head in order to defend herself , but the blades pierced through her wings easily , which then pierced into her scaly arms flesh and body. This made her growled out loudly , as her charged up flamethrower distinguishes away in smoke.
"Then… RADIANT HEAT!"
Alex shouts out , immediately bringing down his hands and faces them towards Tiamat , releasing the elemental power and shoots them onto her. With that great amount of Psynergy blasting onto her , she can barely stand still on the ground and ends up getting driven away to the ground.
Tiamat is now all on the ground , defeated and burnt out of energy to continue on.
"Pathetic dragon. Calling yourself the Queen of Dragons? Now kneel down before me! Hahaha!!"
Alex celebrated for his victory , as he walked towards the portal and laughed as loudly and proudly as he wanted.
"See?! My power has no boundaries! NOW WATCH ME! NOT EVEN A SINGLE SOUL CAN DEFEAT THE GREAT ALEX!"
He continues on filling the lair with his maniacally laughters , before casting the Teleport Psynergy away.
"Isaac… Wait for me…"
As he muttered during fading away , a strong tremor could be felt. Although he was fading away , he still could feel it.
"Wh-Wh-What's going on?!!"
But before anything happened to him , he had faded away and was transported into some dark portal to nowhere.
"Ah… I'm safe now… Soon I w- Eh- W-What is this?!!"
Suddenly , a black dragon with a pair of ruby red eyes was glaring at him. He is quite small , but grips onto him well and a few more starts to appear around Alex.
"ᗩᖴTᗴᖇ ᗩᒪᒪ TᕼᗴՏᗴ YᗴᗩᖇՏ. ᗯᗴ ᗩᒪᒪ ᗩᖇᗴ ᖴᖇᗴᗴ , ᗷᗴᑕᗩᑌՏᗴ Oᖴ TᕼIՏ IᗪIOT ᗯᕼO IՏ ᕼᑌᑎᘜᖇY ᖴOᖇ ᖇᗴᐯᗴᑎᘜᗴ!"
"Agh! Get out of my body- Wh-WHOA DON'T TRY TO BITE ME!!"
Alex screamed , as he felt a painful bite behind his right shoulder. It was unbearable , and he felt something dreadful entered his body. He tried to cast an attack Psynergy here , but it just made the pain even worse.
Then , out of nowhere a few more shadowy creatures with red eyes clung onto him tightly as henis busy teleporting to the surface.
"Wh-What do you a-a-a-all f-from me?... S-Stop!"
"YOᑌ ᕼᗩᗪ ᖇᗴᒪᗴᗩՏᗴᗪ ᑌՏ ᖴᖇOᗰ Tᕼᗴ Տᗴᗩᒪ. Iᑎ ᖇᗴTᑌᖇᑎ , ᗯᗴ ᗯIᒪᒪ ᑕOᗰᗷIᑎᗴ ᗩᒪᒪ Oᖴ Oᑌᖇ ᑭOᗯᗴᖇ IᑎTO YOᑌᖇ ᗷOᗪY ᑌᑎTIᒪ ᗯᗴ ᗩᖇᗴ Oᑎᗴ"
"...O-One?! I-I will be more… p-powerful?"
"YᗴՏ. ᗰOᖇᗴ ᑭOᗯᗴᖇᖴᑌᒪ…"
After that , Alex starts to feel his body starts to torn apart slowly. As if a strange feeling of dreadfulness creeping up to his skin…
Until he eventually loses his consciousness for it.
