9. The sleeping emoji - Set your story in the Astronomy Tower

Harry sighed, looking out at the stars. When his mind was racing with thoughts, he found comfort in coming up to the Astronomy Tower. Technically he wasn't supposed to be up there, especially not at midnight. If he was caught, he would get detention for sure. But he was wearing his Invisibility Cloak, meaning no one would see him.

"Hi, Harry."

Harry spun around, his heart pounding. When he caught sight of the newcomer, he smiled and removed his cloak.

"Hey, Luna. What are you doing here?"

She smiled serenely. "I woke up at the stairs. I must have been sleep-walking again. You're usually here so I thought I would come to visit you."

He couldn't help but grin. Luna was special in so many ways. She stepped closer to him and Harry tried to control the butterflies in his stomach that appeared when she came close.

"So," she said dreamily, looking out at the stars, "what's on your mind tonight?"

Harry stared, wondering how she knew. But he wasn't surprised for long. It was Luna after all.

"Just how Voldemort's getting stronger. I can't help but worry about the war that's coming."

Without warning, she took hold of his hand. Harry couldn't stop the butterflies now. Giving him a knowing smile, she said, "We'll be fine. You've taught us so much this year with the DA. Even if there is an attack, we'll be ready."

For all of the random stuff Luna said, whenever she spoke, he always trusted her words.

"Still, what if someone I care about gets hurt?" Harry sighed. He wouldn't be able to handle it if Luna got hurt because of him.

"But everyone here that you love will be safe; nothing can happen to us at Hogwarts. And the Order members will protect your godfather."

She was right, of course, she was.

"I know, I just can't help but worry."

"What's meant to be, will be," she said firmly. "We'll manage."

He let out a breath and gave Luna a true smile. "Thank you, Luna."

Her eyes twinkled. "Come on. Let's go back to bed."

"How about I drop you off at your dorm."

"That would be lovely."

He covered both of them with his Invisibility Cloak and set off for the Ravenclaw dorms; his musings left for another night.
