Okay, time to address a few things. Thank you for coming to chapter two. When I enviably (eventually) post this chapter, I will also be updating chapter one. Mostly revising spelling of course, as most of my reviews are y'all telling me my grammar sucks. I'm aware, I just don't have a beta, and no one has messaged me back about being one for my story. To be fair, I've never had a beta, and I'm not sure how that works. But I'll try my best.

To more important matters, thank you all so much for your support. My goal is to make this the top listed Naruto Undertale story. And I promise it'll be the best one too!

"A bloodline?" Itachi asked. He and Kakashi stood atop a building across the street from the academy.

"I hope." Kakashi sighed. He raked his fingers through his hair and scratched the back of his head. "We've all been curious what's up with those eyes of his. I always thought it would be the gray one to cause us trouble." He glances at Itachi. Itachi seemed only mildly interested, distracted even. Itachi continued to look in the direction of his home, the Uchiha district, and more specifically, the police headquarters.

"Looks like I'm not the only one worried about something." Kakashi commented. Itachi regained his focus and changed the subject before he could be questioned.

"It's nothing. Regarding Naruto, do you think this ability of his, to 'throw you' has something to do with his… tenant?" Itachi quickly asked.

"I… I don't know. It's not something his mother or his father had. The kitsune had big red slits as eyes, so as far as I know it's a mystery."

"I remember those eyes."

"We all do." Kakashi said. "The problem now lies in asking him about it. I think he's noticed something different. He kept blinking his eyes this morning and he seems uncoordinated today. Off balance."

"That's strange. Is there anything wrong with his eyesight?"

"Nothing as far as I've seen."

"That's not funny." Itachi said, a stern look on his face.

"What isn't funny." Kakashi said with a perfect poker face. They equipped their masks and darted away, ending the conversation and heading towards mission briefing.

Naruto woke up in his bed, fully clothed that morning. He immediately noticed something odd. He waved his hand in front of his face, and naturally, he saw his hand. But something was definitely off.

"Kakashi must have hit me hard." Naruto said to himself. "Maybe I'm just like, really tired."

He walked into the living room after getting fully dressed. Kakashi drinking coffee in the kitchen.

"You're late Naruto." Kakashi said. "We don't have time to make breakfast so just grab one of your emergency meals. And stop winking at me." Naruto laughed.

"Sorry Kashi, I'm feeling a little off. You didn't wake me up for training this morning." All the better really. Something was definitely different this morning and it was very distracting. He would have been destroyed with training today.

"Do you remember what happened during training yesterday?" Kakashi asked curiously. Naruto seemed to hold his head with one hand struggling to remember.

"I dunno. I remember seeing you coming at me, then I passed out." Naruto said. "When you hit me I heard this really weird chime in my ear. Like a bell almost? That was weird."

Kakashi thought about this. But reminded himself of the time. Naruto was already reaching for a small scroll, so Kakashi waited for Naruto to get her his school supplies before using shunshin. In moments they were at the academy.

"Kashi, you've got to let me learn the shunshin as my first Jutsu." Naruto said as he entered the building. "I don't really care about fireballs or anything like that, moving so fast it looks like teleporting is pretty cool."

"'Your first Jutsu?'" Kakashi repeated. "Naruto you know plenty of chakra control techniques, I assumed you were reading books on basic ninjutsu by now."

"What?" Naruto shouted, causing multiple families to turn to look at the white haired duo. Naruto spoke quieter. "Kakashi, how the hell would I know that! You never tell me anything unless you think it's funny. Now I've got to spend all this time catching up to you!" Naruto hissed. Kakashi thought back to the blue energy that completely encoupoused his body before throwing him backwards.

"You never know, kid, you might be closer than you think. You're almost passable as an amature with that tanto of yours." Kakashi teased. "Plus you've got lots of chakra." Kakashi added. Naryuto nodded glumly, then almost tripped as he walked forward. "Apparently we need to train your balance. Make sure you do those exercises if I'm not home tonight."

Naruto growled at his brother, and started walking into the school.

"Who here already knows what chakra is?" letured Iruka. Naruto squirmed in his seat next to Sasuke, his eyes finally felt normal, but every time he even thought of chakra his right eye would start to feel weird, and a buzzing sound filled his ears. Naruto groaned and rubbed at his eye for the upteeth time that day.

"Naruto if you don't stop messing with your eye I swear to god-" Sasuke said without turning from Iruka, maintaining his gaze on the teacher's face to show complete attention.

"Shut up Sasuke. It feels like it's… vibrating? No, it's like, tingly." Naruto explained.

"Vibrating?" Sasuke asked, moving his chair closer to the wall, now eyeing Naruto suspiciously. "That sounds like an infection."

"Sasuke, Naruto." Mizuki called out. "Since you two have so much to share with each other, which one of you can tell me a good description of chakra?" Sasuke stood up.

"Chaka is the fusion of spiritual energy and physical energy, which is why you can exhaust yourself with overuse, and also why you can die if all of your chakra pool is used." Naruto's eye felt like it had bulged and doubled in size, everything on the right side of his field of vision was burning into an indistinguishable blue mess. He hissed under his breath, struggling to keep from making too much of a reaction. "Chakra has been described as a blue force gathered at the center of your body, and it circulates through your body like a second nervous system." The fire in Naruto's eye was now white hot, everything on that side of his vision darkened to blue and black, making him almost half blind in one eye as it boiled in its socket. He sharply closed his eyes and bit back a scream.

By this time his Uchiha friend was slowly backing away from him. And the people around Naruto saw sweat gather at his brow as he clenched his teeth tightly and his face began to turn a deep red.

"Naruto? Are you okay?" Sasuke asked. Naruto looked dizzy, and he stood abruptly, and stubbled to the door. Mizuki reached towards Naruto to grab his arm, and the boy turned with wide eyes. Whites of his eyes turned black, and his blue eye glowed. Suddenly an audible chime rang through the room, and a great roaring sound filled Naruto's ears as he shoved Mizuki's arm off of him.

*SLAM*

Mizuki shot upwards at the ceiling, his head cracking the wood above him. He fell to the ground looking more dazed than Naruto. Naruto stumbled, and finally collapsed.

"What the hell was that!" Mizuki yelled into Kakshi's face. An ice bag resting on the teacher's head. "What kid of techniques are you teaching that…" he paused. "Boy." he said carefully.

A meeting was held in the hospital bed where Naruto resided. Kakshi stood with Mizuki, Itachi, Iruka and surprisingly, Hiashi Hyuuga.

"I haven't taught Naruto any Ninjutsu. I've only taught him chakra control and kenjutsu. I'm beginning to suspect this might be the emergence of some Dojutsu. His blue eye glowed before he knocked you out, right, chunin?" Kakashi asked, mockingly. Naruto knocked out a chunin before he knew a single jutsu, kakashi knew the boy was going to be pleased with himself.

"Enough of this." Hiashi demanded. "Wake the boy so we can see if there is some sort of buildup of chakra behind that eye of his. I came here in person because there might be a new dojutsu in Konoha." said the clan leader. Itachi agreed.

"As unreputable as it is for an Uchiha to support any Hyuuga decision, I agree with clan head Hiashi. I am here because it's our duty to study other dojutsu." Itachi said with a challenging look in his eye. "It's always nice to see how dojutsu stand next to each other."

"Knock it off Itachi. This is no time to compare whose eyesight is better. It's a stupid argument."

"Visual prowess is what my father would say." Itachi commented. "Forgive me, clan head, it's hard not to think about the competitions between our houses."

"An Uchiha is always an Uchiha." the Hyuuga commented.

"He's waking up." Iruka said. Naruto seemed to shiver a bit, opening both his eyes sharply.

"Where-" he paused, stopping before he jumped out of the hospital bed. "Why are all these people here Kashi, why am I here… wait." he took a look at the glaring Mizuki. His eyes widened. "I… I threw you." he said. Despite the obvious amusement of the act, Naruto looked down at his hands. His eye was again seeing things the way it was supposed to, but it still felt oddly tense.

Naruto saw a Doctor walk into the room. He could tell somehow this medical professional had definitely done some sort of training as a ninja.

"I need to take blood work from the young Uzumaki. If you gentlemen don't mind, which one of you is the guardian?" the med-nin said curtly.

"We don't have time for that." Hiashi said bitterly. "That can be done in a moment. Look at me boy." Naruto did, and suddenly dozens of veins flexed around the clan leader's eyes. Itachi suddenly activated his Sharingan and Kakshi lifted his headband.

"Well?" Iruka asked.

"I can't see anything, other than the fact that Naruto really needs to blink." Kakashi commented. "How's it look on your end, Hiashi?"

"He has a strange network of chakra points leading up to his eye. A small chakra pool is behind it."

"So naturally we are going to ask him to activate it right?" Itachi asked. "You may bink Naruto, the byakugan can see through your eyelids." Naruto sighed in relief, and did so. He then tried not to think about the Byakugan seeing him in every sense of the word.

"Whats going on?" Naruto asked.

"Your eyes have been curious for a long time, Naruto. We are almost certain now that you have some sort of Dojutsu, or ocular ninjutsu bloodline." Kakashi said. " don't get your hopes up. This could be something big, or you could just have glowing eyes."

"Okay Uzumaki, what you need to do is focus on your chakra, you know your chakra control exercises, I've been told?" Hiashi explained. Naruto nodded. "Instead of sticking a leaf to your forehead, release chakra from your eyes, keep it at a steady stream, don't strain your eyes by flooding them with chakra, imagine chakra flowing out like tears." Naruto laughed at the flowery explanation, but did what he was told all together. The transition wasn't hard, and he felt a familiar warmth flood his body. He wasn't surprised when his vision changed, it was almost identical to what he had been seeing in flashes all day.

The room took a sharp intake of breath when the whites of Naruto's eyes darkened slowly, leaving his eyes glowing halos of gray and blue. Now there was just one thing to be asked.

"Okay, Naruto. You have a dojutsu. What do you feel? What do you…" Kakashi paused, taking a moment to swallow his fears. The silence was deafening as the boy glanced at everyone in the room, his unsettling eyes landing on every person there. "Tell us what you see, Naruto."

"I see…" Naruto began. "Black. lots of black, everywhere there isn't one you you, I see just pitch blackness." he started. Every dojutsu user in the room collected this information and stored it away. "As far as I can tell, my white eye is seeing normally. But this one…" Naruto opened and closed his left eye several times. "I see all of you. You all have white bodies with this… blue over your stomachs."

Naruto looked down and saw something very unsettling.

"There's a weird design on my stomach. It's a sort of black spiral." The next words he said froze the entire room, putting a cold sweat on the backs of all who resided there. "It's outlined in red."

"I can explain that." said a sagly voice from the doorway. Hiruzen Sarutobi, the third hokage of the hidden leaf village pressed his authority over the entire room. "I want everyone with the exception of the boy and his guardian to leave now." it wasn't a request, and with everyone in the room being shinobi, or at least former shinobi, they all left quickly.

The Hokage sighed as he looked at his successor's child. He took note of the white hair, the whisker marks, and the strange eyes. It was hard to tell unless you knew them personally, but Naruto oozed similarities to his parents. He was studious, like his father, but easy to excite, like his mother. He dressed casually like his mother, but was respectful to a fault, like his father.

Hiruzen smiled at the boy, and spoke to him directly for the first time in Naruto's life. "Hello Naruto, I heard you're doing well in the academy?"

News on Naruto's new talent was… jarring for the Hyuuga monarc. Hiashi paced around his room in the Hyuuga clan house. He should have pushed for the boy to join his household at a young age. But he was afraid of the sigma. At the very least they would have a jinchuuriki in their home, loyal to their family. If they were lucky, his eyes would be hereditary, and his children might hold stronger Byakugan eyes.

The hyuuga weren't a clan of inbreeders, despite what people thought. Only the main family were required to marry inside the clan, and the clan was large enough that every marriage was of distant relation, usually with a mixed hyuga clan member, who had developed the byakugan. Ensuring that the hyuuga bloodline refrained from being tainted by inbreeding. They had even developed a technique to imitate the hyuuga clans' pale eyes, bleeding the color from the eyes of members who had married into the clan.

Dispelling the thoughts, he called for his brother. Hizashi Hyuuga was regularly a great voice of reason for the clan head.

Hiashi looked into his twin's eyes as he finished the small story. "So in this initial stage, it seems to be able to not only see chakra, but also see seals. Our eyes do this already, at a greater scale, so this isn't a problem." Hiashi concluded.

"The more interesting side effect was the gravity manipulation you heard about. Or perhaps telekinetic abilities, it is not clear, but what is clear is the ability to throw a grown man hard enough to knock him unconscious without even touching him." Hizashi mentioned. Hiashi considered this, and sighed.

"We don't know the extent of the abilities, but I have one of our clan agents on standby at the hospital. If this is genetically passable, we will be the first to find out."

"Jinchuurikis usually give strong children. The boy is the child of a jinchuuriki and a Hokage, along with a special dojutsu and an entire biju in his stomach. Brother, whether his dojutsu is passable or not, we need to make a move. Historically speaking, children of Kage tend to follow in their families footprints." Hizashi explained. He hesitated to continue.

"What are you planning?" The clan head said with squinted eyes as he processed all of this information.

"You have two daughters, right? And even in her infancy, your second daughter is showing a large affinity towards the byakugan, while your first is just barely above average. Beyond that, she shares a class with the young Uzumaki."

"You're not implying we marry my daughter off like squabbling civilian noblemen, are you?" he said with an icey tone. "I wont sell my daughter off so foolishly."

"No. That's my niece, and I hold love for her. She is simply a very sweet girl with obvious insecurities. Give her this project, it will strengthen her will if she does something that pleases you. Have her befriend the Uzumaki, and have her study his abilities. And if something comes of their friendship, at the very least, you'll have strong heirs in the line of succession AND property over the boy's body once he dies. His eyes can be recycled, that's nothing new to our clan." Hizashi finished. A silence filled the room. There was no harm in trying, even failing. And there was everything to be gained.

"Call for my daughter."

For Itachi, the news meant almost nothing. He was already mentally preparing. It was a matter of days until he had to serve his duty. Every uncle, every cousin, and grandparent. His parents. Everyone. Them all. And then eventually…

Himself. The lasting sleep.

Kakashi had a point, Itachi was dramatic. But that was only to be expected for the task set in front of him.

The village as a whole couldn't find out about the rebellion for fear they might support the Uchiha's claim to the village as co-founders. Shisui Uchiha had died, and Danzo had made his orders clear.

Every single Uchiha clan meeting became rowdier and more exciting as the clan prepared their takeover. It couldn't be some of them, it couldn't be just whom Itachi thought was aware of the coup. Then the rebellion would just be delayed, and the remaining Sharingan clan members would hold deeper hatred towards the village.

If Itachi didn't do it, then someone else would. And EVERYONE would die. As long as he did it himself, at least there would be one survivor. One person to avenge the clan and rebuild it from the ground up. One to assert themselves, become the lonely prince of the dead clan who founded the greatest ninja village.

The bloodiest night in the history of the leaf village was coming, and Itachi's resolve grew smaller with each passing day, his dread crept closer.

A shorter chapter, but I wanted to finally update for you guys. I want to push that this is NOT One Frail Boy. My characters will develop, and it won't always be for the better.
