"Okay, run that by me one more time," Nick asked, pacing up and down the room.

"Which part?" Sam asked, gently drumming his fingers on the table. They had all made it back to the bunker in one piece, so Sam and Dean had decided to give Nick a more detailed run down of Dean's time as a demon.

"Just the bit when you cured him," Nick replied, continuing to pace. So, Sam explained again the process they went through in order to turn Dean back to human. Once he had finished, Nick finally sat down next to Sam with a frown. A silence hung over the room for a moment, until something occured to Dean.

"You don't think any of this has anything to do with Crowley, do you?" Dean asked, causing both Sam and Nick to turn towards him.

"You think it does?" Nick replied.

"I'm not sure. Just seems like something he'd get himself involved with, one way or another," Dean shrugged.

"Did he mentioned anything to you about Wesen or Grimms when you were, well, you know?" Nick questioned and Dean fell silent for a moment, trying to remember anything. Then, a pit formed in his stomach and his heart leapt to his throat. He recalled something he had said to Crowley; something he really should have kept his mouth shut about. But he was so angry and resentful at the time.

"I think I told him about Grimm's... about you, specifically," Dean said quietly, looking over at Nick.

"You what?" Sam asked in surprise, crossing his arms in front of his chest.

"It was just after you brought me back here the first time, and Crowley came for me. I told him I knew you and Trubel were Grimm's. I didn't think he believed me. But, if he's decided to start investigating you..." Dean trailed off.

"It's not your fault," Nick almost smiled, much to Dean's surprise, "but, if this is something to do with him, do you think there's some way you can still contact him? I know it's a big ask, but it might give us a clue on where to head next,"

"I can't," Dean admitted, "but I do know someone who can,"

Hank and Wu watched Monroe and Rosalee's expressions slowly grow more concerned as they relayed their story of the Verrat body they were investigating.

"This is bad," Rosalee mumbled once they had finished.

"Who would go round killing Verrat guys anyway?" Monroe questioned and Hank shrugged.

"The killer may not have even known he was Verrat at all," Wu pointed out. But, before anyone could reply, Hank's phone started to ring.

"Nick? Finally, took you long enough," Hank answered the phone, sighing quietly with relief.

"Look, I have a lot to tell you," Nick's voice echoed down the phone.

"So do I," Hank replied. So, as quickly as they could, they each relayed their stories to each other; Nick explained about the Verrat looking for Dean and Hank told him about the Verrat body they had found.

"Do you think there could be a connection?" Hank asked and Nick frowned to himself.

"Possibly," Nick replied, glancing back to the Winchester brother's behind him, "Dean might have an idea on what's going on. He's trying to contact Castiel right now. Maybe he'll be able to help,"

"What do you want us to do on this end?"

"Just hang tight and lay low for the moment, at least until we're sure there's a connection between our two dead guys. For now, try and see if you can find anything connecting the Verrat, or any Wesen at all, to Hell. Specifically, Crowley, King of Hell,"

"Okay, we'll talk again soon,"

"Yeah, talk soon,"

As Hank hung up the phone, he turned around to face the rest of the group.

"So, what's going on?" Rosalee asked.

"Nick's got a Verrat body too. He thinks there might be a connection between the two bodies. For now, he reckons we should look into dealings between Wesen and Hell,"

"Wait, Hell as in the Hell?" Wu asked in confusion, "That's a bit religious for Nick, isn't it?"

Hank, Monroe, and Rosalee glanced awkwardly between each other, none of them quite sure what to say.

"Okay, what do you guys know that I don't?" Wu crossed his arms in front of his chest, looking expectantly at them.

"So, do you remember those Winchester brother's we arrested a while back?" Hank eventually said, looking over at Wu.

"Yeah, and then they suddenly escaped but you and Nick weren't too bothered even though it was your case. I always thought that was a bit suspicious, " Wu nodded, uncrossing his arms.

"You might want to take a seat for this next bit," Monroe suggested, pulling over a stool from behind the counter. So, Wu sat down and, after a small pause, Hank began to talk. He told Wu everything he could about this new world they had all rather suddenly become a part of. Once he had finished, Wu took a deep breath.

"I could just about cope with finding out about Grimm's and Wesen. But this? This is insane!" Wu huffed a shocked laugh, slowly getting to his feet.

"Well, I guess we should head back down to the trailer," Hank said, already grabbing his coat.

"I'll stay here, man the shop," Monroe offered and smiled at Rosalee. She briefly kissed his cheek before she, Hank, and Wu walked out the door.

"This is seriously getting way over our heads," Monroe muttered to himself, shaking his head as he went back to re-stacking the shelves.

"Okay, we'll talk again soon,"

"Yeah, talk soon,"

Nick hung up the phone and turned back around just in time to be blinded by a brilliant white light. He squinted for a moment until the form of Cas finally came into view. Although, something about him didn't seem quite right- his usual glow seemed dimmer and colder than before. And Nick didn't seem to be the only one who noticed something was off.

"You look sick, are you okay?" Dean asked, reaching out a concerned hand.

"I'm fine," Cas brushed him off. Neither he nor Nick believed him, but they both knew they shouldn't push it. So instead, Nick explained about the Verrat organisation and that they thought they might be connected to Crowley somehow.

"I'll see what I can do," Cas stated simply. Then, in another flash of light, he was gone.
