Hi guys, I wanna start by thanking everyone for the messages and reviews from the last chapter. I'm really grateful for all your understanding and support. I'm sorry if I can't reply to all of them but know that I've read it all. I briefly wondered if I had done this earlier maybe I wouldn't have spent almost two years kicking myself but its alright. I want to express how grateful I just am and how much I've appreciated it all but I'm not good with describing how I feel anymore without repeating myself over and over.

But no worries guys, I want to do this. Writing has helped, made me feel like I've regained some parts that I lost. I don't think I'll ever be the same but that's fine, as long as I can keep enjoying the things that I do, I'll be okay. Also, I saw a few familiar faces in the reviews, it made me feel like when you come back after school break and you see your friends that you've made over the past year. It's really nice seeing you guys again.

Anyways, I hope everyone's weekend is well. Here's another chapter.

Disclaimer: I don't own KHR

Tsuna knew he was the heir to the most powerful Mafia Family in the world but it didn't hit him until now how filthy rich it was.

From the moment they stepped into the lounge to boarding the plane and everything. He felt out of place with his orange hoodie and worn out running shoes. The staff were really nice as they led him to his seat, which was really a luxurious cubicle called a cabin. He noticed that it was only them here. Did the Vongola book all of the seats? His friends were having fun exploring their cabins but for some reason he couldn't bring himself to enjoy all this. He wondered to himself if the money the Vongola was spending came from unsavory businesses.

Warm air caressed his ear and he jumped, clapping a hand against his head. Mia giggled at his reaction. At her presence alone, the world seemed to have brightened. Jeez, he was such a downer sometimes. He scooted a bit to give her space to sit. She slid beside him and laid her legs over his so she could fit. His heart leaped at the action.

"So, you come here often?" she starts. He snorts.

"Shouldn't you be in your own seat? We're taking off soon. Also, is everyone doing okay?"

Mia shrugged. "The kids are having a blast. Everyone else is doing just fine and you?" Ah, so she figured him out.

"I'm doing okay. It's just... I'm not used to it." Will he ever? Mia leaned over and unexpectedly pecked his cheek. He stared at her.

"You know you could look a little happier that your girlfriend wanted to comfort you but I can always go." She drew her legs back but he quickly held them in place.

"Mia, your dad is here." He reminded her.

"Tsuna," she parroted his tone. "A kiss on the cheek doesn't correlate to sex and we're not in a room together. You know, alone."

His ears warmed at the s-word. God, ever since 'the talk' his brain kept taking hard turns at even the slightest mention of the s-word. He sighed. "I change my mind, your dad is terrifying. I'd rather go with Reborn any day."

She laughed and he let the sound wash over him. They talked for a bit until the stewardess came by to inform them that they were about to take off. With one last kiss to his cheek, Mia went back to her cabin which was conveniently right in front of his. When the plane started ascending, he heard a loud "Whoo!" from the front from Onii-san. Tsuna laughed and joined in, followed by Takeshi, Mia and some of the kids. It felt like when a roller coaster was climbing and he savored it, not the least bit scared especially with his friends treating it like one. Even Hayato was in on it, but his 'whoo' came in late. Even though they couldn't stand from their cabins just yet, they shared a laugh. Most of the adults chuckled a bit at their antics, including the staff.

After the plane stabilized, Mia was back in his cabin. This time he propped the lower compartment up that the stewardess showed him so a bed was made. He drew his feet up so she could take the other end. They talked about trivial things, like movies and books that she managed to read in her spare time and some rock bands that he had been listening to. His favorite band at the moment was LM.C. One way or another, their other friends drifted to his cabin. Even Chrome came by on Mia's encouragement. To pass the time, they played 'Never have I ever' with seaweed sheets, to Mia's disgust and taking turns sitting in the cabin and standing out.

They started with Mia. "Never have I ever not had a period."

"That's cheating!" Tsuna and Ryohei accused her. She smirked. Oh she was so going to pay for that, Tsuna thought as the boys ate their seaweed.

"Never have I ever not broken a bone," Takeshi said. Nobody ate.

"Never have I extremely ever worn swimming trunks!" If Mia had been drinking anything she would have spat it out. The boys ate their sheets without complain.

"Never have I ever kissed a guy," Hayato raised a sheet of seaweed at her teasingly. Her jaw slacked. With a growl she snatched it from his hand as everyone chuckled, except Tsuna. Resigned, he bit into his sheet. They all did a double-take.

"Shamal," was all he said before Hayato started apologizing profusely, finally remembering that it did happen once on accident.

"Never have I ever gone to an arcade," Chrome softly confessed. That one was a bit sad as they all dug in. Tsuna eventually invited her to go out with them sometime. Chrome ducked her head, a little shy but said she'd like that. Mia beamed at him but her smile didn't last long when his turn came.

"Never have I ever been to America." The game continued and Mia's disgust progressively grew. They stopped playing when she couldn't take the taste anymore and was turning green like the food she had been eating all this time. Even if she hated it, Tsuna saw how much fun they were all having. Who knew Hayato could be so savage? Second to him, he always got Mia to lose. He was glad that his friend was... well... treating them like friends and not just his boss and his lady. Chrome was still shy in their presence but she was slowly warming up. Tsuna was glad she was enjoying herself. They were served some dinner - and man it was good - until it was time for bed.

He still wasn't comfortable with all the luxuries around him but with some of his friends admitting the same, it was a lot easier to take in. The feeling was only completely dispelled when Onii-san peered into his cabin, wearing a wet mask.

"You gotta try this Sawada! It's extremely moisturizing!" He burst out laughing at how funny it was.

When everyone was settled down to sleep, Mia came by his cabin once again, carrying her pillow. "Can I sleep with you?"

Brows knitting together, he scooted to make room for her. "What's wrong?"

She sat by his feet and bit her lip. "I'm scared Pa might hear... you know, my nightmares." Its not like Mia had them every night but they still happen occasionally.

"It'll be okay, come here." He reached out to her and gathered her in his arms. Sliding his cabin shut, he threw the blanket over them as they faced each other. The lights dimmed and moonlight streamed in, illuminating her face. She was really pretty, he could watch her all night if he could.

"Sorry to barge in," she whispered. Lifting a hand, he combed through her hair and watched as her eyes fluttered. He smiled. Mia always loved to have her hair combed. It was like stroking a cat in their sweet spot.

"Is this okay?" he asked her, still faintly aware that her father was just in a cabin up in the very front. She opened her eyes with great effort but there was a glimmer of amusement in them.

"Mmm... Papa isn't against snuggles... just... procreating." Tsuna had to stop himself from laughing at her choice of words. He was still worried of doing anything inappropriate that Nicolas would disapprove off but looking at her sleeping face, he decided that this was probably okay. Tucking her head to his chest, he held her close, letting her soft breathing guide him to sleep.

Sometime in the night, Nicolas got up to check on his daughter. She wasn't in her cabin but he had a feeling where she was. He heard a small whimper and he tensed, recognizing the sound. He looked over the cabin behind hers. Cocooned in a blanket, Mia and Tsuna were together and she was whimpering into his chest. Nicola was going to move in, soothe her before a full on terror could grab her but stopped when Tsuna stirred and began combing her hair with his fingers, still half-asleep. He hummed without an actual tune. Mia relaxed in his hold until she was sleeping soundly again. Only when she was quiet did he let his arm wrap around her shoulders again.

He watched them for a moment and went back to his cabin. He had been mildly impressed at Tsuna's confession earlier this morning and while he didn't approve of the relationship a hundred percent (must be the dad in him), he knew she was in good hands.

Tsuna stood alone in a long dark hall filled with tall shelves as far as the eye can see. They towered over him like looming giants. He squinted but couldn't make out the items in them. What was this place? He looked around and spotted his reflection on a silver plate sitting on the shelf.

His cheeks were rounder and his eyes were bigger. He looked younger. He looked at his hands and found that they were smaller. He was ten-years old. He looked behind him and there was nothing but endless darkness. Goosebumps popped all over his skin, spurring him to start moving his little feet. He wandered the hall until he turned a corner, spotting figure crouching on the stone floor.

He recognized the blonde pigtails. "Mia?" he called out cautiously.

She turned around, her arms layered with dirt and scratches but otherwise she looked fine. She broke into a smile at the sight of him. "Tsuna! Check this place out, isn't it cool?"

No, this place was not cool. It was cold, it was dark and they were all alone. It was scary. He whimpered when a cold draft came from the end of the hall.

"L-Let's go Mia," he pleaded with her.

"You scared?" she teased him.

"I am!" He flinched as another draft came by, colder than it was before. Mia skipped towards him, took his hands and planted her forehead against his. Her warmth was comforting and his eyes fluttered shut, just letting it wash over him. His fear gradually subsided.

"Still scared?" She asked him.

"A little bit," he admitted.

"As long as we have each other we'll be okay, alright?" She grinned widely. He smiled back at her but before he could reply, the ground beneath them began to shake. They clung to each other and when he lost his footing, brought them both to the ground.

"W-What's happening?" He cried out as the shelves teetered dangerously over them. "Mia?"

Her eyes were fixed on something in the distance, past from what he could see and through the darkness. A dull roar grew in volume from the end of the hall sounding unlike anything they've ever heard off. They clamped their hands to ears and a wall of cold air slammed into him, pushing him away from her.

"Hiiiiieeeeeee!"

"Tsuna!" she reached for him but by some unnatural force, it dragged him far, far away from her. The last thing he saw before everything faded into black was a rush of fire exploding from the end of the hall, consuming everything in its path, including Mia. With her scream, the hall shattered and Tsuna woke up, gasping and disoriented, a war drum beating in his ears. Feeling no warmth in his arms, he panicked.

"Mia?!"

"Yeah?" he jumped. Mia stood outside of his cabin, holding a cup of coffee.

Her forehead crinkled when he didn't reply. She set her cup down and placed a hand against his forehead. "You okay? You're pale."

He swallowed. His heart was still running wild. "Y-yeah. I'm..." his stomach rolled. "Not good," he admitted and lied back down. It felt like his dinner was going to make an appearance.

Mia was sympathetic as she rubbed soothing circles on his back. "That's jet lag for you."

He groaned.

She chuckled lightly. "If its any consolation, you're not the only one."

"Who else?"

"Well, senpai kinda threw up earlier. Surprised you didn't wake up from the commotion."

"Yeah..." he curled in on himself, the dream coming to the forefront of his mind. It was just a dream, he told himself. A really unnerving dream. But somehow, he couldn't shake the feeling that something was going to go wrong.

Mia continued to rub circles until he drifted back to sleep. The next time he woke up, he couldn't remember it.

Each of them took turns on the on board shower - holy hell First Class was really something - and had breakfast. Sometime after, the pilot announced they were landing.

His heart skipped a beat as they descended, feeling a familiar thrill of excitement shoot up. He never shared it with anyone, but he'd come to really enjoy flying - it was one aspect of his powers that he really liked.

As soon as they landed, his excitement turned into trepidation when they exited the gate and were met with a group of finely dressed men and women in suits. His father stood at the center front.

"Honey!" his mom gushed and ran up to him. His father caught her and spun her around, laughing like an idiot. Reborn had told him that his father had been admitted to a hospital during the whole thing with the Varia. Glad to see him being as annoying as ever, he thought. Tsuna shook his head and looked back to the group. He noticed a familiar face and he raised a hand, grinning.

"Basil!"

"Sadawa-dono!" the boy greeted him back. "Did thee enjoy his trippeth?"

Dear god his father was such a clown for teaching Basil this kind of crap. "Yeah, it was great." He switched to Italian to address the group as a whole. "Grazie per essere venuto a prenderci." ("Thank you for picking us up.") and bowed his head.

Stoic masks cracked and they smiled back at him. His friends followed suit.

"Ah! Mia-chan, nice to see you again!" his dad pulled her into a tight hug. "And this must be your father!" still holding his girlfriend hostage, he held out a hand to Nicolas.

The moment the other man took his hand, sparks flew. They shared pleasant smiles but didn't drop the handshake.

"Nicolas Matteis, pleasure to meet you Sawada-san."

"Iemitsu Sawada," his father returned. "Thanks for coming, its finally great to meet the father of this wonderful child."

"Speaking of my wonderful child, I'm sure Tsuna is getting jealous of all the attention you're giving his girlfriend."

Tsuna jumped at his name being mentioned. Nicolas was smiling at him, and a chill went up his spine. If that wasn't an indication to get her, he didn't know what.

"Y-yeah! Quit hogging her dad!" he rescued girlfriend from the warzone. The two men had let go but they were obviously sizing each other up. His mother, oblivious as ever got in between them. She clapped her hands together.

"Its really nice you two finally meet! My honey is just so cool right Nick-kun?"

"Yeah," Nicolas said, he didn't look the least bit impressed.

"Nick-kun?" Iemitsu repeated, his smile tight. "You don't mind if I call you that too?"

"Nick is fine."

"Oi Iemitsu, you're keeping your guests." Reborn piped up, hopping on to Nicolas' shoulder. To his credit, if he was surprised with Reborn perching on his shoulder, he didn't show it. "Jet lag is still a thing you know."

Que Onii-san groaning from the back.

"Right, sorry. We'll take care of the luggage, Oregano, Turmeric?" A woman in glasses and a huge hulking man stepped up. They began handling their luggage for them.

Tsuna didn't give much thought about it, since Basil wasn't that weird of a name but Oregano? Turmeric? Were those really their real names? As much as he wanted to take CEDEF seriously, with his Dad at the helm he just couldn't. But stuff like that didn't stay long in his head when Milan greeted them. Shortly after getting settled in a nice hotel, most of the teenagers were led by Basil to go sightseeing, flanked by Oregano and Turmeric. Even if Ryohei was still green, he insisted in coming.

They had never been outside of Japan before and every twist and turn of their heads there was always something to look at. The shops, the people, the buildings...

Hayato and Mia shared a smile at their reactions and hung back to let everyone ahead of them enjoy the tour.

"Ever been in Milan my Lady?" Hayato asked her.

She shook her head. "I lived in Florence when I was a kid - I don't remember much except for my town and my house." She glanced at the bomber.

"And you Hayato? You look like you know your way around here."

The bomber chuckled. "Yeah... I got around a lot." The light in his eyes dimmed slightly. She bumped his shoulder lightly.

"If you know a place, sharing is caring alright?"

Hayato fondly bumped her back. "As my Lady wishes."

It after some sightseeing, that they stopped to take a break at a plaza. Hayato spoke up again. "Is Hibari coming my Lady?"

She cringed. Last she heard before they left from Kasukabe, Hibari had been in a foul mood. "I doubt it - unless Reborn works his weird-ass magic."

"You called?" Mia grunted as she felt the hitman's weight on her head. Feeling her neck creaking, she picked the hitman to hold him in her arms instead. He was dressed like a fairy.

"Hello fairy godmother," she greeted him dryly.

"Hello Cindy." Reborn jabbed his star-leon wand up her chin. She choked. "To answer your question - yes, he's here."

Mia felt something softer take nest on the top of her head. "Midori tanabiku namimori no..."

Their eyes widened before a building exploded and rubble scattered throughout the plaza. People screamed and started running as fast as they could go. A figure leaped out of the dust cloud, followed by another.

"Dino?!" Mia exclaimed. The blonde came to a stop before them, Romario just behind him. "Oh no, don't tell me Reborn..."

"The Ninth ordered for the entire Tenth generation to be here. Of course Hibari wouldn't be left out," the hitman supplied.

Dino laughed weakly. "Surprise?"

Boom.

The others gathered around them. In the distance, they could hear sirens wailing. Hayato cursed. "That stupid prefect! What is he? Twelve?!"

"We need to leave immediately before we attract too much attention," Oregano said.

"But what about Hibari?" Takeshi asked.

Dino sheepishly rubbed his head. "About that... Kyoya is having a bit of a tantrum about being here in Italy. He's pretty pissed."

Mia groaned. "Of course he would be."

"This should be the boss' responsibility," Reborn said. Said boss stiffened. "Go and reel in your guardian Tsuna."

"Hibari-san does what he wants, I can't just reel him in," Tsuna hissed back.

At that moment, Hibari had stepped into the open, his eyes flashing dangerously. He caught sight of them, locking in particular on Tsuna and started heading their way.

"Herbivore..."

"Uh..." Mia swallowed. She had never seen the chairman so pissed before and wasn't feeling all that enthusiastic to meet with him. Nobody actually, except for -

"Hibari! You're extremely on vacation at Italy too?"

The boxer approached the prefect, not deterred by the killing aura surrounding the other boy. Mia felt like a natural disaster was about to happen. She sidled closer to Tsuna while Ryohei distracted Hibari.

"We need to get Hibari out of here," she whispered furiously. "The police is almost here!"

"What do you want me to do?" he whispered back. "Go into Hyper Mode and fight him?"

"That's not a bad idea actually."

"Mia!"

"You should decide already Tsuna, they're almost here," Reborn unhelpfully added.

"Ugh!"

"Tenth, I'll fight him for you!"

"I guess it ain't a party unless Hibari is here," Takeshi laughed then flinched when Hibari's ire was redirected to him as if the mere of implication of crowding was incredibly insulting. He hurled his tonfa and Takeshi leaped backwards, narrowly missing it as it embedded itself where his feet were.

"Ah... I pissed him off," Takeshi muttered.

"That wasn't extremely nice!" Onii-san ducked when Hibari jabbed at him.

"I'll bite you all to death."

Between his Cloud Guardian looking ready to murder them all and the sirens being close, Tsuna made his choice.

"H-Hibari-san!" He tried to get the attention of the prefect. Offhandedly, he wondered if he needed to smack him again with a slipper? He waited for a few seconds before sliding into Hibari's field of vision, effectively getting in between Onii-san and him.

There was no doubt that Hibari was his strongest Guardian so he was very apprehensive to place himself on the prefect's warpath. The things he did for his friends.

Hibari meanwhile, had no qualms with hitting his boss and bought down his tonfa with terrifying strength that Tsuna just knew would break his arm if he blocked it. Intuition and training kicked in as he sidestepped. His arm shot out, hooking around Hibari's and dropped his body backwards, forcing Hibari's momentum to sync with his before levering on leg against the prefect's chest and launching him, wrenching his remaining tonfa from his gasp at the same time. He rolled back into his feet, clutching the tonfa in hand and completely terrified at what he had done.

Hibari was going to kill him.

Beside him Onii-san was cheering. "Sawada that was extremely good! Join the boxing club!"

Hibari had rolled into his feet too and regained his balance perfectly with his jacket still hanging on his shoulders. Damn that was smooth, he couldn't help but think.

Despite what he initially thought, rather than being pissed even more, there was a new light in the prefect's eyes and Tsuna did not like it.

"Sawada Tsunayoshi. Fight me."

All it took was a promise for a spar to get Hibari to come with them quietly and at that point, they had barely escaped the police that had swarmed the area. Dino had left them, to plant a false trail for the cops while the members of CEDEF escorted them back. They were strung high and it hadn't occurred to Tsuna how serious the whole thing was until Nicolas met with them at the lobby of the hotel. It was terrifying to be at the end of the man's worry. The CEDEF members hung back as he visibly checked them for injuries, asked them if they were okay because news reports came flooding in of an act on terrorism on the plaza they were just at. Tsuna hoped that his friends weren't looking as nervous as he was.

To them, it was a normal occurrence in Namimori to have things explode on a normal basis. Of course the rest of the world wouldn't see it that way. Tsuna nervously fidgeted on the spot when Nicolas spotted the newest member of their group.

"Hibari Kyoya was it?" Hibari tilted his head to a slight nod.

Nicolas frowned. "I was told we'd meet you here. I'm glad you're all safe." He rubbed his brow tiredly. "I've spoken with your father Tsuna, we've decided to head over to Venice tonight rather than tomorrow. I would rather we don't stick here for long. It's been a long day, you kids should rest for a bit. I'll knock when its time to go."

Taking the dismissal, they quietly headed into their rooms, trying not make a break for it in their nervousness to get away from him. The moment the elevator doors closed, they all released a sigh of relief.

"Damn Mia, your dad is pretty intense." Takeshi leaned back. "I mean, pops can be like that too but your dad..."

Ryohei crossed his arms. "He is extreme! Good thing you weren't born a boy Matteis!"

"My lady as a...boy?" Hayato rubbed his chin, his expression serious. "You've already inherited certain aspects from your Father and Grandfather. Not that you aren't already deserving of attention my Lady but I imagine certain characteristics would be amplified by masculinity."

"You guys saying I can't be intimidating like Pa?" Mia rounded on them. "And stop gender-bending me!"

"That time you dressed up as Hinata-kun you were really convincing Mia-san," Chrome quietly added. "You were a bit scary."

"Chrome you promised not to bring that up!"

Mia as a boy. Tsuna wondered how they came to talking about this in a matter of seconds but he was glad at the change of tone. For moment back there, things were pretty scary and he was worried that Nicolas would catch on to the whole Mafia thing.

They arrived at their floor and before Tsuna could take a step out, Hibari silently brushed past him, deciding to take the nearest room and kicking the door open. "Wait Hibari-san, that's - " The door shut. "My room," Tsuna finished with a sigh.

Hayato marched right into the door and started beating on it with his fist. "Oi you stupid prefect that's the Tenth's room!" The door opened and Hayato had to duck as Tsuna's bag was thrown out. It shut again with a tight click.

Tsuna picked his bag up. "It's fine Hayato, Hibari-san didn't even want to go in the first place. I don't mind letting him have my room, I'll just room with you guys."

"Let's just be grateful that the Chairman didn't decide to annihilate us." Mia kissed his cheek and he grinned. "Chrome and I will be in our room."

Tsuna ended up sharing a room with Onii-san, much to Hayato's disappointment, and whom Hibari was supposed to originally room with. He didn't know if Reborn planned that intentionally but it was a horrible decision and it made him glad that he gave his own room up if it ended up not causing trouble. Thinking about the promised sparring with his Cloud Guardian however, he felt like bashing his head in against the wall. What had he gotten himself into? He dropped to the other twin bed and buried his face in his pillow after kicking his shoes off.

"Sawada! Did you know its still extremely Friday?! When we left Japan it was Friday night! It's like we extremely went back in time!"

He lifted his head and looked at his Sun Guardian. The boxer held the room's alarm clock in his hand.

"Oh yeah, Nicolas-san said that Italy was eight hours behind Japan. Its really neat." He dropped his head back into the pillow.

"Woaaaaaah!" Tsuna had to give it to Onii-san for being able to shake his jet lag pretty quickly. He didn't feel to keen on eating just yet and after everything, he just felt like closing his eyes. He slipped into a dream pretty easily and found himself in the same dark hall as before.

He looked around. It felt different. It was quiet, too quiet. Where was Mia?

He broke into a run, weaving through several shelves until he couldn't tell where he came from anymore. Everything looked the same and the darkness that lurked in this place was becoming more daunting with each second. "Mia!" he cried her name out. His voice didn't even echo in the vast space. What was this place?

This time he could make out the items that sat in the shelves. They were filled with all sorts of things from books to boxes to strange things he didn't know what they were called.

Then he heard it. Bam. Bam. Bam.

Something was beating hard and it sounded like it wanted to get out. Badly. What's worse was that it sounded close.

Bam! He whirled around and saw it. Sitting on a wooden pedestal was a stone cube, wrapped in fine chains. It didn't look bigger than his hand. Had that always been there? He jumped when the thing moved. Bam! It rattled against the wood. His intuition spiked. Danger, it told him. He took a step back and the thing only rattled harder. He broke into a run the moment it started shrieking. Something was trapped in it and it wanted to get out.

Sawada.

Its shrieks haunted him as he ran from it.

Sawada.

He nearly missed her but he saw her from the corner of his eye. Behind several rows, she was walking towards the thing. He skidded to a stop. "Mia!" She didn't turn or acted like she heard him. One second she was there, the next she was by the pedestal.

Sawada.

"Mia!" he shouted. "Don't touch it!" She picked it up and the shrieking stopped. He held his breath, his intuition spiking the same time he felt his ring underneath his shirt heat up unbearably. He grasped it through his shirt. "Wha - "

"Sawada!" Smack!

He blinked as his room came to focus, slightly feeling his cheek sting. "O-Onii-san?"

The boxer's face swam into view, his grey eyes wide with fear. Something was wrong, there was this ringing outside. An alarm? He hauled him to his feet. "The girl's room - it's on fire!"

Author's Notes:

I know, its pretty mean for me to leave it on a cliffhanger like that but bear with with me guys.

So there are a few things I wanted to touch upon:

1. I've gotten a few concerns raised about Tsuna not taking his position as boss more seriously. To be more specific, about the Vongola Documents. Some are miffed that Mia took on that responsibility but the thing is, it was her choice. She didn't need to but she wanted to while Tsuna on the other hand at that point in the story, still didn't want any part of it. It also wasn't necessary for him to learn at the time. If he did, it might have put him off of being a Mafia Boss altogether. Don't worry, he'll man up and I appreciate the constructive criticism.

2. Man there is a lot of ground I wanted to cover in this little side arc. Looking over my notes I sometimes wonder how I'm going to fit it in the last 9 chapters but no worries, I got it locked in my head. Again, I wanted to expand on a few things that Canon didn't, a little bit of the Order here and there and lots of bonding between characters. Fluff, romance, the usual drill. I also wanted to touch on Hayato's story too (I'll explain this in the next few chapters).

3. The adults also have a more active role in this arc. No lie, I really enjoy the Nana and Nicolas interactions. They're like that weird set of friends who couldn't be more different from each other, but bonded over their common love for their kids and if Iemitsu is slightly jealous, all the more fun for me.

Also, after reviewing the new Guidelines, shall I bump up the rating for this story as M? I can tone down the swearing sure, but there has been some pretty excessive violence (hello Ian) and suggested dark themes (hi Xanxus). I was already thinking of re-doing the summary as well anyways. Let me know if I should.

Fanart? (Edit: had to repost as FF was doing the thing again)

Also, mintDesco has drawn another wonderful fanart of a grown up Mia and Tsuna. Check it out:
