Hi, there everyone! This is a oneshot with the first part being about Obito Uchiha (Tobi) cause...come on, who doesn't love this guy, with a sad past. It's this first part that will introduced Ryouka Uzumaki-Namikaze though only for a few parts as the next oneshot will be about her and Shisui Uchiha cause...I repeat, who doesn't love the guy. Both Obito and Shisui are super cute and they need more love as I have seen and read more Sasuke Uchiha/Original Character(s) and Itachi Uchiha/Original Character(s) combined then I have of Obito Uchiha (Tobi)/Original Character(s) and Shisui Uchiha/Original Character(s) on their own. So enjoy these oneshots. See ya.

Obito Uchiha (Tobi)!
Suiren Uzumaki: So, I've decided to try doing a Sailor Moon Crystal crossover with Naruto story where Usagi has a younger cousin, who is not only a Sailor Senshi, but also a Kunoichi, and she is also a reincarnation of a Princess, who hails from the Sun in the Silver Millennium. The said Princess had been the younger twin Sister to Crown Princess Serenity of the Moon, though the younger sister will have been in love with an Uchiha, who had been the Head Knight in Prince Endymion's court. However, these two oneshots while be before the start of Sailor Moon Crystal and well, I had always want to do an Obito Uchiha (Tobi)/Original Character(s) story, so win-win. Anyways, onto the disclaimer: I do not own Naruto cause if I did then Sakura wouldn't be a useless fan girl in pre-shippuden and Naruto would have his Father's smarts while keeping his Mother's personality and knows about seals and how to use to them and I also do not own Sailor Moon as there is nothing that is really wrong with it or even Sailor Moon: Crystal though I would have added more Character development in it. I do, however, own Ami Uzumaki-Senju and Ryouka Uzumaki-Namikaze. Remember to Read and Review to let me know what you think. Also if you don't like any twist that I might make then stop reading and find something else to read plus don't leave a review that's a flame or I will find a way to block you. Ja ne!

A young 5-year-old boy with neck length, spiky windswept, black hair and childlike almond shape dark gray almost black eyes hidden by a pair of orange lenses tinted goggles could be seen running down the road towards the Ninja Academy of Konoha.
"Oh man, oh man, oh man," Obito Uchiha chanted. "This is the one day that I can't be late!"
However, he came to a stop when the banner over the Academy was taken down as a group of children walked past him, laughing and talking.
"Your even late to the entrance ceremony?" a neck length, messy, silver hair and dark eyed 5-year-old boy asked making the Uchiha to growl at him. "Someone like you has no business being in the Academy at all. You'll fail out."
"It's okay," a young voice said making Obito to turn around to see a shoulder length, pin straight, scarlet red hair and doe almond shape dark magenta eyed 5-year-old girl, who was smiling, as she held out an envelope to him. "Since you weren't there, so I picked this up for you."
"For me?" the young Uchiha asked with a blush as he pointed at himself.
"Yeah," Ami Senju answered. "Just submit this packet and you'll be able to enroll."
"Wow!" Obito gashed. "Thank you! You're a lifesaver!"
"You know, if you keep pampering him then he'll never get over his tardiness," Kakashi Hatake stated.
"Hey!" the dark haired boy growled. "Shut up! You want to fight!?"
"Say that again?"
"What!? Why I'd atta…"
"It's your own fault."
"What did you say?!" Obito asked angrily. "Stupid Kakashi!"
Ami smiled in amusement as she watched them.

A few days later, one could find Obito making to class and to his seat before looking back to Ami, who was reading a book on Fuinjutsu, while sitting next to brown hair and brown eyed girl he knew as Rin Nohara. He smiled and waved to the redhead, who noticed and returned them, before going back to her book. The young Uchiha turned back around to the front with a happy sigh that his secret crush noticed him before going in thought as he looked Kakashi.

Later that day, the class finds themselves outside with Kakashi doing target practice.
"A prefect score."
All the girls minus Ami cheered and fangirled over the silver haired boy.
'Obito,' the Senju thought as she watched him walk forward.
The Uchiha threw his shuriken only for them to go way off course.
"Are you trying to kill me?" the teacher asked.
"Sorry, sir!" Obito quickly apologized.
Ami could only stare at her friend in worry while the other girls laughed at him.
...My Line...
"Alright!" the same teacher as before called out as Obito and Kakashi faced each other. "Begin!" At first glanced, it would seem that in Taijutsu, the two boys were even, however, the Hatake was slight better. "Stop!"
Obito glanced over at the redhead, who was looking at him worry, only to look away in self disappointment."
...My Line...
The young dark haired boy's head keep dropping and snapping up as he found off sleep when Kakashi threw a wade of paper at the Uchiha.
"Yes, sir!" the 5-year-old yelled as he shot up making the teacher to look at him confused while said boy picked up the book. "Hold on. Let me see…"
"I didn't call on you," the Sensei told him. "What's the matter?"
Obito looked back at the young Senju, who looked at him upset, before looking away making the Uchiha to blush and quickly sit back down while covering his head with the text book as the class laughed at him.

Days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months that before long half a year into the Academy had passed. However, it was at that moment that one could find Ami telling Obito news about Kakashi.
"What?" the young boy asked as he stood up. "Kakashi is taking the graduation exam?" The redhead nodded in answer. "But, he's the same age as we are."
"He's so brilliant that they're going to let him skip a level," Ami stated. "he should be taking the exams right now."
"Damn it," Obito growled as he ran past her.
"Huh?"
The young girl could only stare after in surprise before following.
...My Line...
The two of them made it to a group of kids that Kakashi stood in the middle of while wearing a new addition to his outfit.
"Hey, what's up with the headband?" Obito asked.
"That means you've passed it," Ami said happily. "Congratulations."
"Thank you," the Hatake thanked as the Uchiha looked away before the masked wearing boy looked at him. "Well, aren't you going to congratulate me, too?"
"Yeah, right," the dark haired 5-year-old answered. "I'm going to catch up in no time. Just you wait!"
He then took off running as the Senju watched him go sadly.
"Obito," she whispered.
...My Line...
It didn't take long for the redhead to find the Uchiha after going off to look for him.
"Class is about to start soon," Ami said softly as she walked up to him. "Let's go."
"Ami," Obito spoke up. "Please just...just watch over me, okay?"
"Huh?" she mumbled in surprise. "What?"
"I'll...catch up to him and then I'll surpass him," Obito told her. "And then I'll be come Hokage. No matter what."
"Don't worry," the Senju said. "I'll be watching."
At that a smile came to his face before he stood up with a fist in the air.
"Alright! I'll do my best!"

A year had passed by since the Academy, so it was a new year and right at that moment the bell run signaling the end of the Academy. Obito ran out while calling to the redhead, who stopped and looked back at him.
"Hey, Ami," the Uchiha spoke. "You've seen much of Kakashi lately?"
The Senju shook her head.
"I've only caught glimpses of him around town," Ami answered. "I think he's been out of the village on missions most of the time." The dark haired male hummed. "Why do you ask?"
"I heard some guys talking about him yesterday," Obito answered. "And it wasn't very nice. The last time I saw him, he seems to have changed a lot, too."
"Do you...think that all of this has something to do...with his Father?" the redhead asked.
At this the Uchiha looked at her.
"Do you know something, Ami?"
"Huh?" she shook her head. "No."
"Ah, I see," Obito sighed.
The two soon came to a fork in the road where they stopped.
"Well, okay Obito," Ami said as she went to the right with a wave. "See you tomorrow."
"Yeah," the Uchiha agreed as he waved.

It was during a rainy week and one could find the 6-year-old Uchiha training in the rain and that was how Ami found him doing set ups upside down from a tree using chakra in the soles of his feet.
"Oh, there you are, Obito," she called out which got his attention.
"Ami!" the Uchiha called out with a smile before losing control of his chakra and fell to the ground.
"Obito!" the redhead yelled as she ran to his side. "Are you alright!?"
"Yeah," he answered with a laugh as he sat up. "Just slipped, but it's nothing. I'm okay."
"I can't believe that your out here training in this downpour," the Senju stated in awe.
"Yeah, well...I've figured that I'll have to try a while lot harder if I'm going to catch to him."
"Him?"
"Yeah," Obito answered. "Kakashi. One day, I'm going to surpass him big time. Cause other wise, I'm never going to become Hokage. I mean, he's already going out on mission and everything. I have to work way harder or else the gap between us is just going to get bigger and bigger."
"That's the spirit," Ami cheered. "Go for it, Obito!"
"Yeah," he agreed with blush.

It was long till it was time for another graduation test for the others, what with a war going on and everything. But, at that moment, Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Sandaime Hokage of Konohagakure no Sato, could be found standing with 4 Academy teachers as the tested the students. Obito Uchiha, the orphan member of the Uchiha Clan, stood in front of them feeling nerves before he let out a sigh to calm down. He ran through the seals and as he did the Clone Jutsu though did took awhile. However, even though he managed a Clone, the Uchiha felt that he failed and ran from the room.
...My Line...
'It's no good,' Obito thought as he sat on a bench after he fan from the Academy. 'What's the point? Of course, I failed. Damn it. I still can't catch up to him. What am I going to say to Ami.'
"Ah, so this is where you ran off to," he heard his Academy teacher walk up making the dark haired boy to freak. "Huh? I had no idea where you want."
"Oh, huh, sorry about that."
"Got something for ya," the Sensei said as he pulled out a Leaf headband. "Here."
"Does this mean..." Obito started to ask as he stood up and faced the man.
"Congratulation," the adult told him as the 6-year-old took the forehead protector from him. "This means that starting today your a full fledge shinobi."
The Uchiha looked at the item in his hand with a smile a big smile.
"I DID IT!"
"However, the difficult days as a Genin are just starting."
"Right. Yes, sir."
"Here after, you'll be part of a three man squad," the Sensei explained. "Each group will have a Jonin in command and you'll fill your missions as a team."
...My Line...
A few days later, a 6 to 7-year-old Obito Uchiha could be found running towards the Ninja Academy in hurry.
"No, no, no, no, no," he chanted.
He let out a gasp as two ninjas removed the banner over the building before he fell and skid to a stop in front of Ami, who did not look happy.
"I can't believe you, Obito," the Senju said. "Your late for both you're entrance and graduation ceremonies." The dark haired boy sat up looking worried. "Graduation is over. You missed everything."
"But, there was this old lady on the way."
"You sure do have a lot of encounters with old people, you know that?" Ami asked with a sigh.
"Lately, it seems that I've been ambushed by a lot of them," Obito stated.
"You saying it's premeditated?" the redhead asked before sighing when the Uchiha looked away. "Really?" She bent down to take his hand. "Come on. This way. Let's go."
She then pulled him towards the Academy.
...My Line...
"Now here's the graduation certificate for Obito Uchiha," Ami said as she held the said certificate. "This attest that you've graduated from Konoha's Ninja Academy. You are commended for preserving through the elements to reach this impressive miles stone." She then held out the certificate to the Uchiha. "Here. Congratulations, Obito."
The Uchiha looked ready to cry as he took the certificate.
"Ami," he said softly before whipping his eyes. "Thanks, Ami. No one maybe here to see it, but this makes me happier then receiving it from Grandpa Hokage."
"Remember, we're Genin no, so you really got to shape up," the redhead told him.
"Yeah, I know," he agreed. "We get to be apart of a three man squad and go on missions, right? Do you know if the team's line up have been decided yet?"
"Yeah," the Senju answered.
"So, then are you and I both going to be…"
"Well…"
"Don't tell me that...we're going to be on different…"
"Unfortunately, we're on the same team," Ami told him with a smile.
"No way?!"
"Yup," the young girl answered. "That's right. Looks like I'm going to be looking after you yet again."
'Yes,' Obito thought happily. 'Yes, I totally scored!' He then blinked in confusion. "Wait? Whose our third teammate going to be?"
At this a nervous smile came to Ami's face.
"About that..."
...My Line...
A few days later, Ami Senju could be found standing in a training grounds with Kakashi Hatake and a blond hair and blue eyed Jonin named Minato Namikaze. They were waiting for Obito to show up after they did introductions though the redhead looked up when she felt another chakra coming towards them and smiled once she saw the Uchiha ran to them at last.
"Your late Obito!"
"You finally got here," the Jonin said. "So, your Obito, huh?"
"We've been waiting," Ami told him with a smile.
"Made it."
"Sure, but your super late."
"We're all done with our self introductions," Minato told him. "All part from yours that it."
"I'm the future Hokage, Obito Uchiha," the dark haired 6-year-old said. "I'm going to get my trademark goggles and as well as my Sharingan craved into my great stone face for all to see. That way I'll be able to glare down at all the other villages! I'll scare the hell out of all of them with my Sharingan stare and no one would dare attack our village."
"Put in that request after you become Hokage and you activate Sharingan," Kakashi told him. "Besides they can't crave the Sharingan if your wearing goggles."
"Well, they can crave them on top of my goggles," Obito retorted hotly.
"But, then it'll look like your eyes are popping out," Ami told him with a giggle.
"Anyways, I'm glade that some one on the team shares my dream of being Hokage," Minato said. "My name is Minato and I'll be your superior. Nice to meet you!"
"Yeah, it is!"
"Alright, let's have out first practice session together guys," Minato told them as he and Obito switched places.
"Ah, okay."
"In this excise I want to see how good you are with teamwork," the Jonin stated.
"Teamwork, huh?" Ami asked.
The redhead glanced over at the two boys with a sweatdrop as they glared at each other.
"All you have to do is get these bells from me and practice will be over," the blonde told them as he held them up. "Simple, right?"
"But, there's only two bells then…"
"Huh?"
"That's exactly right," the Jonin agreed taking the other two by surprise.
"But, what does that mean?" Obit asked.
The two boys glared at each other again making the Senju to sigh.
"It means that one of us won't a bell and is off the team," Kakashi answered.
"Wait! What?"
"Excellent observation," Minato stated. "Okay, let's begin."
'Teamwork?' Ami thought as she pulled out a katana out of it's sheath behind her. 'That's easier said then done with Obito and Kakashi.' She narrowed her eyes while getting into the Raging Wave Kenjutsu style that was created by the Nidaime Hokage. 'How do I get them to work together and that Minato-Sensei is trying to split us up?' Minato stared wide eyed in surprise as his female student did hand signs with only one hand. "Water Style: Water Shockwave!"
A stream of water swirled around the three Genin having been pulled from the air before the redhead sent the high pressured water towards the Jonin, who dodged quickly, only to have dodge Kakashi and Obito followed by a swing of a sword from Ami.
'I'm not surprised that Ami has a Water affinity, but I didn't know that she could pull the water out of the air and use only one hand top of a few hand signs to use it,' the Jonin thought. 'I feel like that I am looking at a red haired and dark magenta eyed female version of the Nidaime." An image of the silver haired Senju overlapped the female Senju. "She is truly just like her Honorable Grandfather, Lord Tobirama Senju.' He dodged the now Lighting covered blade as it was swung at him. 'Especially with that Kenjutsu style and those face markings.'
The three Genin kept trying to land a hit on the Jonin only to keep failing.
'Damn,' the Senju thought as she swing her sword in a horizontal arch at the blonde, who just dodge.
"Close," he told Obito, who he dodged, only to have to duck another sword strike. "Whoa!" Minato kept dodging their attacks. "At this rate you'll never going to get a bell."
'How do I get these two boys to work together?'
"Obito, Ami!" Kakashi called out after trying to attack again. "That formation we learned at the Academy."
"Huh?"
"I don't know Kakashi," Ami said as they stood up from where they collapsed and she resheathed her sword. "I doubt a simple formation like that one well work with Minato-Sensei."
"Just do it!"
"Well, I suppose it's worth a try," the redhead said as she looked at Obito. "Am I right?"
"I guess it's better then doing nothing," Obito sighed. "Ok, I'm in!" He grinned. "Now let's do this!"
'Good, but why do I feel like Kakashi is using us?' Ami thought.
"Let's go!"
"Yeah!"
"Right!"
The three of them then started to run around the Jonin in a circle before they started to jump about over her. However, while it was a simple formation it still worked before two of the three Genin fell down on their asses panting.
"Great," Minato told them. "All of you pass. But, we can still improve our teamwork, so let's work on it."
"Right."
"Yeah."
"Ok, we're going to begin our first mission tomorrow," the Jonin stated.
"Alright!" Obito cheered. "I can finally show what I can do in a real battle."
"Well, actually this first mission just takes place inside the village," the blonde informed them. "You will be doing something like find a lost pet or object."
"But, that's just odd jobs!" the Uchiha complained.
"But, even so a mission is still a mission," the Namikaze stated. "And if you succeed I might be able to get you assigned a more important mission."
"Hey, Kakashi," the 6-year-old dark haired boy spoke up as he looked over at the silver haired boy. "I challenge you."
"Huh?"
"Starting right now let's see, who can complete more missions."
"That's stupid," the Hatake said. "Do what you want."
"What are you chicken?" the Uchiha asked.
"What did you say?"
This made both Ami and Minato to sweatdrop as the two boys glared at each other.
"Alright," the Jonin spoke up. "Let's go home and get some rest everyone.
"Sure."
"Right."
"Yeah."
The four of them soon left the training ground to go home and get ready for the next day.
...My Line...
"Good grief," an elderly man, who stood next to a camera, growled the next day. "How long do you intend to keep waiting?"
"I'm really sorry," Minato apologized. "He'll be here shortly."
"He's late as usual," Kakashi sighed.
"Ah, don't worry," Ami told him. "I'm sure that he'll be here soon."
"Your to easy on him, Ami," the silver haired boy told her.
They all then turned in time to see the Uchiha panting at the door.
"Sorry, I'm late," the dark haired boy apologized. "Ami?"
The Senju giggled as she smiled at him.
"No surprise there," the Hatake stated as he gave him a thumbs down. "How is it that you never learn?"
"What's that?" Obito asked angrily.
"Whoa there!" Minato yelled as he quickly got between them. "Ok, guys. Cut it out alright?" He then placed a hand on the Uchiha's shoulder. "Mr Genzo is tired of waiting so hurry and lined up."
They all did as he said with Ami in between the boys and Minato behind them.
"Alright," Genzo said as he got ready. "Now look at me."
Both Obito and Kakashi looked away from the camera making their Jonin Sensei to laugh nervously.
"Come on," he told them. "It's commemorate photo." He then turned their heads back with his hands his heads. "Look at the camera."
The 6-year-old Senju grinned while giving a peace sign as the camera flashed.
"Well, you all can come back tomorrow to get your pictures," Genzo told them.
"Thank you," the blonde Jonin thanked as he bowed before leaving with his team.
...My Line...
A few hours later, one could find Ami looking under a bench for a lost pet while Kakashi looked in a cardboard box.
"It's not here," he told her.
"It's not here either," she informed him.
"We should split up," the Hatake suggested.
The redhead nodded her head in agreement once, so the two then split up to look else where before meeting up again on a roof top.
"Any luck?" Ami asked.
"No."
"Me either," she sighed. "Finding a lost pet isn't easy, is it?"
"But, if we can't even exceed at something as simple as this then the Team is never going to be sent on any real mission," Kakashi answered. "By the way, where's Obito?"
"He was really determined to go everything by himself, so he ran off somewhere," she informed him.
'Is he actually serious about beating me?' the silver haired 6-year-old thought.
...My Line...
Ami stared at her Uchiha friend in surprise as he stood in front of them with a cat in one arm and two bags in the other.
"I found a lost pet and a lost object," Obito told them. "I completed both missions thanks to Grannies that I helped before. And I even got treats."
"You sure are popular with the old ladies, Obito," Ami said with a smile. "I guess you really were telling us the truth all those times that you were late."
"They say that one good deed deserve another," Minato stated. "I guess the kind deeds that Obito did before where return to him this time."
"Hows that Kakashi?" the Uchiha asked with a smirk.
The redhead let out a sigh before taking the cat and bags from him and handed them over to Minato and Kakashi. She then grabbed his hand and pulled him over to the railing and forced him to sit down before starting to attend to the wounds that he had.
"Geez," she sighed again. "You really need to be more careful, Obito."
"Sorry," he apologized softly.
The Namikaze smiled as he watched them already seeing the hate between the Senju and Uchiha Clans ending with his two Students. Plus the most ironic and amusing thing is that the Senju in question was the Granddaughter of the Nidaime Hokage, the man, who distrusted the Uchihas the most.
...My Line...
Team Minato all stood in front of the Sandaime Hokage, who crossed off another mission.
"Hmm, seems all the odd jobs in the village where taken care of in one day," Hiruzen said in disbelief.
"That's right because I'm the guy that going to become Hokage," Obito stated. "This is nothing compare to what I can really do!"
"Lord Hokage, if I may sir?" Minato asked. "I believe that this team is far more skilled then we originally thought."
"I believe that your right," the Sarutobi agreed. "Well, Kakashi already has a lot of field experience. Perhaps, I'll send them along on your mission tomorrow, Minato."
"Huh?"
All four members of Team Minato where shocked.
"A Mission with Minato-Sensei?" Kakashi asked.
"Wait!" Obito said happily. "Do you mean a real mission?"
"That's right," the Sandaime answered. "And the client asked for Minato by name."
"The mission we're talking about is C-Rank," Minato informed them as they looked at him. "All though the risk is low I'll be lying if I say there wasn't any."
"I had original planned in assigning odd jobs in and around the village for you to complete while Minato was away," the Sandaime stated. "But, there's simply aren't any more of them left. And I just can't let you while away time doing nothing."
"Alright!" Obito cheered.
"I guess this means that we get to go on our first real mission," Ami stated.
"Very good then," Minato told them. "I'm counting on all of you."
"Yes, Sir."
...My Line...
"Well, what do you say, Kakashi?" Obito asked once they left the mission room. "You should be graceful to me for this mission. I'm the only reason why there aren't any odd jobs left to do in the village."
"Humph."
"Kakashi, don't be upset with Obito, alright?" Ami asked him softly. "He's been worried about you for a long time, you know. He's noticed that...well...that you've changed."
This caught the Hatake by surprise.
"Hey!" the Uchiha said as he ran in front of the redhead. "What are you talking about Ami?"
"What I said is true isn't?" the Senju asked. "And besides, you've always said that Kakashi's better then you. I mean, that's why you've trained hard by yourself, so that you can catch up to him!"
"I never said that," the goggle wearing boy said as he blushed. "Your imagining things."
Ami then walked to next to both boys, who looked at her.
"Look let's just shake hands," she suggested. "We're on the same team now, remember?"
"I'm not shaking hands with that guy," Obito answered as they looked away.
"Really?" the Senju sighed. "You two are both hopeless." The redhead them took both of their heads taking the two males by surprise. "Well, then I'm just going to have to connect the two of you."
...My Line…
"Okay, guys for this mission will be escort some shinobi from another village," Minato explained at the gates the next day. "One of them has a secret missive and that's what we're guarding. There will be three other escort from the village that requested us." The three Genins of Team Minato ran in front of a group of four Shinobis while their Jonin Sensei ran behind them. "If any fighting breaks out first and foremost I want you three to make sure that you stay safe. Understood?"
"Alright," Obito laughed. "I'm going to show my stuff and become Hokage. Just you watch."
"It's not as if it's going to be as ease as that you know," Ami pointed out.
"Obito, where you even listening to Minato-Sensei at all?" Kakashi asked. "We're not suppose to engage in any kind of fighting. And besides even if we did we'll only be getting in Minato-Sensei's way."
"Seriously?" the Uchiha asked as he looked at the Hatake. "Is he really that amazing?"
"Have you ever heard of Konoha no Kiiroi Senko (The Yellow Flash of the Leaf)?" the silver haired Genin asked.
"I've sure heard of him," Ami said. "You know, he's such an incredible Shinobi that his name has spread to other villages."
"Konoha no Kiiroi Senko is none other then Minato Namikaze," Kakashi went on. "The man hailed as the next in line to become Hokage."
"How really?" the dark haired Genin asked. "Someone that amazing is teaching us? I can feel my blood pumping right now! Man, I really wish that someone will attack us."
The redhead sweatdropped while Kakashi sighed.
"Damn it."
"Hey, you guys, I wonder whose stronger," the Uchiha stated. "You think it's Konoha no Kiiroi Senko or Konoha no Shiro Kiba (The White Fang of the Leaf)?"
"Obito," the Senju gasped in shock and anger.
"Apparently there was this hero from Konoha, who was given the nickname Shiro Kiba, but I heard that the guy died while protecting the village. Haven't you heard of him?"
"No," the Hatake answered with anger as he speed on ahead.
"Kakashi?" Obito asked in surprise. "What's gotten into him?"
The Namikaze watched the three Genin in front.
'Somethings not right,' the blonde Jonin thought as he looked around. 'We're surrounded and there a lot of them. What's going on here? This far more danger then this mission's rank. I have to stop them here before we're completely surrounded.' He looked back at the team. 'Bring along the team might have been a mistake. Of those on the team, I know that the one I can count on is him.' It was then that he saw the Senju's younger Heir's head snapped up before moving around to scan the trees. 'Is Ami a sensory like the Nidaime?'
"Minato-Sensei!" she called back to him as she looked over her shoulder. "I sense that we're being followed!"
'Yup, diffidently a sensory,' the Jonin said in his thoughts. 'Maybe I can count on her, too. But, both Kakashi and Ami can only guard one person. So, I'll have to guard the other one.' He then pulled ahead to run next to them. "Everyone listen up!"
All three Genin looked at him as he reached them.
"What is it Sensei?"
"It's as Ami pointed out," Minato said. "There are some enemies on our tails."
"Yes," Obito said happily. "We're going to fight."
"Obito, it's not some kind of game," the Namikaze told him.
"Yes, sir."
"Now there are quite a lot of them, so Obito and I are going to back track and comfort them," the Jonin informed them. "In the meantime, Kakashi and Ami will complete the mission. It's absolutely imperative that both of you escape."
"Yes, sir," the two mentioned Genin agreed.
"Let's go Obito!" Minato ordered as he went back the way they came.
"Roger!"
...My Line...
Ami's eyes moved towards the trees when she felt more enemy shinobis appear.
"Their here," Kakashi stated as he also felt it. "Ami, you go on ahead."
"You got it," the redhead agreed as she pulled ahead.
The Hatake then skidded to a stop and started to block the Kunai that was thrown at them, but one managed to get past him.
"Damn," he cursed as the kunai hit one of the ninjas that they were protecting.
This sent the man over the bridge.
"Kakashi!" Ami called out as she looked back at him. "We've got to save him! Minato-Sensei is still nearby! If we turn back and let him know…"
"We can't," Kakashi interrupted her. "A Shinobis duty is to completely his mission."
"Kakashi?"
"Run! Escaping is imperative! We just have to get to the forest! And then the village will be to close and they'll turn back!"
"Understood!" the Senju said as all six of them ran over the bridge.
...My Line...
It didn't them long to get close to the village before coming to a stop and panted.
"We should be safe here," Kakashi said.
"And Obito?" Ami asked as she looked at him.
"Sensei is with him," the Hatake answered. "I'm sure that their fine."
One of the Shinobi then walked up to them with a smile.
"Thank you," he thanked them. "I have to hand it to Kiiroi Senko's team. Now the secret missive is sure to be delivered safely."
"Don't mention it," the silver haired Genin told him. "It's just to bad that one man had to be sacrificed."
"Yes, but that couldn't be helped."
"Although…"
"He won't be the only sacrifice!"
Kakashi and Ami let out a gasp of shock when the other two attacked the man that they were talking to.
"What?"
"What's going on?"
The man looked behind him.
"So, your the traitors, huh?" he asked as the two Genins gasped.
"Because you were so focus on making sure that your mission was completed you made our mission all that much easier."
"Ha! Even Kiiroi Senko can't get this far fast enough to save you! Sorry, but your going to have to die, too!"
"No way," the Senju breathed as the two Leaf Shinobi fell into fighting stances.
Ami pulled out a kunai as the two Genins stood at the ready before the two enemy shot at them.
"Ami, go!"
"But, I…"
"You'll only get in my way!" Kakashi informed her making her to sigh and nod before jumping away as he went through a series of hand signs. "Earth Style!" He then jump up away before placing his hands on the ground. "Mud Wall!"
A large wall of earth rose in front of him and when the two enemy shinobis jumped over the silver haired Genin was no where to found.
"Their gone!"
Just then from the wall the Hatake jumped out and managed to take out one of the enemies.
"He was inside!"
Kakashi went to attack the other only for him to leave before he rushed over to the down messenger and turned him over as the Senju joined him.
"Ami!"
"I'll start treating him," she informed him.
"What happened here?!" the Namikaze asked as he and Obito appeared.
At that time the redhead was already starting the healing process as her hands glowed green with healing chakra.
"Minato-Sensei," Kakashi said as the man ran over. "Obito."
"Kakashi, Ami?" the Uchiha asked. "How did I get here?"
"I'll explain later!" Minato answered. "First, Kakashi whats the situation?"
The two moved to join the other two.
"We escorted them to this point safely, but then the other two where traitors," the Hatake answered.
"Two?"
"Please listen?" the Shinobi that Ami was healing asked. "I don't think that I'm going to make it." He then reached into his vest as the redhead stopped healing knowing that he was right. "The contents of the secret missive."
Kakashi took the scroll from the man and handed it over to his Jonin Sensei, who took from him.
"We can't," Minato informed. "We're not suppose to see it's contents."
"It's okay. Please just confirm that it's the real one."
The Jonin level Leaf Ninja did what he said as the Senju went back to healing to try and save the man.
"It's blank," the Namikaze stated. "What does that mean?"
"My superior told me that there'll be two secret missive. One for me to carry and one for another teammate. But, only one of the scrolls will be the real one."
"Why do that?"
"Because we receive intel that there might be a traitor hidden among us."
"So then, who has the real one?"
"If the traitor had it he would have attacked me which means…"
Kakashi's eyes widen as he thought back to the man that fell from the bridge.
"Him."
"Kakashi, where's the other guy?"
"On the way...well, he…"
"Please get the missive!"
Just then the man passed making Ami to narrow her eyes as she stopped what she was doing and looked up at them.
"He's gone," she informed.
Just then both Minato and the red haired Genin snapped their heads up and towards the forest.
'Damn it. Did they hear?'
"Kakashi," Obito spoke up as he touched his shoulder. "You didn't leave someone behind to die, did you?"
"All I did was prioritize the mission," the Hatake answered. "I just followed the rules."
"Rules?"
"Those, who don't follow the rules are scum," the silver haired Genin told him.
"But, looked what happened because of following the rules?" the Uchiha asked. "If you haven't turned your back on your comrade we wouldn't be in this situation!"
"Stop Obito," Minato told him as he placed a hand on his shoulder. "We couldn't know that this would happen." He then looked at the other male. "Kakashi's not to blame."
"Damn it," the dark haired Genin growled before he knocked the Namikaze's hand off his shoulder. "I'm leaving!"
"Where are you going?"
"Isn't it obvious? I'm going to go save that guy!"
"But, he's back where the enemy attacked us!"
"Isn't safe. He's right."
"I'm not about to fail at my very first real mission," Obito told them.
"We haven't failed!" Kakashi informed him. "We couldn't for seen this!"
"You know, for an honor student, you pretty dumb some times Kakashi," the Uchiha stated.
"What?"
"Just think about it?" the goggle wearing boy asked. "The four guys that we were suppose to guard just disappeared, so, whose there to back us up when we say that this wasn't part of some plan?" Kakashi's eyes narrowed. "So, the village that hired us pretends that they don't know about any traitors, Minato-Sensei is going to take the blame!"
"You don't have to worry about me," the blonde haired Jonin informed him. "Obito, our mission's finished."
"Listen Sensei," the Uchiha spoke up. "You can drag me back to the village as many times as you want, but I'm still never going to give up searching for that guy. I don't turn my back on a comrade."
"OBITO!" both Ami and Minato called out as he leapt away.
"Damn it!"
The other three quickly followed after him.
...My Line...
It didn't take the blonde haired Jonin to reach him first.
"I guess there's no point in trying to stop you," he stated. "I'll go back with you to the point where he fell." Ami and Kakashi soon caught up to them. "Kakashi down stream and Obito beyond on that." He then looked over at the redhead. "Ami, you go search with Kakashi."
"Right," she agreed.
"Good," the Jonin said. "Now make sure that you send up a single the moment that you find him."
They all quickly picked up their speed.
...My Line...
It was Obito, who found him first, before the other two join.
"Lighting Style: Chidori!" Kakashi called out as he went through hand signs and unleashed an electrical attack on the enemy.
"Are you okay?" Ami asked as she appeared next to the other Shinobi.
"Ami, take care of him!" Kakashi ordered.
"Okay," she agreed. "I'm on it." The redhead then looked at the man. "Let's go."
"Hold on," he told her. "The scroll."
They all looked around to see it floating up stream only for the enemy to get it.
"Scatter!" he then ordered.
The rest of them vanished.
"Obito, Ami, guard him," Kakashi ordered as he looked back at them.
"And what about you?"
"I'm getting the scroll back!"
"No, don't!" Obito yelled. "There's to many!"
"Quite complaining," the Hatake told him. "Saving him maybe your ninja way, but my ninja way is completing my mission."
"Kakashi!" the Uchiha yelled as the silver haired boy vanished.
"Obito, we've got to connect Minato-Sensei," the redhead reminded him.
"Right," he agreed.
He then jumped up into the air and throw a kunai with a paper smoke bomb on the end in the air before it went off.
"Obito, you found him!" Minato called out as he joined then enough.
"Kakashi went to get the scroll," Obito informed him.
"He what?" the Jonin asked before quickly going after him.
Ami quickly got to work on healing the man as Obito stood guard.
...My Line...
"This completes the mission that we were hired for," Minato said as he handed over the scroll to the man.
"Yes," he agreed. "I thank you. I owe you all for saving my life." This surprise the Namikaze. "Well, Konoha no Kiiroi Senko, I hope we meet again."
The two Jonins shook each other hands.
"Alright then," he agreed before turning around. "Well, let's go."
Team Minato then left to head back to the village.
...My Line...
"Sensei, missions really are difficult, aren't they?" Ami asked.
"Your right," Minato agreed. "They don't always go the way that you think that they well."
"But, I'm glad that the secret missive was delivered safely."
"Yeah."
"We successfully completed our mission."
"Probably," Kakashi stated.
"What do you mean by probably?" Obito asked. "What does that mean?"
"Back there he said thanks for saving his life," the Hatake answered. "If the mission was truly successful then he'll be concern about the secret missive then his life."
"I still don't understand what you mean."
"The missive that he had was a fake, too."
"What?"
"We were probably were just hired as decoys while another team delivered the real missive. That would explain why they requested Minato-Sensei for a C-Rank mission. With a shinobi of Minato-Sensei's caliber as the escort it would appear that we were actually guarding the real thing."
"When did you figure that out?"
"I thought that it was a possibility when we discovered that the first missive was a fake."
"You risked your life to go after something that could have been a phony?"
"That was the mission," Kakashi answered. "That's my way."
Obito looked at him in surprise as they rushed back to the village.
...My Line...
It has been almost 6 month since Squad 7 become known as Team Minato and begin their training under the Jonin, Minato Namikaze and since they returned from their first C-Rank mission. And right now, all three Genin around be found standing on a bridge waiting for their Sensei, who was late, to their shock.
"What's up with Minato-Sensei?" Obito asked. "He tells us to assemble and then he's late." He let out a sigh at that. "Give me a break? Come on."
"Your one to talk," Kakashi told him.
"Hey!"
"You heard me," the silver haired Genin said.
"Come on, you two," Ami said nervously. "Stop it."
"You want a go?"
"Ha!"
"Hey, hold up?" the dark haired Genin asked. "Did you just scoff at me, Bakashi?"
"So, what if I did?"
It then that the Sensei of Squad 7 showed up in time to see his female student about to lose her cool.
"Sorry to keep you waiting," he spoke up. "Your all here I see."
Minato then moved to join them.
"Minato-Sensei," Obito said as they moved to stand in front of him. "Do we have a new mission?"
"No, sorry not today," he answered.
Minato then pulled out three pieces of paper out of his pouch.
"What are these?" the Uchiha asked as they took them.
"Applications," the blonde haired man answered. "I recommended you three for a promotion into Chunin."
All three of them looked at the papers before Obito smiled real big.
"Minato-Sensei, your the best!" the Uchiha cheered as he hugged the man.
"Hey!" the said man laughed. "Listen." The dark haired Genin looked up at him. "Just hold on. Wait a moment. You'll have to get through the Chunin exam first." This freaked Obito out. "The exams are divided into three separate parts. And each one of them is quite difficult."
"Are you kidding me?" the dark haired 6-year-old asked as he let the Jonin go.
This made Ami to giggle.
"You'll never pass cause your aren't capable of making it to the rendezvous point on time," stated Kakashi.
"What did you say?"
"Hey, you guys," sighed the Senju. "Calm down."
"So, anyway, you've worked together well and earn the right to take the Chunin exam," Minato told them. "That's why I recommended you for it, however, it's not complimentary to take part in it. It's entirely up to you to take them or not."
"Let's do it!" Obito cheered.
The redhead smiled before the Namikaze had them train for the Chunin Exams for a while with Kakashi and Obito sparing near the end.
...My Line...
After the spar, one could find Ami and Obito sitting on a bench where the Senju was taking care of the Uchiha's wounds.
"You know Ami," Obito spoke up as the redhead put a bandage on his left cheek. "You saving me is really the same as you saving the world."
"Huh?"
Ami blinked in surprise at that.
"Because I mean...huh...I'll become Hokage and I'll bring this war to an end, right?" he asked. "And for me to do that I have to stay alive and healthy. You get what I'm saying?"
"It kinda make sense."
"It's kind of like this…" he started to look every where, but at her while blushing. "How do I put it? I mean, if you don't stay close and keep watch over me..well...it's just…" He then looked back at her to see the Senju leaning in towards him which had the Uchiha freak out as he stood up quickly. "AH! You got so close to me all of a sudden! Don't scare me like that, Ami!"
"You said to keep close and watch over you."
"Uh...yeah, I guess I did," Obito agreed. "So, watch over me…" He then turned around and pointed at his back. "Cause I'm going to wear the Uchiha crest and become Hokage!"
"Right!" Ami agreed with a smile.
The Uchiha turned back to look at her and gave a big smile before the two of them left to get ready for the Chunin Exams.
...My Line...
At sunset, once could find Ami sitting on the Nidaime's head watching the skies.
"I hope I make Chunin," she sighed as she stood up. "Wish me luck Sofu-sama (A very formal way to say Grandfather)?"
The young Senju soon left the mountain unaware that she was being watched.
...My Line...
The next day, Team Minato could be found sitting in a classroom taking a written exam and only Obito was freaking out.
'I thought the Chunin Exams were for stuff like Ninjutsu and Taijutsu not some lame written test,' the Uchiha thought in a panic. 'I'm the worst at stuff like this.'
It was then that Kakashi stood up to leave.
"Finish already?"
"Yeah."
The dark haired Genin watched as his teammate left the room.
'Damn that Kakashi,' he thought. 'Ah! Man! I'm totally done for!' It was then that he felt something hit his foot making the Uchiha to look down to see a wade of paper. "Huh?" He then looked around before picking it up and opened it to see writing. 'I'm always watching you.' He looked up then and at the redhead, who was a few seats in front of him. 'Ami.'
A smile came to Obito's face before he started to write some of the answers she gave him.
...My Line...
The two friends could be seen running through the halls of the Academy just as the scores were put up. Once the man moved, they started to look and found Ami's name first.
"There it is."
"I did it," the Senju cheered.
Obito smiled at her before looking back and got annoyed at the first name.
"Damn Kakashi," he growled.
"Well, what do you expect?" the silver haired Genin asked.
"Ah, shut up!" the Uchiha growled at him. "That's just a written test." He turned around to face the board. "Just wait I'll find my name. I know I pass." As he looked his expression changed with each name he read before sighing. "I guess no."
Ami then let out a gasp before she placed a hand on his shoulder to get his attention.
"Obito look," she said happily to see his name on the list before smiling happily.
"I did it!" he cheered as he jumped.
"Lucked right into an open slot," the Hatake said. "That's so like you."
"What was that?"
"Come on, you two?" the Senju asked. "Don't start this again."
"Their still arguing, huh?" a female voice asked softly.
They looked to see Rin Nohara and her team walk up to them.
"Yup," the redhead deadpan.
"I feel for you," Rin told her.
This made Obito pout and Kakashi just looked away while Ami sweatdropped.
"There's no time to celebrate," a male voice said making them to look over. "If you passed find your assigned class. We'll explain the next part of the exam."
...My Line...
Team Minato all sat together in a classroom with the other teams that passed the first exams.
"Part 2 will begin in three days," a male protector announced. "It will test you on your physical skills. You will need to test everything you've learned around Taijutsu and Ninjutsu or you won't pass this exam."
"Alright!" Obito cheered. "I've got this."
"Also, this test will pit your team against several other teams."
"Huh?" the Uchiha gasped. "It's not an individual test?" He then glanced at the silver haired male. "Kakashi, you better not drag us down. You understand?"
"Right back at chya," Kakashi sighed. "You've usually the one doing the dragging."
"What?" the dark haired Genin asked as he stood up.
"Hey!" Ami growled. "Knock it off you guys. Just stop it."
Obito looked at his secret crush to see her glare which made him blush before he sat back down.
"Above all else just don't be late this time," the silver haired Genin told him.
"Yeah, I know that."
...My Line...
Three days later, both Ami and Kakashi could be found standing outside of Training Ground 44 aka the Forest of Death waiting for Obito to show.
"Alright," a male said. "5 more minutes left Team Minato. You positive he'll make it?"
"Yes," the redhead answered. "I'm sure he'll be here any minute now."
"You realize that if time runs out you'll automatically disqualified?"
"I knew it," sighed the Hatake. "Didn't I tell you this well happen? You're too easy on him, Ami. That's why he'll never break this habit of being late."
"He'll be here soon," she told him. "I bet that something happened to hold him up a little bit that's all. He'll make it in time. I know he will."
"I wouldn't be so sure."
The Senju let out a sigh as she looked back the other way with her hands clasped in front of her.
'Obito please hurry?' she thought.
Both Genin looked up at the clock when the 5 minutes were up.
"It's 3pm. It's time to begin now."
"We're going to fail this because of him," Kakashi groaned.
"I know he'll…"
"SORRY, I'M LATE!" a familiar voice called out.
This made them to look over to see Obito running up.
"You see," the redhead said. "I told you, Obito, will make it no matter what!"
"Hurry before we're disqualified!" Kakashi yelled. "Come on!"
The Uchiha deadpan at him.
...My Line…
"We will now begin the team computation!" a Jonin announced. "Preliminary qualifiers!" Obito looked over at Ami. "Begin!"
Might Gai ran forward while his teammates got ready as Team Minato also got ready to counter. The redhead unsheathed her sword that her Father gave her when she made it to the second part. The katana had once belonged to her parental Grandfather, the Nidaime Hokage, that was gifted to her Father before being given to her. Just as she was about to move forward Obito appeared and made the hand signs for a Fire Style only to get a piece of candy stuck in his throat, but Gai's kick freed the candy as it sent the Uchiha flying. The Uchiha landed near his team on his back before the other two ran forward to take on the other team.
...My Line...
It wasn't long till they found themselves in the Tower in the middle of the Forest of Death and right now Obito was facing Gai on the battlefield while the other teams watched.
"I'm make you pay me back in full for the last time we fought," Obito stated as he gave a thumbs down.
"The last time we fought?" Gai asked confused.
"What?" the Uchiha asked angrily. "Don't tell me that you don't remember!"
"Just who are you?" Gai asked. "And what have I done to earth your wrath?"
"What you...Don't treat me like a fool!"
"Do your best, Obito!" Ami called out.
Said boy gasped and looked up to see the redhead smile and wave at him making a blush to appear.
"Alright, just watch me!" the Uchiha said.
"Begin!"
"Huh?"
The Senju flinched when like before Gai kicked Obito in the head which knocked off his goggles and broke them.
"The winner is Might Gai!"
"What was he doing?" Kakashi asked.
Once his eye was bandaged, he joined his teammates on the balcony to witch the rest of the fights.
"Do your best!" he heard Ami cheer for Kakashi, who was facing Gai, making him to look over at her. "Go Kakashi!"
"Stop!" the protector called out at Kakashi's last hit. "Winner: Kakashi Hatake!"
"He did it!" both Rin, who had joined her friend, and Ami cheered together.
...My Line...
The Hatake showed them his new Chunin vest and latter.
"You pass the Chunin Exams on the first try," the Senju said in awe. "That's great Kakashi." She turned to her other teammate. "Right Obito?" The Uchiha just scoffed before walking away. "Obito?"
...My Line...
It was sunset when Ami found the young Uchiha laying on a bench.
"So, this is where you've been," she said as she looked at him.
"Ah!" Obito freaked as he moved back away from here. "Oh, it's you, Ami."
He then looked away from her still upset.
"It's only naturally that some one like Kakashi will pass, but we can do it, too," the redhead said. "I know we can."
"Huh?"
"We'll just practice hard for next year," Ami told him.
"But, it's hard to be motivated after watching Kakashi," Obito stated.
"What are you saying?" the redhead asked as she moved to sit next to him. "Your going to be Hokage, right?" This made him gasp. "I'll always be watching you."
This had him blushing and smiling at her.
"Ok," he agreed with a nod.
...My Line...
Over the next few years, the two friends trained as hard as they could to catch up to Kakashi's rank and right now one could find a 12-year-old Team Minato in the spot that they were told to meet up at only for their Sensei to be late.
"Minato-Sensei is late," Kakashi sighed. "Obito is even here before him."
"Yeah," Ami agreed with a sigh as the Uchiha growled at his male teammates comment. "It's not like Sensei to be late."
Obito then looked over at his crush and blushed lightly at the sight of her. The Senju was wearing a waist length, sleeveless, firm fitting, outlined in cyan, blue Chinese kimono top with an outlined in white, double ended black pitch fork on the back, upper-thigh length, firm fitting, black biker short under a mid-thigh length, slits up both sides, brunt orange apron skirt, and a pair of an opened toed, 2" heeled, knee length, gray ninja boots. The Uchiha thought that the outfit suited her will then again anything she wore looked good on her and that was a fact or at least to him it was.
"Hey, guys!" they heard their Sensei called out making them to look over. "Sorry, I'm late!"
The three 12-year-olds didn't really pay attention to him as they all had their attention on a young 2-year-old girl, who looked a bit like their Sensei, only with mid-back length, slightly wavy, pulled up into twin buns on the side of her head which falls just slightly below the shoulders, brown hair with bangs parted in the middle of her forehead while the rest frame her porcelain sunkissed face and childlike almond shape electric cobalt blue eyes.
"Sensei…"
"Yes?" he asked as he looked at the female of the team.
"Whose the little girl?" the redhead asked.
"Oh," Minato breathed before smiling big. "This is my Daughter, Ryouka Uzumaki."
"Ah, she's so cute," Ami gasped as she appeared in front of him and took the little brunette from the Jonin. "Hi, sweetie." She ignored the twitching form of her Sensei to her teammates shock, horror, and amusement. "I'm Ami Senju."
"I'm Obito Uchiha," the dark haired boy said as he walked up to join the two girls.
"'Ello," the 2-year-old squawked out.
Both Obito and Ami became shocked before the redhead squealed while the Uchiha cackled with a big grin.
"So, cute!" the Senju gasped again.
Minato sighed before smiling as he watched his Daughter wrap two of his students around her little finger without trying. The Hatake watched the two having already met the younger brunette and the little girl didn't like him at all not that he cared.
"Sense, why did you bring her with you for?" he asked.
Ryouka glared at the silver haired boy before sticking her nose into the air which surprised the other two, who blinked at that.
"Well, Kushina is on a mission so until she returns in a week, you three will be helping me look after her," Minato answered. "And don't worry you will be pay for a week long D-Rank."
The three looked surprised while the 2-year-old was annoyed at that.
"Daddy, I don't wan' to be around Hatake," she complained.
Minato cackled while students blinked at how well she could speak.
"Now, now sweetheart," the Namikaze said nervously. "I'm afraid you'll have to get use to him and the other two."
"I don't mind the other two, but Hatake…" she trailed off before looking at her Father with announce. "Do I have to Daddy?"
When her Father nodded to the question the little brunette pouted while crossing her arms over her chest.
"Don't worry," Obito said making the little girl to look at him. "I'll keep Bakashi from you." He then took her into his arms with a grin as she giggled. "How does that sound, Ryou-chan."
"Really Aniki?" she asked as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
This surprised Team Minato especially her Father as she is terribly she around those she has just meet, but some how Obito managed to win Ryouka over so quickly and they had only just meet. The Uchiha was beyond shocked at what he was called by his Sensei's child before he grinned really big.
"Yup," he answered. "Now, how about we get a snack?"
"Dango!" the 2-year-old cheered.
"A girl after my own heart," the dark haired Genin cackled as he started to walk away. "Dango it is!"
The brunette girl cheered happily as she held his neck as Ami watched them before smiling softly while they left.
'Obito, your amazing,' she thought. 'I wish I knew how to tell you, my feelings, but my Senju pride gets in the way.' She sighed before running after them. "Wait for me!" Obito came to a stop while turning slightly red. 'For now being your friend and teammate is enough.'
...My Line...
A month later, one could find Kakashi and Ami standing outside of the Hokage Tower as they waited for their last teammate.
"Obito?" the dark magenta eyed 12-year-old asked as he walked out with his head down and his hands behind his back.
"I did it!" Obito cheered as he threw the vest and paper up in the air. "I'm a Chunin now!"
"Wow!" Ami gashed. "Good job." The Senju ran up to the Uchiha where she spoke quietly to him. "Meet me later at the park right under the Sakura tree."
This made him smile really big.
...My Line...
After stopping by the flower shop, Obito made it to the meeting point on time.
'Today for sure,' he thought. 'I'm going to tell Ami how I feel about her.'
He quickly hide the roses behind his back as she ran up.
"I know I'm late!" Ami called out. "Sorry…"
"It's okay…"
"Everyone!"
"Everyone?" Obito asked as their graduating class walked up. "Why...why are all these people here?"
"Rin and I invited them all here to discuss the gift of course," Ami answered with a smile.
"Huh?" Obito asked. "What do you mean? What gift is that?"
"Well, Kakashi is getting promoted to Jonin, right?" Rin asked as the two girls handed out flies. "So, we figured that we get some kind of present to celebrate."
Ami hand him a flier.
"Mission to get Kakashi presents for promotion," Obito read. "Kakashi's a Jonin?"
"That's right," the Senju agreed. "Didn't you know about it, Obito?" She gave him a smile. "Rin and I figured it's something we all should be proud about as his classmates."
"Yeah," Obito agreed half heartily.
He smiled as he watched his crush and two other girls talk before looking back at the flier sadly while dropping the flowers.
...My Line...
Two days later found the three members of Team Minato standing in a field in front of their teacher.
"Now it's time for us to do some combat training," Minato told them. "It might just be training, but if you don't stay alert it can be fatal. Got it?"
"Yes," the three of them agreed.
"Then begin!"
The three teammates took off at that and made it to another clearing as Minato set of an explosion making them go back to back. Soon, Shuriken came at them and as once they took them out only for the goggle wearing Uchiha to realize he was hit.
"Right," he said after a freak out and turned to them. "That's that."
Ami then walked up to him with a glare.
"Show me, your left hand," she demanded.
"Ah, it's nothing, Ami," Obito told her. "I swear. It's just a scab. A little spit will take care of it."
"Enough!" the redhead growled. "Show me."
The new Chunin sighed before letting her to see and take care of it for him.
"I just massed up a little bit, got some dust in my eyes, and huh…" he trailed off at her glare. "Well, a guys gotta have a score or two to some cred...you know, like a badge of honor, ya know what I'm saying? I just thought that I need a little something cool like that. So, this wound really is…"
The Uchiha then let out a groan when the redhead tighten then knot.
"Don't act tough and try to hide your wound," Ami told him. "I'm always watching, you know?" This surprised him. "You promised me that you'll become Hokage, Obito. Listen, I want to stop this war, too. Just like you, I truly want to save the world and that's why I've decided...I'm going to stick by your side and watch over you. You once told me that saving you was pretty much the same as saving the whole world. Remember?" This made Obito to tear up and nod. "Well, then since I'm keeping an eye on you, you can't keep anything from me anymore." The Uchiha nodded his head again. "Go for it Obito! Become Hokage and just show me how your going to save the whole world. And that's another promise for you to keep." She then grabbed his hand and started to pull him along. "Let's go!"
Ami giggled as they ran over to Kakashi and Minato, who were waiting for them.
...My Line...
A few days later, Minato decided to test them on their teamwork after 6 years since the first time. In the forest, one could see a fire ball that exploded making smoke that Minato jump out of before another fire ball was launched at him. He quickly dodge and counter with shuriken making Obito to fall onto the ground from a tree branch.
"You're done, Obito," he told him.
"Darn it…" said boy groaned.
Just then a shoulder length, pin straight, scarlet red hair and doe almond shape dark magenta eyed girl appeared swing her katana at the blonde man which allowed the Uchiha to throw down a smoke bomb to get away. It was also then that the sound of rumbling was heard before the redhead smirked and vanished in a puff of smoke.
"A Shadow Clone?" Minato asked as he dodged a giant tree stump. 'Nice strategy.'
"Obito! There! Two o'clock!"
"Right," he agreed before through hand signs. 'Fire Style: Fire Ball Jutsu!'
He sent another ball of fire towards their Sensei before there was another explosion.
"Yes!" they cheered before the sounds of bells were heard. "Huh…?"
The two Chunins looked behind them to see their Teacher standing there.
"Almost had me there."
"But...Sensei...How did you…"
"Blew it again…"
'You've grown stronger, the both of you,' Minato thought with a smile. 'And I'm impressed with your teamwork.' He then started to look around. "And now for the next step…" He had to then block a shuriken. "What timing…"
"Kakashi?" the other two said as the boy appeared and attacked Minato.
The two of them could only watched as the other members of their team fought though Ami was not happy with Kakashi. Once they stopped, the two Chunins joined them on top of a tree where the Senju ripped right into the middle of the Hatake about teamwork to Minato's amusement. The four of them soon moved to the forest floor where they stood around as their looked at his sleeve.
"Good," he said showing a tare. "You actually hit me."
"Ma, ma, hitting Sensei," the 12-year-old girl gasped. "That's amazing Kakashi."
"it was only one hit," Kakashi stated. "It's not even praise worthy."
"I can do it, too, ya know…" Obito started to say oly for something to hit him on the head.
"Nice timing right," a female voice said.
This had him looking to see an older redhead with dark violet eyes and she wasn't alone.
"Kushina, Ryouka," Ami cheered. "Cool!"
Ryouka Uzumaki looked out from around her Mother to stare before her electric cobalt blue eyes lite up at the sight of Obito and Ami.
"You all doing your best?" Kushina Uzumaki asked.
"We're doing great," Minato answered her. "We were just about to take a break."
"That's good," she said as she took the basket that was on Obito's head off. "Here. Lunch. Here's your order. It's Kushina's special."
"Alright!" the younger redhead cheered as she ran up and took the basket from her. "I love the food that you make Kushina. Thanks."
Kushina stared in surprise at the Senju happily before she got stars in her eyes. Her Daughter happily jumped into her Father's arms as her Mother fond over Ami.
"You just so cute!" Kushina gashed. "Your such a good girl, Ami, ya know." Just then Obito scoffed as he turned around. "Let me get this straight?" The older redhead walked up to him. "I take the time to bring lunch all the way out here for you guys and that's the kind of thanks. I get from you."
"I didn't ask you, too," the Uchiha said. "I'm not even hungry."
However, his stomach thought other wise when it growled making Kushina to sigh.
"Trying to be tough is ok," the older Uzumaki told him as she turned him around. "But, first go ahead and eat something. I mean, you can't fight on an empty stomach. Can you?"
"I don't want it," the goggle wearing boy said. "I won't take anyone's hand outs. I can fight without food."
"Hey, your pretty manly," Kushina stated before her hair rose up, split into nine fragments, and waved around behind her like tails. "Yeah right! Like I'll ever say something like that to you!" Her fist hit Obito on top of his head. "Now, no more out of you! Eat! Staying healthy is a part of being a ninja! What you just said is proof that your still just a little kid."
"Well, your first answer is your fist!"
The other four watched as the other two start to argue with each other.
"There they go again."
"Let's just eat," Minato told them. "Alright you two?"
"And that's why I don't like violent girls," Obito went on.
"Ah, just, who are you calling violent!?"
The 2 almost 3-year-old brunette girl sighed before she got up and walked over to Obito and Kushina.
"Aniki," she spoke up.
"Huh?"
The Uchiha looked down at the toddler, who was giving him a pout.
"Come eat, Aniki, please?" Ryouka asked as she gave the male Chunin the Puppy Eyes Jutsu. "You'll need your strength."
"Ah, how can I say no to that face," the dark haired 12-year-old sighed with a smile as he picked her up.
"You can't," the younger Uzumaki chirped in a matter of fact tone as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
At this Obito pouted as the others laughed before he smiled softly at the little girl in his arms, who placed a kiss on his cheek, to which he returned with one of his own.
...My Line...
"You know," Kushina spoke up from the couch later that night. "Kakashi is really getting a lot batter."
"Yeah Your right about that. For his age he's doing great."
"Ami is growing well, too," she added. "Their really becoming a good team."
"Don't forget about Obito," Minato told her.
"He's hardly more then a bragging little half pint," Kushina stated. "He's always tripping over himself, he can't throw a shuriken straight, and his jutsu sat up is just...He'll need some work."
"Well, just like you said Obito does have lot of things to work on," the blonde Jonin agreed. "But, still his bright out going attitude is really important. Obito being here depends the bonds of everyone on the team and that's a fact. Plus, he managed to bring our Daughter out of her shell." This made the redhead to smile. "Wait, I don't need to tell you, you know. I mean, he is your favorite, isn't he?"
"Oh, you sure about that?" she asked with a smile as she stood up and handed him, his shirt that she had been sowing. "Here you go."
"Thanks."
The older Uzumaki walked over to the window to look out of it.
"Has the location of your next assignment been decided soon?"
"Yep, I should find out in a few days time. I think it's going to be at Kannabi Bridge."
"Kannabi Bridge. I hope the war ends soon."
"Come to think of it," Minato said as he walked up to her. "I forgot to ask, but…"
"Huh?"
Kushina looked at him.
"Why do you like him so much, anyway?"
"It's because he's part of my dream," the redhead answered.
"Dream?"
"One day, if we were to have a son...I want that son to be bright and forthright and grow up to be just like Obito. Our son doesn't have to be smart and can even be cocky. But, I want our son to value friendship and have a cheerful spirit...with a will that can't be broken. I want our son to be strong just like him."
The Namikaze smiled at his wife before they headed to bed.
...My Line...
The next few days was spent training while they awaited their next assignment. However, the day of the mission saw the team ready to set out though they were completely unaware of that they will be returning without a member of their team. But, right now they were saying their goodbyes to Kushina and Ryouka.
"Are you ready?"
"Yes!"
"Kushina, Ryouka, see you both soon," Minato told them.
"Alright, be careful and do your best, you guys," Kushina told them before her eyes landed on Obito. "And you, Obito."
"What?"
"You clumsy and your hasty," she told him. "And your a blundering fool, too...and add knucklehead to the list. So, be doubly careful out there. Because if you come back injured, you'll get more then my fist. Got that?"
"Who do you think I am, anyways?" Obito asked. "I'm going to become Hokage, Lord Obito Uchiha. Please there's nothing to worry about. I'll make the mission a success and then come back with everyone without a stretch. That's a promise."
"You better keep that promise!"
Ryouka sweatdropped when the two laughed before she smiled.
"Come back soon, Aniki, Nee-san, Tou-chan," she told them with a wave.
Obito smiled at her softly before poking her forehead.
"See you soon, Hime-chan," he told her. "I promise."
She nodded her head even thought something was telling her that she'll never see him again or at least not for 18 years and even then it would be as enemies.
...My Line...
After a few days of traveling Team Minato had stopped in a town near the broader of the Land of Fire and the Land of Grass. Though right at that moment Obito could be found running late his team the next day.
'This is bad,' Obito thought as he ran through a forest. 'If I don't hurry, he's going to kill me! Can I make it?' However, just then the goggle wearing Chunin tripped over a vine and landed in a clearing where he looked at his teammate. "Did I make it?"
"No, your late, Obito," Kakashi answered as he glared at him with his arms crossed over his chest. "What? Did you forget what time we were suppose to meet? When your a full fledge shinobi your expected to follow all the rules and regulations."
"Well, I was on my way when this feeble old lady with these heavy bags ask me for directions then I got something in my eyes and…"
"If your going to lie at least make up a good one," Kakashi told him.
"Alright, Kakashi, that's enough," Minato told him as he looked at the two boys. "I'm sure Obito showed her the way to go. Right, Obito?"
"And carried her bags," Obito answered as he put eyedrops into his eyes.
"Your to nice, Minato-Sensei," the silver haired Jonin told him. "Every time Obito's late, he says that he stopped to help some needed person. Ninjas, who break the rules and laws, are regarded as nothing, but scum. Isn't that right?"
The Namikaze laughed nervously at that.
"Don't you have a shard of kindness in that heart of yours?" the Uchiha asked. "All you ever talk about is rules and regulation. The key is self control."
This only got a glare and growl from the Hatake.
"Alright, let's calm down, you guys," Ami told them. "We're on the same team, remember?"
"Your to easy on Obito, Ami," Kakashi stated as he looked back at her. "Remember that today is also a special day for me."
"Oh, yes, of course," the redhead agreed.
"Why is that again?" the Uchiha asked.
The group of four started to walk.
"As of today Kakashi is a Jonin just like I am," Minato told Obito. "For this mission Kakashi and I breaking up into two teams. That makes it more efficient. After all the Leaf's Military strength is at the lowest it's ever been."
"We're splitting up?" Obito asked. "So, then…"
"That's right," Minato answered. "Kakashi will be captain of a 3 man squad with you and Ami, Obito. And I'll be working alone."
"Remember we were just talking about this a couple of days ago?" Ami asked as she looked at him. "When we discussed getting Kakashi a gift."
"Sorry, guess I wasn't listening."
"Well, here's what I got for ya," the blonde Jonin said as he held up a tri-prong kunai when they stopped. "A costume made kunai knife. It's a little heavy and unconventional, but you'll get use to it eventually.
"Yeah, thanks," the Hatake thanked him as he took the kunai.
"This one's from me," Ami stated as she pulled out a small pack from her backpack. "I made a personalized med-kit for you. I even adjusted a few things to make it easier to use."
"Thanks," Kakashi said as he took the pack.
Obito blinked in surprised when the silver haired Jonin held out his hand.
"Why are you holding out your hand for?" the Uchiha asked. "If your expecting a gift from me, you can forget it."
"That's fine," Kakashi told him. "I doubt that it would be anything good anyways. Better nothing at all then a useless burden."
"What I don't understand is how a guy like you gets to become a Jonin!" Obito said.
"That's funny coming from you," the Hatake stated.
"I'm Obito Uchiha of the powerful Uchiha Clan," the dark haired Chunin growled. "I'll be stronger then you'll ever be! Kakashi, you just wait until my Sharingan awakens."
"I thought that everyone in the Uchiha Clan was suppose to be elite, so you really shouldn't have to rely on that," the silver haired 12-year-old stated. "You should be great already."
"What?"
Just then the redhead ran up to them and slammed her fists on top of their heads.
"Guys, stop it!" she growled as they nursed their heads.
"Yes," Minato agreed. "Can I explain the mission no? We don't have that much time. We're getting close tot he broader now." This made the three pre-teens to look at him before they gathered around him as he laid out a map. "See? It's this line here." He showed the line in question. "It shows where the Land of Earth are currently invading Kusagakure no Sato. The enemy are Shinobi from Iwagakure no Sato and according to intel they deploy 1000 Shinobi to the front lines...here."
He then pointed at a spot with a bridge.
"They advance further then the last time," Obito said.
"Well, Kusagakure is situated right next to the Land of Fire," Kakashi stated. "We should've stepped in earlier."
"Iwagakure is able to invade like this then it must mean that they have a significant system for reinforcement," Ami said as she looked up at her teacher.
"That's why our mission is this, the Kannabi Bridge," the Namikaze told them as he pointed it out. "To crush your enemy at the front lines requires enormous amount of Shinobi, right? There Shinobi like us, whose focus is sabotage, are forced to work in a small significant unit."
"The bridge," the Hatake said as if he had an epiphany. "So, our mission is infiltration."
"Team Kakashi, your mission is to sneak in behind the enemy and reach that bridge," the older Jonin told them. "Once your there you'll destroy it in order to disrupt the enemies support options. After that you will promptly withdraw."
"Understood," the three of them said.
"And you?" the Uchiha asked.
"I'll confront the enemy directly on the battlefield," Minato answered. "That'll create a diverse so that you can do your job. Now remember, Kakashi's your captain on this mission. Also, the four of us will travel to the broader together, but once we get there we'll split up for our missions."
He held out his hand to which they placed their own hands over it.
"Right."
...My Line...
Team Minato was walking through a forest of trees with mushrooms like features growing out of them. After awhile, Ami, who was walking next to Kakashi because of her sensory abilities, tapped the back of his hand making the silver haired Jonin to stop and hold out an arm to stop the other two.
'Nice you two,' Minato thought with a smile.
...My Line...
Hiding the trees was Iwa ninja that was watching them.
'They detected me,' he thought. 'I'm impressed.' He then looked more closely at the blonde Jonin. 'That's...no, it can't be.' It was then he noticed the redhead. 'An Uzumaki? So, some of them made it to Konoha, huh?' However, he was a little freaked when dark magenta eyes looked right at him. 'A Sensor? Damn.' He then made a hand sign. 'I'll just adverse for now.'
...My Line...
The four of them were crouched behind a fallen tree through Ami had her eyes closed as she felt for more enemies.
'There's 1...' the blonde thought as he also felt around. "Be on your guard everyone. There's 20 of them out there."
"19 of them are clones," Ami added as she opened her eyes. "But, I can't pin point the real one."
"So, it's as I thought," Minato sighed. "Shadow Clones."
"I agree Sensei, Ami," Kakashi said. "Alright, then I'll attack. Please back me up?"
"Wait," their Sensei told him. "Don't be hasty. I'll go. You can cover me, Kakashi."
The younger Jonin ran through hand signs quickly.
"Sensei, I am captain today, right?" the Hatake asked. "I want to try out a new jutsu I've been working on." He looked on as the chakra become visible in his hand. "Chidori!"
...My Line...
The Iwa ninja watched in confusion.
'Huh? What is doing?'
...My Line...
'Wow!' Obito thought in awe. 'What is that jutsu?'
'Incredible chakra,' the Senju thought also in awe.
The blonde haired Sensei looked at the jutsu with narrow eyes.
"Here goes," the silver haired pre-teen said only for Minato to hold his hand out to stop him. "No matter, how many there are I know I can take them out in an instant with this jutsu. It's exactly just like your nickname Sensei. Besides you said it yourself, right now I'm the captain, not you and the rules clearly state that a team must obey it's captain's orders, Sensei."
The Namikaze lowered his hand and the Hatake took off as the other two shielded themselves.
"I can't believe that he'll try a frontal attack," the Iwa ninja said to himself.
He then threw weapons at Kakashi only for Minato to block them with Shuriken to keep them from hitting the boy.
'Thanks to those Kunai attacks I know exactly where he is,' the silver haired Jonin thought. 'Here I come!'
'He's fast,' the Iwa ninja thought as he ducked a kunai only to get hit by Kakashi's attack.
'Huh?' Kakashi thought in surprise when the enemy vanished in a puff of smoke. 'A Shadow Clone. Then onto the next one.'
While he was taking out Shadow Clones, both Obito and Ami were looking for any more enemies while walking, however, it was just in front of the Uchiha when an Iwa Shinobi appeared from the ground scaring the Chunin before Ami stopped the enemy with her sword and making him disappear in a puff of smoke.
"Don't let your guard down," Minato told him.
"Yes, sir," Obito said.
The Senju then placed a hand on his cheek making him to look at her.
"Don't worry," she said softly with a smile. "I'm always watching, Obito."
This got a smile and nod from the boy before they turned to watch Kakashi near the real one.
'Number 18,' Kakashi thought.
"Don't push your luck brat!" the Iwa Ninja yelled as he swung his sword only for Minato to pull Kakashi out of the way while marking the guy.
"Kakashi!" the redhead gasped as their Sensei reappeared with the boy before he stood up as Ami got to work on healing on the silver haired Jonin.
The enemy shinobi quickly hide unaware that he was as good as dead.
'I was able to counter that brat just barely, but the way the blonde moved…'
'I marked him,' the Namikaze thought as he removed his backpack.
The older Konoha Jonin vanished before his pack hit the ground as he appeared behind the enemy.
'Sensei's teleportation jutsu is so fast,' the red haired Senju thought in awe. 'He truly has improved Sofu-sama's Flying Raijin Jutsu.'
"It's impossible," the Iwa Ninja said. "It can't be you...Konoha no Kiiroi Senko. In the Village Hidden in the Stones, we were warned that we must flee if we caught the very sight of you. Now I understand why."
Ami was right in the middle of healing the Hatake's wound when the older Shinobi returned.
"Kakashi's wound is serious," he told them. "For now we'll retreat and set up camp."
"I'm fine."
"No, you aren't Kakashi," Obito stated. "It's all because you ignored Sensei's warning and charged in there you fool."
"I don't want to hear that from you," Kakashi said. "You, the Uchiha elite, who was just cowering and crying."
"I...I just got some dust in my eyes and started tearing up that's all," the Uchiha countered.
"Then I suppose you not familiar with the 25th rule of the Shinobi conduct," Kakashi stated. "The rule says that a ninja must never show tears."
"You guys, come on," the Senju growled. "Stop it already."
"That quite enough," Minato said. "Both of you." All three of them looked at him. "Kakashi, rules and regulation are indeed important, but it doesn't mean it's all that matters. I told you, at times, you must adapt and take steps appropriate to the situation at hand."
"Ha, see!"
"Your not blameless either Obito," the Namikaze informed. "There's no way you can get dust in your eyes when your wearing goggles. It's fine to speak of self control, but you must be strong at heart, not just in your words. Now one more thing...Kakashi, in my opinion, you shouldn't use that jutsu of yours again. From what I saw it's a strike with a signal focus. It currently has speed and destruction capabilities, but it makes you move to fast to predict your opponent's attack. It's still an imperfect jutsu. Now before we part let me say this. For a Shinobi, the one important thing above all else is teamwork."
The three of them looked down at that before they went to find a spot to make camp.
...My Line...
"Sensei," the dark haired Chunin spoke up as he climbed up a boulder to speak with his teacher.
"What is it, Obito?" Minato asked as he looked at the Uchiha.
Obito walked over and sat down next to the older ninja.
"Sensei, I...I know that teamwork is the most important thing of all, but when Kakashi keeps belittling me, rubbing my nose in my lack of discipline, I..." he trailed off a bit. "Um...no, what I mean to say is I might have been born into the elite Uchiha Clan, but I am still just a failure. I admit that Kakashi is an awesome guy, but..."
"Kakashi's Father is Sakumo Hatake," Minato stated. "The genius ninja feared as Konoha no Shiro Kiba. In his time even the Legendary Sannin pale in comparison. With having spent his earlier childhood beside a genius like that it's hardly a surprise that Kakashi standards for other people and his teammates are unnaturally high."
"Konoha no Shiro Kiba?" Obito asked. "You know, come to think of it I've heard of him before. He was that hero, who died protecting the village. But, Kakashi never mentioned a signal word about that."
The blonde looked at him before looking away.
"Shiro Kiba," the Namikaze said softly. "A great man that everyone looked up to especially Kakashi. At least they did until that incident."
"Incident?"
"Honestly, I'm not entirely sure it's my place to tell you the story, but since your Kakashi's teammate, I believe that you should know about it."
"What happened?"
"Kakashi's Father, Sakumo, took his own life after he was vilified by everyone around him," the Jonin answered.
"What?"
"5 years ago, he lead a top secret mission behind enemy lines," Minato informed. "It went bad and he had one of two choices. Either save the mission or his comrades. Of course, according to the laws of the village, you cannot abandon the mission. But, to save the life of his comrades, Kakashi's Father put the mission on hold, however, a great deal of damage was resulted in the end. Both the Land of Fire and his peers blamed him for everything and on top of all that, even the people he rescued turned on him and slandered him. The ordeal took it's toll on Sakumo, physically and mentally until finally...he took his own life. Since that day, Kakashi refused to utter a word about his Father. He devoted himself to the laws and regulations of the village. Obito, please try to understand...even just a little. Kakashi really does meanwhile."
The Uchiha looked back at his teammates though he mostly looked at Kakashi.
...My Line...
The next morning could find Team Minato getting ready to split up into two groups though Ami was checking on Kakashi's wound before the did.
"It's healing nicely, but don't overexert yourself or you'll reopen the wound," Ami told him. "Okay?"
"Yeah."
"Alright, let's go," Minato spoke up.
"Right."
...My Line...
The team soon stood in a forest of bamboos while the Namikaze stood in front of the pre-teens.
"This is where we go our separate ways," the blonde stated. "Do your best all of you. Listen, the enemy that we encounter yesterday was merely a lone scout, but we should expect to fight teams. Be careful."
"Let's get going then..." Obito said before swallowing's his pride. "Captain."
...My Line...
All three of his teammates looked at him in surprise though the Namikaze smiled at him after a bit.
"Alright. Let's go."
"Yes, sir."
"Scatter!"
With that the group split up with Kakashi's group stopping to look at the map every once and in awhile and to avoid traps.
...My Line...
Two Iwa ninjas watched as the three pre-teens walked across a stream keeping their guard up.
"Hey..." an Iwa ninja says. "Mahiru went on a scouting running and he hasn't come back yet. You don't think that those three little brats took him down do ya?"
"Let's go ask," the second Iwa Shinobi said. "Come on. Camouflaged Jutsu."
...My Line...
Ami pulled to a stop at the same time as Kakashi, who sniffed the air before logs came flying at them to which Obito quickly went through a set a set of hand signs.
'Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!'
It was thanks to his quick thinking that stopped the logs that fell into the water as the redhead looked around. It was then that an Iwa ninja appeared and took on Kakashi while the second one sneak up on the female and it was her screams that had her two teammates looking over at her in surprise and shock.
"We'll be taking this one with us," the one, who was holding the out cold Ami, stated as he partner appeared at his side.
"Wait!" Kakashi yelled as the two enemy Shinobi threw down a smoke bomb and left.
"No!" the Uchiha growled as he went to follow.
"Obito, don't go after them!" the Hatake called out.
"What?" the dark haired pre-teen asked as he looked back. "Are you crazy? Do you have any idea what your saying Kakashi?"
"Yes," the Jonin answered. "The two of us will finish this mission alone."
"And Ami? What do we do about Ami, huh?"
"We'll come back for her later," Kakashi answered. "Look the enemy would to find out what we're up to, so they won't kill her right away. Luckily, Ami is a medic, thus even if she ends up as a prisoner of war, she'll be treated well. As long as she cares for their wounded she'll be safe, but we'll be in serious trouble if the enemy has time to learn what out strategy is. If they do obtain that information they'll no doubt increase the security on the bridge right away. That would make our mission much more difficult."
"But, your only assuming that Ami will be safe based on these guesses of yours!" Obito yelled. "What if those guys, who caught her are just no bodies, who don't know any better! And there's also the fact that she's of Uzumaki blood, a member of a clan that Iwa along with 2 other villages tried to wipe out! Look, saving Ami takes priority over the mission and that's that!"
"We are Shinobi. We must carry out our missions even at the cost of our comrades lives. That's the law. If we fail, the war will drag on and more lives then just Ami's will be lost."
"That's just another one of your guesses!" the Uchiha growled. "Your willing to desort her for a mere hypothesis? How can you abandon one, who been through life and death with you?! When we were wounded Ami saved our lives with her medical ninjutsu. Without her the two of us would have died in the fields a long time ago!"
"Ami was doing her job like we must," Kakashi stated.
This made Obito to punch him in the jaw.
"I don't like you and I never will!"
"I don't care if you do or not," the Hatake told him. "I'm the captain right now. You will obey my decisions, Obito. Whatever, the circumstances one person along makes the decisions to keep the team together. That's why we have the rule that all team members must obey the captain without question. Obito, you have no power that's why I'm the captain of this team and you aren't."
The Uchiha then grabbed Kakashi by the strips that held a tanto to his back and yanked him up.
"Then why won't you try and save Ami, yourself?" the Chunin asked. "It means that you have power to rescue your teammate. Isn't that right Kakashi?"
"If you give into your emotions even for a moment and fail your mission, you'll regret it sooner then you know," the Jonin stated. "That's why shinobi have rules. That's why we're taught that we must surpass our emotions. You should already know that."
"But, Ami, she was so concern for your well being that she put together that special med-kit for you," Obito stated. "She even sowed a protective amulet inside it!"
"The med-kit and medical ninjutsu are great systems that Konoha developed to increase the success rate of your missions," Kakashi stated. "Just like I told you yesterday Obito, better nothing at all then a useless burden."
"Useless burden?" Obito asked.
The Hatake nodded his head.
"To carry out a mission a ninja should only have tools necessary for the task at hand. Useless things like emotions get the way."
"Do you really mean that? Do you honestly believe that, Kakashi?"
"Yes," was the answer Obito got after a bit. "I do."
"Just forget it," the Uchiha growled. "We'll never agree. We're like oil and water. I'm going to rescue Ami."
He let go of the Jonin and started to walk away.
"You don't understand, Obito," Kakashi said. "You don't know what happens to people, who breaks the rules."
"I believe that the Shiro Kiba was a true hero," Obito stated when he stopped. "Your right that in the ninja world those, who break the rules and laws, are regarded as scum, but..." The Uchiha looked over his shoulder. "Those, who abandon even one of their friends, are fare worst then scum. I'm scum anyway, so I'm going to chose to break the rules. If doing so will somehow make me less of a Shinobi." He started to walk away again. "Then I'm just going to go and crush all the real Shinobi."
Kakashi watched his Uchiha teammate's back before turning to go the other way.
...My Line...
At the borders for the Land of Fire and the Land of Earth, rocks were flying everywhere because of explosions. The four remaining Konoha Shinobis still alive and kicking were doing all that they could to keep the Iwa ninjas at bay.
"At least your finally here," one of the men said as Minato appeared.
"What's our statues?" the blonde haired Jonin asked.
"There are about 50 enemy Shinobis," the man answered. "By compere the four of us here are left."
...My Line…
"The battles almost over," an Iwa shinobi said as it showed them. "Let's get them now."
...My Line...
Just then rows of three prong kunais were shown as Minato stood in front of the crater.
"All of you please direct this kunai knives at the enemy," the Namikaze stated as he looked at them. "I'll take care of the rest myself.
"That's crazy," another shinobi stated. "Not even you could possibly…"
"Be quiet and do what he says," the first man said. "You'll get to see how the Yellow Flash of the Leaf battles. Just don't blink or you'll miss it."

In a dense forest Kakashi could be seen coming to stop on an enormous tree and grabbed his wound in pain. The Hatake then looked at the ground with sadness as he let go while remembering Ami's smiling face.
"It's healing very nicely, but don't overexert yourself or you'll reopen the wound," Ami told him. "Okay?"
He then looked off to the side as he thought back to Obito.
"When we were wounded Ami saved our lives with her medical ninjutsu. Without her the two of us would have died in the fields a long time ago! Look, saving Ami takes priority over the mission and that's that!"
His thoughts then went to Minato.
"Rules and regulation are indeed important, but it doesn't mean it's all that matters. I told you, at times, you must adapt and take steps appropriate to the situation at hand."
A flash of his Father appeared which was then changed to Obito.
"I believe that the Shiro Kiba was a true hero," Obito stated when he stopped. "Your right that in the ninja world those, who break the rules and laws, are regarded as scum, but..." the Uchiha trailed off as he looked over his shoulder. "Those, who abandon even one of their friends, are far worst then scum."
Kakashi then looked off to the side back the way Obito and Ami were.

'I found them," the Uchiha thought as he knelt in a tree outside of a cave. 'Stay calm. You can do this.'
He then smacked his cheeks which was a stupid move.
...My Line...
In the cave the sound of the slap of skin on skin alerted the enemy to another presences making them share a look.
"I'll take care of him," the other one said. "Just continue with your Genjutsu and get the information that we need. Camouflaged Jutsu now."
The other one looked back at the redhead, who so far hasn't said anything, even under a Genjutsu.
...My Line...
"Alright," the Uchiha said as he held out a kunai. "Let's go!"
"Where we going?" a voice behind asked.
The Uchiha turned around to see one of the Iwa Shinobi, who took Ami, about to kill him only for Kakashi to appear out of no where and land a hit first.
"Kakashi?" the Chunin asked. "Why did you…"
"Well, I currently can't leave this up to a crybaby ninja like you, can I?" the Hatake asked.
"Kakashi…"
"I know that silver hair and that white light blade," the enemy shinobi said. "Could it be Konoha no Shiro Kiba?"
"This is a memento from my Father," the silver haired pre-teen answered as he held the blade out in front in front of him.
Obito gasped at that as he thought to before.
"To carry out a mission a ninja should only have tools necessary for the task at hand. Useless things like emotions only get the way."
'Kakashi, you…'
"Oh, I see. Your just the Shiro Kiba's brat. Then there's nothing to be nervous about."
"Thought so," Kakashi said after sniffing the air when the enemy vanished from sight. "Even his smell is gone. We'll have to locate him by the slightest hint of sound."
"Ok," the Uchiha breathed as he looked around. "Where is he?"
"Obito!" Kakashi yelled as he turned around quickly. "Behind you!" The silver haired Jonin jumped in the way of the enemy to protect his teammate which lead to his eye being damaged. "My eye…"
"Kakashi!" the dark haired pre-teen yelled as he fell to his knees next to the down Jonin. "Kakashi." He helped his teammate sit up. "Hey, are you alright?"
'Even if they are just kids it could hurt to be cautious. I'm going to take this nice and slow.'
"That guy," Kakashi groaned. "H's good. He got rid of the knife stained with my blood so I couldn't small it." It was then that he noticed Obito started to tear up. "Got some of that dust in your eyes again? A shinobi shouldn't cry. I'm not died yet. Stay focus."
Obito lifted up his goggles and whipped his eyes as he thought about his Sensei.
"There's no way you can get dust in your eyes when your wearing goggles, Obito. It's fine to speak of self control, but you must be strong at heart, not just in your words."
'I'm nothing, but talk,' he thought. 'Somebody always has to come along and save me. I'm just big talking loser. But…'
He thought to what he had said.
"I believe that the Shiro Kiba was a true hero. Those, who abandon even one of their friends, are far worst then scum."
'Those things that I've said, I'm going to make sure their more that just words,' he thought as he stood up.
"Die!" the enemy yelled as he went for the kill, however, the Uchiha spun around quickly and stabbed the with a kunai. "But, how...? There's no way you've seen me."
"Obito, how did you..." Kakashi tried to ask when the enemy reappeared.
It was then that the Iwa Shinobi noticed the Chunin's eyes were different then before.
"Those eyes...what are…"
The enemy ninja got to finish as he collapsed dead.
"This time I will protect my comrades," the Uchiha stated as he placed his kunai back into his hip pouch.
"Obito, your eyes have changed," the Jonin informed.
"Ah, I guess my Sharingan awakened," Obito breathed as he looked at his hands. "Now I can see the movement and flow of chakra." Just then Kakashi groaned in pain. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah," the Hatake answered as he took the med-kit that Ami made him out. "But, my left eyes is gone for good. Never mind. I can just use this kit that Ami made me to fix himself up." The Uchiha watched as he wrapped his eye. "We have to save her."
"Right."
The two of them moved towards the cave where the last Iwa Shinobi lifted the redhead's head up by her hair.
"Your currently a stubborn one aren't chya?" the man asked. "Even for an Uzumaki." It was then that he noticed the two boys enter. "Pathetic. Couldn't even handle two kids."
"Ami's chakra has been disturbed," Obito informed Kakashi after checking the Senju over. "It's flowing in different patterns then you and I."
"She's probably under a Genjutsu," Kakashi stated. "He didn't want to waste time getting information out of her."
"It seems that these two are more then just mere brats after all."
"We fought earlier," the Hatake informed as the Uchiha pulled out a kunai while the silver haired Jonin placed his hand on his tanto. "He's quick. So, be careful."
"Got chya."
The three of them then shot towards each other as if an unknown and hidden bell rung. As the Iwa Shinobi sprinted forward, he brought out a pair of arm blades that glinted murderously, but for Obito, it was if it was all in slow motion as his Sharingan picked up every tiny movement that before their awakening he would have missed. The two males of Team Minato worked together against their foe, who crashed face first into the ground after dodging a slice from Kakashi's blade seeing as Obito made sure he couldn't use his arm blades to kill the Konoha Jonin. Once they thought he was died, the two boys rushed to Ami where Kakashi knelt in front of her and made a hand sign.
"Release."
The Hatake pulsed his chakra into the redhead, who snapped her head up, with clear eyes.
"Kakashi? Obito?"
"We came to rescue you, Ami," Obito panted. "So, don't worry. Your going to be just fine now."
"Alright," Kakashi said. "Let's get out of here."
The Jonin then undid the ropes before they stood up.
"You know, you make a good team, but you still just brats," the Iwa Ninja said as he got up making the three Konoha ninjas to glare. "Remember your standing in the palm of your enemy now." He then went through hand signs. "Earth Style: Rock Breaker!"
It was after his fist hit the ground that the cave started to collapse.
"This is bad!"
"Run for the exist!" Kakashi ordered.
Team Minato made a run for it, however, a rock ended up hitting the Hatake in his blind spot and made him cry out as he fell.
"Kakashi!" the Senju yelled as she came to a stop and looked back.
Obito skid to a stop before running and grabbing the Jonin before he then glanced up. He then tossed Kakashi aside and looked up again with a look of horror on his face as a boulder fall towards him. "When the boulder hit dust flew up and sent Ami flying while knowing her out along with Kakashi.
...My Line...
Outside of the cave and the enemy ninja.
"To bad," he said with a smirk. "I lost a good source of information. Well, no helping that."
...My Line...
Back inside, one could see that Kakashi was the first, who woke up, followed Ami as they both sat up.
"Are you guys alright? Ami? Kakashi?"
They both then looked over to only stare wide eyed in horror as Obito was half buried by a boulder.
"OBITO!"
Kakashi ran forward and tried to remove the boulder as tears stung at Ami's eyes.
"No, don't," Obito told him weakly. "It's ok, Kakashi. I don't...I don't think I'm going to make it. My right side is completely crushed. I can't even feel anything there anymore."
"No," Kakashi gasped as he gave up.
"Obito?" Ami asked as tears fell down her cheeks before looking away. "No. Not like this. Why?" The Uchiha then coughed up blood making her to look back. "OBITO!"
Sobs started to shake her frame as she moved closer and started to stroke what showed of his hair.
"No," the Hatake repeated as she fell to his knees and punched the ground. "NO! If only I have come with you from the start when told me, too, this never would have happened." The redhead closed her eyes. "So, what if I'm Captain? So, what if I made Jonin!?"
"Oh, that's right," Obito spoke up. "I totally forgot." This got Ami's attention. "I was the only one, who didn't give you a gift. For becoming Jonin and for being made Captain." This made said Jonin to look up in surprise "I thought about it and I didn't know what would be good, but I do now. Don't worry...I remember what you said...I'm not going to give you anything useless. I'm giving you my...Sharingan." This made the other two to gasp. "No matter what the village or anyone else may say...I think that your a great Jonin," the Uchiha said. "It's true. That's how I really feel. Please expect this?" The female Chunin whipped her eyes. "Ami, please use your medical Ninjutsu and have my Sharingan...the whole eye transplanted to Kakashi's left eye?"
All she could do was nod her head.
"Kakashi," she looked over at him as she spoke. "Come quick. We have do this now."
"I'm about to...die. I'll be your eye...keeping watch over what the future brings for you."
Kakashi looked up with a glare as the Senju transplanted the Sharingan into him. Once she was finished the Hatake blasted a hole at the top of the cave and climbed out.
"Still alive, huh?" the enemy asked as he stood up and looked at the silver haired pre-teen. "Man, your stubborn kid." Kakashi had his eyes closed, but it looked like he was crying from his left eye. "But, then you are still just a brat. A real Shinobi doesn't cry. Let's settle this, you bit crybaby!" Kakashi snapped his eyes opened to reveal that in his left was a Sharingan. "Huh?" 'There's something different about him now?'
"Kakashi, take care of Ami and watch over Ryouka?"
"I will," Kakashi agreed as he unsheathed his tanto.
Ami looked at him.
"Obito…"
"Can you give my goggles to Ryouka for me, Ami?" the Uchiha asked as he pulled out the said item from his pocket.
"Yes, of course," the Senju agreed as she took them and placed them in her hip pouch.
Kakashi jump at the enemy, who whipped out his arm blades and destroyed the White Light Blade, making the Hatake to narrow his eyes. The silver haired Jonin landed heavily on the ground making a slight crater before running through hand signs for the Chidori. The two then charged at each other, one with blades aimed to kill and the other with his jutsu at the ready. Ami and Obito were holding hands as the redhead looked up at the hole in the ceiling. The Iwa Ninja then appeared making her to tighten her hold on the Uchiha's hand.
"Don't panic, Ami," Obito told her as the ninja fell to the side as Kakashi appeared. "Kakashi, take Ami and get her away from here. Hurry. Go now. Enemy reinforcement are coming soon."
"Obito…"
He took his hand back at that.
"It's okay," the Uchiha told her as she reached for his hand again. "Just go."
"Ami!" Kakashi breathed as he held out his hand.
He then let out a gasp as he felt more chakra nearby.
"Earth Style: Earthquake Slam!"
Kakashi looked back in time to see a few of the reinforcement's hands hit the ground.
"Ami!" he called as he turned to the redhead, who had stood up. "Take my hand now!"
"Ami…"
The Senju looked at the Uchiha as she teared up again before shaking her head and taking Kakashi's hand as more rocks fell on top the boy.
"OBITO!" she yelled as she looked back.
'Just when Kakashi and I were just starting to get along,' Obito thought. 'And I never got to tell Ami that I love her.' He was almost completely covered by the rocks. 'Just wish I could spend more time with everyone.'
"OBITO!" Kakashi yelled before they jumped into a tree as the cave collapse making the two pre-teens jumped away before going wide eyed when they were surrounded. "No!" The silver haired Jonin started to go through a set of hand signs while Ami bite her thumb to draw blood. 'Obito, you helped me prefect this jutsu.'
"Well, well, he can still find the will to fight facing these odds. With that determination, it's no wonder he go this far into our territory. He's got nerve."
The silver haired pre-teen pulled out a tri-prong Kunai.
"Ami, I'll hold them off," he told her. "You go now!"
"But, you'll…"
"I gave my word to Obito that I'll protect you," Kakashi interrupted her. "And I will...even if it kills me."
"Kakashi?"
"Ami, Obito truly cared about you," the Jonin stated softly. "He loved you. You were everything in the world to me and that's why he gave his life to protect you."
"He did?" she asked just as softly.
"Yes."
"I...I loved him, too," Ami informed the Hatake. "If only I had told Obito sooner. Curse my Senju pride!" Dark magenta eyes filled with tears as the Senju ran her bleeding thumb over a kanji for sword on her left wrist and her Grandfather's katana appeared in her right hand. "I...I won't...lose any one else. And that includes you, Kakashi."
"Ami?" Kakashi asked as the Iwa Ninjas jumped at them making the two to stand. "Ami! Go!"
Everything then moved to fast for them to keep up before going dark.
...My Line...
'Am I died?' Kakashi thought as he opened his eyes. 'Where am I?'
"Looks like your back among us again," Minato said when he noticed that Kakashi was up.
"Sensei?" the Hatake asked as he sat up. "But, how?"
The Namikaze held up a familiar kunai.
"The Jutsu formula on this," the older Shinobi answered. "It acts as a location marker for when I use the transportation jutsu."
"And the enemy?"
"I dealt with all of them," he answered again.
"What about Ami? Where is she?"
Minato pointed over to the young redhead, who was looking up at the sky, with tears.
"I'm sorry that I could make it in time Kakashi," the blonde said. "Ami told me everything that happened."
...My Line...
"The Third Great Ninja War," Hiruzen's voice could be heard saying as the bridge was destroyed. "With the sacrifices of many nameless Shinobi...the protracted war finally came to a close. In it's wake it left behind legends. Stories of great heroes that would be told and retold for generations to come. Legends such as the Battle of Kannabi Bridge. That day two heroes where born in the Hidden Leaf Village. Each with his own Sharingan." A pair of goggles overlapped Kakashi's face. "One found his name engraved on the memorial stone." Ryouka stood in front of the Memorial stone placing a bouquet of flowers down in front of it with a pair of familiar goggles around her neck. "And the other became known as Kakashi of the Sharingan. In time, the tales of his bravery spread over all borders and beyond."
...My Line...
It's been a year since Team Minato went from from a 4 man Squad to a 3 man Squad with the last of Obito Uchiha. In that year, Ami and Kakashi had made a name for themselves such as Konoha no Aka Arashi Medikku (Red Storm Medic of the Leaf) and Sharingan no Kakashi (Kakashi of the Sharingan). It was also in that year that Ryouka and Ami grew even closer having needed some one, who understood the pain of lost, the younger brunette had also taken to avoiding Kakashi at every turn since learning of Obito's death.
...My Line...
Kakashi along with his Ninja hounds looked around a corner of a cave to see Ami tied to a post.
"Ami?" he asked as he ran up to her.
The Hatake quickly untied her and sat her on the ground.
"They put her under a Genjutsu," Pakkun informed him.
"Release."
Ami's eyes cleared and she looked at Kakashi in surprise when the pug spoke again.
"We have company coming."
"Let's go," Kakashi told them as the two humans stood up. "Hurry!"
"Don't let them get away!" a shout was heard.
Kakashi's bull dog barked and blocked the way they went.
...My Line...
Once outside, both members of Team Minato looked at the dogs.
"Go. We'll divert the enemy."
"Alright," the Hatake agreed before looking at the redhead. "Ami."
She gave a nod before the two humans took off towards Konoha.
...My Line...
'Somethings wrong,' the Senju thought. "I feel it…" The two teammates ran through the forest quickly. "I feel like there's someone, something else inside of me."
"What are you talking about?" Kakashi asked.
"It's hard to explain," she answered before letting out a gasp when a creature with three tails flashed in her mind's eye. "Kakashi, you have to kill me now!"
"What are you saying Ami?"
"They're using me!" Ami yelled. "If I return, Konohagakure maybe attacked!"
"I promised Obito that I would protect you!" Kakashi yelled back. "I can't do such a thing!"
"You must Kakashi!"
"I won't!" the Hatake growled as he turned around to fight their pressers making explosions to happen.
The Senju watched the fighting before closing her eyes just as the sound chirping was heard.
"Forgive me, Kakashi, Obito," she whispered before she jumped in front of a Mist Ninja and ran right onto the silver haired 13-year-old's Lighting covered fist. The Hatake could only stare in surprise, disbelief, and horror as the redhead's dark magenta eyes were wide in pain. "K-Ka-kashi."
Kakashi's left eye started to cry before the redhead coughed up blood as her eyes glazed over in death, her body rocked back and forth, and her eyes started to close. The Hatake took her left shoulder into his hand while closing his left eye and bring her close into a hug as he pulled his hand out of her chest. He then let out her go to which her body fell backwards as she was already dead before hitting the ground while a very much alive Obito sole eye widen in horror.
"Damn it," a Mist ANBU cursed. "He did it!"
"After all the trouble we through to get her."
Kakashi collapsed to his left knee with his head bowed.
"Ami…"
The hood that Obito was wearing came undone and turned into a mask with only one eye whole as both Kakashi's and the Uchiha's Sharingan went from two tomoes to three and then into the Mangekyou Sharingan. However, the Hatake passed out right as the Uchiha Chunin let lose a scream of pure agony.
'Where am I?' Obito thought as he screamed. 'What in the world...is this place?'
Just then what looked wood came out of his back and right arm.
"Who is that guy?"
"Reinforcements?"
"What a fool coming alone," one of the Mist Shinobi said as he threw Shuriken at Obito.
'I won't expect it,' Obito thought as the Shuriken went right through him. "I will…"
"What just happened?" another Mist Shinobi asked in shock.
"He dodged them."
"I WILL NOT EXPECT ANY OF THIS!" the Uchiha screamed as there was a dark shadow over the mask while his killing intent blasted around the area.
He then jumps from his spot and rushed the Mist Shinobis head on while leaving a crater where he had been not to long ago.
"Don't mock the Blood Mist Village!" one of them said as he pulled out his sword.
However, Obito ended up sending vines right through him which caused blood to splatter all over him before he moved kill as three more ANBU moved to try and stab him with their swords.
"DIE!"
But, with his instinctive use of his Mangekyou Sharingan had him turning intangible which had the swords' going right through him and into the ANBU below him instead.
"We can't hit him," one of them stated before Obito snapped their necks when he kicked them.
"Who is that guy?"
"He wields strange jutsu."
"We need to at least retrieve the girl! We can't let the enemy get a hold of her corpse!"
That only made the Uchiha to charge forward as he headed for the men going after Ami's body.
"There's no mistake!" a Mist Shinobi yelled as the teen went right through them when they tried to attack. "He passes right through you!"
The spear of wood that the Chunin held was thrown straight into the man closest to Ami before Obito made a hand sign where it grew from the enemies body and exploded out of his back which killed him instantly. With a yell, Obito threw a punch at the ANBU which knocked him out as he hit the ground which created a crater before he then knees the man in the gut making the ANBU fly into the air, then he grabs the man's hair as he slammed his face onto his knee. The act broke the man's mask and revealed his bloodied face just when Obito's grip tighten as he let lose a scream of agony and anger before he started to pound the man's face in. This caused blood to spray all over him plus the ground that by the time the Uchiha was done the ANBU's skull had been shattered and was in piece on the ground.
"What the..." a very suicidal Mist ninja spoke. "Who is he?"
The Chunin raised his head before he slowly turned around to look at the man, who had spoke. This had him and the one next to him take a step back in fear as Obito stood up and faced them while the rest moved back as well in fear. The Uchiha remained silent as he watched them before wood grew out of his arm which then proceeds to slaughter every remain Mist Shinobi there. And all that could be heard was screams under the moonlight that turned blood red as blood sprayed everywhere along with limbs and enemy Shinobis being torn apart while it rained blood. The teen stood in a pool of blood on the killing ground while he was also drenched in it as his masked was shadowed.
"I...I get it," Obito breathed as the mask started to come undone while tears fell. "I see now." He looked at Ami's body. "I am in hell."
The Uchiha's right side was covered in blood while tears fell from his left eyes. Obito then dropped a body into the blood before walking slowly as though he was in a trance towards Kakashi and Ami. All that could be heard in the silent battle ground was splashes as he took every step.
"The longer you live the more you'll realized that the only things that truly exist in this reality are merely pain, suffering, and infertility," Madara Uchiha had once told him. Ami's body just laid lifeless in the pool of blood. "Listen, every where you look in this world wherever there is light there will always be shadows to be found as well. There are nexuses cause a relationships that cannot be separated...normally that is."
Obito then came to a stop when he reached Kakashi's head before he then walked over the silver haired Jonin as he made his way to Ami.
"He means tossing the real worlds bad stuff and escaping inside of a dream that is made up entirely of good things," he remembers a creature tell him. He walked up to Ami where he knelt next to her lifeless body before reaching out to her with shaking hand only to have his hand go through which took him by surprise. The Uchiha quickly pulled back from the shock before narrowing his eye and placing his hand on her neck as grunt his teeth while tears fell from his eyes. "Since it's a dream everything is just how you want it. Even those, who are dead can be alive again."
Obito moved his hand on her neck under it while putting his other hand on the side of her head and picked her up partly to hold her close to him as the tears fell.
"A world of only victories, a world of only peace, a world of only love. I will create such a world."
The young teen knelt in the pool of blood holding the love of his life's body close to him as the tears stop falling.
"Ami, once again," Obito spoke. "Let's create a world where you can exist again." He then looked over at Kakashi with a glare in his eyes. 'If you can't protect Ami how can I trust you to watch over and protect Ryouka-imouto?' A growl left his throat. 'I shill sever the nexus of this world!'
He then warp away after putting Ami's body back down.
