Four-year-old Nymphadora Josephine Tonks was probably the happiest little girl in Brighton. She lived with her Mummy, Daddy, Nan, and a Scottish terrier called Mugsy.
Daddy helped people feel better when they were sick. He wasn't a healer or a doctor though..he was what Mummy called a "First responder". He was super silly and didn't mind messes, but made Dora eat her veg (ick).
Mummy helped people too! She helped to make ladies and little girls feel beautiful. To Dora, Mummy was the most beautiful lady in the world. She had super curly hair that was sorta red but not quite, and a little purple gem in her nose(but it was on it..why do grownups say one thing when they mean another?)and her arms had colourful pictures on them! Dora's absolute favourite was the blue butterfly that Mummy said was for Dora's other Nan that lived in the stars. Mummy was super fun, she sang really pretty songs that had different words. She said that the different words were called French and that her mummy thought her it when she was little.
But mummy gets sad sometimes and when she gets sad she can get really cross...even at daddy! He said it's cos her mummy died (that means went to live in the stars) when she was thirteen and her Granddad (The cranky man with the yellow hair) was a super important worker at Gringotts so Mummy had to go live with a not so nice lady. Uncle Sirius talked about the mean lady too, but he always said bad words when he did...but Uncle Sirius said bad words all the time.
Uncle Sirius (Who's actually Mummy's cousin) is the coolest! He has a motorbike. Mummy says that it's a "Disaster waiting to happen". Uncle Sirius's friends come over sometimes too.
There's James, He's a super-fast flier
There's Remus, He's a good storyteller
Peter..hes weird
Then there's Ally and Frank..theyre always kissing like mummy and daddy do
And Lily...Lily was the second most beautiful lady and Dora wanted to be just like her!
