Jesse had been brought to a strange world he had never seen before, along with his friends as well as the others who hadn't been there with them to be taken to a world at the time while their world collapsed. Now he was working on how to dodge quick attacks and how to manually take care of injuries that Jaden or anyone would get hurt, his teacher Zack was 'Pleasant' enough throughout his training while not in training, but in training... he was merciless. Zack had two different sides to him when you actually paid enough attention to him, he was kind, sweet, and flirtatious when it's break time but other times there was his other side which was ruthless, merciless, and his overwhelming pent-up rage.
Jesse had almost gotten tossed into a stone brick wall when they had started his training because he hadn't taken it seriously enough at first but this was so much more serious then he had first thought of. After Emily had managed to stop Zack from simply tossing him into a wall like a ragdoll, she had explained things that a darkness was going to be after Jaden soon that wasn't part of the world where he and others had come from. She also explained that he can't always expect that they'll come to their recess because they can't this time, they weren't even allowed to interfere more than they should have. He knew that she was talking about her and the other two girls because Zack was helping him now more than they ever could or even could do.
Right now was break time and he was supposed to learn during his break how to tap into his true strength with a person named Diamond but they weren't there yet. Jesse had heard that this Diamond character had a skeleton stalker who wouldn't leave them be and teased them constantly everyday, Jesse did see Diamond blush once when said skeleton was being flirty but seriously it was amazing to say the least. The only person who actually understood what it's like to be separated from their lover was the queen of this world. The queen was immortal by nature and couldn't stay dead for longer than five minutes, and from what he had heard she hated being immortal and that she had wished so badly to be mortal and to die like everyone else.
He felt his heart hurt for her when he learned she had to suffer so much from the loss of her beloved husband Tora. Currently he knew that she had found the Recarnation of her lover when she was trailing his murder and vowed to protect him from anyone who was aiming to kill him again. So she wasn't here in this world currently which he had come to know as an AU. Au's were known as an alternate universe of the main one which wasn't his own of course since he's was gone now. Apparently there are over multiple universes with alternate universes of their own, his own Alternate universe was just one out of many connected to the actual one. His only was destroyed because of Emily, Rin, and 'Flames' who was only supposed to be watching them not to interact with them in the first place.
That was why their world had fallen apart because of those three alone, but luckily enough everyone had been teleported here unlike Jaden who was teleported to a different Au for her safety. One of these days he prayed to see his lovely Jaden again and he knew he would, so for now he had to learn to fight and defend as much as he could now so he could protect his lover. His past self was with him and was demanded like him to protect what was theirs and theirs alone.
