Diana, Sue and Nancy are now coming home from school. They had a great day at school as a matter of fact. She had exercised at P.E. of course. They will be having homework today by the way. They never had homework before. This is the first time Diana and her friends will be doing their homework. Let's hope that Diana and her friends will be working hard on their homework.
"We are home, mom" said Diana.
"How was your day at school?" Mrs. Evans asked.
"It was good, mom" said Diana. "In fact, we have been exercised at P.E."
"That is good, Di" said Mrs. Evans. "Do you have any homework today?"
"I sure do, mom" said Diana.
"Our teacher told us to, Di" said Sue.
"I didn't know that, girls" said Diana.
"Now you remember, Di" said Sue.
"Can we start the homework?" Nancy asked.
"Might as well, girls" said Diana.
"Let's start doing it" said Sue.
Diana and her friends began doing their homework.
"That is a lot of homework we have, Di" said Nancy.
"I know, girls" said Diana. "We didn't get to finish in class"
"Hopefully we can finish before dinner" said Sue.
"Might as well" said Diana.
"We have not finished our math assignment" said Sue.
"We can do that, girls" said Diana.
"Okay, Di" said Sue.
Diana and her friends are finishing their math assignments.
"This is a lot of work for us" said Sue.
"We still have time to finish, Sue" said Diana.
"I'm almost done doing mine" said Nancy.
"Me too" said Sue.
"Dinner is almost ready, girls" said Diana.
"It smells good, Di" said Nancy. "What is your mom making?"
"She is making steak for dinner" said Diana.
"Thank you for inviting to have dinner with you, Di" said Sue.
"Anytime, girls" said Diana. "Let's finish our homework"
Diana and her friends have finished their homework.
"All done, girls" said Diana.
"Just in time for dinner" said Sue. "Let's go eat"
