Curse of the WereTiff
One day, King Dedede and Escargoon were in the throne room. They were contacting Nightmare Enterprises.
"Welcome back Dedede," said the salesman. "How can I help you?"
"I want a monster to get rid of Kirby," said Dedede.
"I'm sorry Sire but we can no longer sell you monsters until your bills are paid," said the salesman.
Then the screen shuts itself off. Dedede was angry.
"I need to figure a way to use a monster to get rid of Kirby," he said.
Dedede left. Escargoon thought for a moment then an idea came to him.
"I'll recreate my monster formula," said Escargoon. He went to his lab to work on the formula. After a while Escargoon had created his monster formula. Escargoon put the monster formula in a soda can.
"Perfect," he said.
Escargoon took the formula and went to Dedede.
"Sire, I just figured out a plan to get rid of Kirby," said Escargoon.
Dedede looked at Escargoon.
"What?" asked Dedede.
Escargoon showed Dedede the soda can that contained the monster formula.
"I've recreated my monster formula," Escargoon said to Dedede. "We can use the monster formula to create a monster to get Kirby."
Dedede laughed evilly. "That's a great idea," he said. Then Dedede took the monster formula from Escargoon.
"Hey, give that back," said Escargoon. "I haven't tested it yet."
"Listen here, I'm going to use this monster formula to create a monster," said Dedede.
Escargoon tried to get the formula from Dedede but Dedede kept it out of reach. Dedede then ran off with the formula. Escargoon chased after Dedede.
In the courtyard, Kirby, Tiff, and Tuff were having a picnic. They were enjoying the food.
"This is delicious," said Tuff.
Tiff turned to Kirby. "Looks like Kirby is enjoying the picnic," she said.
"Poyo," said Kirby as he munched on the food.
Back in the castle, Escargoon was chasing Dedede. They soon headed towards the balcony. Before Dedede could reach the balcony, Escargoon lunged at Dedede. Dedede let go of the formula and it went to the courtyard. While Tiff and Tuff were eating, Kirby saw a can which contained the monster formula. Not knowing that the monster formula was in the soda, Kirby decided to give the soda can to Tiff as an act of generosity. Kirby grabbed the soda can and handed it to Tiff.
"Poyo," said Kirby.
Tiff looked at the soda can. "What's this?" Tiff asked.
"It's a soda can," said Tuff.
"I'm kind of thirsty so I guess I'll have a sip," said Tiff. She opened the soda can and drank the soda, not knowing the soda had Escargoon's monster formula in it. The can was empty.
"That was refreshing," said Tiff.
Once their picnic is finished, Tiff, Tuff, and Kirby cleaned up and left.
Dedede and Escargoon got up and Dedede noticed that he doesn't have the monster formula anymore.
"Where did the monster formula go?" asked Dedede.
"It must have landed at the courtyard," said Escargoon.
Dedede and Escargoon went to the courtyard to find that the monster formula is gone.
"The monster formula is gone," said Dedede.
"I just hope nobody drank it," said Escargoon. "The formula wasn't tested so there's no telling what will happen."
Dedede just shrugged. "Let's just go back inside," he said.
Dedede and Escargoon went back in the castle.
Later Kirby, Tiff, Tuff, Sir Ebrum, and Lady Like were eating dinner.
"Thanks for dinner mom," said Tiff.
"Poyo," said Kirby.
"You're welcome," said Lady Like.
Sir Ebrum turned to Kirby. "Why don't you sleep at the castle tonight," he said to Kirby.
"Poyo," Kirby said happily.
Soon everyone was ready for bed. Kirby was sleeping in Tuff's room. Tiff was struggling in her sleep. She soon woke up. She got out of bed.
"I don't know why but I can't seem to sleep," Tiff said to herself.
She looked out the window and she saw a full moon in the sky. Suddenly Tiff held her head. Tiff soon turned into a monster. She was a werewolf like monster with yellow fur and sharp claws. She had spikes on her back and green sunken eyes. Tiff let out a growl and ran out of the castle.
Outside the mayor's house, the sheep were sleeping peacefully. The sheep woke up to the sound of bushes rustling. The sheep saw Tiff in her monster form. The sheep were afraid. The shepherd woke up from a noise. He went out to check. The shepherd let out a terrified scream as he saw a werewolf like creature with a bunch of sheep bones. The mayor heard the noise and went outside.
"What's wrong?" asked the mayor. He saw that his sheep were eaten. "My sheep!" cried the mayor. Then he noticed the werewolf monster. Both the mayor and the shepherd cowered in fear as WereTiff headed towards the village.
Once WereTiff was in the village, she began attacking the town. She even trashed Chef Kawasaki's restaurant. Chef Kawasaki was trembling in fear as he saw a werewolf monster attacking his restaurant. Cappies began hiding as WereTiff continued her rampage. She soon let out a howl.
The next morning, Tuff and Kirby had woken up. Tuff knocked on the door to Tiff's room.
"Tiff wake up," said Tuff.
In her room, Tiff was sleeping on her bed. Tiff woke up from the knocking. She let out a yawn and went to the door. Tuff and Kirby saw that Tiff was tired.
"Tiff, are you okay?" asked Tuff.
"Yeah, I'm fine," said Tiff. She let out another yawn. Tiff, Tuff, and Kirby went to the dining area. Sir Ebrum and Lady Like noticed that Tiff was tired.
"Tiff, you look tired," said Sir Ebrum.
"I had a hard time sleeping last night," said Tiff.
"That's too bad," said Sir Ebrum.
"Breakfast is ready," said Lady Like.
Kirby and Tuff ate breakfast while Tiff sat. Tuff noticed that his sister wasn't eating.
"Tiff, what's wrong," asked Tuff.
"I don't know but somehow I don't feel like eating," said Tiff.
"Maybe you should get some fresh air," suggested Lady Like.
"Good idea," said Tiff.
Kirby, Tiff, and Tuff went to the village. They noticed that the village has been trashed. Kirby, Tiff, and Tuff saw a group of Cappies talking to the mayor.
"I wonder what's going on?" wondered Tuff.
They went to the group.
"Calm down everyone," said the mayor. "I'm doing my best to resolve this."
"What's going on Mayor Blustergas?" asked Tiff.
"Some werewolf monster attacked the village last night," said Mayor Blustergas.
"A werewolf monster!?" said Tuff.
"It ate my sheep and went to the village," said Mayor Blustergas.
"It trashed my restaurant as well," said Chef Kawasaki.
"This is serious," whispered Tuff.
"I bet Dedede is behind this," whispered Tiff.
Tiff, Tuff and Kirby headed back to the castle to confront Dedede.
At the castle, Dedede was eating his breakfast. Suddenly Tiff, Tuff, and Kirby barged into the dining room.
"Alright Dedede, we know you're behind this," Tiff said as she pointed a finger at Dedede.
Dedede was confused. "What are you talking about?" he asked.
"Don't act all innocent," said Tuff.
"Yeah, we knew you used a monster," said Tiff.
"A monster?" said both Dedede and Escargoon.
"Some werewolf monster attacked the village last night," said Tiff.
Dedede turned to Escargoon. "Did we order a werewolf monster?" he asked Escargoon.
"Of course, we didn't," said Escargoon.
Dedede turned back to Tiff.
"Listen here, I didn't order any werewolf monster," said Dedede.
"Yeah so why don't you leave and let Dedede finish his breakfast," said Escargoon.
Tiff, Tuff, and Kirby left the dining room.
"Do you think Dedede is telling the truth?" asked Tuff.
"He might be lying," said Tiff.
"Actually, Dedede is telling the truth," said Meta Knight.
Tiff, Tuff, and Kirby turned around and saw Meta Knight.
"How can you be sure," said Tuff.
"I checked Dedede's account with Nightmare Enterprises," said Meta Knight. "Dedede didn't pay his bills so he couldn't order any monsters."
"If Dedede didn't order a monster; then where did the werewolf monster come from?" wondered Tuff.
"That I'm not sure of," said Meta Knight. He then left.
"We got to find out where that monster came from," said Tiff.
"But how?" asked Tuff.
"We'll stand watch during the night since the monster seems to appear during the night," said Tiff.
Tiff, Tuff, and Kirby left.
Back at the dining room, Dedede and Escargoon were talking about what Tiff said.
"Do you think that monster serum of yours created that monster?" asked Dedede.
"Obviously yes since we couldn't order any monsters due to the unpaid bills," said Escargoon.
Dedede nodded. "Come on, we need to find out more about this," he said to Escargoon.
At night, Tiff, Tuff, and Kirby were at the valley. They were watching to see if the monster will show up.
"Any sign of the monster?" asked Tuff.
"No, not yet," said Tiff.
Tuff sighed. "Do you think the monster will show up again?" he asked.
"Probably," said Tiff.
Suddenly Dedede and Escargoon showed up.
"Dedede, what are you doing here?" asked Tiff.
"I came here to see this monster," said Dedede.
Kirby looked up at the sky and saw a full moon.
"Look there's a full moon," said Tuff.
Tiff saw the full moon and she held her head.
"Tiff, what's wrong?" asked Tuff.
Tiff didn't answer. Instead she turned into a werewolf monster. Tuff and Kirby gasped while Dedede and Escargoon shook in fear.
"Tiff's the monster!?" said Tuff.
WereTiff then headed towards the village.
"I can't believe that Tiff turned into a monster," said Dedede.
"The monster formula must have worked," said Escargoon.
"Monster formula!?" said Tuff.
Dedede and Escargoon laughed nervously.
"I recreated my monster formula and put it in a soda but Dedede took it from me and we lost it," said Escargoon.
"That must be what Tiff drank," said Tuff. "But why is Tiff turning into a monster during the night?"
"It must be a side effect," explained Escargoon. "The formula must turn Tiff into a monster when the moon is full."
"That might explain why Tiff was tired and why she didn't eat breakfast," said Tuff.
Tuff and Kirby decided to go after WereTiff. Dedede and Escargoon followed them. They soon arrived at the village and saw WereTiff attacking the village. Chief Bookem, the mayor, and a few Cappies were in front of WereTiff. They were holding torches.
"Stay back," said Chief Bookem.
WereTiff let out a snarl.
"Wait, that's Tiff you're talking to," said Tuff.
The Cappies were shocked.
"That's Tiff!?" said the mayor.
Tuff nodded. "She drank Escargoon's monster formula which turned her into a monster during a full moon," he said.
Dedede pulled out his hammer.
"Stop right there," he said.
WereTiff let out a growl. Then she spat a fireball at Dedede and Escargoon. They managed to evade the fireball. WereTiff began to attack the village. Tuff turned to Dedede and Escargoon.
"You need to make an antidote for the monster formula," said Tuff.
Dedede and Escargoon nodded. They headed to the castle. Tuff turned to Kirby.
"Kirby, you needed to stop Tiff from attacking the village," said Tuff.
Kirby didn't want to hurt his friend but he knew Tiff wouldn't listen to reason due to the monster formula. Kirby headed towards WereTiff.
"Poyo," said Kirby.
This got WereTiff's attention. WereTiff began spitting fireballs at Kirby. Kirby evaded the fireballs.
Meanwhile Dedede and Escargoon arrived at the castle. They were at Escargoon's lab. Escargoon started working on the antidote.
"Come on Escargoon, hurry up," said Dedede.
"I'm trying," said Escargoon.
Back at the village, WereTiff was attacking Kirby. Tuff saw that Kirby was having trouble. WereTiff spat a fireball at Kirby.
"Kirby, suck it up," said Tuff.
Kirby inhaled the fireball. He then transformed into Fire Kirby.
WereTiff spat fireballs at Kirby. Kirby evaded the fireballs and he spat fireballs at WereTiff. This caused the monster to get angry. WereTiff breathed fire. Fire Kirby counteracted with his Fire Breath. The attacks collided into each other but the monster's attack pushed Fire Kirby's Fire Breath. Kirby got hit and he lost his ability. WereTiff then shoot her spikes from her back. Kirby began avoiding the spikes. WereTiff shot more spikes.
"Kirby, suck it up," said Tuff.
Kirby inhaled the incoming spikes. He transformed into Needle Kirby.
Needle Kirby fired his needles at WereTiff. WereTiff got hit by the needles. WereTiff used her claws to attack Kirby. Kirby avoided the attack. He curled up into a spiky ball and rolled into WereTiff. WereTiff got hit. She was unconscious.
Dedede and Escargoon showed up with the antidote.
"Here, use this on Tiff," said Escargoon throwing the antidote at Tuff.
Tuff grabbed the antidote and poured it on WereTiff. A glow enveloped the monster. The glow disappeared and Tiff was back to normal. Everyone cheered as Kirby discarded the Needle ability. A few seconds later, Tiff woke up.
"Tiff, you're alright," said Tuff.
"What happened?" asked Tiff. "And why am I at the village?"
"You were turned into a monster," said Tuff.
"Wait, I was the monster attacking the village!?" said Tiff.
Tuff nodded. "You drank Escargoon's monster formula," explained Tuff.
"So that was what Kirby gave me," said Tiff.
"Come on Escargoon," said Dedede.
Dedede and Escargoon left and went back to the castle.
Tiff hugged Kirby. "Thank you for saving me," she said.
"Poyo," said Kirby.
Everyone smiled as they saw Tiff hugging Kirby.
