Kyoko Sunadori is seen as a lazy genius. While others work so hard to reach their goal, she seemed to reach it so easily that she only had a scratch from climbing that tall mountain. They think that lady luck just shone upon her. Well, a piece of cloth covered their eyes, because they never noticed the fierce eyes of a lion and the drips of blood and sweat falling on the ground.

tldr; i rewrote the prologue completely and made changes regarding hayato's relationship with kyoko. i added a scene to chapter 1 where miki meets the third year bois and learns that kyoko will be a manager with her. it's been a long time and i'm overly critical of myself so my current writing style changed and it kinda sucks!

Hi guys, Vega here! Looking back at my writing 6 years ago, specifically for the prologue, I cringed and decided that I needed to rewrite it, which is exactly what I did. I've made some changes plot wise, which is why rereading the prologue is important. If you're not interested, look down further to see what changed.

I did not rewrite the first chapter, but I did change a few things and added a scene, plot-wise to the first chapter.

Here are the most important things that I've changed regarding the plot:

Hayato is now a long-time friend of Kyoko's instead of a stranger. I didn't like how he picked out specifically my OC to join and said random things about her character, when it's already established that she's closed off from people due to her reputation and her past.

I've barely changed anything about the first chapter, writing wise. Plot wise, I've changed Kinjou's response to tell Kyoko that she can still join as manager. It's not yet established that Miki is the manager, because Kinjou hasn't met Miki yet. I've also added a scene where Kinjou tells Miki that there's another girl joining as a manager, which is during the scene where Miki meets the third years.

Please note that I'm still very rusty when it comes to writing. I've tried to evolve my style over the years, but I've honestly been so overly critical of my writing that it might be boring and tasteless as a result. When the time comes, I'll try to edit and rewrite whatever I can.
