Dean closed his phone. "Crap. Okay Wesley, here's what we're going to do. You can track him, right? His scent or whatever?"
Hyde laughed "I'm nobody's hunting hound."
"I'm not asking you to be. I'm asking you to help." Dean asked in the sincerest voice he could muster.
"Why would I help you?" Hyde smiled.
"Because if you do maybe I'll give a good word to Tom and he won't lock you up."
The lights began to flicker.
"You'd do that?"
Dean nodded "Yeah, I'd do that. Nothing's more important than family."
The lights flickered faster.
"Faulty wiring?" Dean asked about the flashing lights.
"No. It happens when Daddy tries to come out. He's not going to though. Still my time."
"Wow you've lived with that all your life?"
"Yeah. Not much of a living but still a living." Hyde shrugged.
"Come on." Dean ordered, opening the door.
"Wait, we're going out of the flat? What if we get separated?" Hyde asked.
"Does Tom have a cell phone?"
"I dunno."
"Fine you can use my spare." He reached into the back of his shoe and tossed Hyde a burner phone.
"Let's go. Sam has the keys to the rental so we'll need to use Tom's car."
"Oooh Daddy's car. Can I drive?" Hyde asked, revealing the keys in his pants pocket.
Dean shook his head "You have the keys. You know where Sam is. Do I have a choice?"
Hyde stopped in his place. "You're going to trust me?"
"Right now I have to." Dean told him
"It's a bad decision."
"You telling me I can't trust you?" Dean asked, now heading outside where the cars were.
"I'm warning you. I'm not the most reliable tool in the box." Hyde smirked.
"You're good enough." Dean got into the passenger's side.
After Hyde entered the driver's seat, he said, "I could betray you at any moment. Leave you two there with no regard for your well-being."
"You said it yourself, something happens to us you don't think Tom will turn himself in?"
"Clever girl." Hyde smiled, then turned the car on.
