Benjamin smiled at the news his worker gave him. "Uh oh looks like big bro is on his way. Wasn't Percy supposed to bring Hyde here?"

"Um sir, it looks like Percy let Hyde get away." His tech said in an almost mumbly tone.

Benjamin erupted. "I'll kill him. I'll kill him! One job! He had one job!"

The tech scampered away as to not face Benjamin's wrath. In the aftermath of his hissy fit, Benjamin noticed Dean had snuck into the room.

"Well guess it's okay I killed him then." Dean smirked.

Benjamin replied gruffly. "How did you get down here so fast?"

"Elevator."

"You mean a lift." Benjamin reminded.

A woman entered, Ms. Utterson. Of course, her presence wasn't known until she actually spoke. "no. He means an elevator."

"Oh! It's you! What a nice surprise." Benjamin smiled.

"Who're these two?"

"Incentive to bring Hyde here."

"Is he here?" She asked.

"Not exactly."

"Then they don't need to be here."

"You mean we should shoot em?" Benjamin suggested.

"Nonsense. We don't want to waste bullets on these two who are not involved."

Benjamin argued. "But they are involved."

"They are involved because of your moronic idea of killing Danvers Carew. Your idea."

"But they'll tell Tom—"

"Tell Tom what? That he didn't kill Dan Carew? Is that why you two were hired by Tom Jackman?"

Dean answered in an honest way. "No ma'am. He just wanted to know if he was possessed."

"We figured out he's not possessed." Sam concluded.

"Good. You can tell him that."

Benjamin protested. "You're just gonna let them go? Just like that?"

"If Tom Jackman rules out demon he'll keep searching for answers. That's what we want."

"Why?" Dean asked.

"Because you don't know. You want him to find out because you don't know what's wrong with him." Sam replied.

"We know more than him. And more than you." Benjamin said smugly.

Sam told the man, "But if he gets the answers then you can get the answers, right?"

"Or is it just not the right time?" Dean finished his brother's interrogation.

"What're you talking about?" Benjamin's face fell.

"He hasn't killed anyone, yet right? You're waiting for that to happen." Sam explained.

"That explains the red-shirt guard at the door. Practically wearing a bullseye for him to shoot."

"They're knowing too much." Benjamin whispered to Ms. Utterson.

"Or just the right amount. Let them go." She ordered.

"But—"

"Let. Them. Go."

Benjamin unshackled Sam reluctantly and allowed Dean to walk free.

"One more thing. This is the Klein and Utterson building, right? Where Tom works? Why have him work here if you're just trying to kidnap him." Dean asked before leaving.

"Mr. Winchester. We're not trying to kidnap Tom Jackman. We just want him to be finically stable so he can peruse his goal of finding out what he is."

"What is he?"

"He's human, of course."

"'Course."

"What's Hyde?"

"Not 'possessing' Tom Jackman. And that's all you'll tell him, and that's all you're going to know." Ms. Utterson answered.

"Fine."

"Dean—"

"Sammy. It's fine. We'll leave. But answer this question before we go... Is Tom Jackman... Jekyll and Hyde?"

"Are you kidding me? Jekyll and Hyde is a book. Fiction. Not real in the slightest." Benjamin smiled.

"But you call him Hyde!"

"He needs a name, what else can we call him? We decided on a name and we stuck with it. That's all."

"Then what—"

"Sam we have to go."

"What?"

"They were nice enough to answer the question and we need to be nice enough to leave when we're not wanted." Dean told his brother, noticing the security cameras in the room and imagining other guards with machine guns ready for the brothers.

"Okay." Sam nodded.

"Do you remember where the lift is?" Benjamin smirked.

"Elevator." Dean grumbled, heading into the hallway with his brother.

In the halls were technicians and guards alike. Every one of them on edge and secretive. And as much as Sam and Dean would love to know those secrets, it's not worth losing their lives.
