Emrys appears outside of the castle walls. The streets are deserted. Only a few guards around the castle, which was strange. There were usually a lot more guards then this. He goes to the back entrance that leads to the dungeon.

He steps inside the dark hall and the follows the path until he sees a guard. Emrys eyes glow as the guard passes out on the floor. He smirks and steps over him and past the cells. He stops by a familiar sound. He walks inside the next room that led to the cells. He steps closer and chuckles. "This is an interesting surprise." Emrys eyes the king that is locked in his own cell.

Uther sees him and spats at him. "You, you did this."

"Quite the opposite King Uther. I have no idea what your babbling about, but believe me I didn't do this."

"Liar, you bewitched my daughter with your sorcery to go against me," Uther said, angry.

"Me!" Emrys glared at him oddly then the glare faded into worry. "Did Morgana do this?"

"What do you think? She has grown powerful and to the point that she compelled all of my guards to obey her and the whole town of Camelot."

Emrys was wide eyed for a moment before he burst into laughter. "Well, she certainly is grown to become hot-headed just like her father. And the perfect queen."

"Where is my son you filthy sorcerer?"

"Your son is safe, your pratness. I left him with Merlin to… talk it out."

"Ha, you mean more like killing him," Uther said.

"Merlin cannot die and you should be thankful I'm here. Morgana's powers are unstable and she could end up killing you."

"Because of your sorcery that is." Uther scowled at him. "What did you do to her you filthy sorcerer?

"I didn't place a spell on your daughter. The only thing I did was get her pregnant, which was not my attention." Emrys grinned to see Uther's face become red with rage. "She jumped me and…I'm sure you don't need to know the rest."

"How dare you. You insult me on trying to turn my daughter against me. She is young and innocent, she would never take the liking of you or any sorcerer," Uther yelled.

Emrys chuckled. "So little you know about your own daughter. Are you that draft?'

"Don't speak of lies. You took my daughter's innocence away and for that I'll have your head," Uther said.

Emrys rolled his eyes. "I feel like I'm listen to a broken record," he muttered.

"What did you say?"

"Nothing, oh annoying one. I must go and stop this mess your daughter has brought upon this land," Emrys said.

Uther came closer to the cage. "Why would you help us? Isn't this what you wanted?"

The smiled faded away. "No… not this… never this." Emrys walked away from Uther's cell and followed the long hallway as his mind flashed to a moment of one of his past memories.

"It seems odd that your father would voluntary revoke the band on magic," Merlin said.

"You taught me magic is not evil and it can be used for good. Maybe Uther is seeing that through my arguments and discussion that he has changed," Arthur said.

"I hope your right," Merlin said having doubts.

It wasn't long when King Uther had revoke the band on magic. Soon druids and other people with magic came to Camelot to register so they are known. Merlin didn't know that was one of the requirements to get into Camelot and got a sicken feeling, but ignored it.

The next day Merlin was horrified to find all the sorcerers that registered to be rounded up and executed. Arthur refused any part of it causing Uther to send his only son to the dungeon.

Merlin didn't have time to save all of them. As many of them burned, he cursed Uther's name in the middle of the crowded streets. He had become so enraged that he showed his magic to Uther and everyone in town as he blasted the large fire away with his magic.

Before guards were upon him, Merlin was already making his way toward the king on the balcony. He wasn't sure how many died, but he knew Uther killed about a dozen earlier that morning. Enraged by not able to save all the druids Merlin used his magic and pushed Uther over the balcony to his death.

At that same moment, it was his biggest failure. His biggest mistake. It's what started Arthur's hatred and the end of his friendship with him.

In the distance, he could see Arthur standing and watching him. He could hear Arthur screaming at him. His sword was in his hand. Screaming on how he betrayed him. That his father was right all along.

Merlin realized what he did. He ruined everything. Merlin disappeared and ran to the forest. This is how he ran into Morgana. How she knocked him out and had possessed him to her bidding. From there, everything went to hell.

The memory went away as he walked up the steps. He placed the cloak over his head and approached the throne room. Gwaine stood nearby as guard. Emrys smirks when Gwaine notices him.

Emrys reaches for him before he takes his sword out. By a spill of words and a glow of Emrys eyes, Gwaine takes a step back and looks around. "Where… what just happened?"

Emrys smirks. "I think you should take a nap my friend." Gwaine faints and Emrys steps over him. He opens the large doors in the throne room to see Morgana sitting there. She wore a gold dress showing all the perfect curves in her body. "My lady, it seems you got yourself into a little predicament."

Morgana stands. "Emrys… what are you doing here?"

"Looking for you."

"Why do you come here?" Morgana stands and eyes him suspiciously.

Emrys walks toward her as he pushes her back making her fall back on the throne. He pulls the hood back and Morgana eyes roam his face.

His eyes roamed her swelled belly.

"What are you doing?" Morgana asked.

"Something is different about you?" Emrys came toward her.

Morgana swallowed and placed her hand up causing him to fly backwards and onto the floor.

Emrys sighed and sat up. "The child has made you strong. I can see it." He stood.

"What do you mean?" Morgana said.

"The child inherit my genes," Emrys said.

Morgana's eyes widened. "You are the one that…"

"Yes."

Morgana slapped him.

Emrys grabbed her hand stopping her from hitting him a second time. "I know what your thinking. I didn't force you."

Morgana pushed him away. "Why should I believe you?"

"Because you had dreams and visions. I know you have." Emrys gently touched her face.

Morgana felt very warm and felt the anger go away. She didn't know what to do. "If you say what is true then give me my memory back," Morgana said.

"I can't… I promised."

"Promised who?" Morgana asked.

"I promised you. You told me to wipe your memory away of me," Emrys said.

"Why would I do that?"

"Because you loved me to much. You knew your place wasn't here with the druids. Your place was with your brother and protecting Camelot from becoming evil like this father," Emrys said.

"Then show me." Morgana said. Emrys took her hand and her eyes flashed white to a memory.

She was under an ancient oak tree. Her back was pressed against it. He cupped the side of her face and brought his lips to hers. The passion was full force. It was something she never felt before. Her knees weakened as it burned against her thigh. She felt loved and full of passion. She pulled him closer and straddled him. His hand wonder down her sides and to the side of her breast.

It didn't take them long before their clothes were tossed to the side. Their skin was exposed to each other. Morgana sighed as his tongue flicked the swell of her breast.

Emrys flipped her over and began to trail nips down her chest. Soon he was inside her. She found herself crying out in ecstasy, small groans escaping her lips.

" Yes... uhn.. so good...uhn" she cried.

Never one to leave a lady wanting Emrys increased his pace feeling himself nearing the edge too. She cried out his name.

Emrys followed her into bliss and shouted. "I love you".

Another image came to her. It was hours later. He told her about the prophecy of Arthur and of Camelot. His death was written and her brother had died in the past. He told her of her past self and showed her a glimpse of how evil she was.

Once she saw this Morgana begged him to prevent this. She begged him to take the memories away even their love for each other. She must protect Camelot and her brother.

Morgana gasped as he released her. All the memories came back to her in a flash. Her legs buckled and Emrys reached over and held her. "I… wow."

"Do you belive me now?" Emrys asked.

"It's true." Morgana looked away from him and placed her hand on her swallow belly.

"The child you carry will be powerful. I can feel its presence from here," Emrys said.

"I remember the time we were together and you took that memory away from me. Why?"

Emrys looked down then glared at her. "Because I wasn't suppose to fall for you not when you… are so young."

"There's more to it then that. Merlin tells me you are he. You are from the future are you not?" She asked.

"Yes, but Merlin should have been the one to be with you not me. In the passed… I killed you."

"What?" Morgana takes a step back.

"You killed Arthur and it sent me over the edge."

"No... that can't be true. I could never hurt my brother," Morgana said.

"In the past you did, but that has changed. You won't become her. I made sure of it," Emrys said.

"How?" Morgana asked.

"By making sure Merlin's destiny is fulfilled and stopping your sister Morguese," Emrys said.

"What does she have to do with this?" Morgana asked.

"Your sister is the one that started it all in the past. Nevertheless, there are no worries. I took her powers from her. She will be no trouble."

"You took her powers?" Morgana asked surprised.

"Yes." Emrys said taking a step toward her.

Morgana swallowed as he stood before her and gently touched her face. "You are beautiful. No matter how many times I walk away I can't seem to stay away from you."

Morgana leaned into his touch. She couldn't help not too. He was the father of her child and it seemed so right. He took a step back and she grabbed his hand. "Stay with me."

"I can't. I must get back to brother."

"Arthur, where is he?" Morgana said.

"He's safe. I left them in Cenred's castle to talk things over with Merlin," Emrys said.

Morgana's eyes widened. "He will kill Merlin."

"No he won't."

"How can you be so sure?" Morgana asked.

"Because I know Arthur. He's like a brother I never had," Emrys said.

Morgana sighed. Not sure what to do. Her emotions were every place. One minute she was happy he next she wanted to kill something. "Stay and rule with me." She grabbed his hand.

Emrys stared at her. "I cannot. My place is not here."

"Then where is your place?"

"My place is to fix the past and do what is right. I have nothing more."

"What about our child?" Morgana asked.

"Once the past is fixed I will cease to exist, but in the mind of Merlin himself. Merlin will be at your right hand side when the time comes and he will remember everything as I do now. He will be at Arthur's side like it should be."

"But…"

"Merlin and I are the same. He will remember everything that has happened. He won't leave you," Emrys said taking her hand and kissing it. "You must do one thing for me."

"What is it?" Morgana asked.

"You must release Uther from the dungeon and this spell you cast on the town?"

"Why would I do that? We have it all in the palm of our hands. Why give it back to the ruthless king?' Morgana said angry.

"Because you and me will have our own kingdom someday. It does not belong to you. It belongs to King Arthur," Emrys said.

"If I release my father he will kill you and me. I fear for my child," Morgana said.

"I will protect you, but you can't do this. You must release him and break this spell you placed over the city." Emrys sighed and took her hand before she hesitated

There was a flash of swirling light that came over castle and thought the city. It passed thought every inch breaking the spell. "Come…. you will be safer with me."

Morgana fell unconscious and they disappeared.

Arthur sits on a stool. A million thoughts going through his head. How betrayed he felt by his own best friend. How stupid he was to have trusted his servant. Magic is evil and it has been seeking to end Camelot forever. His mother died from it and now his only friend. It must be destroyed.

"Arthur."

"Why are you here? I told you I don't want to see you," Arthur said angry.

"You must let me speak," Merlin said.

"Get out!" Arthur said facing him. "If I had my sword you would be dead by now."

Merlin swallow his eyes full of tears as he stared at Arthur' blazing eyes. "You don't mean that."

Arthur picked up a dagger laying on one of the stands in the room. He faced Merlin.

"Arthur why don't we talk about this calmly," Merlin said taking a step back.

"No, not until you tell me why you betrayed me. Why you lied to me."

"I did not lie to you," Merlin said.

"Stop lying," Arthur yelled. "You been sneaking behind my back with my sister and now she's with child. You been lying about the day you had magic before I even met you. Should I go on how many times you lied to me?"

"I was only protecting you from death."

"Another lie," Arthur said.

"No, my destiny, my fate is to protect you Arthur," Merlin said. "Don't see the druid prophecy is true. It's been staring at you all this time and you still don't get it."

"Why should I belive some prophecy based on sorcerers?"

"Because it has already happened. You already died once… I can't lose you again," Merlin said.

"What are you talking about? I never died," Arthur said.

"Yes, you did. Emrys showed me," Merlin said.

"What are you talking about?" Arthur said.

"Emrys is a warlock… like me. He came from the future. He saw you die," Merlin said. "He came back to stop it."

Arthur stared blankly at him then busted out laughing.

Merlin sighed. "It's true."

Arthur stopped them tossed the dagger at him missing him by an inch. "Stop lying. Is this your way to get into my mind and confuse me with your petty tricks?

"No, Arthur you must listen," Merlin said.

"No, I'm done listening and talking." Arthur runs at him and Merlin dodges the punch. He disappears and reappears in the bathroom. Merlin sighed.

"Coward," Arthur yells. "You could have told me you had magic. Why didn't you trust me?

"Because you were so hooked on believing your father's lies. I couldn't take that chance of telling you." Merlin yelled. "You are going to make a brilliant king someday. It is written."

"Lies," Arthur spat. "Sorcerers are murderers! You see it."

Merlin appeared before Arthur. "Cenred, Bayard and Uther had no magic and they all…" Merlin moved back as Arthur pointed a blade to his neck.

"Don't dare accuse my father!" Arthur hissed.

"Your father lied to you… You must know this," Merlin said.

"Stop lying."

"You can't deny it! You've saw him execute hundreds of sorcerers and druids who never did anything wrong!"

"Magic is evil," Arthur said.

"So is being a royal!"

"Magic killed my mother!" Arthur yelled.

"A soldier killed my father!" Merlin roared in response.

Arthur opened his mouth to yell, but couldn't think of another thing to say. He knew deep down in his heart Merlin was right, but he wasn't sure if he trusts him, but he has to find out more. He needed to know more.

"I will go." Merlin said.

"Stay."

It was barely a whisper, but Merlin heard it. He softly smiled and stayed.

Morgana awoke to find herself in a soft bed with red satin sheets. She sat up to see her sister sitting in front of her. "Morguase."

"Sister. You remember don't you?"

"Yes, sister. I remember everything."

"What are you going to do?" Morguase said.

Morgana stared at her. "Your magic is gone. I can feel it."

Morguase frowned. "Yes, Emrys took it from me," she hissed.

"How?"

"He's the most powerful being in our world. He can do anything," Morguase said.

Morgana thought she heard a small bit of jealousy there. She shrugged it off remembering a vision from her past. That Morguase was the one that had corrupted her. She was the reason she turned evil. She was the reason Arthur had died.

"Why do you hate Camelot so much, sister?"

"Camelot represents everything of Uther. Our mother died because of him. You should hate him just as much as it do."

"Belive me I had, but I won't let that rage effect the outcome of my life. It will destroy me and you. I had seen it," Morgana said.

"What did you see, sister?" Morguase said.

"Destruction caused by me and you and it only ended us in death," Morgana said.

"I will not have the past repeat itself. I can't do it especially not now." She placed her hand on her belly.

"Do you know where is Emrys?"

"No idea, not like I really care," Morguase said.

"I must find my brother," Morgana said.

"Your brother is in the castle?" Morguase said.

"Yes," Morgana said.

Morguase smiled. "I'll help you find him."

"Where is Cenred?" Morgana asked.

Morguase smiled. "Tied up someplace."

"Let's go." Morgana walked toward the door and found it stuck. She sighed annoyed. "This might take a few minutes."

Gwen awoke that morning realizing things seemed normal. The castle was busy and the people were out working. Uther was back on the throne and Morgana was nowhere to be found. Arthur was gone also. She sighed very worried.

She went to Gaius for any information on Arthur, but he wasn't any help. She had to find him.

Gwen walked past the corridor and toward the throne room when two guards walked toward her. One was Lancelot and he looked worried. She swallowed wondering why she got this bad feeling. She was tempted to turn back around, but held her head high and moved forward.

"You there the kings request your presence." One guard said moving forward to grab her arm, but Lancelot pulled her away and gently took her by the arm. "I'll take her."

"What is this about?" Gwen asked surprised.

"I don't know. All I know is Uther is not in a happy mood."

Gwen swallowed and followed as the large doors open and into the throne room. Lancelot released her as she stood before Uther.

"Do you know why you are here, servant?"

"No, my king. Did I do something wrong?" Gwen asked.

Uther glared at her. "Did you think you would not get caught? Did you think I was not that stupid?"

"Sire, I don't know what you speak of."

"I know your relationship with my son, Arthur," Uther said. "Do you deny your not in love with my son."

Gwen swallowed. "What proof do you have of me being involved with Arthur?"

"Do you not think I would not know of all the times you stayed over in my son's room as his lover? Or the rumors of the people around in town. Do you think I am that stupid?" Uther sneered.

A few council members gasped in the room. Gwen was petrified. She knew she just walked into her death sentence. "If you knew why didn't you say anything days ago?"

"Because I know Arthur is blinded by his foolishness love for you. He's not here to stop me from executing you."

"Sire, this is uncalled for," Gaius said taking a step forward. "She's just a young girl."

"Silence," Uther said. "I will not stand for a servant becoming royalty. It is unheard of and uncalled for. You will be executed by nightfall. Guards take her away."

Gwen was filled with panic. She had to do something. "I am carrying, your son's child." she blurted out. It was a lie, but she didn't know what to do.

The people gasped once more.

Uther sighed annoyed. "You lie."

"No, I do not lie, sire. Gaius will proof it."

Uther glared at her. He was so pissed. Maybe he did something sooner this wouldn't have happened. "If it's true what you say… you will be banished never to return here or if you lie you will be executed immediately."

Gwen nodded as Lancelot took her by the arm and out of the throne room. "Lancelot what am I going to do?" Gwen cried.

Lancelot swallowed. "I don't know. But I will protect you even if I have to give up my life I will do it."

"Thank you." Gwen said.

"Are you really pregnant?" Lancelot whispered.

"I…I don't know," Gwen said.

Lancelot turned around noticing the two guards that were behind him were gone. Where did they go?

Gwen jumped as a man appeared in front of her.

Lancelot turned and swiftly pulled out his sword and pointed it at the sorcerer's neck. "Emrys."

"Lancelot, it's good to see you again." Emrys smiled at his friends face. How he missed him. "You're the most bravest person there is."

"What do you want?"

"Gwen is in danger. She can't stay here. Uther will kill her. You must come with me," Emrys said.

"Why should I trust you?" Gwen asked.

"Because you might be the only one to stop Arthur from killing Merlin. I need your help."

Gwen stared at Lancelot then back at Emrys. "Where is he?"

"At Cenred's place." Emrys held out his hand.

Gwen swallowed.

"Gwen," Lancelot took her hand.

"I'll be fine."

Emrys took her hand and they disappeared in a flash.
